Transfer from Bal Harbour to Alvaro Diaz – Omakase Tour at The Fillmore Miami Beach

A private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to Alvaro Diaz – Omakase Tour at The Fillmore Miami Beach on October 22, 2026 runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour for a Black SUV XL, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Bal Harbour, heads down Collins Avenue before the 8:00 PM show, and stays with your group until the last stop home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Every rate below is per vehicle, never per seat, booked in a block of five hours minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select the tier by headcount and by the feel you want for the night. A couple or a small circle of friends leaving Bal Harbour rides comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or a larger group that wants to reach together belongs in a Sprinter, so nobody splits off into a second car. The Platinum SUV is the step up for riders who want the most polished cabin on the road for a headline show. Whichever you pick, one booking covers the whole evening: dinner near home, the run down Collins Avenue, the concert, and the ride back.

Why Ride to the Omakase Tour With a Bal Harbour Chauffeur? 🥂

A reserved car and a bilingual chauffeur keep the whole Omakase Tour night private and simple.

Your group gets a vehicle held for you alone. There are no strangers, no splitting up, and no circling South Beach for a garage on a busy weeknight. The rate is flat and locked the moment you book, so a packed show and heavy traffic never push the price up. One chauffeur handles the entire evening, speaks English and Spanish, and stays close by while you are inside, so the car is merely there when the last song ends. You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, whether you want to shift the pickup time or add a late-night food stop on the way home. That is what upscale service means on a concert night: fewer moving parts, a better experience for everyone in the group, and a clean, quiet cabin at both ends of the show.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Yes. Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that daytime window add the amount listed below for your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one add-on per trip, not an hourly charge. For a Sprinter it scales with the value of the trip. Nothing else changes after dark. The same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same hourly rate carry straight through from an early dinner in Bal Harbour to the last stop at your hotel or residence. We spell out the surcharge when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, so you know the full cost of the evening before anyone steps into the car.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then direct the evening.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us your pickup point, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. The driver can collect you at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the night. The exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. From there the car belongs to your group for the whole block. You set the order of stops and linger where you like, and the chauffeur waits nearby between each one, including during the concert. Once the first five hours are used, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. If the after-show plans stretch on, you just keep the car and settle the extra time after the night wraps up.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, parking, onboard WiFi, and a swift comfort stop all come with the hourly rate.

Road costs never land on your tab: any toll on the way down and any paid lot the car uses near the venue are part of the price. The cabin has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets before you reach the door. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays exactly the same. Only a few things can add to the bill, and we spell them out before the night starts: the after-dark surcharge covered above and any hours you select to add past your reserved block. Traffic, a busy show night, or a last-minute change of stops never adds a thing.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Leaving Bal Harbour? 🕴️

  • Every booking reserves a minimum block of five hours with one chauffeur.
  • One private vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops and their order, and you can change them anytime.
  • Service runs every day of the week, around the clock, for any start time.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Bal Harbour? 🎤

The simplest way is a private chauffeur driving south on Collins Avenue from Bal Harbour.

Driving yourself on a concert night means circling for a garage near Lincoln Road, paying to park, and asking someone in the group to skip the fun and drive home. A reserved chauffeur removes all three problems. You step out of a hotel lobby or residence in Bal Harbour and ride down the barrier island past Surfside, North Beach, and Mid-Beach. You reach in the Lincoln Road and convention center neighborhood without touching a steering wheel. The trip stays on the beach side the whole way, with no highway merges and no causeway detour unless traffic demands one. Because the same car and chauffeur stay with you, the ride home is settled before the first song. Nobody has to split off from the group or wait at the curb after the crowd pours out onto Washington Avenue.

Which Road Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to South Beach?

Collins Avenue, also called State Road A1A, is the main route south from Bal Harbour through Surfside and North Beach. In Mid-Beach, where hotel traffic can slow Collins down, the chauffeur may switch to Indian Creek Drive beside the waterway, then rejoin the beach grid toward the Lincoln Road area. The driver decides on the spot, based on that evening’s traffic.

How Long Is the Drive From Bal Harbour on a Thursday Evening?

It is typically a short-to-moderate drive, but a Thursday concert evening makes it longer. Commuter traffic, valet lines outside the big Collins Avenue hotels, and fans converging on the same South Beach blocks all slow the final stretch. Allow a generous buffer instead of cutting it close. Arriving early just means more time for a drink before the lights go down.

When Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Alvaro Diaz – Omakase Tour? 🎆

Plan to leave Bal Harbour early enough to reach the entrance well before 8:00 PM.

Thursday, October 22, 2026 is a weeknight, so the drive south overlaps with evening traffic and the whole crowd arriving for a headline show. The smooth plan is to finish dinner near home, leave with a comfortable cushion, and let the chauffeur time the final approach. Tell us your perfect arrival time when you book, and we plan the pickup around it rather than around the show time alone. Before you leave, check the entry and bag policies on The Fillmore Miami Beach visitor page so nothing holds you up at the door. Keep phones charged and tickets loaded on the way down. Once you are inside, the evening runs on your schedule. The car stays with your booking, and a swift WhatsApp message when the show ends brings it back to your group.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Venue?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows that night, aiming for the Washington Avenue side near the main entrance. Street conditions change on a busy show night, so the driver picks the nearest workable point and makes sure everyone knows the short walk in before pulling away to wait.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is exactly what the hourly booking is for. The chauffeur stays nearby with the car while you are inside, so jackets, shopping bags, or a spare pair of shoes can stay safely in the cabin. Nothing needs to be rebooked mid-show, and the time simply counts toward the block you reserved.

How Does the Pickup Work When the Concert Ends?

Send the driver a WhatsApp message as the final song starts, and the car heads to the pickup point you agreed on at drop-off. A spot slightly away from the main exit keeps you clear of the crowd leaving all at once. The whole group then rides home together to Bal Harbour or on to the next stop.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Concert? 🍾

Bal Harbour Shops is the easiest pre-show dinner stop before heading down to South Beach.

Makoto, the Japanese restaurant at Bal Harbour Shops, is a fitting warm-up for a tour named after the chef’s-choice omakase meal. Sushi and robata before a night of Latin trap is right on theme. For Italian, Carpaccio in the same open-air center is a longtime Bal Harbour favorite and a simple pick for a mixed group. If you are staying on the oceanfront, the Four Seasons at The Surf Club in neighboring Surfside keeps the evening polished before the drive south. The chauffeur waits outside whichever spot you pick, holds bags from an afternoon of shopping, and pulls up when the check arrives. If the group would rather eat closer to the concert, the car heads south earlier and dinner moves to the Lincoln Road area instead. These are only ideas for your hours. You create your own reservations, and the driver is glad to suggest more on the way.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit neatly into one booking. The chauffeur collects you in Bal Harbour, waits outside the restaurant, drives the group south, stays through the show, and brings everyone home afterward. If dessert or an after-party runs long, simply keep the car. The extra time follows the same hourly terms described above.

What Kind of Night Is Alvaro Diaz Bringing to Miami Beach? 🪩

Expect a headline Latin urban concert built around reggaeton, Latin trap, and alternative rap.

The Omakase Tour supports Alvaro Diaz’s third album, OMAKASE, whose concept comes from the Japanese chef’s-choice dining experience: the artist sets the menu, and the crowd trusts the order. The record topped charts across many countries on release. His earlier SAYONARA era and “BYAK,” his collaboration with Rauw Alejandro that earned Grammy and Latin Grammy nominations, built the loyal following that fills rooms like this one. The Miami Beach date is one of a long run of Latin America and US stops, and the room will be loud, stylish, and ready to sing every word. Fans dress up for this kind of show, reach in groups, and want the night to keep going afterward. A car that can handle outfits, jackets, and a change of plans without fuss fits that energy far better than a crowded curb after the show.

Who Usually Goes to an Alvaro Diaz Concert?

Much of the crowd is friend groups and couples who follow Latin urban music closely. Many dress up for the night, and plenty turn the show into a birthday or a reunion. That kind of crowd is well served by one private vehicle and a bilingual chauffeur: the whole group arrives together, and nobody has to find a ride home alone.

Which Payment Methods Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

Payment is made in full when you book and is arranged entirely over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it once the day is done.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Omakase Tour? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a full friend group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers for a big birthday crew or extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in the most refined cabin we run. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition (examples of the vehicle class).

If your headcount sits at the edge of a tier, size up so everyone rides comfortably and outfits reach uncrushed. There is room for jackets, shopping bags, and merch from the night. If someone is bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can confirm the space. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur standard and the same inclusions. Only the cabin size and finish change.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Pickup can be at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book.

Typical pickups include the lobby of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the front drive of an oceanfront residential tower along Collins Avenue, or the Bal Harbour Shops entrance if the afternoon started with shopping. Homes just across the bridge in Bay Harbor Islands or next door in Surfside work the same way. Share the exact building and any front-desk instructions in your WhatsApp message. You can also message the chauffeur directly as pickup approaches, so nobody stands in the lobby guessing which car is theirs. If your group is gathering from two places, some at a hotel and some at a condo, the driver can collect everyone in one loop before dinner within the same booking. Once everyone is aboard, the evening is yours: dinner, the drive south, the show, and the ride home.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Bal Harbour to the Omakase Tour?

Yes. For groups, the private option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved by the hour for your party alone. It never carries other riders and never runs on a fixed timetable. It leaves Bal Harbour when your group is ready, stays with you through the evening, and takes everyone home together at the end of the night.

Can a Pet Ride Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami and Miami Beach? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. Your chauffeur moves easily between Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. That easily covers an evening like this one: a pre-show drink in Wynwood, a late bite in Brickell after the encore, or a stop at a friend’s place in Coral Gables before heading home. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service. It is built to stay around the city so your driver is consistently close and ready for the next stop. As long as your plans stay local, you can shape the night any way you like.

Can You Book a Chauffeur From Bal Harbour at the Last Minute? 🎊

Yes. A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and your wish list of stops on WhatsApp, and we will confirm availability for October 22 as rapidly as we can. For a service happening within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group as soon as the day and time are agreed. On that short notice, the date and time stay fixed and the booking runs exactly as agreed. We can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, because your car and chauffeur are already committed to you. The upside is certainty: your ride to the Omakase Tour is set and reserved for your group alone. You still keep flexibility on the night itself. You can keep adding hours on top of what you reserved, right up to the last stop, at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
