Transfer to loanDepot park for Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on March 29, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one upscale vehicle stay with your group from pregame plans to the final out, and your ride home is ready when the game ends.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost for the Marlins vs. Phillies Game? 📋

The rate is hourly and depends on the vehicle your group needs for the day at the ballpark.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking runs for at least five hours. That easily covers the ride in, the full game, and the trip back, with time left for a meal. You pay per vehicle, not per fan, so the price on the list covers everyone riding with you. Choose the vehicle that seats the whole group comfortably, with room for jerseys, rally towels, and whatever the kids bring home from the team store. The Platinum SUV suits a more polished arrival, such as a client outing or a milestone birthday at the ballpark.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Ballpark Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

Parking is the one fans notice most on game day. Your chauffeur takes care of where the vehicle sits, so nobody in the group has to circle the neighborhood or pay at a lot. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking the lineup or sending photos on the way in. There is room for what fans usually bring, like signs, a small cooler, and bags of merch. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance.

Only a few things can be added to the hourly rate: the surcharge for service outside daytime hours, and any hours you add past your block. You’ll know about each one before you pay.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book a Game-Day Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Every booking covers a minimum block of five hours with your chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the whole block.
  • The same chauffeur waits between every stop, so you never need to rebook a ride.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and the pace of your day.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, daytime or evening, and you book in advance on WhatsApp.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes your rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins vs. Phillies Game? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a comfortable fit for a family or a few friends in matching jerseys.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew can ride in together and walk in together.
  • Larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, the pick for a birthday crowd, a team outing, or a whole row of season-ticket friends.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in an upscale luxury SUV for clients, a celebration, or the most polished arrival of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

It helps to count heads early. If your group grows in the weeks before the game, message us and we’ll move you up to a larger vehicle if one is open for the date. When Phillies fans flying in meet up with friends who live in Miami, a Sprinter lets everyone arrive as one crew instead of coordinating several cars.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur can take your group to this Opening Week game on March 29, 2027.

The Miami Marlins host the Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park, the team’s retractable-roof ballpark in Little Havana. It’s a National League East division game during the season’s opening homestand. The date has real buzz: the season is brand new, the division rivalry is familiar, and Philadelphia brings one of the most devoted traveling fan bases in baseball. That base is boosted by South Florida transplants and winter residents who have waited all year to wear red in Miami. Expect a fuller, livelier crowd than a typical early-season game and busier streets around the ballpark. On a day like that, having your own car and chauffeur really pays off. You focus on the game, the cheering, and the company, and your driver handles every mile between your plans and first pitch.

Why Does the Phillies Series Bring Such a Big Crowd to Miami?

Philadelphia fans travel well, and South Florida is full of Phillies fans who moved south or spend the winter here. Their visits tend to fill the stands with red alongside Marlins teal, and the mood turns loud and friendly-competitive. The early-season timing adds even more excitement, so plan for busier streets and a packed concourse.

What Is Little Havana Like Around the Ballpark on Game Day?

The streets around the ballpark are full of Cuban coffee counters, cigar shops, colorful murals, and the steady clack of tiles at Domino Park. On game days, teal and red jerseys fill the sidewalks and the neighborhood is buzzing well before first pitch. Parking nearby gets tight, which is one more reason to let your chauffeur do the driving.

What’s the Best Way to Get to loanDepot park From Miami on Game Day? 🏟️

Book a private driver, leave early, and let your chauffeur handle the drop-off and the wait.

Traffic around the ballpark builds well before first pitch when a popular team is in town, and nearby lots and side streets fill up as fans arrive. With your own chauffeur, none of that is your problem. You step out as close to the venue as access allows, walk to the entrance, and head for your seats. Meanwhile, the driver moves the vehicle to wherever game-day access allows and stays on call for the rest of the game. After the final out, you send a quick WhatsApp message and the car meets you at the pickup spot you agreed on, not somewhere across a distant lot. This works because you book by the hour. Your driver is reserved for a block of time, not a single ride, so the plan holds whether the game ends quickly or stretches into a long, tense evening.

How Early Should We Leave Miami for Marlins vs. Phillies?

Leave early enough to arrive well before first pitch. Watching batting practice, walking the concourse, and finding your seats all take longer on a busy Phillies date. Send us the official first-pitch time and your pickup address when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest when to leave based on where you’re starting and that day’s traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at loanDepot park?

Your chauffeur drops the group at the drop-off point nearest your entrance, as close as game-day access allows. Tell us which entrance is on your tickets and we’ll plan the drive around it. Before you get out, agree on a meeting spot for after the game so the group can find each other quickly.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays for your entire booked block, so extra innings never leave the group stranded. If a long game runs past your reserved hours, the car simply stays with you longer. Just tell your driver and the extra time is added to the day. Nobody has to scramble for a ride home late at night.

Why Is a Dedicated Chauffeur a Better Way to Do a Marlins Game? 🕴️

A dedicated chauffeur makes game day calmer and more enjoyable from the first pickup on.

Your group gets a clean upscale vehicle reserved only for you. The hourly rate is flat and locked in when you book, and there’s no surge, so a packed house, heavy traffic, or a busy Opening Week night never changes the price. You can reach us and your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a question about timing or a moved dinner reservation gets answered by a real person. Because the same driver stays with you from the first stop to the last, they get to know the group’s plan: who gets dropped off first, which restaurant is next, and where the cooler rides. A bilingual chauffeur also helps families who speak more than one language and fans visiting from out of town. That’s the upscale service we offer: one car, one driver, and one plan that fits your day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work in Miami? 📋

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and plan the day your way.

Start by sending a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as a late lunch, the game, and a drink afterward. We recommend the right vehicle, confirm the date, and your payment secures the reservation. Every booking covers at least five hours, and on a ballpark day that time usually runs from the first pickup through the ride home. Desire the car longer? Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no renegotiated fare, and you settle up after the day, so staying out for a post-game dinner never means haggling at the curb. You can keep going as long as the schedule allows, and the car stays yours until you’re done.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you’re getting off a cruise that day, you can head straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book, and your chauffeur confirms it with you on WhatsApp beforehand.

What Happens if We Book the Game Within 24 Hours?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When the service is within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

How Is Payment Handled for an Hourly Chauffeur in Miami? 🍾

You pay the full fare up front, so there’s nothing complicated on game day.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Does a Night Game Add a Surcharge to the Ride Home? 🌆

There’s no surcharge for service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Trips outside those daytime hours have a surcharge that depends on the vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The list above shows how that works: one amount per trip for the SUV, or a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter. Tell us your planned start time when you book and we’ll let you know upfront whether the surcharge applies, so you know the full cost before you pay. An afternoon game followed by an early dinner can keep the whole day within daytime hours.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Marlins Game? 🍸

Yes. Dinner fits easily into an hourly booking, either before first pitch or after the final out.

Some groups start with a long Cuban lunch in Little Havana, the ballpark’s own neighborhood, to set the mood before the game. Others meet in Brickell for a pregame meal among the towers, then ride over together in their jerseys. After the game, Coconut Grove offers a slower, leafy dinner by the bay, while Downtown Miami and Bayside Marketplace keep the evening close to the water. Add the restaurants to your list of stops when you book. Your chauffeur is happy to suggest places, but you make the reservations. Because you set the order, you can change plans on the day, pushing dinner later if the game runs long or staying for dessert when the group is celebrating a win. A birthday group might save the big toast for after the game, when everyone can relax without watching the clock.

Where Can the Group Celebrate in Wynwood or Brickell After the Final Out?

Wynwood suits a post-game crowd with its street murals, breweries, and late-night energy. Brickell has cocktail lounges and rooftop bars for a dressier night out. Your chauffeur keeps the vehicle close between stops, so the group can move from one place to the next and ride back together without anyone having to drive.

Is the Ride Private, or Do Fans Share the Vehicle? 🚙

Every ride is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are for your group alone.

We never sell individual seats, run fixed schedules, or put separate parties in one vehicle. If you searched for a private shuttle to the ballpark, what we offer works even better for a group: a private van or SUV that leaves when you’re ready, goes where you ask, and carries only the people you invited. That privacy matters on a rivalry day. Phillies fans and Marlins fans can happily ride together when they’re in the same group, but never with strangers. You pick the music, the conversation stays among friends, and a family with young children has the same familiar faces around them all day. Companies hosting clients at the game get a quiet, polished place to talk on the way in and out. That doesn’t change with the size of the crowd: one reserved vehicle, your chauffeur, and your plan, every time.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

Our hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a relaxed, on-call service built around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do You Reserve a Chauffeur for Marlins vs. Phillies? 🎆

Book on WhatsApp by sending your group size, start time, and planned stops.

Opening Week is one of the most anticipated stretches of the spring baseball calendar, and a Phillies visit brings a lively crowd. Reserving your vehicle well before March 29 gives the group one less thing to think about. Tell us how many fans are riding, roughly when you’d like to start, and the stops on your list, such as lunch, the game, and a post-game celebration. We’ll recommend the right vehicle and walk you through the payment. Once your booking is confirmed, the date is yours and the vehicle is set aside. The only decisions left are which jersey to wear and who buys the first round of ballpark snacks. Message us today to check availability and confirm your booking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
