Transfer from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves at loanDepot park on August 16, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Someone else deals with ballpark parking. Your group rides home in the same car with the same driver whenever the final out comes.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside to the Marlins Game Cost? 📋

Pick a tier below. Each hourly rate covers the whole vehicle and everyone riding in it from Surfside.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking reserves at least five hours. That’s enough for the ride down from Surfside, time to settle into your seats before first pitch, nine innings and the trip home. Select your tier by head count and by the kind of night you want. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a family, a Sprinter keeps a bigger crew together in one vehicle, and the Platinum SUV makes for a more polished arrival. If your group mixes Marlins fans with Braves fans, one larger vehicle keeps everyone together, and the rivalry talk can carry on for the whole ride. The night surcharge and how added hours work are both explained below, so you can see the full cost before you send your first message.

Which Facts Matter Most Before a Surfside Game Day? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group throughout.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose every stop, set the pace, and decide when the group heads home.
  • Service runs around the clock every day, late game nights included.
  • You book and confirm everything over WhatsApp in a few short messages.

Is There a Surcharge When the Game Runs Into the Night? 🎆

Bookings between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A Monday evening game in August commonly means a ride home after dark, so it helps to know how this works before you book. For SUV bookings, the night charge is one flat amount for the trip, not an hourly add-on. For the Sprinter tiers, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Once the club posts the official first pitch, we’ll tell you clearly whether the pickup is between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The amount appears in your WhatsApp confirmation before you pay, so nothing turns up later. Night games are a normal part of our schedule, and your chauffeur plans around a late finish from the start.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Riding From Surfside? 🚐

We run four private tiers. Each is a clean premium vehicle reserved for your group for the game.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with space to spread out on the ride back after a long night.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a full fan club or office outing rides in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more refined full-size cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group is between two tiers, size up rather than squeeze in. A roomier cabin makes the ride home much more comfortable after nine innings of cheering. The Sprinters make sense when a Braves fan club, or a mix of Marlins and Atlanta supporters, wants to travel together. Send your exact head count when you book, and mention any young children, and we’ll confirm the right tier.

What’s Happening at loanDepot park on August 16, 2027? 🎤

The Miami Marlins host the Atlanta Braves on Monday, August 16, 2027.

It’s a regular-season game between National League East rivals, and it opens a home series against Atlanta that runs through the rest of that week. loanDepot park is in Little Havana and has a retractable roof and air conditioning, so a mid-August game stays comfortable even when Miami is at its stickiest. Braves games reliably bring traveling Atlanta supporters, which gives the stands a lively two-team feel, and a Monday crowd tends to be easygoing rather than packed. For a group starting in Surfside, that makes a chauffeured outing easy. Nobody circles for a parking space, nobody has to skip drinks to drive, and nobody hunts for a ride after the final out. Your chauffeur handles the cross-town drive while the group argues about pitching matchups, compares jerseys and picks where to celebrate afterward.

When Does the Marlins vs. Braves Game Start on August 16?

The club hasn’t officially announced first pitch for this game yet. Some ticket listings show placeholder times, even odd overnight ones, until the real start is confirmed. Once the official time is posted, we plan your Surfside pickup backward from it and confirm the departure time with you on WhatsApp, so your reserved hours line up with the game.

Who Fills the Stands When the Braves Come to Miami?

The crowd looks a lot like Miami. It’s heavily Latino, with Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican and Puerto Rican families sitting alongside fans from all over South Florida. Atlanta supporters travel well for this rivalry, so you’ll see red Braves caps among the Marlins colors. The mood is festive and family-friendly, and fans tend to arrive in groups, which is exactly what one private vehicle is good for.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Surfside? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside, crosses Biscayne Bay and heads west into Little Havana.

It’s a standard Miami cross-town run, from a quiet beach town at the north end of the barrier island to a ballpark on the mainland just west of Downtown Miami. On a typical weekday evening, the causeways and I-95 carry commuters and fellow fans at the same time, so allow a comfortable cushion instead of timing it to the minute. Before pickup, the driver checks live traffic and takes whichever option is moving better that afternoon. Nobody in the back seat has to argue about shortcuts or keep checking a map app. The group can relax, put on the pregame show and talk all the way from Surfside’s beachfront to the Little Havana streets around the stadium. Crossing the bay with the downtown skyline ahead is a good way to start a ballpark night.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Surfside to Little Havana?

The usual route runs south on Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle Causeway, then south on I-95 and west on the Dolphin Expressway toward the ballpark. When Miami Beach traffic builds, the driver can instead head west on 96th Street through Bay Harbor Islands, cross the Broad Causeway and join I-95 on the mainland.

How Long Is the Drive From Surfside on a Game Night?

It’s typically a short-to-moderate cross-town ride, but the real answer depends on weekday traffic over the bay and on I-95, so leave a generous cushion rather than cutting it close. Because the car is reserved by the hour, a slow causeway just uses some of the time already on your booking. Nobody watches a meter, and the plan for the night stays the same.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

Pickup can be at any address in Surfside, agreed with you when you book.

Hotel guests are commonly met at the main entrance or lobby, whether that’s the Four Seasons at The Surf Club or one of the other beachfront hotels along Collins Avenue. Residents and vacation renters are picked up right at their building, whether it’s a condo tower facing the beach, a house on the quiet streets west of Harding Avenue or a rental a block from the sand. When you confirm, share the building name, the entrance you prefer and any valet or doorman details, and the driver will arrive knowing the plan. The same applies if part of the group is staying just north in Bal Harbour. Your reserved block starts at pickup, so select a time that leaves room for dinner, the drive and an easy arrival rather than a rush to your seats.

Can the Driver Collect Several Friends at Different Surfside Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so the driver can pick up one couple at a Collins Avenue condo, another from a home off Harding Avenue and a friend in neighboring Bal Harbour before heading south for the game. List every pickup point, in the order you want, when you confirm the booking on WhatsApp.

Where Can You Eat in Surfside Before the Marlins Game? 🍸

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have well-known dinner spots for before you head south.

For a dressier start, Le Sirenuse Miami at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club serves Amalfi Coast–style Italian food in an elegant dining room. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small main street, keeps it casual with cafés, bakeries and kosher restaurants that work well for a quick family meal. Next door, Bal Harbour Shops has several sit-down restaurants in one place, which helps when part of the group wants a last look at the boutiques. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so there’s no valet ticket or garage to deal with, and the group can stay for dessert without watching the clock too closely. These are only ideas for your reserved hours. We provide the car and driver, not table reservations, so book any restaurant directly and tell us your reservation time.

Can the Group Stop in Little Havana Before First Pitch?

Yes. Little Havana surrounds the ballpark, so a stop on SW 8th Street fits naturally on the way in. Get Cuban coffee and pastries at Versailles, or catch live music at Ball & Chain, while the driver waits nearby. Then the driver covers the last short stretch so nobody has to walk far in the August heat.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Marlins vs. Braves? 🌆

Leave Surfside with plenty of time before first pitch so nobody has to rush to their seats.

Once the official start time is posted, work backward from it. Allow for the cross-town drive, a buffer for weekday traffic on the causeway and I-95, any dinner or Little Havana stop, and an easy walk from the car to your section. If you want to watch warmups, get ballpark food before the lines build or browse the team store, add a bit more time. An early start also covers the unexpected, like a slow bridge, a forgotten jersey or a friend running late from the lobby, without anyone missing the first inning. Getting home is just as simple. When the game ends, the group walks to the pickup point you agreed with the driver, and the car is already there while crowds of fans are still looking for their own cars or waiting on rides.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

The driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game day, usually near the main entrance, and agrees on a pickup spot with you before you go inside. Police sometimes change traffic patterns around the ballpark on game nights, so your chauffeur works with whatever setup is in place and keeps you updated on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes Into Extra Innings?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire game, however long it runs. If extra innings push the night past your reserved hours, the booking just keeps running, so the group is never stranded or scrambling for a late ride home. Stay for the final out, then walk to the agreed pickup spot, where the car is waiting.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Ballpark Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That covers the usual game-day costs: fuel for the round trip, any tolls along the route, and parking for the vehicle while your group is inside. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, so anyone can stream highlights or check scores on the ride. A brief comfort stop for the restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to add. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. There’s room for signs, team gear and a small cooler, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two things can add to the hourly total: the night surcharge and any hours you add past your block.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the day however you like.

First, select the tier that fits your group and reserve the first five hours, the minimum block that’s yours alone. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address agreed when you book: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from the ship to the ballpark on a cruise day. You set the stops from there, whether that’s dinner, the game or a nightcap, and the same chauffeur stays with the group the whole way, waiting while you’re inside. If the night runs longer than planned, there’s nothing to renegotiate. Every hour after those first five is added at the same per-hour rate, and you pay for the extra time after the day wraps up. Keep the car as long as you need it, whether that means a post-game dinner or one more stop before Surfside.

Can You Change Stops Once the Day Is Underway?

Yes. Your plan isn’t locked. You can add a stop for team merchandise, skip the pre-game dinner if traffic is heavy, or stay a while longer at the ballpark after the final out. Tell the driver, and if the schedule allows, the change happens right away with no new fare to work out.

Which Payment Options Secure Your Surfside Booking? 📋

Three simple terms cover how you pay for your game-day chauffeur.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is paid after the day.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Parking at the Ballpark? 🚙

With a reserved chauffeur, the trip to the ballpark becomes part of the night out.

The vehicle is private and reserved for your group alone, with no strangers and no shared seats. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, so the person who drops you off is the same one waiting when the game ends. Because your chauffeur is bilingual, grandparents, cousins and visiting friends can talk directly with the driver in whichever language they prefer. The flat hourly rate is set when you book. It doesn’t surge on a busy game night or change for traffic or weather. You also get direct WhatsApp contact with us, so changing the pickup time or adding a stop takes one message. For a ballpark night, that adds up to a premium service and a better experience than circling garages, paying for parking and picking a designated driver.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami? 🏙️

Our hourly chauffeurs stay close to home and serve the local Miami area.

That area includes Surfside and the rest of Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service is local, on call and unhurried, which suits a ballpark night well: the driver stays nearby, ready for your next stop, instead of heading off on a long highway run. Trips to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, so your car and chauffeur stay focused on your plans around Miami. On a Surfside game day, everything on a typical wish list is within that area: a beachside dinner, a Little Havana stop, the ballpark and a late bite in Brickell or Wynwood.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves? 🎊

Yes. A private SUV or private van can take your group from Surfside to the game.

Every ride we run is private. Your party has the whole vehicle, and nobody else gets picked up along the way. If you searched for a private shuttle to the ballpark, what we offer is a private van: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group and driven by your own chauffeur for the whole booking. Smaller groups ride in an SUV on the same terms. That makes it easy for a bachelor party, a family reunion, a youth team or a group of coworkers to arrive together and leave together without coordinating several cars or splitting up at the end of the night. You get the same premium vehicle and dedicated driver whether your group is two lifelong Marlins fans or a full Braves fan club in town for the series.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes, you can add as many stops as your hours allow. Before first pitch, eat in Surfside or in Little Havana on the way. After the final out, the driver can take the group to Brickell or Wynwood for a late dinner before the ride back to Surfside. Every stop is covered by your hourly booking.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Vehicle?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

You’re welcome to book on short notice. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside just for you, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. On the day, you can always add more hours.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Who Should You Message to Book Your Surfside Game-Day Ride? 🍾

Message our team on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking.

Send a few quick details: how many people are riding, your Surfside pickup address, a rough start time and the stops you’d like. That might be a beachside dinner, a Little Havana coffee, the ballpark and a late bite afterward. We’ll match the right vehicle to your group, confirm your hours and any night surcharge, and send a secure payment link if you’d like to pay that way. Once your payment is in, your date is reserved. The larger Sprinters are worth booking early, because Braves visits bring plenty of groups heading to the same game. After that, all that’s left is choosing a jersey and settling who gets the window seat. You can reach us directly using the contact details below.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
