Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic on March 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private van at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour and drops the group Downtown before the 7:00 PM tip-off. The same car is ready for the ride home.
The hourly price depends on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking covers at least five hours.
You pay by the vehicle, not by the passenger. A couple and a family of four in the SUV pay the same hourly rate, and a full private van splits the cost across a group of friends. For a Wednesday night game, a typical booking starts with a late-afternoon pickup in Bal Harbour. It covers an early dinner, the drive Downtown and the game itself, and it ends with the ride back up the beach. We confirm your vehicle and rate in writing over WhatsApp before the day, so everyone knows the plan for the evening before leaving the lobby.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then set the plan. Pick the vehicle that fits your group, send a rough start time and the stops you want, and we confirm the booking on WhatsApp. The first five hours are the minimum block, and your chauffeur stays with the group for all of it instead of dropping you off and leaving. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you select at booking: a hotel lobby, a home, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming straight off a ship, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. That means you can go from a cruise or a flight straight to the game. If the evening runs longer than planned, keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with nothing to renegotiate, and you settle it after the day.
Yes. The plan is yours and never locked. You can add a stop in Surfside for snacks, swing by a friend’s condo on Collins Avenue, stay longer over dessert, or drop a stop you no longer need. Your driver adjusts on the spot, and one short comfort stop during the booking is easy to fit in and doesn’t change the rate.
This is a late-season game between Florida’s two NBA teams, with a 7:00 PM tip-off. The Heat host the Magic on Wednesday, March 10, 2027, at Kaseya Center, the team’s home arena on the water along Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Fans call it the Sunshine State rivalry. The two teams share a division, and the rivalry goes back to the Shaquille O’Neal and Alonzo Mourning years. By March, playoff and play-in spots are on the line, so the arena usually has real energy even on a weeknight. The crowd reflects Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian and Puerto Rican families sit next to Downtown office workers, winter residents from the beach condos, and visitors catching a game on vacation. Many fans come straight from work, which is why the drive Downtown gets busy before tip-off. For a group staying in Bal Harbour, a private car makes the whole evening one easy journey from the lobby to the arena and back.
Most fans keep it light: a phone with digital tickets, a jacket for the air-conditioned arena, and Heat colors. The vehicle has room for signs, merch, and anything you pick up at the game. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we send the right car.
Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour and crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami. The usual route runs down Collins Avenue through Surfside and North Beach, then over the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard. On heavier nights, the driver may head west over the Broad Causeway instead and follow Biscayne Boulevard straight down the mainland side. Either way, your chauffeur checks live traffic before leaving and again on the road, and takes whichever route is moving best. Game night changes Downtown. The blocks around Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace fill with fans in red and black, traffic slows along the waterfront, and the nearby garages get busy well before tip-off. In a reserved car, none of that is your problem. The group talks, relaxes, and steps out ready for the game while the driver handles the drive in and the drop-off.
For a relaxed arrival, plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon. A Wednesday tip-off lands during the evening commute, so the drive typically takes much longer than it would off-peak. Allow extra time for the causeways and Biscayne Boulevard. Groups eating Downtown simply leave earlier and settle in near the bay before the game.
The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows on game night, often on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena. Street closures and event traffic change from night to night, so your driver picks the clearest curb available. Before you step out, the driver shares the pickup meeting point on WhatsApp, so everyone knows where to regroup after the game.
Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole game, because the vehicle is reserved for your group for the entire booking. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed meeting point. The car comes to you, and the group rides home without waiting at a curb or looking for a garage exit.
Bal Harbour Shops is the obvious pre-game dinner spot, just across Collins Avenue from the oceanfront towers. Makoto serves Japanese food and sushi in an elegant dining room that suits a group celebrating a night out. Carpaccio has long been a local favorite for Italian food along the open-air walkways of the shops. Your chauffeur picks the group up at the lobby, makes the short drive to the shops, and waits while you eat. If dinner runs long, the car is already outside. Some groups would rather eat closer to the game. Bayside Marketplace sits next to the arena and has casual spots on the water, and Brickell’s restaurants are a quick drive south of Downtown. Either way, the same driver handles every leg, and the evening is planned around your dinner. Tell us your reservation time when you book, and we’ll set the pickup time to match.
Yes, as long as there are hours left on the booking. Brickell’s rooftop lounges and late-night kitchens are just south of Downtown, and Wynwood’s murals and music spots are a short drive north. Your driver takes the group from stop to stop, then back up to Bal Harbour when the night is over.
Our four private vehicle types fit any group, from a couple to a large group of friends.
If your group size falls between two options, go with the bigger vehicle. A roomier cabin makes the ride home after a loud game much more comfortable. Send your final group size on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle. If the group grows before game day, message us and we’ll check whether a larger vehicle is available.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate. That covers the causeway tolls on the drive Downtown and any parking the chauffeur needs while your group is inside, so the only thing you plan around is how many hours you book. The car has WiFi from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets, checking the starting lineups, or sharing dinner photos on the way. The car is ready when the driver pulls up at your door, whether that’s a hotel lobby or a home on Collins Avenue. On game night, the one charge that usually falls outside the rate is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, explained in the next section. Any hours you add beyond your reserved block show up as a separate line on the final bill, charged the same way as the rest.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours have an added charge that depends on the vehicle.
Daytime hours end at 6:00 PM, so a 7:00 PM tip-off puts the evening in the surcharge window for your vehicle. For an SUV group, that means one charge per journey. For a Sprinter group, the percentage applies to the journey value. Before game day, we confirm on WhatsApp exactly how the surcharge applies to your booking, so the final bill has no surprises. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the night is over.
A reserved private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur create game night simpler from start to finish. The car belongs to your group for the whole booking. No one else gets picked up along the way, and no one in your group has to drive, circle a garage, or split up on the way home. The flat hourly rate is locked in when you book, with no surge, so a sold-out crowd, a rain shower over the bay, or overtime never changes the price. One driver stays with you from the lobby in Bal Harbour to the last stop and waits through the game, so you always know who’s coming and where the car will be. You can reach our team directly on WhatsApp before, during, and after the evening, and your chauffeur can speak English or Spanish with every guest. You get a premium service built around your night, and a better experience than handling the logistics yourself.
For most groups, a chauffeur is the easier choice. Driving yourself means sitting in commute traffic, paying for event parking, and picking someone to skip the drinks. With a chauffeur, everyone rides together, the car is taken care of, and after the game the group walks out to its ride instead of hiking back to a parking garage.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur covers the ride from Bal Harbour to the game and home again. Many fans search for a private shuttle to the arena. With us, you get a vehicle reserved only for your group, from a Black SUV XL for a small group to a private van for a bigger one. There’s no fixed schedule and no stops for other riders. The car leaves Bal Harbour when your group is ready, follows the plan you set, and heads home when you decide the night is over. That flexibility helps on a Wednesday, when one friend may still be finishing a meeting in Surfside while the rest wait in a hotel lobby. The driver can pick up the latecomer on the way down Collins Avenue, then take everyone Downtown together. The whole group arrives, watches the game, and rides home together.
The driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour you choose at booking. Common spots include the lobby of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the entrance of an oceanfront condo on Collins Avenue, a home on the residential side of the village, or Bal Harbour Shops after an afternoon there. Share the exact spot on WhatsApp beforehand.
We stay in the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We’re a local, on-call service that keeps its hourly bookings close to home, so we don’t take them out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Yes. Same-day and next-day game bookings are welcome when a vehicle is available. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup spot, and plans, and we’ll check availability right away. For a booking within the next 24 hours, the date and time you agree on are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. The upside is certainty: your car is coming, whatever happens with traffic or the crowd Downtown. You still have flexibility on the day itself, because you can keep adding hours on top of what you reserved until the night winds down. For a March game, booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, especially for larger groups that require a Sprinter. Even so, a message the same week is always worth sending.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
