Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on March 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver leaves from your Brickell hotel or Coral Gables home ahead of the 7:00 PM tip-off, and the rate is locked at booking — no game-night surge.
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every game-night booking has a 5-hour minimum, which covers the ride downtown, the game itself, and the trip home.
Select the tier that seats your whole group comfortably, and the figure beside it is your hourly rate for the entire block of time. The drive in from Miami, the time the car spends waiting through the game, and the ride back after the final buzzer all run on that same clock, so no leg of the night is charged separately. The Black SUV XL covers most couples, families, and small groups of friends. The two Sprinter sizes take over once the headcount grows, and the Platinum SUV suits a client evening or a milestone birthday where the cabin should feel a little more polished. The only time-of-day extra is explained in the late-night section further down.
The rate is charged per vehicle, never per person. Whether two fans or a full Sprinter ride to the game, the hourly figure for that tier stays the same, so a bigger group simply splits one rate across more seats. You can add riders up to the vehicle’s capacity without changing the price of the block.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours on game night.
Start by picking the tier that fits your group, then send a rough start time and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. Your driver picks you up at any Miami address agreed at booking. That can be a hotel lobby, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the evening. From there the night follows your plan: dinner first, a detour to collect a friend, then downtown for tip-off. The same chauffeur stays with the car for the whole block, so you never have to book again between stops. If the night runs long, keep the car. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to work out, and those extra hours are settled after the night wraps up.
Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the night goes ahead as planned. You can always add more hours on the day.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, including parking downtown during the game.
Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking lineups or sharing photos on the ride in. One brief comfort stop for the restroom, snacks, or a quick stretch is easy to fit in along the way. Just ask the driver, and it does not change the rate. There is room for what fans bring along, from signs and foam fingers to new merch; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Two things can add to the bill: any hours you keep the car beyond your booked block, and the late-night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, which has its own section below.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
A private chauffeur turns a downtown weeknight game into a premium service from pickup to drop-off.
Driving yourself means hunting for a garage near the arena, paying for it, and then inching out with the rest of the crowd once the game ends. With us, the vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked the day you book, so there is no surge and no change for traffic, rain, or a packed arena. Nobody in the party has to be the designated driver, so everyone can enjoy the night. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole block and stays through the game. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp, so adding a guest or pushing dinner back takes a single message. It’s a better experience than juggling keys, garage stubs, and a tired drive home: one clean premium vehicle, one familiar face behind the wheel, and a car that is already where you need it.
Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic is a regular-season NBA game on Wednesday, March 10, 2027.
Tip-off is 7:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard, right on the bay in Downtown Miami. It’s an in-state matchup between two Florida teams. A March meeting falls in the part of the season when playoff and play-in positions are being sorted out, so the building tends to carry real energy even on a weeknight. The crowd mirrors Miami itself: longtime season-ticket holders, young professionals coming straight from Brickell offices, visiting fans in Orlando blue, and plenty of families from the city’s Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican communities making it a night out together. That mix is why a bilingual chauffeur fits so naturally, since the conversation in the car can run in whichever language your group prefers. Expect a lively downtown around the arena before the game, with Bayside Marketplace next door filling up as fans arrive.
The Heat and the Magic are the state’s two NBA teams and share a division, so they meet several times a season and the bragging rights stay local. The rivalry goes back to the era of Shaquille O’Neal in Orlando and Alonzo Mourning in Miami, and fans on both sides still bring that edge to the arena.
Tickets, from upper-level seats to suites, are sold through the arena’s official box office and its authorized ticketing partner. We don’t sell or hold tickets; our part is the ride. Once your seats are set, send the group size and pickup spot on WhatsApp, and we’ll match the right vehicle to your party for the night.
Your chauffeur drives the group straight downtown and picks the route based on where you start and how traffic looks.
From South Beach and the rest of Miami Beach, the usual run is across the MacArthur Causeway, which feeds into Downtown just north of the arena. From Brickell, it is a short hop up Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard. Starting in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, the driver typically heads north on US-1 or I-95. From Doral or the airport area, the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) runs east into Downtown. On game night the approaches around Biscayne Boulevard slow down as tip-off nears, and a local chauffeur makes the difference here. The driver reads traffic on the way in, switches between the causeway, the expressway, and surface streets when one backs up, and times the final approach so the group steps out calm instead of rushing. That leaves your group one decision: where to eat first.
The driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically at a drop-off point along Biscayne Boulevard beside the arena. Street closures and traffic control shift from night to night, so the chauffeur picks the nearest open curb and you walk the last short stretch to the entrance with your tickets ready.
Yes, the driver stays for the whole game. While you’re inside, the chauffeur parks nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp. If someone needs to leave early or get something from the car, one message brings the vehicle back around. Anything you’d rather not carry inside can stay in the vehicle until you return.
As the game winds down, message your driver on WhatsApp and walk to the pickup spot you agreed on before heading inside. That is usually a quieter corner a short walk from the main flow of the crowd. The car pulls up, everyone climbs in, and you head home or to a late stop while the garages are still emptying.
Brickell, Wynwood, and Bayside Marketplace are the natural pre-game dinner stops on the way downtown.
Brickell is the easy choice for a group already in the city’s financial district. Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre pack restaurants and rooftop bars into a few walkable blocks, and the arena sits a short drive north. Wynwood suits a younger crowd: walk the murals around Wynwood Walls, have dinner at one of the neighborhood’s kitchens or breweries, then let the driver take you south to the game. For a relaxed start from the southern neighborhoods, Coconut Grove’s CocoWalk makes an easy first stop. Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, is the closest option of all: eat by the marina and stroll over when it’s time. Wherever you go, the same driver moves between stops and waits while you eat, so nobody worries about parking or timing. These are only suggestions for your booked hours. You select the spots and make any reservations yourself.
Yes, Little Havana is a classic warm-up, especially for families. Versailles on SW 8th Street is one of the city’s best-known Cuban restaurants, a good place for a Cuban sandwich and a strong Cuban coffee before the game. The neighborhood’s domino park and cigar shops are worth a short stroll. From there, downtown is a straightforward run east.
Yes. If the group wants jerseys or caps before the game, tell the driver and add a shopping stop to the route; Brickell City Centre and Bayside Marketplace both sit naturally on the way. You pick the shop and the chauffeur waits outside. Once everyone is back in the car, you continue downtown with plenty of the evening still ahead.
Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with the Black SUV XL.
Pick by headcount first, then by feel. If your group lands right on the line between two sizes, go one size up so nobody is squeezed on the ride home after a loud night of cheering. The Platinum SUV is worth considering when the evening doubles as a celebration or a client outing. The models listed are examples of that class, not a promise of one specific car.
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in the two sizes listed above. The larger one is the biggest vehicle we send to a game night, so a sizable crew from a Brickell office or a family reunion can ride together instead of splitting across cars. Send us the exact headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the right size.
You pay the full fare when you reserve.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. SUV bookings pay one fixed addition per trip, and Sprinter bookings pay a percentage of the trip value, as listed. It is simply the after-hours rule for your vehicle type. It works the same on a game night as on any other evening and has nothing to do with traffic or demand. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we explain how it applies to your evening, so you know the full cost well before tip-off.
The hourly service stays in the local Miami area, where an on-call car is most useful.
Your chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local is what keeps the service unhurried and close at hand. The car stays around the city wherever your night takes you, so a change of plan between dinner and tip-off is easy to handle. We don’t run the hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach; keeping the car in town is what lets the driver stay on call for your group all evening. For game night, that covers every realistic starting point, whether the group gathers at a Key Biscayne home, a Doral office, or a South Beach hotel.
Yes. Nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale are part of the local area we serve, so the driver can pick up a friend or two before heading south to the game. Every stop runs on the same hourly clock, so build that pickup into your start time and send the address on WhatsApp when you book.
Leave well ahead of the 7:00 PM tip-off and permit a generous cushion. The drive is typically short from Brickell but longer from Doral, Coral Gables, or the airport area. A Wednesday evening start also overlaps the end of rush hour, when commuters and fans fill the downtown approaches at the same time.
The easiest way to make the start of the game is to plan dinner near the arena. Set the pickup early enough to eat nearby, and the drive becomes a relaxed part of the evening instead of a race against the clock. If your group wants to find its seats well before tip-off, simply move the pickup earlier. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we’ll suggest a start time based on the neighborhood you’re leaving from and the stops you want to make.
Yes. We offer a private SUV or private van with your own chauffeur, reserved by the hour for your group only. You set the pickup, the pre-game stops, and the ride home, and the same car takes you from your first stop in Miami to the last drop-off after the game.
If you searched for a group ride or a van to the game, this is the private version: no fixed schedule, no seats sold to strangers, and no departure time chosen by someone else. Your party rides together, leaves when it’s ready, and comes home on its own timing. To check availability, send the date, your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your booking and the vehicle that fits.
Yes. The driver can meet you at a PortMiami cruise terminal or the Miami International Airport arrivals curb and take the group straight into the evening. Share your ship or flight details at booking and we’ll agree on the pickup spot ahead of time, so the day runs directly into dinner and the game.
PortMiami sits just across the water from Downtown, so a cruise-day arrival is one of the smoothest ways to end a vacation with a Heat game. From the airport, the drive east on the Dolphin Expressway gets you downtown with time for a meal if you land early enough. Leave a comfortable buffer between your arrival and tip-off for getting off the ship or plane. After that, the same driver is with you from the terminal to the ride home.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
