Transfer to Kaseya Center for Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls

A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center on Monday, December 21, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and your car and driver stay yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so the whole game night runs on your schedule.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Rates depend on group size and vehicle, and every booking starts with five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so a larger group shares one hourly figure across every seat in the car. Choose the tier that fits everyone comfortably. The Platinum SUV tier suits couples, client outings, or families who want the most polished arrival at a big December game. Because the minimum block covers five hours, groups can fold dinner, the game, and the ride home into that single booking. Heat and Bulls fans traveling as a mixed group can split the cost however they like, since the fare is one number for the whole vehicle. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

When Is Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center in 2026? 🏟️

The Heat host the Bulls on Monday, December 21, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.

This is an NBA regular-season meeting between two Eastern Conference clubs with real history, from the LeBron-and-Wade era playoff series against Derrick Rose’s Bulls to the tense play-in games of recent seasons. Chicago brings a big national following, so expect a lively mix of red jerseys from Bulls transplants and winter visitors scattered through the home crowd. The date lands on the Monday before Christmas, when the city fills with holiday travelers, snowbirds, and families on break, and Downtown feels busier than a typical weeknight. The Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace, a simple anchor for a night that starts with dinner and ends with bayfront views. Whether it is a holiday gift, a client night, or a reunion of Chicago fans, a private car keeps the occasion together.

Who Usually Goes to a Heat vs. Bulls Game in Miami?

Heat season-ticket regulars, families on winter break, and visiting Chicago fans fill the arena for this matchup. Holiday travelers often turn it into a one-night Miami experience, while some local companies use it for client hospitality. Groups tend to be mixed — parents with kids, friends in jerseys, colleagues after work — which is exactly where one private vehicle keeps everyone together.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group straight into Downtown Miami and handles every traffic call.

Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around the arena load up well before a 7:30 PM tip-off, especially on a holiday-week Monday when shoppers, bayfront diners, and fans all head Downtown at once. Instead of circling for a garage spot or walking from a distant lot, your group rides in, steps out, and heads straight for the entrance. Your driver knows the approaches from Brickell, Miami Beach, and the airport area, and adjusts the route on the night based on what traffic is actually doing. Everyone arrives together in one vehicle, so nobody is coordinating separate cars or waiting on a friend who parked on the far side of the bay. After the final buzzer, the same driver brings the car back for the ride home or your next stop, which is the moment fans appreciate most as the crowd pours onto the sidewalks together.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, choosing the cleanest drop-off point for how Downtown traffic control is routing cars that evening. Street closures and police direction can shift on a big game night, so your chauffeur picks the spot in real time and tells you exactly where to walk.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes — your driver stays with the vehicle through the whole game and remains on call for your booked block. Send a WhatsApp message late in the fourth quarter, and the chauffeur moves to an agreed pickup point nearby, so the group walks out and climbs straight in instead of waiting at the curb for a ride.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Heat vs. Bulls?

Leave early enough to reach Downtown comfortably ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, and earlier still if you want dinner first or time to catch warm-ups. Holiday-week traffic makes a generous buffer wise. Many groups simply open their booking with a pre-game meal nearby, so the timing to the arena takes care of itself.

Where Should You Eat Before a Heat Game in Downtown Miami? 🍸

Brickell, Bayside Marketplace, and Little Havana all make simple pre-game dinner stops.

Brickell is the natural pick for groups who want a polished sit-down meal or a rooftop drink before the game, with the arena district just to the north. Bayside Marketplace, right next door to the arena, keeps things casual with waterfront dining and a festive bayfront feel in December. Visiting Bulls fans who want a real taste of the city often start in Little Havana for Cuban coffee, pastries, and a stroll along Southwest Eighth Street before riding over for tip-off. Wynwood suits friends who want murals and craft beer earlier in the afternoon. Because your chauffeur waits between every stop, you can move from lunch to dinner to the arena without searching for a parking spot or leaving anyone behind. Tables and tickets are yours to arrange; your driver simply suggests a sensible order and does all the driving.

Can the Group Keep Going After the Game in Brickell or South Beach?

Yes, the night can continue as far as your booked hours stretch. After the buzzer, your driver can take the group to a late dinner in Brickell, a nightcap in South Beach, or a quieter ending in Coconut Grove. Every added stop simply becomes part of the same booking, with the same car and chauffeur carrying you home at the end.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Heat Game Ends? 🎆

Yes, trips outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a surcharge. The amount depends on your vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Bulls booking normally falls under this rule. On the SUV, the surcharge is one charge per journey rather than per hour, which keeps it simple to predict for a smaller party. In a private Sprinter van, the percentage is calculated on the value of the journey, so it scales with the size of the booking. We flag it when we confirm your start time on WhatsApp, so the figure is clear before game day rather than a surprise afterward. Nothing else changes after dark: same vehicle, same chauffeur, same stops you planned, and the same care getting everyone home.

Which Key Facts Should Fans Know Before Booking a Driver? 🏙️

  • Service is available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking adds nothing to your bill.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur and is never self-driven.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🚙

The hourly rate covers your private vehicle, your chauffeur, and the running costs of the evening.

Everything you require for game night is folded into that single hourly figure: the premium vehicle reserved for your group, the chauffeur’s time for every hour you book, and the driving between each stop you choose. There is space for what fans actually bring — jerseys, signs, a bag of merch from the team store — and if you are bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can plan the right vehicle. Only a few items can add to the total: the night surcharge on trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you choose to add past the block you reserved. Every one of them is listed right here, so you can budget the evening with confidence.

How Many Fans Fit in a Private Van From Miami to the Game? 🚐

A private Sprinter van carries the largest groups, while two SUV tiers cover smaller parties.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers — the natural choice for couples, families, and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a birthday crew or an extended family.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an office outing or fan club rides as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in the most refined tier. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition — examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of a specific model.

Keeping everyone in one vehicle matters on game night, because splitting a group across several cars means separate arrivals, separate parking, and a scramble to regroup after the buzzer. Tell us your headcount and we match the tier; if you are between sizes, the larger vehicle leaves room to stretch out.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat vs. Bulls Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a packed Downtown game night into a genuinely premium service.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never shared, so the cabin stays yours for pre-game playlists, post-game debates, and holiday shopping bags. Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, which helps when your party mixes local family with visitors from out of town. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking, with no surge and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed Monday before Christmas. One dedicated driver handles the whole block, so the person who drops you off is the same person who knows where you are headed next and stays on hand until the night wraps. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening. Put together, it is a better experience from first pickup to final drop-off: calmer, more personal, and entirely focused on your group.

Which Payment Methods Work for a Game-Night Chauffeur? 🥂

The full fare is paid up front, with nothing to handle mid-game.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings carry a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like — every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🚙

You choose a vehicle, set the stops, and keep one car all evening.

Send us your group size, a rough start time, and the places on your wish list — a dinner spot, the arena, a post-game hangout — and we pair you with the right tier and confirm the plan. The booking opens with a block of five hours, and from pickup onward the chauffeur stays with your group for the entire block, driving the order of stops you set and adapting whenever you add one, drop one, or decide to linger. If the game heads to overtime or the celebration runs late, simply keep the car: every additional hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. There is no need to fix the exact end time in advance, since the evening can stretch as long as the schedule allows.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

The driver picks up at any Miami address you choose — a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. The pickup spot is agreed when you book, and your chauffeur is waiting there as your block begins, wherever in the city the evening starts.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Heat Game? 🎊

Yes — your group can reserve its own private van for the game.

Fans searching for a private shuttle usually want a ride that leaves when they are ready and brings them home without a long wait. Our answer is private only: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or an SUV reserved for your party, never shared with strangers, never running on a fixed timetable, and never making extra stops for anyone else. You leave from wherever your evening begins, travel together, and return together after the buzzer. That makes it a natural fit for a birthday group, a work team, a youth team, or a family with visiting grandparents who would rather not face Downtown traffic. The same hourly setup works across the Heat’s home season, whether you have a Timberwolves or Pelicans night circled on the calendar, but this booking is built around one Monday in December and the rivalry that fills it.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Fort Lauderdale?

Yes — the hourly service stays around the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is a local, on-call service by design, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Book a Game-Night Driver Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Yes, whenever a vehicle is free. Once a booking inside the final 24 hours is agreed, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside, so a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed and the evening runs as planned. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on an Hourly Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve a Heat Game Chauffeur Over WhatsApp Today? 🍾

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
