Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on Friday, April 9, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, stays with the same vehicle through the final out, and brings everyone home on your schedule.
How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost for a Marlins Game? 📋
You pay one hourly rate per vehicle, based on the size of your group.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Every booking has a 5-hour minimum, which suits a Friday night game well. The Bal Harbour pickup, the drive south to Little Havana and the game itself all fit into one reserved block. Rates are per vehicle, not per seat, so a group that fills a Sprinter shares one hourly rate. Couples and small parties celebrating a birthday or anniversary often choose the Platinum SUV for its upscale cabin, and families and groups of friends usually choose the Black SUV XL. Bigger groups of Marlins and Braves fans can all ride in one Sprinter. Everyone arrives together, leaves together, and nobody has to look for a ride after the last out.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride From Bal Harbour? 🚐
We have four private vehicle types for different group sizes, starting with the Black SUV XL.
Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s a good fit for a couple, a family or a few friends going to the game.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with plenty of room for a mid-size group of friends or coworkers.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, enough for a whole fan club or extended family.
Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.
Groups with split loyalties often like the Sprinter, because everyone faces each other and the Marlins-versus-Braves banter can keep going all the way down I-95. There’s room for the things fans usually bring, like signs, rally towels and a bag of team merch, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Every vehicle arrives clean and ready for a warm Miami evening.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept for an Hourly Booking? 📋
You pay the full fare when you book.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
Payment: full payment at booking holds your date.
Hours: bookings start at five hours, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that first block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, the fare is never renegotiated, and you settle the extra hours after the day.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙
You reserve a vehicle and driver for a set number of hours, and you choose every stop.
Send us your group size, a rough start time and your plans for the evening on WhatsApp. You might desire dinner first, a straight ride to the game, or a drink afterward. We pick the right vehicle for your group and confirm the booking. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address agreed at booking, such as a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport or a home. The same driver and vehicle stay with your group for the whole booking and follow the order of stops you choose. After the first five hours, nothing gets renegotiated. Each extra hour is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, and you settle those hours after the day. If the game runs long, you simply keep the car.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves? 🏟️
Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Bal Harbour straight to this game.
Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves is on Friday, April 9, 2027. It opens a weekend series between two National League East rivals at loanDepot park, the ballpark in Little Havana with a retractable roof. First pitch hasn’t been announced yet, so we’ll set your pickup time once the team publishes the official start. Friday is one of the busiest nights on the Marlins schedule, which is when a reserved vehicle helps most. You don’t have to circle for parking, push through a packed lot after the game, or round up friends who came separately. Your group leaves Bal Harbour together, starts the pregame talk in a private cabin, and arrives ready for baseball. Keep an eye on the team’s official schedule as the date gets closer, and send us any changes so we can adjust the plan.
Why Is a Friday Braves Game Such a Big Night in Miami?
A Friday rivalry game brings a lively crowd with fans of both teams. Local families, Little Havana neighbors and longtime Marlins fans fill the stands. A large group of Braves fans also shows up in red and navy, some visiting and some Atlanta transplants who now live in South Florida. It makes for a loud, friendly early-season night.
Can You Check Lineups and Game Previews on the Ride From Bal Harbour?
Yes. Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot. Your group can stream the pregame show, open the match center, compare each team’s recent form and read the pitching preview on the way to Little Havana. The arguments about who will win can wait until the late innings.
How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Bal Harbour on Game Night? 🌆
Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour, crosses Biscayne Bay and takes the expressways into Little Havana.
The usual route goes down Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle Causeway. The other option is west from Bal Harbour across the Broad Causeway to the mainland. From either one, the driver takes I-95 south and then the Dolphin Expressway west toward the ballpark. Your driver picks whichever route is moving best that evening and changes course if traffic shifts, so nobody in the group has to watch a map app. The last stretch runs through the streets of Little Havana, where game-night traffic control can change the usual turns. A chauffeur who knows the area handles those detours calmly while you finish your pregame plans. The ride home follows the same roads in reverse, back across the bay to Collins Avenue and your door.
How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves?
Leave Bal Harbour well before first pitch. A Friday evening start lines up with the end of the work week, and traffic toward downtown usually builds early. Give yourself plenty of extra time, and more if you add a dinner stop first. Once the start time is announced, we’ll suggest a pickup time based on it.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point nearest the entrance you plan to use. Game-day traffic control decides the exact curb, so your driver confirms the spot as you get close and shows you where to meet afterward. Everyone gets out together and walks in.
Can the Driver Wait Even If the Game Goes to Extra Innings?
Yes. The driver waits nearby for the whole game, whether it ends after nine innings or goes into extras. Because you hire the car by the hour, a long game just adds time to your booking. Your group is never stranded and never faces a new fare. Send a WhatsApp message when you’re heading out and the car will come to the pickup point.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️
We pick you up at any Bal Harbour address you choose, agreed when you book.
Many game-day groups start at one of the oceanfront hotels on Collins Avenue, like The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. There, the driver meets you at the front entrance or in the lobby. The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, just south in Surfside, is just as easy. If you spent the afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops, the car can pick you up there once you’re done shopping, so you can go straight to the game without stopping at your room. We also pick up residents of Bay Harbor Islands, just across the water. Send the exact address and the door you’d like to utilize when you book. We’ll add it to your confirmation so the driver arrives exactly where you expect.
Can the Pickup Be at a Private Residence or Condo on Collins Avenue?
Yes. A private home or condo tower on Collins Avenue works just as well as a hotel. Send us the building name and the entrance your group will use, and tell us about any front-desk or guest-list step the building requires. Your driver will be at that entrance at the agreed time, ready for the whole group.
Where Can You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before the Game? 🥂
Bal Harbour Shops and nearby Surfside have good options for dinner before the game.
Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite inside Bal Harbour Shops, is a good choice for a relaxed early meal before the drive south. Makoto, also at the Shops, is a popular spot for sushi and Japanese grill dishes. For a bigger celebration, The Surf Club Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Surfside has a classic, dressed-up feel. Because you have the car by the hour, the driver waits while you eat and leaves for the ballpark as soon as you’ve paid. Nobody waits for the valet, and the group doesn’t have to split up into separate cars. These are suggestions from drivers who know the area, not reservations we make. Book your own table, tell us the time, and we’ll plan the pickup around it. An early seating keeps the evening relaxed and gets everyone to their seats before the anthem.
Can We Add a Little Havana Stop After the Final Out?
Yes. You can add as many stops as you like, before or after the game. The ballpark is in Little Havana, so a late bite at Versailles on SW 8th Street for Cuban sandwiches and coffee, or live music at Ball & Chain, is an easy stop after the game. The driver waits while you celebrate, then takes everyone back to Bal Harbour.
What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾
Fuel, tolls and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the whole drive.
Any tolls on the Broad Causeway or the expressways, the fuel burned in game-night traffic, and parking while your car waits near the ballpark are all part of the price you’ve already seen. You’re paying for your chauffeur’s time, so every minute of the booking belongs to your group, whether the car is moving or parked. Only a few things can change your total. There’s the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained in its own section below. Any extra hours you add on the day count too. Nothing else goes on the bill. You won’t see a fuel add-on or a parking receipt passed along to you after the game.
Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for a Friday Night at the Ballpark? 🍸
Having your own car and chauffeur makes a busy game night calmer and more comfortable.
The vehicle is private and reserved only for your group, so the cabin is yours from Collins Avenue to the ballpark and back. Your bilingual chauffeur takes care of the driving, the detours and the timing, and stays on call until the final out. The flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. There’s no surge when the crowd leaves all at once, and you pay the price you confirmed. You also have a direct WhatsApp line to your driver, which makes changes easy, like a later dinner, an extra stop or a friend joining at the hotel. You skip the parking lines, the long walk to a distant lot and the rush for a ride after the game. That’s what we mean by better service: one dedicated driver, one plan, and a premium service built around your night.
When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🎆
Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and there’s no surcharge during that time.
Trips outside daytime hours have a surcharge, and the amount depends on the vehicle:
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It’s one fixed charge: a set amount per trip for the SUV, or a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter. There are no other late-night fees. When you book, tell us when you expect to finish and we’ll confirm how it changes your total, so the final bill holds no surprises.
Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour on Short Notice? 🎊
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check availability for your group and game time right away. If you book within 24 hours of the ride, your date and time are locked in once confirmed. That slot is held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside.
Because the slot is reserved for your group on such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking runs as agreed. The upside is flexibility on the day itself. You can keep adding hours on top of the ones you reserved, through the final out and beyond, at the same rate. For the quickest last-minute booking, include your group size, Bal Harbour pickup address, rough start time and any dinner or after-game stops in your first message. That way we can confirm right away and get a chauffeur to your door in time for the game.
Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami and Bal Harbour?
Yes. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run the hourly service out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, which keeps your driver close by.
Can You Bring a Pet Along on the Game-Day Ride?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Can a Large Group of Fans Ride Together in One Private Van?
Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fits a big group of friends, coworkers or relatives in one private van, so everyone leaves Bal Harbour together and walks in together. With one vehicle, the group has one arrival time and one meeting spot after the game, and nobody gets left behind on the way home. Tell us your exact group size and we’ll book the right Sprinter.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🚗 Do you only offer airport pickup?
No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.
🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?
We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.
🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?
Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.
👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?
No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.
✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
