Transfer from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies on March 29, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Surfside and keeps the same car with you through the final out. Everyone rides home at the rate you locked in, with no surge fare.

How Much Does a Surfside-to-Ballpark Chauffeur Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each private vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every reservation covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is set by the vehicle, not by the number of people inside it. Your group picks the tier that seats everyone comfortably and pays that tier’s hourly rate. The clock runs by time, not distance. The cross-town drive from Surfside, the innings you spend in your seats, and the ride back north all fit into one reservation at one hourly price. Slow traffic on the causeway or a crowded exit after the game never pushes that price up. The Sprinter tiers suit several families or a group of coworkers who want to reach together. The Platinum SUV is for riders who want the most polished cabin we offer. The only variable to plan around is the evening window, explained in the surcharge section further down this page.

Need the Key Facts Before Booking From Surfside? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all day.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, from morning pickups to late-evening returns.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the day.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • One quick comfort stop during the booking never changes the flat rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Surfside Group for the Game? 🚐

We offer four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and is the usual choice for a family or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group of friends can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, enough for a whole birthday crew or office outing in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of the vehicle class.

Every tier has room for what fans commonly carry to a ballgame, such as rally towels, homemade signs, and a bag of new merch. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.

Is There a Private Van From Surfside for a Big Group of Fans?

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved only for your group, never shared with strangers and never on a fixed schedule. Everyone boards at one Surfside address, rides to the game together, and returns in the same van. That makes it a natural choice for a Phillies fan club, a group of friends, or several families.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Game Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur.

Parking is where this matters most on a ballpark day. Nobody in your group circles a garage near Little Havana, looks for an open lot, or pays at a booth, because your chauffeur takes care of it and the cost is already in the rate. Tolls on the way from Surfside to the mainland are covered in the same way. The rate covers the whole reservation, whether the car is moving, waiting through the middle innings, or parked outside a restaurant after the game. You never pay one rate for driving time and another for waiting time. That makes the full cost easy to add up before game day: multiply your vehicle’s hourly rate by the hours you plan to use, and you have the number.

Which Extra Charges Might Apply?

Three extras are worth planning for. First, the evening surcharge applies for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and it is explained below. Third, any hours added beyond your reservation are billed at your vehicle’s same flat rate and settled once the day wraps up.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Marlins vs. Phillies? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour takes your group from Surfside to the Marlins vs. Phillies game on March 29, 2027.

This National League East game lands in the first days of the 2027 season, and it is the Phillies’ first visit to Miami of the year. It will be played at loanDepot park, the Marlins’ retractable-roof home in Little Havana. Early-season games have a real buzz: new lineups, fresh jerseys, and fans eager to see how the year starts. For a group leaving Surfside, the day works best when nobody has to drive. Teal-clad Marlins fans and red-clad Phillies fans can share the same SUV, trade predictions on the way across the bay, and leave the traffic and parking to the chauffeur. The whole day belongs to your group, from the first stop to the ride home, and you decide how it unfolds.

Why Does the Phillies Series Draw Such a Lively Crowd?

Philadelphia fans travel well, and South Florida is home to many Philadelphia transplants and winter residents. When the Phillies visit, the ballpark usually has a loud red section in the stands, and divisional rivalry plus opening-week excitement add to the noise. More fans also means busier roads around the ballpark, which is one more reason to leave the driving to someone else.

Where Should You Eat in Surfside Before First Pitch? 🍸

Surfside’s own dining streets make an easy, relaxed first stop before the drive south.

Harding Avenue is Surfside’s walkable main street, lined with casual cafés, bakeries, and neighborhood restaurants, including a good number of kosher spots. It works well for a quick lunch before heading out. For a more polished start, many visitors choose the restaurants at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club on Collins Avenue, a landmark on this stretch of the beach. Just north, Bal Harbour Shops has open-air dining terraces where a group can meet up before everyone climbs into the car. Because your chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car waits at the curb while you finish your meal, and nobody has to hurry through dessert to catch a ride. These are suggestions for how to spend your hours. Reservations at any restaurant are yours to make.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. Any meal stop simply becomes part of your hours. Before the game, many groups stop in Little Havana for Cuban coffee and pastries at Versailles on Southwest 8th Street, close to the ballpark. After the game, the chauffeur can take you back to Surfside for a late dinner, or anywhere else on your list.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Surfside on Game Day? 🌆

Your chauffeur commonly drives south through Miami Beach, crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway, and heads west toward Little Havana.

From Surfside, the usual route follows Collins Avenue south, then crosses to the mainland on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. On the mainland it continues along I-95 or the Dolphin Expressway toward the ballpark. When traffic on the beach side is heavy, the Broad Causeway and Biscayne Boulevard are a practical alternative, and the chauffeur picks whichever route looks clearer that day. The drive typically takes under an hour on a normal afternoon. On game day, allow extra time, because traffic around Little Havana gets heavier as first pitch approaches. Your group doesn’t need to check traffic or pick an exit. Everyone relaxes in the back while the chauffeur handles the drive and keeps in touch over WhatsApp.

How Early Should We Leave Surfside for First Pitch?

Leave Surfside well ahead of the first pitch listed on your tickets, and leave even earlier if you’re stopping for a meal on the way. Send us that start time when you book, and the chauffeur will suggest a departure time that leaves room for the drop-off, getting through the entrance, and settling into your seats before the anthem.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at the Ballpark?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point traffic officers direct cars to on game day. You’ll walk a short way to the entrance. Before you go in, the chauffeur confirms the pickup spot for later over WhatsApp, so finding the car after the game is simple.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Runs Into Extra Innings?

Yes. The chauffeur stays with the car through the whole game, including a long rain delay under the roof debate or extra innings. Your hours keep running at the same flat rate, so nobody leaves before the final out to beat the traffic, and nobody gets stuck waiting for a ride when thousands of fans leave at once.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Surfside? 📋

You pick a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and keep the same driver until your day ends.

Start with a WhatsApp message that includes your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. We match you to the right vehicle and confirm the details. On game day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and stays with your group for the whole reservation. You direct the day: lunch first, then the ballpark, then a postgame stop, in whatever order you like. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (so a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. If you want the car longer, every hour after the first five is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There is no renegotiated fare, and those hours are settled after the day.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside?

The chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Surfside. That might be a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo entrance by the beach, a house on one of the quiet side streets, or a café on Harding Avenue after brunch. Tell us the exact spot when you book, and the car will be waiting there at the agreed time.

Where Does the Hourly Service Operate Around Miami? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local and covers Miami and its nearby neighborhoods, which is what makes it easy for the car to stay with you all day.

Your chauffeur works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Surfside and the ballpark both sit comfortably within that area, so a game day fits naturally into it. The service is designed to stay around the city. The car and driver remain close by and on call, so the day can be relaxed and flexible. For that reason, we don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Keeping the service local means your chauffeur spends the hours with your group instead of on a long highway drive, and every added stop is only a short trip away.

Why Choose a Private Chauffeur Over Driving to the Ballpark Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a ballpark trip into a better experience, starting the moment you leave home.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for the pregame playlist, the scorecards, and the postgame recap. You have one bilingual chauffeur for the entire reservation, who knows your names, your stops, and your pickup spot. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so a sold-out crowd or a slow exit never changes the price. The chauffeur stays through the game instead of leaving after the drop-off, and you can message them directly on WhatsApp for any change during the day. Nobody in your group has to be the designated driver or give up the seventh-inning stretch to check on a parking meter. That is what premium service means to us: someone who takes care of the details from pickup to the final drop-off.

Which Payment Methods Can You Use for the Booking? 🍾

Paying is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, holds the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your game-day slot.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after the block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to Late Pickups? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

What Else Do Surfside Fans Ask Before Booking? 🎊

Here are the remaining questions groups from Surfside commonly ask before they book a ballpark day with us.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies?

A private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct option. It’s one car from your door to the game and back, with no parking search and no separate rides to coordinate after the last out. Your group sets its own stops along the way, and the same driver who brought you is still there when the game ends.

Can We Travel With a Pet?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

A booking made within the final 24 hours still works. Once the time is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as planned. You can always add more hours on the day at the same flat rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Surfside to loanDepot park Now? 🥂

Yes. One WhatsApp message starts your booking for the March 29 game.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your list, whether that’s lunch on Harding Avenue, a coffee on Southwest 8th Street, the ballpark, and a late dinner back in Surfside. We’ll check availability, match you with the right vehicle, and confirm your booking with the pickup spot and schedule written out. Opening-week dates with the Phillies in town tend to fill early among Surfside groups, so writing sooner gives you the widest choice of vehicles. After that, the day is simple: your chauffeur arrives on time, the car stays with you, and the drive home is already arranged.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
