Transfer from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on July 30
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on Friday, July 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same chauffeur picks you up in Surfside, stays on call through every inning and has the car ready for the ride back up Collins Avenue.
How Much Does a Private Driver From Surfside to the Marlins Game Cost? 📋
You pay one hourly rate per vehicle, and every booking runs five hours or more.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Each figure on the list is the full hourly price for the vehicle and its driver. The price is per vehicle, not per person, so a carload of Phillies fans splits one hourly figure. A five-hour block covers a Friday ballpark night well: the drive from Surfside across Biscayne Bay, time to settle into your seats before first pitch, nine innings, and the trip home along the beach. Groups planning a pre-game meal on Harding Avenue or a late Cuban coffee in Little Havana can book a longer block from the start. Bigger parties can move up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives together instead of in several separate cars. The Platinum SUV suits a milestone night, such as a birthday, a client outing, or a visiting parent’s first trip to the ballpark.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Surfside Group for a Ballpark Night? 🚙
We have four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a full fan club.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. This is the usual choice for a family or a small group of friends going to the game.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so everyone sits together and talks baseball on the way down.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers in one vehicle, enough for a full office outing or a big crew of Philadelphia transplants.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
Every tier is private, and the vehicle is reserved for your group alone from pickup to the last drop-off. Each one has room for what fans actually carry, like jerseys, rally towels, homemade signs and a bag of merch from the team store. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance and we’ll plan the space for it.
Can a Big Group of Phillies Fans Ride Together From Surfside?
Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes the whole crew in one private van, so nobody is split across cars or left waiting for a second ride. Most Surfside groups meet in a hotel lobby or a condo driveway, load up together and arrive at the ballpark as one red-and-powder-blue party.
What Payment Methods Does the Chauffeur Service Accept? 🕴️
You pay the full fare when you book.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
Hours: the 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car longer and each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.
Does the Ride Home Cost More After a Night Game? 🌆
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The surcharge shows up as one line on your booking, not a meter running in the background. An SUV pays a fixed amount per trip, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pays a percentage of the trip value, as shown above. Your hourly rate stays the same after sunset. If your group starts in the afternoon, the drive south to the ballpark falls in daytime hours, and only the part of the evening after the cutoff gets the surcharge. Send us your planned pickup time on WhatsApp and we’ll show you which parts of your day fall inside and outside daytime hours before you pay.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚐
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours.
First choose the tier that fits your group, then pick a start time. The minimum block is five hours, which is usually enough for a Friday ballgame from Surfside. The same chauffeur and car stay with you from pickup to the final drop-off, so you never re-book anything between stops. You choose the stops and their order, for example a beachfront lunch, a stop for jerseys, the game and a nightcap in Brickell. We can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where you can come off a cruise and go straight to the game. We agree the exact pickup spot when you book. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. If the group wants to stay out later, you just keep the car.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside?
Your driver can pick you up at any address in Surfside. That might be the lobby of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, the driveway of a condo tower, or a home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. Bal Harbour and Bay Harbor Islands next door work just as well. Send the address on WhatsApp and the driver will be there at the agreed time.
What Happens if You Book the Game Within 24 Hours?
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay fixed and the booking goes ahead as agreed. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
What Kind of Crowd Fills the Marlins vs. Phillies Series Opener? 🏟️
Anticipate a loud crowd split between both teams, with plenty of Phillies fans in the stands.
Friday, July 30, 2027, opens a weekend series between National League East rivals at loanDepot park, the Marlins’ home in Little Havana. The ballpark has a retractable roof and air conditioning, so a midsummer night there is comfortable even when Miami is steamy outside. Philadelphia is one of baseball’s top-drawing road teams, and South Florida has many Philadelphia and Northeast transplants, so red Phillies jerseys often fill whole sections next to home fans in Marlins colors. Some visitors fly down for the weekend and stay on the beach in Surfside or Bal Harbour. Others are locals catching up with old neighbors over a ballgame. The neighborhood around the ballpark has Cuban coffee counters and Little Havana’s Eighth Street close by. For groups, riding together is part of the fun: everyone arrives at the same time, and nobody has to skip the celebration to drive.
How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Surfside on Game Day? 🚙
Your chauffeur heads south on Collins Avenue, crosses the bay and drives west into Little Havana.
From Surfside, the usual route runs down Collins Avenue through North Beach. From there it crosses Biscayne Bay on the John F. Kennedy Causeway at 79th Street or on the Julia Tuttle Causeway, then joins I-95 south and the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) west toward the ballpark. Your driver chooses the crossing based on live traffic that evening. The drive time depends mostly on Friday rush hour. The causeways and I-95 typically slow down at the end of the workweek, so allow much more time than a quiet weekday drive would take. In a reserved vehicle, that time is spent relaxing and talking about the matchup instead of driving, and nobody has to look for parking when you arrive.
How Early Should You Leave Surfside for the Series Opener?
Plan to leave Surfside in the late afternoon, with plenty of extra time. Traffic on the causeways and I-95 typically builds on a Friday evening. Arriving early also gives the group time to find seats, get food and watch warm-ups without rushing. Once first pitch is posted, your driver will suggest a departure time.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?
Your driver gets you as close to the venue as access allows, usually the game-day drop-off point near the main entrance. Police and ballpark staff set the traffic pattern around the stadium. Your chauffeur follows those lanes, lets the group out, and messages you on WhatsApp with the meeting spot for after the game.
Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?
Yes. You hire the car by the hour, so the driver stays nearby for the whole game, and extra innings just use a bit more of your booked time. When the post-game crowd fills the streets of Little Havana, nobody in your group has to look for a ride. Your car is already waiting.
Where Can Your Group Eat in Surfside Before the Game? 🥂
Harding Avenue and Bal Harbour Shops are easy pre-game food stops for Surfside groups.
Surfside’s small downtown along Harding Avenue has cafés, bakeries and casual spots within a few walkable blocks. Josh’s Deli has long been a neighborhood favorite for a big sandwich before a ballgame. Just to the north, Bal Harbour Shops has polished open-air restaurants for groups who want a sit-down meal or some shopping first. If your group prefers the sand, a walk along the Surfside beachfront is an easy start to the afternoon before everyone changes into jerseys. Your driver waits between stops, so the group can take its time over lunch without paying a meter. These are suggestions, not reservations. You book your own tables, and we plan the timing around them. When the meal is over, the car is already out front for the drive south to the game.
Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?
Yes, you can add one whenever you like. Before first pitch, the car can stop on Harding Avenue or in Bal Harbour. After the final out, Little Havana is close by, and well-known places like Versailles serve Cuban classics. Brickell and Wynwood are lively places for a nightcap before the drive back north to Surfside.
Need the Quick Facts on a Surfside Game-Day Chauffeur? 📋
Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group the entire block.
Each hour beyond the first five is added at the same hourly rate.
Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Chauffeurs are available every day of the year, around the clock.
A quick restroom or snack stop mid-booking never changes the rate.
Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.
Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Smarter Way to Reach the Ballpark? 🕴️
With a private chauffeur, the Friday drive across town becomes the easy part of the night.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, is never split with strangers, and stays yours from Surfside to the game and back. Your bilingual chauffeur deals with causeway traffic, the post-game crowds and the route home while you talk over the highlights. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so there’s no surge after the final out and the fare doesn’t jump when the whole crowd leaves at once. One dedicated driver covers the full block, so the person who picks you up in Surfside is the person who brings you home. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, not a call center. You get a clean premium vehicle, a quiet cabin and a schedule that fits your group. For a big rivalry night, that premium service is a better experience than managing car keys, parking passes and a designated driver.
What’s Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Can Cost Extra? 🍾
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in every hourly rate.
That covers expressway tolls between Surfside and Little Havana, fuel for every part of the day including extra stops, and the parking your driver needs while you’re inside at the game. Onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot keeps phones connected for ticket apps and group chats on the way. The rate also covers the premium vehicle and a dedicated chauffeur for your whole block. Three things can cost extra. The night surcharge listed above applies when a trip falls outside daytime hours. Hours beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s same hourly rate and are never free. We list those in writing when we confirm, so the total is clear before game day.
Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies? 🎊
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to the game and back in one reserved vehicle.
It works well for Phillies fans staying on the beach for the weekend, Surfside families taking their kids to a summer ballgame, and office groups making the series opener a team night. The whole group rides together instead of splitting into several cars or relying on one person to stay sober and drive. Everyone talks baseball on the way and gets out at the ballpark at the same time. The questions below cover what riders usually ask before they book.
What if the First-Pitch Time Isn’t Posted When We Book?
You can book now and set the exact time later. The Marlins hadn’t announced a start time for July 30 when this page went up. Reserve your date now, then send us the exact pickup time on WhatsApp once first pitch is set, and we’ll update your plan.
Can We Bring a Pet in the Car on Game Day?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?
This hourly service stays local, so your driver is always nearby. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go as far as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
How Do Out-of-Town Phillies Fans Book a Surfside Pickup?
You can book by WhatsApp from anywhere. Send your group size, a rough start time, your Surfside address and any stops you’d like to make. We’ll reply with the right vehicle and confirm the details, so your car and chauffeur are set before you leave Philadelphia.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
