Our private hourly chauffeur takes your family from Bal Harbour to Monster Jam at loanDepot park on Saturday, January 30, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, gets the group to the ballpark before the 5:00 PM start, and stays with you until the ride home.
Each rate is per vehicle and per hour, and every booking is at least five hours long.
Choose the tier that suits your party, and the hourly price is set before anyone leaves the lobby. Smaller households usually take the SUV. A crowd of cousins and classmates moves up to one of the Sprinters. Parents who want the most relaxing cabin choose the Platinum SUV. You pay for the vehicle, not per seat, so an extra friend in the back doesn’t change the hourly price as long as the group fits the tier. Every tier has room for the homemade signs and souvenir bags that come home from a truck show. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Outside those hours, the charge below applies.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Monster Jam evenings build through racing, two-wheel skills, and a freestyle finale. If so, the SUV adds its one per-journey charge and the Sprinters add the percentage shown above. Nothing else about the booking changes. If you want to finish within daytime hours, tell us when you book, and your chauffeur will watch the clock as the finale gets close.
Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to the show.
Monster Jam returns to loanDepot park on Saturday, January 30, 2027, turning the Marlins’ home field into a dirt track for racing, two-wheel skills, and a freestyle finale. The show is part of the Stadium Championship Series, so every run counts toward the standings. Many fans come back every winter. You’ll find tickets, seating, and show updates on the official Monster Jam listing. Our job is the ride. We reserve one private vehicle for your household, pick you up in Bal Harbour, and keep the same group together there and back. Nobody hunts for parking with a tired youngster on one hip, and nobody hands keys to a valet. The adults can relax once the engines start instead of planning the ride home.
Expect roaring engines, flying dirt, and a crowd of families cheering for their favorite trucks. Kids show up in Grave Digger shirts, holding toy trucks and homemade signs for Megalodon or Sparkle Smash, and more and more girls are among the loudest fans. The noise is part of the fun, so many parents pack ear protection for the youngest kids.
Check your tickets first, because many Monster Jam stops hold a pre-show Pit Party. When there is one, fans can walk among the trucks and meet drivers before the competition starts. If your passes include it, tell us when you book. Your chauffeur will suggest an earlier Bal Harbour pickup so the kids get their full time with the trucks.
Chauffeurs usually cross Biscayne Bay to I-95, then take the Dolphin Expressway west toward the ballpark.
There are two main ways across the bay from Bal Harbour. The first leaves the village on Kane Concourse, passes through Bay Harbor Islands, and takes the Broad Causeway to the mainland and I-95. The second follows Collins Avenue south through Surfside and North Beach, then heads west over the Julia Tuttle Causeway to I-95. Both lead to the Dolphin Expressway, which runs into Little Havana, a short way north of the Cuban bakeries and Domino Park on SW 8th Street. Your chauffeur chooses the route on the day. The drive is part of the outing, with bay views from the causeway, the downtown skyline going by, and time for the kids to guess which truck will win the freestyle.
Yes. The chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and adjusts along the way. Weekend beach traffic on Collins, a raised drawbridge, or a slowdown near the expressway can each mean switching from one causeway to the other. You don’t have to watch a map app or make any choices. You just ride while the driver handles the route.
Plan a mid-afternoon pickup in Bal Harbour so the group arrives well before showtime.
On a quiet day, the drive to Little Havana is usually an easy journey across town. A Saturday show is different. Beach traffic builds on Collins, fans head to the ballpark from every direction, and the last stretch to the drop-off point moves slower than usual. Allow more time than you would on a normal weekend, and more again if your group wants merchandise, snacks, or an unhurried walk to the seats before the first race. When you book, tell us your seat section and whether you have Pit Party passes, and the chauffeur will suggest a pickup time that fits. Leaving early just uses a little more of your booked hours. Leaving late can mean watching the opening runs from the line at the entrance.
The driver takes the group as close to the venue as access allows, stopping wherever event-day traffic control permits near the entrance. Traffic officers set the lanes on show day, so the exact spot can change. Before everyone gets out, your chauffeur shows you the drop-off point and agrees on where the car will meet you afterward.
Yes. The same driver waits nearby with the vehicle for the whole show. When the freestyle finale ends, send a WhatsApp message as the group heads out, and the car comes back to the meeting spot you agreed on. Sleepy kids can climb straight into a car they already know instead of walking across a crowded lot in the dark.
Bal Harbour Shops is an easy place to meet in the early afternoon before the drive south.
The open-air courtyards at Bal Harbour Shops work well on a show day. Grandparents can sit down for lunch while parents pick up a last treat for the kids. Carpaccio has long been a local favorite for Italian, and Makoto’s Japanese kitchen has plenty of regulars, so either one makes a good meeting spot. Families staying at the St. Regis or the Ritz-Carlton often meet in the lobby instead. The kids can run off some energy first on the beach path behind the Collins Avenue towers. Your chauffeur can start the day at the hotel, wait outside the restaurant while you eat, and head south as soon as everyone is ready. Book any restaurant table yourself, and we’ll take care of the car and the timing.
Yes. Dinner and the show fit in one booking because your hours cover every stop you choose. Versailles on SW 8th Street, a short drive from the ballpark, is a Miami classic for Cuban food and pastries. The driver waits outside while you eat, then takes everyone back up to Bal Harbour.
You pick a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and one driver stays with you the whole time.
Start by choosing a vehicle that fits your group, then tell us where the day begins. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you agree on when you book: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event. After pickup, you decide the stops and the pace. That might be lunch first, a pharmacy stop for earplugs, the show, and dessert afterward. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer, and you never negotiate a new fare. Every booking starts with a five-hour block. After that, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated price. If the finale runs long or the kids beg for a milkshake, you just keep the car. Extra hours are settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate, along with your chauffeur’s time.
Causeway tolls, fuel for the drive through Little Havana, and parking at each stop never appear as separate charges. You pay for time with a vehicle and a chauffeur, and we cover the running costs. Only three things can add to the total, and you’ll know about each one before the day. The after-hours surcharge applies for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as shown above. Any hour past your booked block is charged at your vehicle’s usual rate. Waiting time is simply part of the hours you reserved, and an extra stop on the way home doesn’t add a separate charge. You know what the evening costs before the first truck starts its engine.
Four private vehicle options cover everything from a small family to a full birthday party.
All four options are private, reach clean, and carry only your party. A birthday group can ride together in one Sprinter and get out at the same time, which helps keep younger kids from getting separated in the crowd. If your group size changes between booking and show day, let us know and we’ll confirm whether another vehicle makes more sense.
You pay the full fare now, when you book.
Families choose us for a premium service built around one private car and one driver.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The chauffeur who meets you in the lobby is the same one who takes you home, so the kids know exactly which car is theirs when the crowd pours out. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a hectic Saturday and no change when traffic gets heavy. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which makes it easy for grandparents and anyone else to ask for a stop. All evening you can message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, including a quick text when the finale ends. The result is a better experience from start to finish. You get a clean, quiet cabin after hours of engine noise and a driver who stays with the group for the whole event.
Yes. Every booking is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur, and you never share a seat with strangers.
People often search for a private van for the day or a ride to the ballpark. Either way, what we offer is a private van or SUV with our chauffeur, reserved only for your party. There is no fixed timetable, no stranger in the next row, and no self-drive option, because every vehicle comes with its driver. On a show night, that makes a real difference. Nobody waits in a pickup line with the rest of the crowd, and nobody has to drive an unfamiliar car through Little Havana side streets while the kids ask about Grave Digger. You choose the pickup time, the stops, and when to head home, and the vehicle stays with you from start to finish. The questions below cover what Bal Harbour families usually ask before they book.
The driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour you choose when you book. Groups often meet in a hotel lobby such as the St. Regis or the Ritz-Carlton, at a residence tower on Collins Avenue, at a home on the village’s quiet residential streets, or outside Bal Harbour Shops after lunch. We agree on the exact spot in advance.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Once your booking is less than 24 hours away, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the service goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because it’s an on-call service built around the city, we don’t run it out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, pickup address, and rough start time.
Include the stops you’d like, such as an early lunch at Bal Harbour Shops, a stop for ear protection, or dessert in Little Havana after the finale. Add each child’s age so we can plan the seating, and let us know if the kids have Pit Party passes, since that means an earlier pickup. We’ll reply with availability for Saturday, January 30, 2027, the vehicle that fits your group, and a suggested pickup time. Once your payment is in, your car and chauffeur are held for the show. Check availability and confirm your booking with one message.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
