Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns at Kaseya Center on March 8, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in the Grove, drops you near the arena, and has the car waiting when the final buzzer sounds.
Rates are set per vehicle and by the hour, and every game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
Select the tier that fits your headcount. The hourly figure covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so a full SUV of friends splits one rate. Your block starts at the Coconut Grove pickup and runs through the evening. With a 7:30 PM tip-off, that usually means a late-afternoon start, a relaxed dinner in the Grove, the drive downtown, the full game, and the ride home. Numerous groups book a little more than the minimum so nobody is watching the clock during a close fourth quarter. The rate is written down before you ride, so the cost of your booked hours is clear from the start. Only two things can change it: the evening surcharge below and any hours you decide to add.
We have four private vehicle tiers, from a car for a couple on date night to a van for a full office outing.
Every tier is a private vehicle reserved for your group only. The seats, the music, and the conversation stay yours from the first pickup to the drive home. Couples and families usually take the SUV. Coworkers or a birthday crowd usually book a Sprinter so nobody ends up in a second car trying to coordinate across town. There is room for what fans bring, like jerseys, signs, and fresh merch. If you are bringing something big, tell us in advance so we reserve the right vehicle.
Up to fourteen guests fit in our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the biggest vehicle we run on a game night. Smaller groups can take the other Sprinter tier or an SUV. Whatever the size, everyone leaves the Grove in the same vehicle, rides downtown together, and meets back at that vehicle after the game.
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. The evening charge depends on the vehicle:
Any evening game falls into this window, so it’s easiest to plan for the surcharge from the start. We confirm the amount in writing over WhatsApp along with your hourly rate, so you know the full cost before tip-off. Afternoon pickups in Coconut Grove still start during daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Nothing else changes on an evening booking: you keep the same private vehicle, the same driver, and the same inclusions from the first stop to the last.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a set block of time.
First, select the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make over WhatsApp. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a Coconut Grove hotel or residence, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you are coming off a ship and heading straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there, the car is your group’s for the evening. You decide when to leave for dinner, how long to stay, and when to head downtown. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more drink, just keep the car and settle the extra time after the day is over.
Yes. The plan is never locked, so you can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner as long as the timing works. You could pick up a friend in Brickell or grab a jersey on the way. The driver adjusts on the spot, and your hourly rate stays the same.
If you book less than 24 hours ahead, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so at that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
You pay the full fare when you book, by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link.
Your chauffeur drives north from Coconut Grove through Brickell and into Downtown Miami for the game.
On Monday, March 8, 2027, the Miami Heat host the Phoenix Suns, a Western Conference team that rarely plays in Miami. The crowd looks like the city: families in red and black, longtime regulars, and friends cheering in English and Spanish. The game is at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard, right on the bay next to Bayside Marketplace. On a quiet evening, the drive from the Grove is short. Game-night traffic around Downtown usually makes it longer, though, so leave extra time and plan to be on the road well before the 7:30 PM tip-off. Your chauffeur watches traffic, picks the smoother route, and handles the approach into Downtown while your group relaxes. There’s no parking garage to deal with, so the evening starts as soon as you obtain in the car in the Grove.
On most evenings, the chauffeur takes South Bayshore Drive onto Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River, and finishes on Biscayne Boulevard by the arena. If that route backs up, the usual alternative is US-1 to I-95 northbound into Downtown. The driver decides on the night based on live traffic.
The driver picks you up at whatever Coconut Grove address you select, and the spot is set when you confirm the booking.
Hotel guests usually meet the chauffeur at the lobby entrance, whether the hotel is on South Bayshore Drive or a short walk from CocoWalk. Residents are picked up at the front door of a house on a leafy side street, a waterfront condo, or a townhome off Main Highway, so nobody has to walk to a corner or wait at the curb. If your group is spread around the neighborhood, the driver can make a couple of pickups before dinner. Anyone joining from Brickell or Coral Gables can be collected on the way. Coworkers leaving an office in the Grove can be picked up right outside the building. Send us the address, the number of guests, and a preferred time, and we’ll confirm the pickup plan in writing before the day. That way everyone knows where to be, and the group leaves together.
Coconut Grove has plenty of good places for a relaxed pre-game meal. Groups often meet at Glass & Vine in Peacock Park, at the sidewalk tables of Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza, or at Monty’s Raw Bar by the water. The chauffeur waits nearby and pulls up when it’s time to go. We don’t book tables, so reserve with the restaurant directly.
Your chauffeur plans the drive around the pre-game rush, drops the group close to the arena, and is ready to pick you up when the game ends.
Downtown Miami gets crowded before a home game. Fans arrive from Brickell, the causeways, and the surrounding blocks, and traffic control tightens along Biscayne Boulevard. If you leave the Grove early, your chauffeur can obtain into Downtown ahead of the heaviest traffic, so the group walks in calmly instead of rushing to make the anthem. When you arrive, you step out together, and the car moves off to wait nearby. After the game, a quick WhatsApp message tells you exactly where to meet. The same vehicle then takes the group back to Coconut Grove or wherever you’re going next. You don’t have to watch the clock during the game or leave early to beat the exiting crowd. You also never have to search for your car on a street you don’t know.
The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena. Street closures and traffic officers can change the exact spot on game nights. Your chauffeur confirms the drop-off point by WhatsApp as you get close, and you’ll be a short walk from the entrance.
Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour. The chauffeur stays nearby with your vehicle for the whole game instead of leaving and coming back, so you don’t have to hunt for a ride when the arena empties. After the buzzer, message the driver, walk to the agreed pickup point, and go.
Your private vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
You won’t pay tolls on the way downtown, a garage ticket at the arena, or fuel on the bill, no matter how many trips the evening includes between the Grove, dinner, and the game. The rate covers your private vehicle for the full block you book. A few things are extra: the evening surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, any hours you add beyond your booked block, which have an extra fee we confirm at booking. Everything else is covered, so the price you agree on over WhatsApp is the price you plan around. On game night, you only have to decide where to eat and how late to stay out. The only paperwork is the confirmation thread, which you can share with the group so everyone knows the pickup time.
A private chauffeur is a better experience than circling Downtown for parking on a busy game night.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you the entire evening. The person who picks you up in the Grove is the person who brings you home. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book: there’s no surge on a busy night and no change for traffic or weather. Nobody in the group has to skip a drink to drive, look for a garage, or walk back to a distant lot after the game. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp to adjust a pickup or add a last-minute stop. It’s a premium service with one goal: you enjoy the game, and we handle the drive from the Grove to the arena and back. Most guests say the biggest difference is the ride home. They walk out into the night air and their car is already waiting.
Plan to leave Coconut Grove in the early evening, well before the 7:30 PM tip-off.
On game night, traffic heads into Downtown from every direction, and the last stretch near the arena slows as the crowd arrives. The drive usually takes longer than on a normal weeknight. Leave time for the drive, the walk in, and security screening. Leave more if you want to catch warmups, obtain food inside, or find your seats without rushing. Most groups start the booking with dinner in the Grove, leave after the meal, and still reach Downtown with time to spare. If you’re coming straight from work or a hotel, tell us when you’d like to arrive, and we’ll suggest a pickup time that works. Leaving early means a few relaxed minutes by the bay. Leaving late can mean hearing the opening minutes from the back seat.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur runs from any address in Coconut Grove to the game and back, in an SUV or a private Sprinter van reserved for your group only. You don’t share the vehicle with strangers, there’s no fixed schedule, and your driver follows your timing for dinner, the drive downtown, and the ride home.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
This hourly service stays in the Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city.
Yes, as long as your hours allow. The same driver can take the group from the arena to a late dinner in Brickell, a drink in Wynwood, or a walk along the bay before heading back to the Grove. You choose the order of the stops, and the driver waits at each one.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, your preferred pickup time in Coconut Grove, and any stops you want before or after the game, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and booking.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll reply with the vehicle, the hourly rate for your tier, the evening surcharge for a night game, and the pickup plan, all in one thread you can share with the group. The sooner we hear from you, the easier it is to match the right vehicle to your group, especially for a larger group that needs a Sprinter. Once the fare is paid, your date and vehicle are held for your group. After that, all that’s left to plan is what to wear to the game, whether that’s red, black, or your favorite jersey. Check availability now and lock in your ride from the Grove to tip-off and back.
