Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center on January 12

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and one bilingual chauffeur stays with you from your Surfside door to the ride home, at a rate locked when you book.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside Cost for the Heat Game? 🏟️

Each rate below is per vehicle, not per person, and every booking covers at least five hours with your chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the row that matches your headcount and you know the hourly cost of the whole night before anyone leaves Surfside. Those hours cover everything the car does for you: the pickups, the drive downtown, the hours of the game itself, and the ride back to your hotel or home. Couples and small families commonly settle into the Black SUV XL. Groups that want a more polished arrival pick the Platinum SUV, and bigger crews of friends or coworkers move up to a Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting across several cars.

What Makes the January 12 Heat vs. Nets Game a Big Night Out? 🎆

The Heat host the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, with a 7:30 PM tip-off.

It is a regular-season Eastern Conference game at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena beside Bayside Marketplace. Don’t mix it up with the preseason meeting between the same two teams earlier in the fall. Heat home games pull a loud, proud, unmistakably Miami crowd: Cuban-American families who have followed the team for generations, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans, longtime season-ticket regulars, office groups coming straight from Brickell, and a visible pocket of Nets supporters. Sellouts are the norm, so the streets around the arena fill early and stay hectic long after the final buzzer. That’s why a chauffeured evening makes sense from Surfside. Your group gets the full energy of a packed downtown game night without circling for a parking spot or asking someone to skip the celebration so they can drive home.

Why Is a Tuesday Night Game Tricky to Reach From Surfside?

A weeknight tip-off lands right in the evening commute. Fans leaving Surfside share the causeways and Biscayne Boulevard with drivers heading home from Downtown and Brickell. Then arena traffic converges on the same few blocks, and the last stretch can slow to a crawl. A chauffeur who knows the alternate routes takes that problem off your hands.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on Game Night? 🚙

A chauffeur drives your group south from Surfside across Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami.

Your driver handles all three parts of the game-night plan. First, getting across the water ahead of the worst tip-off traffic. Second, setting everyone down as close to the arena as access allows. Third, being ready for the trip home once the game ends. Beating the pre-game rush comes down to timing and flexibility. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before leaving Surfside, picks the crossing that is moving best that evening, and keeps the group updated over WhatsApp if a change makes sense. Nobody in the car needs a parking plan, so you skip the slowest part of any downtown arena night: the queue into a garage and the long walk back out of it. You obtain a calmer arrival, more time to settle into your seats before the opening quarter, and a ride home that is already arranged before the game begins.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Surfside to Downtown Miami?

Most evenings the drive runs south on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach, then crosses the bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. The MacArthur lands right at the edge of Downtown. If the beach side is jammed, the driver can head west over the Broad Causeway through Bay Harbor Islands and come down the mainland instead. That night’s traffic decides the route.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The driver sets the group down along the Biscayne Boulevard side, as close to the venue as access allows on game night. Event-night road closures and traffic control decide the exact drop-off point, so your chauffeur adjusts on the spot. The driver also confirms the pickup point for after the game over WhatsApp, which keeps your walk to the entrance short.

Can the Driver Wait During the Heat Game?

Yes. The chauffeur stays downtown for the whole game because those hours belong to you. While you watch, the car waits nearby, and your driver confirms the meeting point before the final quarter winds down. When the buzzer sounds, you walk out to a car you already know instead of hunting for a ride in the post-game crowd.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

Your chauffeur collects the group at any address in Surfside you choose.

That could be the lobby of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue such as the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, the front drive of a beachfront condo tower, or a family home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. Your driver pulls up at the door you name, and you can message them directly on WhatsApp, so nobody stands on the curb in their jersey longer than needed. If friends are staying just north in Bal Harbour or across the water in Bay Harbor Islands, the car can collect them on the way out. Those extra pickups merely use part of the hours you have already reserved. Picking everyone up in order also means the group reaches downtown together instead of arriving in separate cars at different times, which makes meeting up inside a packed arena much easier.

Which Surfside Spots Work Best Before Leaving for the Game? 🍸

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour make easy places to eat before heading downtown.

Harding Avenue, the town’s compact main street, has relaxed cafés and a well-known cluster of kosher restaurants, which suits families who want a quick, casual meal close to home. Just north, Bal Harbour Shops pairs its designer boutiques with polished sit-down restaurants, a natural choice for hosting clients or a celebratory table before tip-off. Guests staying at The Surf Club can dine on property and walk straight out to the car. Wherever you choose, reserve the table yourself. Your chauffeur parks nearby and is ready as soon as the check is paid, so you skip the valet line and don’t have to find a ride afterward. Eating in Surfside keeps the start of the evening unhurried. Some groups would rather head downtown first and eat beside the arena, which the next question covers.

Can the Group Stop at Bayside Marketplace Before Tip-Off?

Yes. Bayside Marketplace sits right next to the arena on the waterfront, so it’s an easy pre-game stop for a bite, a drink by the bay, or a stroll past the marina. Your chauffeur drops the group there, and the walk to the arena is short, so the evening flows straight from dinner to your seats.

Where Can You Go After the Game Before Heading Back to Surfside?

Brickell sits just south of Downtown with late-night restaurants and rooftop lounges, and Wynwood’s bars and murals are a short hop north. Because you book by the hour, the same driver can take the group to either one for a post-game bite and still bring everyone back to Surfside when the night wraps up.

How Many People Fit in a Private SUV or Van From Surfside? 🚐

Our four private tiers seat anywhere from one passenger to a group of fourteen.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the easy choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers in a private van with space to spread out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for an office outing or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose for comfort as well as headcount. A party at the top of the SUV XL range fits, but a Sprinter lets a larger group ride together in one private van, talking through the matchup all the way downtown. The Platinum SUV suits client entertaining, a milestone birthday, or anyone who wants a more polished arrival. The reference models are examples of that vehicle class, not a promise of one specific make. If your headcount changes before game night, message us and we’ll check which size is available.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

Those are the costs that quietly add up on an arena night: fuel for the pickups and the drive across the bay, any tolls on the chosen route, and parking downtown during the game. The rate also covers your chauffeur’s time for every reserved hour and the private vehicle itself, from the first pickup to the final drop-off. There is room for what fans carry to a game, such as signs, a spare jersey, or a bag of team-store merch. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Two charges can apply on top of the hourly rate. The first is the night surcharge for any part of the trip outside daytime hours, which has its own section below. The second is any extra hours you choose to add beyond your reservation, billed as described in the payment details.

Why Book Our Private Chauffeur for a Heat Game From Surfside? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a crowded downtown game night into a better experience.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and arrives clean at your Surfside door. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so you never switch cars or explain the plan to someone new. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when grandparents, visiting relatives, and friends each prefer a different language. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t surge on a sellout night or change for traffic or weather. You reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan is one message away, whether that’s leaving earlier, adding a pickup, or making a stop after the game. This is premium service built around your evening, with one driver who knows your group, your stops, and your timing all night.

Need the Key Facts About Your Surfside Chauffeur at a Glance? 📋

  • Service runs every day and around the clock, including late game nights.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking does not change what you pay.
  • Every booking detail is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the day wraps up.

Does a Late Heat Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Plan for the line that matches your vehicle from the start so your total matches what you expected. If you’re unsure how it applies to your schedule, ask when you book and we’ll walk you through it before you pay.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single trip.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then tell us roughly when the evening should begin. The minimum is five hours, which leaves room for a pre-game meal, the game, and the ride home. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From then on, the car and chauffeur are yours. They stay with you for the whole block and wait at every stop you make. After the first five hours, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop in Brickell, you keep the car as long as you need.

Do You Need to Plan Every Stop Before Game Day?

No. Send a rough outline on WhatsApp, such as a Surfside pickup, dinner, and the arena, and adjust as the evening unfolds. You set the stops and the pace, and the itinerary is never locked. You can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer somewhere whenever the schedule allows.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets? 🏟️

Yes. Every ride we run from Surfside to the Heat game is private.

The SUV or Sprinter you reserve carries only your group. There are no pooled seats, no fixed departure times, and no strangers climbing in at the next stop. If you searched for a shuttle to the game, our version is a private van reserved by the hour that leaves when your group is ready and returns when you are done. That privacy shapes the whole night. Conversations stay in the car, and the schedule fits your group instead of a timetable. You also have one clear point of contact, because the chauffeur assigned to your booking is the same person from Surfside to the arena and back. For families with young kids, visiting relatives, or colleagues you are hosting, that consistency matters. The questions below cover timing, coverage, pets, and short-notice bookings for game night.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets?

Leave Surfside well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, ideally in the late afternoon or early evening, because a Tuesday game runs into rush hour on the causeways. Your chauffeur checks traffic that day and suggests a departure time. Leaving early also gives you time for dinner downtown and for settling into your seats.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Besides Surfside?

The hourly service stays local to Miami: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service built around the city, so it doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet in the Car From Surfside?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Surfside Chauffeur for January 12? 🎊

Booking takes one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and stops.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Surfside the car should meet you, and roughly when you’d like to leave. Add anything on your wish list around the game, such as dinner on Harding Avenue, drinks at Bayside, or a late bite in Brickell. We reply with the vehicle that fits your headcount, confirm availability for Tuesday, January 12, and walk you through the payment that holds your date. After that, the plan stays open. You can fine-tune the timing, add a pickup, or map out a post-game stop as game night gets closer. Mid-January is a hectic stretch for events in Miami, and booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Send your details on WhatsApp and confirm your booking. Your chauffeur handles the causeway traffic while you watch the game.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
