Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Bal Harbour to Maroon 5 at Hard Rock Live on Monday, December 28, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The price is locked when you book, with no surge on a hectic holiday-week night. One bilingual chauffeur stays with your group from dinner through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.
The price is set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours with the same car and chauffeur.
You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. A group of friends sharing one Sprinter splits a single hourly figure instead of paying per head. Choose the tier by headcount first, then by the kind of night you want. The SUV suits a couple or a small group, the Sprinters keep a bigger party together in one cabin, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished ride for a special occasion. The hourly figure covers the car and the chauffeur for those hours. On a concert evening, the only add-on you’ll usually see is the after-hours surcharge explained further down.
We have four private vehicle types, sized for anything from a couple to a party of fourteen.
Every tier is private. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and nobody else gets on along the way. If your headcount changes in the days before the show, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll move you to the tier that fits. If you’re bringing signs, merch bags or anything bulky, tell us in advance so the right cabin is waiting.
A private chauffeur makes concert night one premium service from your door and back.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin works as your pre-show lounge, with your playlist, your conversation and no one else getting in. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole night. The person who greets you in the lobby is the same person waiting after the last song. Your hourly rate is fixed when you book. A packed holiday-week evening, a rain shower or a slow highway never changes it. You also talk to us directly on WhatsApp, before and during the booking, with no call center in between. Nobody has to play designated driver, pay for event parking or hunt for a ride in the late-night crowd. That makes for a better experience, and everyone gets to enjoy the show.
You pay over WhatsApp, with the full fare due at booking.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set every stop.
Start on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, and we’ll match you to the right vehicle. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (guests arriving on a cruise that day can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. For this trip, that means any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book. After that, you plan the night: dinner first, maybe a quick errand, then the show. The chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block and waits while you’re inside, so you never book a second car between legs. Once the first five hours are used, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate. Nothing is renegotiated, so if the night runs late you can keep the car as long as you need.
Your chauffeur drives north from Bal Harbour to the Seminole Hard Rock resort in Hollywood.
Maroon 5 plays Hard Rock Live on Monday, December 28, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The venue is inside the resort known for its guitar-shaped hotel tower. It’s a small arena for a band with hits like “Moves Like Jagger” and “Sugar,” and the holiday-week date draws both locals and visitors. The drive leaves the beach and crosses into Broward County, which most groups would rather not drive themselves after a celebratory dinner.
Chauffeurs typically use one of two routes. One goes west across the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard and then up I-95. The other follows Collins Avenue north through Sunny Isles Beach before cutting inland. Both end on State Road 7 toward the resort, and your driver takes whichever is moving best that evening.
The driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book. Most evenings start at a hotel entrance such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. Other common spots are the lobby of an oceanfront residence on Collins Avenue, or outside Bal Harbour Shops after dinner. Your chauffeur messages you on WhatsApp once the car is in place.
Leave yourself a comfortable margin. In ordinary evening traffic, the drive from Bal Harbour typically takes well under an hour. A holiday-week Monday with a concert crowd heading the same way can make it longer, which is why the timing advice below suggests leaving early. Your driver watches conditions on the day and adjusts the route.
Concert night goes top with an early start, a close drop-off and one ride home.
Holiday week brings heavy evening traffic along the coast. The resort will also be hectic with diners, hotel guests and the show crowd at the same time. If you leave Bal Harbour with plenty of time, the group can collect tickets, get a drink and find their seats before the band goes on at 8:00 PM, instead of watching the clock in stopped traffic. The answers below cover when to leave, where you get out and how everyone gets home.
Leave well before the 8:00 PM start, and earlier still if you plan to eat at the resort. When you confirm, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that week’s traffic. Because you pay by the hour, leaving early only adds the extra time itself, and you start the night relaxed.
Your chauffeur takes the group as close to the venue as access allows, using the drop-off point the resort sets up for show-night traffic. Before you get out, you agree on where to meet after the show, so the group knows exactly where to go when the crowd leaves.
Yes. Because the car is booked by the hour, your driver stays nearby for the whole concert. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the pickup spot you agreed on. Your group gets into the same vehicle while others are still trying to book a ride on their phones, and you head back to Bal Harbour.
Yes. Tell your chauffeur you’re collecting tickets at will call, and you’ll be dropped as close to the ticket pickup area as access allows. The venue handles ticket collection, so keep your order details handy. We provide the car and driver, not the tickets, and the driver waits while you collect them.
Bal Harbour Shops is the classic pre-show dinner stop for riders staying nearby.
The open-air shopping center on Collins Avenue has well-known restaurants such as Carpaccio for Italian and Makoto for Japanese, both good places to start a celebration before heading north. Next door, Harding Avenue in Surfside has more casual spots for a quick bite. Some groups would rather eat at the resort itself, which has restaurants and lounges around the casino floor, so there’s no rush between dinner and the show. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make. You book the table, and your chauffeur waits outside with the doors open when you’re done.
Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same hourly booking. The driver picks you up, takes the group to the restaurant, waits while you eat, then continues north to the show. Your hours start at the first pickup, so dinner is simply the first part of the night, and you don’t need a second car.
Yes, if the group still has energy. Ask the chauffeur to stop in South Beach for a nightcap or a late bite before the final drop-off in Bal Harbour. The stop happens in the same vehicle with the same driver, so the night ends when the group decides it’s over.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. This is what applies outside daytime hours:
For SUV groups, the surcharge is a single add-on for the trip and doesn’t grow by the hour. Sprinter groups have the percentage applied to the trip value instead. Either way, the surcharge is included in the confirmation you get on WhatsApp, so it won’t be a surprise on show night. Many friend groups simply add it to the hourly rate when they split the cost per person.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
That covers the drive north from Bal Harbour, any tolls on the way and parking the vehicle while you’re at the show, so you won’t get a separate bill for any of them. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is just a request to the driver and doesn’t change the rate. The possible extras are few and listed on this page: the after-hours surcharge above and any hours you choose to add.
Yes. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, so the group can share photos, check tickets or queue up a playlist on the drive north. You and your chauffeur stay in touch on WhatsApp all night, which makes it easy to meet up after the show.
This hourly service stays local, covering Miami, Miami Beach and nearby areas toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods people actually move between. That includes Bal Harbour and the rest of Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers the communities north toward Fort Lauderdale, which is where this concert is. Staying close to the city is what keeps the driver on call for an unhurried night. Our drivers know the shortcuts, the hotel driveways and the late-night routes back over the causeways. This hourly service doesn’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your whole block stays focused on your evening around the city. A show night that starts in Bal Harbour, goes up to the resort and ends back on the beach is well within this area.
If your ride is within the next 24 hours, your booking is locked in and held just for you.
When the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. That also means the car will be ready when you walk out of the lobby. On the plus side, you can always add hours on the day, on top of the hours you reserved, at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. If the group wants a late dessert stop or to stay at the resort after the encore, just tell the chauffeur. Booking a few days ahead gives your group more time to settle the details for the night.
Bal Harbour riders often ask these questions when planning the trip to the show.
Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Bal Harbour to the show and back in a vehicle reserved only for you. Choose a Black SUV XL, a Sprinter or a Platinum SUV and set your pickup time. The same driver handles the whole evening, from the lobby to the drive home.
Yes. We use a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries only your party. There are no shared seats, no fixed timetable and no stops for strangers. The van leaves Bal Harbour when your group is ready and brings you back on your schedule, which makes it a good fit for a birthday group or a family celebrating the holidays.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Use WhatsApp for everything on show night. Our phone and WhatsApp details are in the contact line at the bottom of this page. You coordinate directly with us and your chauffeur to change the pickup, set the after-show meeting spot or add time while the night is still going.
If your group wants dinner, the show and a calm ride home, a private driver by the hour covers all three in one booking. Nobody has to stay sober to drive, look for event parking or wait for a ride after the show. The whole group rides back to Bal Harbour together.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can reserve with one WhatsApp message giving your group size, start time and stops.
Tell us how many people are coming, where in Bal Harbour you want to be picked up, roughly when you want to leave and whether dinner is part of the plan. We’ll confirm the right vehicle, lay out your hours and the total for your block, and send payment details so you can lock in the date. Holiday week is peak season in South Florida, and a chart-topping band playing a small arena draws a big crowd. Settle the details early and check availability for Monday, December 28. Your chauffeur will handle the drive north, the wait during the show and the ride home.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
