Transfer from Aventura to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on July 30
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Aventura to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on Friday, July 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Aventura, waits through every inning, and brings everyone home at the same locked rate.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Aventura to the Marlins Game Cost? 📋
Each vehicle tier has its own hourly rate, and every booking runs a five-hour minimum.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Pick the tier by headcount and by the kind of night you want. A Friday summer game fits comfortably inside the booked block: an easy pickup in Aventura, the drive down to Little Havana, the full game under the retractable roof, and the ride back north. Couples and small families usually settle into the Black SUV XL. A crew of coworkers or a group of Philadelphia fans who moved south spreads out in a Sprinter, with room to talk strategy on the way down. The Platinum SUV brings a more polished cabin for a client outing or a birthday at the ballpark. Every figure on the list is per vehicle rather than per seat, so a full car splits the cost neatly among friends.
Does a Late Finish at the Ballpark Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge, and outside them it works like this:
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
That’s normal, and the surcharge is listed right here so the final total holds no surprises. On the SUV tiers it is a single charge per trip, not per hour, so the math stays simple for a couple or a family. On a Sprinter, the percentage applies to the trip value, so it scales with the booking. Groups that want more of their hours in daylight can start early with an afternoon stop or a relaxed lunch before heading south. When the ride home happens still depends on when the final out comes.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Day? 🕴️
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then share a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make. The chauffeur meets you at the pickup point agreed at booking, which can be any Miami address. That might be a hotel or residence in Aventura, Miami International Airport if a friend flies in for the series, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship and heading straight to the game. From there, you set the stops, the pace, and the route, from a pregame meal to a nightcap on the way back. The booked block covers the first five hours, and the same driver stays with you the whole time. After that, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, never a renegotiated fare, and it is settled once the day wraps up. If the celebrating runs late, just keep the car.
Is There a Private Shuttle From Aventura to the Phillies Game?
Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone works as your own private shuttle to the ballpark and back. Nobody else boards, there is no fixed schedule to follow, and the route follows your stops. Smaller parties get the same arrangement in a Black SUV XL or a Platinum SUV.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Phillies Game? 🚐
Group size decides the vehicle, and every tier is private to your party.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A natural pick for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a birthday group to spread out.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for an office outing or a fan club traveling together.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more refined luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
A pair of Phillies fans meeting old friends from back home fits neatly in the SUV. A company night or a crew of neighbors from the same Aventura tower can keep the conversation going in a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a quieter, more upscale cabin for a client evening or an anniversary. There is space for gloves, rally towels, and new merch from the team store. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance so we can confirm it fits.
Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Aventura? 🏙️
Pickup happens at any Aventura address you choose, agreed when you book.
Hotel guests usually meet the chauffeur at the lobby entrance, and the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is a common starting point. Residents step out of the condo towers along Country Club Drive or from a private home. Shoppers can wrap up an afternoon at Aventura Mall and meet the car at an entrance agreed in advance. Your chauffeur is reachable on WhatsApp, so nobody stands on a hot July curb wondering which vehicle is theirs. If friends are coming from Sunny Isles Beach or Hallandale Beach, add those addresses to the plan. Collecting everyone first is just another stop on your clock, and the whole group rides south together instead of juggling separate cars and separate parking. Visitors staying with family in Aventura get the same doorstep pickup as hotel guests.
Where Can You Eat in Aventura Before Heading to the Game?
Aventura Mall is the easy answer, with a broad mix of sit-down restaurants and casual counters under one roof. The restaurants at the JW Marriott Turnberry suit a quieter pregame meal, and Bal Harbour Shops, a short ride south, works for an upscale lunch. Make your own reservation, and we’ll build the stop into your route.
What’s the Best Way to Get From Aventura to loanDepot park on July 30? 🏟️
Most chauffeurs take I-95 south, then the Dolphin Expressway west toward Little Havana.
From Aventura, the car usually joins the interstate at Ives Dairy Road or Miami Gardens Drive, passes the downtown skyline, and exits toward the ballpark’s neighborhood. When the interstate backs up, as it often does on a Friday afternoon, Biscayne Boulevard is a slower but steadier way south through North Miami and the Upper East Side before the car cuts west. Your driver watches live traffic and suggests the faster option on the day. Traffic is what makes the timing uncertain. A Friday rush-hour departure typically takes noticeably longer than the same trip on a quiet weekend morning, so allow plenty of extra time and count it as part of the pregame. Because you have the car by the hour, leaving earlier just moves your booked hours forward, and your group walks in relaxed with time to spare.
Where Will the Driver Drop You Off and Wait During the Game? 🏟️
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to loanDepot park as access allows.
The drop-off point is the one nearest your entrance. Streets around the ballpark get busy on game days and traffic patterns can change, so the exact curb may shift. Your driver adjusts on the spot instead of leaving you to walk from a distant lot. Once you are inside, the car stays in the area for the whole game, and parking is already covered by your rate. When you are ready to go, whether after the final out or the moment the kids get sleepy, send a WhatsApp message and the chauffeur meets you at the pickup spot you agreed on. You won’t be hunting for a parked car in the summer heat, crawling out of a packed garage, or walking a long way to find your ride.
How Early Should You Leave Aventura for the Phillies Game?
Leave Aventura early enough to reach the ballpark well before first pitch, and allow extra time for Friday traffic through downtown. Arriving early lets your group clear entry lines, find seats, and grab food before the game begins. The start time has not been posted yet, so set your pickup time once the team announces it.
Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?
Yes. Extra innings never leave your group stranded, because you book the car by the hour rather than by the trip. Your chauffeur keeps waiting nearby however long the game runs. Any time beyond the booked block is added at your vehicle’s rate and settled after the night ends.
Is Marlins vs. Phillies Worth the Trip From Aventura? 🎊
Yes, a Phillies series is one of the most energetic weekends on the Marlins’ home calendar.
This is a National League East divisional matchup, and Philadelphia fans travel well. South Florida is home to numerous people from Philadelphia and the Northeast, and plenty of fans fly down for the weekend. Expect red jerseys throughout the stands and a loud, good-natured rivalry. Friday, July 30, opens the weekend series, a natural start for anyone planning a long baseball weekend in Miami. The setting helps too. loanDepot park has a retractable roof and air conditioning, a real relief on a humid July night, and the surrounding Little Havana neighborhood gives the evening a character all its own. For Aventura riders, the trip means an easy ride down, a lively crowd, and a cool, relaxing seat, with nobody worrying about where the car is or who is driving home.
Where Is Marlins vs. Phillies Played in Miami?
The game is played at the Marlins’ home ballpark in Little Havana, a short way west of Downtown Miami and Brickell. The neighborhood is known for Cuban bakeries, cigar shops, and live music, so the ride in is part of the outing, and your chauffeur knows the local streets well.
Where Can You Find Tickets for the July 30 Game?
Tickets are sold through the Miami Marlins’ official channels and authorized resale marketplaces, and prices vary by seat location and demand. We don’t sell tickets; we handle the private ride. Buy your seats first, then tell us roughly where you’re sitting so the chauffeur can plan the closest practical drop-off.
Why Ride With a Private Bilingual Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself? 🕴️
A private chauffeur makes game day a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Driving yourself means Friday traffic, event parking, and a designated driver who misses out on the fun. A reserved car takes care of all of that. The vehicle belongs to your group for the whole booking, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from start to finish. Your rate is fixed when you book, with no surge for a crowded ballpark, a summer downpour, or a slow interstate. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plans takes one text instead of a phone tree. Privacy, consistency, and direct contact are what we mean by premium service. You get a clean, relaxing vehicle, a courteous chauffeur who knows the city, and a calm ride home after a loud night of baseball. Nobody in your party has to check a parking receipt or a fare estimate.
Is the Car Shared With Other Fans Heading to the Game?
No, every booking is fully private. The vehicle carries only your party, with no extra pickups for strangers and no seats sold to other fans. You control the conversation, the music, and the timing, and the cabin you leave Aventura in is the same one that takes you home.
Which Service Facts Should You Know Before You Book? 🚙
One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all booking.
Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in each vehicle.
A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and leaves the rate unchanged.
Service runs 24/7, including late returns after evening games.
Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.
How Is Payment Handled? 📋
Full payment at booking secures your vehicle for July 30.
Everything runs through the same WhatsApp thread you use to plan the ride, so payment details, confirmations, and any changes stay in one place.
Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point. Every hour you keep the car past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.
What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥂
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate.
On a ballpark night, that covers fuel for the round trip between Aventura and Little Havana, any expressway tolls along the way, and parking the car near the stadium while you watch the game. The hours your chauffeur spends waiting during the game are simply part of your booked block, so no separate meter runs in the background. A few items can change the final total, and each one is listed on this page. A ride outside daytime hours adds the night surcharge listed above. Each hour you keep the car beyond the booked block adds one more hour at your vehicle’s rate.
What Else Do Aventura Fans Ask Before the Phillies Game? 🎤
Once the ride is settled, Aventura riders usually ask about adding a meal, the area the service covers, traveling with a pet, and booking close to game day.
Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?
Yes, a meal fits into your booked hours as one more stop. Little Havana surrounds the ballpark, and Versailles is a well-known spot for Cuban food and coffee after the final out. Brickell and Wynwood work for a later dinner or drinks, and the same chauffeur loops between stops while your group eats.
Does the Hourly Service Reach Places Like Naples or Orlando?
No. The hourly service stays local, so your chauffeur is always on call around the city. It covers Aventura, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t covered by this hourly service.
Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car From Aventura?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it when you send your group size and stops, so the right vehicle is ready on the day.
What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. On the plus side, you can always add more hours on the day at your vehicle’s rate.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do You Reserve Your Game-Day Chauffeur From Aventura? 🍾
Send a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough pickup time in Aventura, and the stops you’d like to make on July 30.
We reply with the vehicle tier that fits, check availability for the date, and confirm your chauffeur once your payment is in. Phillies weekends bring a large crowd of visiting fans to Miami, so booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Let us know if anyone is joining from a second address, if you have a dinner stop in mind, and if the night might turn into a celebration afterward. You can still add to the plan on the day. From the moment the car pulls up in Aventura until the last guest gets home, the evening runs on your schedule, in your own private vehicle, with a chauffeur who already knows the plan. Confirm your booking using the contact details below.

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.
👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?
No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.
✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
