Transfer to Kaseya Center for Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic on March 10

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on Wednesday, March 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:00 PM. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with your group from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur Cost in Miami? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is for the vehicle, not for each rider, so a full Sprinter often works out well once the group splits the cost. Pick the tier that seats everyone comfortably. That one hourly rate covers the car, the chauffeur, and the time they spend with you. Couples and small families usually choose the Black SUV XL. Bigger friend groups and office outings fill a Sprinter. Groups celebrating something special often pick the Platinum SUV for a more polished ride. Your total is the hourly rate times the hours you reserve, plus any after-hours surcharge explained below.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for Game Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the plan.

Send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want on WhatsApp, and we pick the vehicle that fits your group. On game day your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and follows the route you choose: maybe a pre-game dinner, a quick stop to collect a friend across town, then the arena. The car stays yours for the whole block, so jackets, shopping, and team gear can stay aboard between stops. Nothing is locked in. To add a stop or stay longer over dessert, just tell your driver; you don’t require a new booking. If you’re bringing something large, like signs or a box of merch, tell us in advance so we save the room. The evening runs at your pace from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Where Can the Driver Pick Up Your Group in Miami?

Your driver picks up at any Miami address, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby, your home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If your cruise docks that day, you can ride straight from the ship to dinner and then to the game.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes, keep the car as long as you like. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, so there’s no new fare to negotiate. You settle the extra hours after the night ends, with the driver or over WhatsApp, so an overtime finish or a late dinner never cuts your night short.

What Makes Heat vs. Magic on March 10 a Big Night in Miami? 🎊

It’s a late-season Florida rivalry game, played while playoff spots are still being decided.

The Miami Heat host the Orlando Magic on Wednesday, March 10, 2027, with tip-off at 7:00 PM in Downtown Miami. Fans call this matchup the in-state or Sunshine State rivalry. The two Florida teams play in the same division, and the rivalry goes back to the days of Shaq and Alonzo Mourning. In March, teams are fighting for playoff and play-in spots, so every possession matters and the crowd feels it. The crowd mirrors the city itself. You’ll see families in matching jerseys, friend groups, visitors in town for the week, and a large share of Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans. Because it’s a weeknight game, many groups come straight from the office or a hotel. With a chauffeur already waiting outside, the trip over becomes part of the night instead of a rushed commute.

Should You Buy Game Tickets Before Booking the Car?

Yes. Get your seats first, then reserve the car around them. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only and never sell game tickets, so buy through the team or the arena’s official ticket sellers. Once your seats are confirmed, send us your headcount and we’ll plan your hours around the 7:00 PM tip-off.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🏟️

Ride with a private chauffeur who drops you near the arena and waits for you after the game.

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard right beside the bay. On a Heat night the streets around it fill early with fans and cars looking for parking. Your chauffeur watches the downtown traffic, times the drive around the evening rush, and lets the group out close to the arena so you walk in together. When the final buzzer sounds, the whole crowd spills onto the sidewalks at once, and that’s when a reserved car matters most. There’s no waiting in a garage line or on the curb for a ride. You walk to a pickup spot your driver has already shared on WhatsApp, and the car you arrived in is there. From there the night is yours: head home, go back to the hotel, or grab a late bite across the bay.

How Early Should Your Group Leave Miami Before Tip-Off?

Leave early enough to reach the arena well before the 7:00 PM tip-off, because weeknight rush hour and arriving fans overlap downtown. Many groups start their hours in the late afternoon, have dinner nearby, and then ride the last stretch without watching the clock. Your chauffeur can suggest a start time based on your pickup address.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your driver takes the group as close to the venue as access allows that night, which depends on how downtown traffic and street closures are handled around the game. The goal is a short, easy walk to the entrance. Before you get out, your driver confirms where to meet afterward, so nobody has to search the crowd for the car.

Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking pays for. While you watch, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby and keeps an eye on WhatsApp, so a forgotten jacket or a change of plan is one message away. Leave during the fourth quarter or stay through overtime; the driver works around your timing.

Where Should Your Group Eat and Meet Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and Wynwood are simple pre-game stops, and your driver waits outside each one.

Brickell suits a weeknight crowd coming out of the office, with steakhouses, rooftop bars, and stylish restaurants just south of downtown. For a taste of the city’s roots, Little Havana has Cuban coffee windows, pressed sandwiches, and a lively street scene that fits the Heat’s hometown crowd. Wynwood’s murals and casual restaurants work well for friend groups who want photos before the game. Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena, is a simple waterfront meeting point for anyone arriving separately. Because the same car moves you between these spots and waits outside each one, nobody hunts for parking or splits into separate rides. Your driver can suggest an order that fits your timing, and you decide how long to stay at each stop.

Can the Night Continue in South Beach or Coconut Grove After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. As long as your booking has hours left, or you add more, the chauffeur keeps driving. Some groups cross the causeway for a late dinner in South Beach. Others head to Coconut Grove for a quieter drink under the banyan trees. You choose every stop, and the ride home comes last.

Is Driving Yourself Downtown Worth It on a Heat Game Night? 🏙️

For most groups, a chauffeur beats driving yourself, paying for parking, and picking a designated driver.

A weeknight game means downtown traffic, busy garages near the arena, and a long walk back through the crowd afterward. If you drive, someone in the group sits out the celebration and spends the fourth quarter planning the exit. With a private chauffeur, nobody in your party drives, and all the logistics go to someone whose only job tonight is your group. Friends coming from Doral, Coral Gables, or Key Biscayne don’t have to park several cars in one garage and find each other afterward. Visitors staying in Miami Beach don’t have to learn the downtown one-way streets on a busy night. Because you book by the hour, the car isn’t just a ride to the game. It covers the whole evening, from dinner to the last drop-off, with one driver who already knows your plan.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a 7:00 PM Game? 🎆

Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window, the charge below applies based on your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV bookings the surcharge is one fixed amount per trip. For Sprinter bookings it’s a percentage of the trip value. Tell us your expected finish time when you book, and we’ll feature the surcharge in your total so nothing surprises you on the night. Any time inside daytime hours stays at the regular hourly rate, so an early dinner and pre-game drinks cost only the hours you book.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, parking, and your chauffeur’s time are all included in the rate.

Your chauffeur’s waiting time during the game is part of the hours you booked. Parking for the car while you watch is covered too, not added at the end. Tolls on the expressways and causeways along your route are also included, so a detour to Key Biscayne or a late run to Miami Beach costs nothing beyond your hours. Adding or dropping a stop within your booked hours never changes the rate. Only a few charges can be added to the hourly total, and each is clear from the start:

  • the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours
  • any hours you add past your booked block

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • One vehicle and one chauffeur are reserved for your group alone, never shared.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Your group chooses the stops, their order, and how long to stay.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is just a request to your driver.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, including late game nights.
  • Everything is booked and confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

Why Do Heat Fans Book Our Private Chauffeur for Game Night? 🥃

Fans book us for a private car, one chauffeur all night, and a rate that never changes.

Nobody else rides with you, so the car is yours: your music, your pre-game plans, your post-game debate about the fourth quarter. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on a packed night, no change for traffic or rain, and no meter running in slow downtown traffic. One chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so one person knows your plan, your stops, and where to find you after the game. A bilingual driver helps every guest, from grandparents to visiting cousins, feel at home. You can reach our own team directly on WhatsApp before game day and during it. The result is a premium service and a better experience from start to finish: a clean, comfortable vehicle, a calm ride, and an evening that runs on your schedule.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept for a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking reserves your car.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is just the starting point, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night ends.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private vehicle types fit every group, from a couple on a date night to a large group outing.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for couples, families, and small friend groups heading downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group arrives together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: 10 to 14 passengers, for a big birthday group, an extended family, or a full office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: Up to 5 passengers in our most polished SUV class, well suited to anniversaries and client nights. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group is right on the line between two sizes, go with the larger vehicle so everyone has room for jackets and team gear on the ride home. Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll pick the vehicle for you. Your group rides together instead of splitting into separate cars.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes. A private driver by the hour is exactly what we offer for this game.

A private chauffeur works for almost any game-night plan. A family in Coral Gables can have an early dinner near home, ride downtown together, and be back before the kids fall asleep. Colleagues hosting a client can meet at a Brickell office and keep talking in the back seat on the way in. A birthday group from Doral can fill one Sprinter, cheer together, and head on to a late celebration without anyone having to drive. Visitors in town for a long weekend can fit the game into a day of sightseeing around Wynwood and the waterfront. Whatever your plan, you share it with us once. The answers below cover the practical questions people ask next.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Miami?

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, and the larger one carries our biggest groups in one private van. The passenger range for each vehicle is in the price list at the top of this page. Find your headcount there, then confirm on WhatsApp and we’ll hold the right private van for March 10.

Is There a Private Shuttle to the Heat Game From Miami?

Yes: a private van or SUV reserved only for your group, with its own chauffeur. We don’t sell shared seats or run on a fixed schedule. Your vehicle leaves when you’re ready, goes where you choose, and carries only your group, which makes the trip home after the game much simpler.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local around Miami: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps your driver on call and unhurried, so far trips like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this service.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

A booking confirmed within the final 24 hours is locked in for its date and time, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for the March 10 Game? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, pickup address, and preferred start time.

Tell us who’s coming, where the night starts, and any dinner spot or after-game plans you already have. If you’re still deciding, describe the night you want, whether it’s a relaxed family evening, a client dinner, or a birthday that runs late. We’ll suggest a route timed around the 7:00 PM tip-off. Adding a friend, switching restaurants, or staying out an extra hour takes one quick message. Reaching out well before game day gives us time to find the right vehicle for your group, especially if you require one of the larger Sprinters. Then all that’s left is cheering on the Heat against Orlando, with your ride handled from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
