Transfer from Aventura to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park

A private hourly chauffeur from Aventura to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies on March 29, 2027 comes at a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Aventura and stays with you through Opening Week game day. Everyone rides home afterward at that same locked rate, with no surge however late the final out comes.

How Much Does a Private Driver From Aventura to the Marlins Game Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate depends on the vehicle, not on how many people are inside. A Black SUV XL costs the same per hour with two fans on board as it does full. Select the tier that suits your group and count the hours you expect to keep the car. That way you know the day’s total before anyone leaves the lobby in Aventura. Families and couples usually select the SUV, while fan clubs and office outings lean toward a Sprinter. Groups celebrating a birthday or hosting guests from out of town often pick the Platinum SUV for its extra polish. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Key Facts Should Aventura Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, including late finishes after night games.
  • You set the stops and the pace; the itinerary is never locked.
  • A short comfort stop in the middle of a booking does not change the rate.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed entirely over WhatsApp.
  • Your group books one private vehicle; seats are never sold separately.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Game Day From Aventura? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur makes a long ballpark trip across the county calmer and more enjoyable.

The vehicle is booked for your group alone. Nobody else gets in, and the car never leaves for another job while you are in your seats. The hourly price is locked the moment you confirm, so the crowd of fans leaving after the last out can’t push it up, and there is never a surge. The chauffeur who greets you in Aventura is the same one who drives you home. That continuity is what makes this a premium service and not a string of separate rides. Your chauffeur knows your stops, your bags of merch, and which friend always runs late. Questions go straight to our team on WhatsApp, before the day and during it. Many Phillies fans live in Aventura or spend the winter there. For them, it means hosting family from Philadelphia without anyone having to be the designated driver.

When Does the Evening Surcharge Apply to a Game-Day Booking? 🌆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside those daytime hours, a surcharge applies based on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Most ballpark bookings start in daylight, so the real question is how late the ride home finishes. In that case the surcharge applies once to that trip. SUV bookings add a single fixed amount per trip, while Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. Nothing else changes: the hourly rate stays the same, and the route, stops, and pace are still yours. To avoid the surcharge, plan a daytime window with an early departure. For a night game, simply include it in your budget from the start.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Ballpark Day? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time, and the running costs of your day.

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included, so there is no garage ticket to pay near the stadium and no toll bill showing up a week later. Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps for pulling up digital tickets or streaming the pregame show on the way south. There is room for what fans usually carry, like signs, jerseys, and a bag of merch. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Three things can add to the total, and you will know about each one ahead of time:

  • hours you choose to add beyond your booking

None of these is hidden in fine print, so the day’s total is never a surprise.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Marlins Game? 🎊

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the day yourself.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then settle on a start time and a rough list of stops. The five-hour block is the shortest booking, and it often covers the ride south, nine innings, and the trip home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a private home. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. For this game that usually means somewhere in Aventura, with the exact spot agreed when you book. From then on, the chauffeur stays with your group for the full block. They wait at the venue while you watch and follow the stops you set, such as a pregame meal, a detour to pick up a friend, or a nightcap on the way back. Nothing is scripted, and you never switch to a different driver.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Yes. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Tell the chauffeur you want to stay for a postgame dinner or a late drink, and the car stays with you. The added hours are settled after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Aventura Pickup? 📋

Payment comes down to three simple terms: how you pay, the full fare at booking, and the hours you use.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Phillies Series Opener? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, keeping a mid-size group together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the larger layout for fan clubs and office outings.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in the most polished ride of the four. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Platinum reference models show the class of vehicle, not a promise of one specific make on the day. Every tier comes with its chauffeur; there is no self-drive option. If your group size falls between two tiers, the larger vehicle keeps everyone together instead of splitting the group across two cars. Tell us how many fans are coming, including kids, and we match the right tier before confirming.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Aventura? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south from Aventura to Little Havana while everyone relaxes.

The trip runs down the east side of the county, from Aventura in the northeast corner, past downtown, to the ballpark in Little Havana just west of the city center. It is typically the longest drive of the day. Traffic on this route changes by the hour. A Monday date like March 29 can overlap the evening commute, and a big Phillies crowd adds traffic on the final approach. So the chauffeur plans around the time you actually leave rather than a fixed estimate, and switches roads if one slows down. Inside the car, nobody has to watch the road. The group can talk lineups, pull up tickets, or text friends meeting you there. The biggest difference comes in the last few blocks, where game-day cones and crowd control change the streets around the stadium, and the chauffeur deals with that instead of you.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Aventura to the Ballpark?

Most trips head south on I-95 toward downtown, then turn west on the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) toward Little Havana. When the interstate backs up, Biscayne Boulevard is a slower but steadier way south. The chauffeur chooses between them based on live traffic when you leave, so the group never has to guess.

Why Skip Driving and Parking at the Ballpark Yourself?

A chauffeur takes care of the two slowest parts of a ballpark trip: hunting for a space in the garages around the stadium, and sitting in the exit line afterward. The car’s parking is handled by the chauffeur, not the group. Nobody has to skip a drink at the game to drive everyone home to Aventura.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Aventura? 🏙️

The chauffeur meets you at whichever Aventura address you select when booking.

Hotel guests usually step out of the lobby. The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is a natural starting point for visiting Phillies fans. Residents are picked up at the front entrance of their building along Country Club Drive, or at their front door in the neighborhoods off Biscayne Boulevard. Shoppers can finish up at Aventura Mall and meet the car at the entrance they name. If friends are staying in two different buildings, add both addresses and the chauffeur stops at each before heading south. Pickups in neighboring Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, and Hallandale Beach work the same way. Share the exact spot, any building access notes, and a contact number on WhatsApp. The chauffeur messages when parked and waits while everyone gathers their jerseys and sunscreen. The car is reserved for your group, so there is no searching a busy driveway for a stranger’s car.

Where Can You Eat in Aventura Before Heading to the Game? 🍸

Aventura Mall and the Turnberry resort area offer pregame meals close to most pickups.

Aventura Mall is the easy choice for mixed groups. Its restaurants and the Treats Food Hall range from quick bites to a proper sit-down lunch, and the chauffeur can wait at whichever entrance you leave from. For a steakhouse send-off, Bourbon Steak at the JW Marriott Turnberry suits birthday groups and hosts treating clients before the game. More casual groups often eat near the Intracoastal or along Biscayne Boulevard, then head straight onto the road south. Because the car is booked by the hour, the meal is just one of your stops. Nobody has to feed a parking meter, and the chauffeur keeps an eye on the time so dinner doesn’t cut into the drive. These are suggestions from a local driver, not reservations we make, so book tables directly with the restaurants you select.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. A meal can be a stop on your booking, before first pitch or after the last out. Groups often eat in Aventura on the way out and save a late bite in Brickell or back home for the return. The chauffeur waits at each stop while the hours on your booking keep counting.

Is a Little Havana Stop Worth Adding Near the Ballpark?

For many fans, yes. The ballpark is in Little Havana, so a pregame stop on Southwest 8th Street is a short detour, not a separate trip. Versailles is the classic spot for Cuban coffee and pastries. Ball & Chain has live music and a lively bar scene if the group wants some atmosphere before the game.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏝️

The hourly service stays in the Miami area, which keeps the chauffeur close by and on call.

Game days from Aventura fit easily inside that area. The same car and chauffeur regularly work Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. The service also covers neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, so Aventura, between Miami and Broward, is a natural starting point. Staying local lets the driver keep an unhurried pace. There is plenty of time to go from a condo in Aventura to a Wynwood mural walk, a Little Havana coffee stop, and then the ballpark without rushing. Far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service, so each booking is built around a day in the Miami area. A pregame stop in Wynwood or a postgame drink on South Beach fits right in.

What Happens on Game Day When the Phillies Visit Miami? 🏟️

March 29, 2027 brings the Phillies to Miami for their first visit of the season.

The game is a National League East division matchup during the Marlins’ Opening Week homestand at loanDepot park, the retractable-roof ballpark in Little Havana. Expect a louder, more mixed crowd than a typical early-season weeknight. The Phillies travel well, and South Florida is full of transplants and snowbirds who grew up on Philadelphia baseball, many of them living in and around Aventura. With Phillies red on one side and Marlins fans on the other, the streets around the stadium get busier than usual, both on arrival and when everyone leaves together. A private car keeps your group together through all of it, from the first pickup in Aventura to the last drop-off at home. One chauffeur knows the plan before the day begins. Here is how leaving, arriving, and getting home usually go.

How Early Should We Leave Aventura for Marlins vs. Phillies?

Leave Aventura with plenty of time before first pitch. Allow for a slow stretch on the road south, the game-day approach, and finding your seats before the anthem. Agree on the departure time with the chauffeur when you book. If traffic is light, the extra time can go to a Little Havana coffee stop instead of waiting in line.

Where Does the Chauffeur Drop You Off at the Ballpark?

The chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as game-day access allows, depending on the traffic controls in place that day. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup point for later. The chauffeur confirms it on WhatsApp so everyone knows exactly where to walk after the game.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Runs Into Extra Innings?

Yes. The chauffeur waits nearby for the whole game, however long it runs, because the car is hired by the hour rather than for a single drop-off. A tie in the ninth, extra innings, or a postgame photo on the concourse never leaves the group stranded. The time just keeps counting on your booking.

Is There a Private Ride From Aventura to Marlins vs. Phillies? 🎤

Yes, a private chauffeured ride from Aventura is exactly what this service provides.

People searching for a private shuttle or a private van from Aventura to the ballpark usually want one thing: to get the whole group there together without anyone driving. A private hourly booking does that without the downsides of a shared service. There is no fixed schedule to match, no other riders to pick up along the way, and no crowded line after the game waiting for a seat. The car leaves Aventura when your group is ready and makes only the stops your group chose. It heads home when your group decides the night is over. It suits a Phillies fan hosting relatives from Pennsylvania, a family celebrating a child’s first big-league game, or coworkers turning a Monday into a team outing. The questions below cover the practical details.

Can a Pet Ride Along From Aventura?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There a Private Van From Aventura for a Large Group of Fans?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the private van option, and the larger layout lets a youth team, a birthday group, or an extended family ride together in one vehicle. It works just like the SUV: one chauffeur, your own stops, and the whole group arriving and leaving together, with no second car to coordinate.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Last-minute bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a chauffeur and vehicle set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
