Fuel, tolls and parking are included in every hourly rate.
Your chauffeur’s time is included for the whole block, whether the car is driving, waiting outside a restaurant or parked during the concert. The car has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the ride home. Any stops you add along the way are covered by the same rate. The only other charge that may apply is the night surcharge described above. Hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate and are never free. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
