Transfer from Bal Harbour to the Hans Zimmer Live Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking with no surge, on a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, waits through the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every concert-night booking has a 5-hour minimum, so choose the tier that fits your group:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The hourly rate covers both the vehicle and its chauffeur. For this concert, your booked hours usually cover the Bal Harbour pickup, a relaxed dinner, the drive downtown, the full show, and the journey home. Bigger friend groups can stay together in one Sprinter instead of splitting across two cars and finding each other again on a crowded sidewalk. Whatever tier you choose, the rate on this list is the rate you pay. This is the complete rate card, not a teaser.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Concert-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the night ends.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in the booking.
  • Hours: Every booking starts with a five-hour block, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

Which Key Facts Define a Bal Harbour Chauffeur Booking? 🚙

  • Every booking reserves your car and chauffeur for at least five hours.
  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur serve only your group, never shared.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Service is available every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Does a Late Ride Home After the Show Cost Extra? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside that window add a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV it is one flat add-on for the journey, not a charge for every late hour. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. We point it out when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, so nothing shows up for the first time at the end of the night. Starting early with cocktails at a Bal Harbour hotel bar or a slow dinner doesn’t change the surcharge. It just gives the evening more room.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the rate card already covers the running costs of the whole night.

That covers any causeway toll on the way downtown, the fuel for every leg between Bal Harbour and the arena, and the driver’s parking during the show. None of it appears on your bill as a separate item. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The cabin has room for what concertgoers usually carry, like jackets, a merch bag from the show, or a garment bag if you’re changing for dinner. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Beyond that, you pay for the car, the chauffeur, and the time you booked.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Hans Zimmer Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes concert night one continuous premium service, from your door and back again.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There is no surge and no price change for a busy Saturday downtown, rain, or traffic. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so the person who greets you in Bal Harbour is the same person waiting for you after the show. Your chauffeur is bilingual, so mixed groups and visiting family can easily ask for a stop or change the plan. You message us directly on WhatsApp, both before and during the night. The difference shows in the small moments: a clean, comfortable cabin waiting when you walk out of dinner, a driver who already knows the plan, and nobody in your group worrying about how to get home.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

We have four private vehicle options, from a date night for two up to a large group of friends in one van.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers; an easy choice for couples and small groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a large party arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Pick the tier by headcount first, then by the mood of the night. A couple celebrating an anniversary may prefer the quieter, more formal cabin of the Platinum SUV. For a birthday group or two families traveling together, the Sprinter gives everyone space to relax after a long evening on their feet. Whichever you choose, the chauffeur and the hourly setup are the same. A bigger or fancier vehicle changes the cabin, not how the night works.

What Is Hans Zimmer Live, and Why Make a Night of It? 🎤

Hans Zimmer Live comes to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 13, 2027, and the show starts at 8:00 PM.

Zimmer is the Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer who scored The Lion King, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, and Dune. His “The Next Level” tour turns that music into a full arena production. Expect reworked, extended versions of the famous themes, played by a large live band with strings, percussion, guitars, choir-style vocals, and featured soloists. The music comes with electronic soundscapes, sweeping lighting, and big-screen visuals. The crowd mixes film buffs, longtime fans, and couples, and many create a special occasion of the night. That is why the evening deserves more than a rushed drive downtown. The Kaseya Center posts venue updates for show night. Plan your hours around dinner, the show, and a relaxed ride home to Bal Harbour.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives you south from Bal Harbour to downtown, using whichever causeway route is moving best that evening.

There are two main routes from Bal Harbour. The first goes south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway into downtown. The second goes west over the Broad Causeway to the mainland, then south on Biscayne Boulevard or I-95. On a Saturday show night the journey typically takes between half an hour and an hour. The time depends on beach traffic, the causeways, and the cars heading to the arena before an 8:00 PM start. Your driver watches traffic and takes the route that is moving, so your group can relax in the back. Event traffic is heaviest on the last stretch of Biscayne Boulevard, next to Bayside Marketplace and the bay, so when you leave matters more than which route you take.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave plenty of time. Aim to reach downtown well before 8:00 PM, not just in time for it. Getting into the arena, going through security, and finding your seats all take longer on a busy concert night. If you’re eating first, book an early dinner so it doesn’t cut into the drive. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time once the plan is set.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as event-night access allows, usually at the drop-off point nearest your entrance. Before you get out, you and the chauffeur agree on exactly where to meet after the show. The driver confirms the spot again on WhatsApp, so finding the car later takes a single message.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle during the show. When the lights come up, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed spot. Nobody in your group has to stand in the after-show crowd hoping to find a ride back to Bal Harbour.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, at the exact spot agreed when you book.

Hotel guests are usually met at the main entrance of hotels such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, where the car pulls into the arrival drive and the group steps in. Residents of the oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue are picked up at their building’s front entrance. If you’re meeting friends for a drink first, the driver can pick you up right outside Bal Harbour Shops. Homes on the quieter residential streets work too. Send the address and any building or community access details when you book so the driver goes to the right door. If some of your group is staying in Bay Harbor Islands or Surfside, those are easy starting points too. The car is yours for the whole booking, so pickup never has to be rushed. If someone is still getting ready, the driver waits.

Can Friends Staying at Different Bal Harbour Addresses Ride Together?

Yes. Add each pickup to the plan and one vehicle picks everyone up in turn. For example, a couple at a Collins Avenue hotel and friends in a nearby condo can get in one after the other, all within your booked hours. The whole group then reaches dinner and the concert together, and nobody has to find their own way downtown.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before the Show? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops, on Collins Avenue, is the obvious place for dinner before the concert, with several well-known restaurants.

Carpaccio has long been a Bal Harbour favorite for Italian food before a night out. Makoto serves a polished Japanese menu in the same open-air center, and Le Zoo has a French brasserie feel for groups who like to linger over a glass of wine. With a chauffeur, nobody has to think about the car while you eat. When dinner is over, you get back in the vehicle and head south. Some groups would rather go downtown first and eat closer to the arena, around Bayside Marketplace or in nearby Brickell, which shortens the drive on show night. Either way, your booked hours cover the whole evening, so the route fits around your dinner plan. You create the restaurant reservations, and we handle the driving and the timing between dinner and the show.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop in your booked hours. The driver picks you up in Bal Harbour, takes you to the restaurant, and then drives you downtown for the concert after dessert. It is all in the same car, with no separate trip to arrange. Send us the restaurant and your reservation time, and we plan the evening’s timing around it.

Is There Time for a Late Stop After the Concert?

Yes, as long as it fits in your booked hours or you choose to extend them. Some groups end the night with a nightcap in Brickell or at a Bal Harbour hotel bar before going home, and the same chauffeur drives you there. Mention it when you book so the driver can plan the rest of the evening’s hours around it.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the car stays with you until that block ends.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then book your first five-hour block, which for a concert night frequently covers pickup, dinner, the show, and the ride home. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a guest arriving on a cruise that day can go straight to the evening’s plans. The exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. After that, you choose the stops and their order, and the same driver stays with you for the whole block. If the night runs longer than planned, keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare. You settle those hours after the night, not on the spot.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book for a time within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at any time.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local: it runs around Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local is what lets your on-call chauffeur stay close and never be rushed. The car travels between Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers Bal Harbour and its neighbors along the northern beaches. A concert night fits easily in that area: Bal Harbour at one end, downtown at the other, and plenty of dinner and nightcap options between them. The same service works on other days too, whether a group wants an afternoon in Wynwood or a slow drive through Coconut Grove. The hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. That is intentional: a driver who stays around the city keeps every stop within easy reach.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Hans Zimmer Live From Bal Harbour? 🎭

For most groups, the easiest option is a private chauffeur booked by the hour for the whole evening.

If you drive yourself, you deal with causeway traffic, look for event-night parking downtown, and someone has to skip drinks to drive home after a long, loud, emotional show. If the group splits across separate cars, getting there turns into a string of texts about where everyone is. One reserved vehicle keeps the group together, with one pickup in Bal Harbour, one dinner, one arrival, and one ride home. Everyone gets to enjoy the music from start to finish, and the driving is handled by someone whose only job that night is your group. Couples get an evening that feels like a real date. Friend groups get to talk about the Interstellar and Dune moments together in the back seat instead of splitting up at the curb.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Bal Harbour to Kaseya Center for Big Groups?

Yes. For larger groups, the private option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booked by the hour for your group only. Nobody else rides with you, you choose the stops, and the same driver brings everyone back to Bal Harbour after the concert. Choose the Sprinter size that matches your headcount from the rate list at the top of this page.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

How Far Ahead Should You Reserve for March 13, 2027?

Reserve as soon as you have your tickets. A Saturday arena concert tends to be one of the busier evenings for premium vehicles, especially the larger Sprinter, and your payment is what locks in your date and vehicle. Booking early also gives you time to sort out dinner timing and pickup details well before the week of the show.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
