Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees at loanDepot park on Friday, May 7, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour and keeps the same car ready through the final out. Then they drive everyone home, with no surge fare.
Each rate below is a flat hourly price per vehicle, and every booking has a five-hour minimum. That covers the ride over, the full game and the trip back to Bal Harbour.
Select your vehicle by headcount so no one has to guess. A couple or a family heading to the series opener fits well in the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or a group of coworkers in matching jerseys can move up to a Sprinter, so nobody has to split across two cars. The Platinum SUV suits a smaller party that wants a more polished ride for a big night out. Whichever vehicle you pick, it belongs to your group alone for every booked hour. You won’t share a seat, pay by the mile or see the price change if the ninth inning drags on.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Any trip outside those hours adds the amount below for your vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It’s worth planning for from the start. The surcharge is set by vehicle type. SUVs pay a single fixed amount per trip, and the Sprinter tiers pay a percentage of the trip value. That means you can work out the full cost before game day. When you book over WhatsApp, share your likely return time and we’ll confirm the surcharge in writing, so nothing catches you off guard at the curb.
You pay the full fare when you reserve. These three points cover it.
A private chauffeur gives you a calm, premium service on a crowded Friday night, from your door to the ballpark and back.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never shared with strangers. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so a sold-out crowd or heavy traffic on the causeway never changes the price and there’s no surge. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so grandparents, visiting friends and kids can all ask for a detour or a quick stop. One driver covers the whole block, so there are no handoffs and you never have to explain your plans twice. You reach us directly on WhatsApp and talk to a real person, not a phone queue. When half the city is heading the same way, that makes for a better experience. You arrive relaxed, enjoy every inning and leave without searching a packed parking lot for your car.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate. The causeway toll and your driver’s parking near the ballpark never show up as separate charges.
A short comfort stop during the booking is also easy. Just ask the driver if you need a restroom, a snack or a stretch, and your flat rate stays the same. There’s room for what fans usually bring, such as signs, gloves and team merch. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The possible extra charges are few, and all of them are listed on this page:
There are no fuel adjustments or airport-style fees, and nothing gets added at the end of the night.
The Friday, May 7, 2027 game opens a weekend series and is one of the biggest interleague matchups on Miami’s home schedule.
Expect a split crowd. Marlins regulars share the stands with the many New York transplants and visitors who see a Yankees trip to Miami as a must. loanDepot park sits in Little Havana. Its retractable roof and air conditioning keep the evening comfortable whatever the South Florida weather does, and the streets around it fill early with fans on foot. Check the first-pitch time and your tickets on the Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees event page, then plan your hours around it.
Bal Harbour Shops is the classic place to meet before the game. The open-air center’s restaurants, including the Italian favorite Carpaccio, make it easy to gather everyone for an early dinner before the drive. Just south, Harding Avenue in Surfside has more casual cafes. Your chauffeur waits while you eat and pulls out as soon as the check is paid.
Yes. Many groups break up the drive with a drink in Brickell or a walk through Little Havana, the neighborhood around the ballpark. The same car carries you between each stop, so nobody has to find parking twice. You can still reach your seats well before first pitch while the driver handles every leg of the route.
Your driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, and you agree on the exact spot when you book.
Most game-day rides start at a hotel entrance on Collins Avenue. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour are common starting points, as are the lobbies of the oceanfront residential towers along the same stretch. Groups who met for dinner can be picked up right outside Bal Harbour Shops, which saves a separate trip back to the hotel. Send us the exact building name and the entrance you prefer, since larger buildings can have more than one. Your chauffeur will be waiting there at the agreed time. Guests staying just outside the village, in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands, get picked up the same way, with the same car and driver.
Yes. You can start at one hotel and make a second pickup at a friend’s condo nearby as part of the same route. When you book on WhatsApp, share both addresses and the order you want. Allow a little extra time before heading south so the whole group still leaves together on schedule.
Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay to the mainland, then takes the expressways south to Little Havana. They drop you close to the entrance and stay nearby until the game ends.
Friday evening traffic and a big crowd shape this trip. The plan below keeps your group comfortably ahead of both, from leaving the lobby to the drive home after the last pitch.
The usual choice is west over the Broad Causeway through Bay Harbor Islands to I-95 south. The other option is Collins Avenue south to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and then I-95. Both finish on the Dolphin Expressway toward Little Havana. Your chauffeur picks between them based on live traffic that afternoon.
Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon, well before first pitch. The drive usually feels quick on a quiet day, but it can take much longer during Friday rush hour, when commuters and fans share the same roads. Leave yourself a generous cushion. Arriving early also gives the group time to find seats, grab food and settle in.
Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the ballpark as game-day access allows, at a drop-off point near the entrance. Traffic patterns around the ballpark shift as the crowd builds. Your driver follows the event-day traffic plan and lets you out where the walk to the entrance is short and simple.
Yes. Your driver stays close by with the vehicle for the whole game, and because you’ve hired the car by the hour, extra innings never leave your group stranded. When the final out comes, message your driver on WhatsApp and meet at the agreed pickup spot. The same car takes everyone back to Bal Harbour.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group of friends, starting with the Black SUV XL.
If your headcount falls between two tiers, go with the bigger vehicle. The extra room makes the ride back to Bal Harbour more comfortable after a long night of cheering. Every tier has the same kind of chauffeur, the same inclusions and the same flexible stops. The only differences are space and finish.
Pick the vehicle that fits your group and send us your plans on WhatsApp. Your chauffeur then stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Booking takes a few messages. Send your group size, your rough start time and the stops you’d like, such as dinner, the game or a nightcap. We confirm the vehicle and your block of hours. Your driver can pick up at any Miami address you agree on at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home. A cruise-day arrival can even head straight to the game. On the day, the driver sticks with you for every leg, so you never have to request a ride, wait at a curb or wonder where the car is. Everything runs through one WhatsApp thread with one person who knows your plan.
Just keep it. After your first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate. You don’t have to pay on the spot, either, because the extra time is settled after the day with your driver or over WhatsApp.
Yes. You can book a private SUV or Sprinter with your own chauffeur, hired by the hour. It’s the direct way to get from Bal Harbour to the series opener without driving or parking yourself. The questions below are the ones Bal Harbour groups most often ask before they confirm.
Yes. Many groups finish the night with a late meal in Brickell or Little Havana, or head back toward Bal Harbour to eat near the hotel. Your driver takes you from the ballpark to the restaurant, waits while you eat and then drives you home. If the night runs long, just add hours as you go.
Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers carry bigger groups in one private van, so a birthday crew or two families can ride and arrive together. Each Sprinter comes with its own chauffeur for the full booking and is never shared with anyone outside your party.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
This hourly service stays local and on call around Miami, which keeps the day relaxed and unhurried.
Your chauffeur covers Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the region around Miami International Airport. We also serve nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a ballpark day usually involves: the pickup in Bal Harbour, dinner in Brickell or Wynwood, the game in Little Havana and a nightcap back by the beach. We don’t take this hourly service out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. That’s how the car and driver stay close, on your schedule and ready whenever you walk out. If your weekend plans go beyond the game, list every stop when you message us and we’ll confirm the whole day fits.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
