Transfer from Coral Gables to Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins on Sunday, December 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Kickoff is 1:00 PM in Miami Gardens. Your bilingual chauffeur picks the group up at any address in Coral Gables and brings everyone home in the same car afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every game-day booking covers at least five hours:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your tier follows your headcount. Two friends and a full crew of cousins in matching aqua jerseys each get the right number of seats without paying for empty ones. The hourly figure covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for the whole block, from the moment you leave Coral Gables until the last drop-off after the game. A 1:00 PM kickoff keeps most game days inside daytime hours, so the evening surcharge explained further down rarely affects a Sunday afternoon game. Before you pay, we confirm your tier and the full booked block on WhatsApp so the group knows exactly what the day covers.

Is the Price per Person or per Vehicle?

The price is per vehicle, never per person. A few friends in the Black SUV XL or a bigger crew in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pay one hourly rate for the whole vehicle. That makes it simple to split the cost across the group, and everyone knows in advance what their share will be.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself to the Game? 🕴️

A private chauffeur takes the driving, parking, and timing worries out of an NFL Sunday.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. No other passengers ride with you, no seats are shared, and nobody else’s stops get added to your day. One chauffeur is assigned to you from the Coral Gables pickup to the final drop-off, so the person who drives you north is the same person who drives you home. A bilingual chauffeur puts a mixed group at ease, from longtime Dolphins season-ticket holders to relatives flying in from Chicago. The rate is locked when you book and never goes up for traffic, weather, or a packed game day. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, with no dispatcher in between, whether you’re leaving your seats early or adding a stop. That is the premium service we offer: a calmer, better experience on a day when the whole crowd seems to leave at once, and your ride is already arranged.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading Out of Coral Gables? 🚙

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a small party to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for a couple of friends or a small family.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group stays together in one private vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an entire watch-party crew rides as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a higher-trim luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides the tier first, and the kind of day you desire decides the rest. In a Sprinter, a large group can talk strategy, pass snacks around, and arrive together instead of splitting across several cars and texting each other from the lot. The Platinum SUV suits a client outing, a milestone birthday, or anyone who wants a more polished cabin. The reference cars show the class of vehicle, not a promised model, and every tier comes with the same chauffeur for the whole day.

Which Service Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole block.
  • You set the stops, the order, and the pace of the day.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish with your group.
  • The service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover While You’re Inside the Game? 🍾

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and all the time spent waiting during the game.

That last point surprises many first-time riders. The car stays on your booked hours while you’re in your seats, so waiting is simply part of the block you reserved and isn’t a separate charge. Only three things can raise the total, and you’ll know about each one in advance. Hours beyond your booked block are added at your vehicle’s rate, as the booking section explains. Time outside daytime hours carries the night surcharge covered below. Nothing else is added at the end of the day: no toll receipts to repay, no fuel top-up, and no parking ticket handed back to you after the final whistle.

How Do You Pay for a Game-Day Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare at booking to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid up front, locks in your booking.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is your starting point, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day ends.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of time, not a route.

Choose the tier that fits your headcount, then tell us roughly when you desire to leave and which stops you’d like to make. Your driver picks up at any address in Coral Gables or anywhere else in Miami: a hotel lobby, a private home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a group coming off a ship that morning can go straight to the game. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From then on, the chauffeur follows your plan instead of a fixed schedule and stays with the group for the whole block. Overtime, a slow exit from the lot, or a last-minute dinner stop doesn’t need a new price. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car as long as you need it.

How Many Hours Should You Book for an NFL Sunday From Coral Gables?

Plan for more than the minimum on an NFL Sunday. Your block has to cover the ride north, the pregame, a full game that can run well past its expected length, the exit traffic, and the drive back to Coral Gables. If you add brunch before or dinner after, it makes sense to reserve a longer block from the start.

Is There a Night Surcharge If the Day Runs Late? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, the surcharge depends on the vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. A long celebration dinner in Coconut Grove that goes late would trigger it, and so would a stop at a friend’s watch party before the ride home.

Why Book a Private Driver for Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins on December 13? 🏟️

Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins kicks off Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

This regular-season game brings the Bears to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens for a daytime Sunday kickoff. The Dolphins are billing it as a Throwback game that draws fans of every age. Expect a sea of aqua, orange, and white, with pockets of navy and orange from traveling Bears fans who happily swapped a Chicago December for South Florida. The pregame Fan Zone has food, entertainment, alumni appearances, photo opportunities, and activities for kids, so families have good reason to arrive early. For visitors staying in Coral Gables, and for the locals hosting them, a private car keeps the day simple. Nobody pulls into the wrong lot, nobody hunts for parking, and nobody gets stuck with the long drive home after a large afternoon. Your chauffeur handles the driving while your group focuses on the game.

Can You Tailgate Without Needing a Designated Driver?

Yes. With a chauffeur behind the wheel, nobody in the group has to sit out the pregame as the designated driver. Join friends at their tailgate, enjoy the Fan Zone, and let your chauffeur handle the ride back. Bring the cooler, signs, and team merch, and tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 1:00 PM Kickoff? 🏟️

Leave Coral Gables by late morning so you can enjoy the pregame without rushing.

The drive north to Miami Gardens typically takes well under an hour on a quiet Sunday. Game days are different: traffic builds on every approach as the lots fill, so permit plenty of extra time. Groups who desire the full Fan Zone, alumni photos, or a friend’s tailgate should leave earlier. Groups heading straight to their seats can leave a little later and still have a comfortable margin. Your chauffeur checks traffic before pickup and adjusts, so your departure time reflects that morning’s real conditions. Arriving early also means a calmer walk in, time to find your section, and no rush through the parking areas as the anthem begins. The same approach works on the way home. You don’t have to leave before the final whistle to beat traffic, because your ride is already waiting for you.

Which Roads Does the Driver Take From Coral Gables to Miami Gardens?

Most trips head north on the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) and join Florida’s Turnpike for the last stretch toward the stadium. When that route backs up, I-95 north is the usual alternative. Your chauffeur chooses the route on the morning of the game, so nobody in the group has to follow a map.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as game-day access allows, at the drop-off point open to private vehicles that day. From there, you walk to the entrance with your tickets ready while the driver parks the car. Before you part ways, agree on where to meet after the game.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive Us Back to Coral Gables?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the entire game and drives the group home afterward. Agree on a meeting point at drop-off, then send a WhatsApp message as the fourth quarter winds down. The same car and driver take you back to Coral Gables, or to dinner first if the group wants to keep celebrating.

Where Can Your Group Meet or Eat in Coral Gables Before the Game? 🥂

Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile are the natural pregame meeting spots in Coral Gables.

Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian street of cafés and restaurants just off Miracle Mile, is a good place for a late breakfast or coffee while the group gathers in their jerseys. Visiting fans staying at the historic Biltmore Hotel can meet in its grand lobby, which also makes a excellent photo spot before everyone gets in the car. The Shops at Merrick Park is another easy meeting point for friends coming from different neighborhoods. The same car stays with you between stops, so you can pick up a friend on a residential street near Coral Way, grab coffee on Giralda, and head north without anyone circling for parking. These are suggestions for how to use your booked hours, not reservations we make for you. Your chauffeur can suggest an order of stops that keeps the morning relaxed and gets you there well before kickoff.

Can the Driver Loop Through Little Havana or Coconut Grove on the Way Back?

Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it. On the ride south, Little Havana’s SW 8th Street is an easy detour for Cuban coffee and a late lunch. Coconut Grove’s waterfront restaurants suit a slower post-game dinner. Your chauffeur waits outside each stop, then finishes the ride home to Coral Gables.

Do You Have a Private Van for a Big Group of Fans From Coral Gables? 🚐

Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers keep a large group of fans together in one private van.

Large game days tend to bring out large groups: a fantasy league paying off a bet, an office outing, or a family split between Chicago loyalists and lifelong Dolphins fans. Putting everyone in one Sprinter solves the hardest part of that day, which is keeping the group together. Nobody waits in a separate car, nobody gets lost in the lot, and there is one meeting point after the game instead of several. The Sprinter can pick up at a home in Coral Gables, at a hotel, or at a couple of extra addresses along the way if they’re part of the plan. Just list them when you book. Choose the smaller Sprinter for a mid-size group or the larger one for a bigger headcount, using the seat counts in the vehicle section above. Either way, you get the same private chauffeured service as the SUVs, just with more seats.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Local Around Miami? 🏙️

Yes. The hourly service is local and on call, and it stays around the city.

Our hourly chauffeurs cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. A game day that starts in Coral Gables and heads to Miami Gardens is well within that area, and so is a stop in South Beach or Brickell for dinner afterward. We don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Keeping the cars around town lets your chauffeur stay close, relaxed, and ready as soon as you send a message, which is exactly what an event day needs. If your plans stay within greater Miami, this service was built for the kind of day you have in mind.

Is Private Transportation Available From Coral Gables to Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is available from Coral Gables for the December 13 game.

Fans search for this ride in many ways: a private shuttle to the Dolphins game, a luxury car service to Miami Gardens, or a private van with a driver for the day. All of them lead to the same answer here: your own vehicle and your own chauffeur, reserved by the hour. We never sell individual seats, other riders never join your booking, and nobody hands you keys, because the car always comes with the driver. A group that wants a luxury feel books the Platinum SUV, a larger group books a Sprinter, and a smaller party takes the Black SUV XL. Whatever the tier, Hard Rock Stadium is one stop in a day you plan yourself, along with brunch in Coral Gables and dinner wherever the group ends up. The questions below cover what Coral Gables riders usually desire to know before booking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?

Your driver meets you at any address in Coral Gables you choose. Popular options include a hotel lobby such as the Biltmore, a spot near Miracle Mile, a house on a quiet residential street, or an apartment near the University of Miami. You set the exact pickup point when you book, and the chauffeur arrives ready to go.

Can You Book a Game-Day Driver Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Yes, when a vehicle is available. Once the time is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you. For rides within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead as agreed and a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add hours on the day.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to Miami Gardens?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Coral Gables Game-Day Chauffeur? 🎆

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability for December 13 and confirm your booking.

Send us three things: your group size, a rough departure time from Coral Gables, and the stops you’d like to make, such as coffee on Giralda Plaza, picking up a friend, the game itself, and dinner on the way home. We reply with the right vehicle and the booked block, and your date is locked in as soon as your payment arrives. Messaging early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles, especially for a Sunday game in December. After that, all that’s left to plan is what to wear: aqua and orange, or navy and orange. Kickoff is at 1:00 PM, and your ride home is arranged before you even leave the house. One message covers the whole day, and one chauffeur handles it from start to finish.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
