Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on March 10
A private hourly chauffeur from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic on March 10, 2027 runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour for a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks up the group in Downtown Miami before the 7:00 PM tip-off, drops you near the arena, and stays on call through the final buzzer to drive everyone home.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost From Downtown Miami for the Heat Game? 🚙
Each rate below is per vehicle, per hour, and every game-night booking starts with a five-hour minimum.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
The hourly rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so friends sharing a Sprinter split one rate between them. Choose the tier that fits your group, multiply by the hours you plan to keep the car, and you have the cost of the evening before any late-night surcharge, which is explained further down. A larger crew or an office outing fits together in one Sprinter. A couple or a small family heading out from a Downtown Miami condo usually picks the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV is the usual choice when game night doubles as a birthday or another celebration.
Why Do Downtown Miami Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur? 🕴️
A private chauffeur gives your group its own vehicle for the whole game night.
Your booking reserves one premium vehicle for your party alone and one bilingual chauffeur who stays with you from the first pickup to the ride home. The chauffeur waits through the game, so you never have to find a new ride. Your hourly rate is locked when you confirm, so a sold-out crowd, a rainy evening, or heavy traffic on Biscayne Boulevard never pushes the price up with surge. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, which helps when the arena empties and you need to know exactly where to walk. Fans who book once notice the details quickly: a clean cabin after a loud fourth quarter, a driver who already knows your stops, and a premium service that makes for a better experience than circling parking garages. It turns a Wednesday game into a real night out.
When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to a Heat Game Booking? 🌆
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a set surcharge based on vehicle type.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Magic bookings should plan on the evening surcharge on top of the hourly rate. The SUV surcharge is one fixed add-on per journey. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value. Both are listed above, so you know the full cost of the night before you pay. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Send your planned start time and stops on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm exactly how the surcharge applies to your booking.
How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 📋
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the plan.
First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then tell us on WhatsApp roughly when you want to leave and which stops you want, such as a dinner table in Brickell, a friend’s building on Biscayne Boulevard, and the arena. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, greets everyone, and stays with your party for the full five-hour block. The car you step out of before tip-off is the same car you get back into afterward. The itinerary is never locked: add a swift stop, drop one if dinner runs long, or linger over a nightcap. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no renegotiated fare, so you can keep the car as long as the night needs. Those extra hours are settled after the night wraps up.
Where in Downtown Miami Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up?
Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Downtown Miami: a hotel lobby, the front drive of a residential tower, or your office. We agree on the exact spot when you book. Pickups elsewhere in Miami work too, including a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport arrivals, or a home.
What Does the Hourly Rate Include for Heat vs. Magic Night? 🍾
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.
You won’t pay for a garage near the arena, a toll on I-395 if the night takes you through Miami Beach, or fuel on the final bill. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets on the way in. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy mid-booking. Just ask your chauffeur, and it never changes the rate. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, merch, or a jacket for later; if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Apart from any hours you choose to add, only one thing can change the total: the evening surcharge covered above.
Which Payment Options Secure a Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋
You pay the full fare at booking, and everything is arranged over WhatsApp.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
Hours: Five hours is the minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour past the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the night ends.
What Makes Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic on March 10 a Big Downtown Night? 🏟️
Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic tips off at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 10, 2027.
This is the in-state matchup many fans call the Sunshine State rivalry. The two teams are division rivals, their history goes back to the Shaquille O’Neal and Alonzo Mourning era, and this game falls in March, when playoff and play-in spots are being decided. The crowd reflects Miami itself: Cuban-American families in matching jerseys, Venezuelan and Colombian fans who treat every home game like a party, Brickell office groups hosting clients, and visitors catching an NBA game on vacation. Anticipate a loud, bilingual crowd and a busy Biscayne Boulevard from late afternoon. Check seats and game details on the Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic event listing before you book. Then plan the chauffeur’s schedule around your dinner, your arrival, and how long you want to stay afterward.
Where Can Your Group Eat in Downtown Miami Before Tip-Off?
Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena, has casual waterfront spots for a quick pregame bite. For a sit-down dinner, the restaurants around Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre are a short ride south. A Cuban dinner in Little Havana is a classic Miami pregame. Your chauffeur waits outside and pulls up when you’ve finished eating.
How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Game Night? 🏙️
From most Downtown Miami addresses, your chauffeur typically heads straight up Biscayne Boulevard.
The arena is on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay. A pickup in Brickell usually heads north on Brickell Avenue and continues up Biscayne, while towers west of the boulevard reach it through the Downtown street grid. Guests starting from the cruise port or Miami Beach come in over Port Boulevard or the MacArthur Causeway and I-395. The drive is typically short. But a 7:00 PM tip-off on a Wednesday adds arriving fans and busy curbs around the arena on top of the evening commute. Traffic right beside the building tends to build as tip-off gets closer, and that’s when a chauffeur who knows the side streets is most useful. Your chauffeur checks traffic that evening and picks the clearest route, so your group can watch the skyline instead of hunting for a garage.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game night, usually along Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how traffic is managed that evening. Before you get out, the driver confirms exactly where you’ll meet after the game, so nobody has to search the crowd for the car.
Can the Driver Wait During the Game?
Yes, and that’s the main reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle throughout the game, is reachable on WhatsApp, and heads to the agreed pickup point as the fourth quarter winds down. If you’d like to leave at halftime or stay for a postgame drink at Bayside, message the driver and the plan changes with you.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading to the Heat Game? 🚐
Four private tiers cover every group size, from a date night to a big family crew.
Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a couple, a few friends, or a small family.
Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV, a popular choice for a birthday or celebration. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: a private van in two sizes for larger groups, explained just below.
Every tier is private and comes with your own chauffeur, so the choice comes down to group size and the kind of night you want. When everyone rides in one vehicle, the group stays together for the pregame playlist and the ride home, and nobody waits for a second car outside the arena. If you’re between sizes, go one size up, since the extra space helps once jackets and souvenirs are in the car.
How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Downtown Miami?
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two private sizes: one seats 6 to 9 passengers, and the larger one seats 10 to 14. Either way, the whole group rides together from the Downtown Miami pickup to the arena and back, so a birthday group or a youth team never has to split across cars.
Quick Facts to Know Before Booking Game Night 🎊
Every booking starts with a five-hour block of private chauffeured time.
One vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire evening.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Service is available around the clock, every day of the week.
Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.
How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the Heat vs. Magic Tip-Off? 🎆
Leave Downtown Miami well before the 7:00 PM tip-off. Most groups allow a generous buffer so they can get through security, find their seats, and catch warm-ups. The drive is typically short, but on a Wednesday evening, fans arriving for the game add to commuter traffic, so leaving early keeps the night relaxed.
Many groups start their booking in the late afternoon. The chauffeur takes the group to dinner in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace, then on to the arena with time to spare. Because the car is yours for the whole booking, you don’t have to time a pickup to the minute or look for a garage as the boulevard fills up. If you’re finishing work in a Downtown office, the chauffeur can pick you up at the lobby and collect the rest of the group from their hotel on the same loop.
Is There a Private Shuttle From Downtown Miami to Kaseya Center?
Yes. For groups, our private option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party and booked by the hour, with your own chauffeur and your own schedule. It never runs a fixed route or picks up other fans. It leaves when you’re ready and brings everyone back to Downtown Miami together.
Does the Same Hourly Service Work for Other Nights at Kaseya Center?
Yes. The same private car and chauffeur by the hour works for any night at the arena, whether it’s another Heat home game or a big concert. The plan stays almost the same: a Downtown pickup, a drop-off as close to the venue as access allows, and a driver ready whenever you want to leave.
Where Does This Hourly Chauffeur Service Operate Around Miami? 🏝️
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Keeping the service close to the city is what makes it work so well on game night. Your chauffeur is on call and nearby, never driving back from a distant journey. We don’t run this hourly service to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, because it’s designed for relaxed days and nights in and around Miami. That still leaves plenty of room for a big evening. A pregame in Wynwood, dinner in Coconut Grove, and the game Downtown can all fit in one booking with the same car. Guests staying in Coral Gables or Key Biscayne can join the evening’s loop just as easily.
Can the Chauffeur Take the Group to Miami Beach After the Game?
Yes. Miami Beach is well within the local area this service covers, so a postgame dinner on Ocean Drive or drinks in South Beach is easy to add. Your chauffeur drives the group over the causeway, waits between stops, and brings everyone back to Downtown Miami. If the night runs long, simply keep the car longer.
What Happens With a Booking Made Inside the Final 24 Hours? 📋
If you book a service for within the next 24 hours, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a chauffeur and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed.
This gives you certainty on game night, because the car you confirmed is the car that arrives. You still have flexibility on the day itself: you can consistently add more hours on top of the ones you reserved, whether the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop in Brickell. Last-minute requests are welcome too. Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp and we’ll check availability. Booking as soon as you have seats gives you the widest choice of vehicle tiers.
Can You Bring a Pet Along on Your Booking?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is There Still Time to Book a Private Driver to Kaseya Center? 🎊
Yes. Heat vs. Magic is on March 10, 2027, and booking now reserves your vehicle and your chauffeur for the night.
Send us a WhatsApp message with four details: the number of people in your group, roughly when you want to leave Downtown Miami, where to pick you up, and any stops you want before or after the game, such as dinner in Brickell, drinks in Wynwood, or a late bite in Little Havana. We’ll reply with the right vehicle tier and confirm your booking once the full payment comes in. Your chauffeur will have the plan, the pickup spot, and your group’s names before you leave. On game night, you walk out of the lobby and into your private vehicle, and your chauffeur takes care of the traffic, parking, and timing.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.
✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
