Transfer from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets at loanDepot park on March 25, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver collects you at any Bal Harbour address, rolls south to Little Havana for Opening Day, and keeps the car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost by the Hour? 📋

Each vehicle carries one flat hourly rate, and every booking starts with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by headcount and the level of polish you want, then count the hours your day really needs: pickup in Bal Harbour, a pregame meal, nine innings, and the drive back up Collins Avenue. Each rate covers the whole vehicle rather than a seat, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one price instead of paying per person. Couples and small families usually choose the Black SUV XL. Offices, birthday crews, and fan clubs tend to pick the larger Sprinters, and riders who want the most refined cabin of the day choose the Platinum SUV. The only amount that can be added to these figures is the evening surcharge explained further down the page.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour for Opening Day? 🕴️

A vehicle reserved only for your group makes Opening Day a premium service from pickup onward.

Nobody else rides with you, and nobody new gets in between stops. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so a packed home opener, heavy traffic on I-95, or a sudden Florida downpour never pushes the price up. There is no surge. One bilingual chauffeur handles the entire block, which means one person who knows your plan, your pace, and where the group wants to go after the final out. Any change, from a later pickup to an extra stop, goes straight to us on WhatsApp and gets a direct answer from the team running your day. Fans can talk strategy, swap jerseys, or simply rest in a quiet cabin while someone else handles the lane changes and exits. Privacy, a fixed price, and one familiar face behind the wheel turn a crowded baseball day into a genuinely better experience for everyone in the car.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins Home Opener? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the easy pick for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together instead of splitting across two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, a good fit for birthday crews, office outings, and supporters’ clubs.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in the most refined cabin we offer. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides most bookings, but comfort matters on a long game day, so a group right at the top of one tier frequently moves up for more elbow room. There is space for what fans actually carry, like signs, merch bags, and rally towels, and if you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. Groups of Marlins and Mets supporters share the same cabin just fine, and the rivalry stays friendly until first pitch.

Is There a Night Surcharge if the Game Runs Late? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Trips outside that window add a charge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The start time is still pending, so whether a surcharge applies depends only on the hours you book. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Once the team posts the start time, checking your hours against the daytime window takes a minute, and there are no other after-dark charges.

Does an Evening First Pitch Always Mean a Surcharge?

No. The surcharge depends on when your booked hours fall, not on the game itself.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of at least five hours.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then tell us your start time and the stops on your wish list. From pickup onward, the chauffeur stays with your group for the entire block, with no hand-offs and no second car. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. You decide the order of the day, whether that’s lunch first, ballpark second, and a nightcap third, or any other sequence. The booking is a minimum of five hours. After that block ends, every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate and settled after the day, with no renegotiated fare. If the celebration runs long, you simply keep the car.

Can You Change the Plan Once the Day Has Started?

Yes. The itinerary is never locked once you are riding. Add a stop, skip one, linger over a meal, or head somewhere new after the game, and the chauffeur adjusts on the spot when the schedule allows. A quick comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy too, and it doesn’t change the flat rate.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🍾

The hourly rate covers your vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking.

Expressway tolls between Bal Harbour and Little Havana, fuel for every pregame and postgame stop, and parking during the game are all built into the rate on the list. The group never stops at a gas station, never fumbles with a toll transponder, and never circles a garage looking for a space. Two items can add to the bill, and both are clear before you commit. The first is the evening surcharge for hours outside the daytime window. Nothing else shows up later: no fuel adjustment, no toll receipts, no parking stubs handed back to you. Riders simply obtain in, settle down, and obtain out, with every running cost of the car already handled.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before You Book? 📋

  • Every booking runs at least five hours with the same reserved vehicle.
  • One chauffeur is dedicated to your group and never picks up other riders.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, from early starts to late finishes.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • Group size, start time, and stops are confirmed over WhatsApp before game day.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour takes your group from Bal Harbour to Opening Day.

The Marlins host the Mets on Thursday, March 25, 2027, the earliest Opening Day Major League Baseball has ever scheduled. It is the club’s biggest home game of the year: a National League East rivalry with pregame introductions, a packed ballpark, and a crowd split between Marlins locals and Mets supporters. Many of those Mets fans are transplanted New Yorkers living in or visiting South Florida, and a Bal Harbour hotel or condo is a natural base for that crowd. loanDepot park sits in Little Havana under a retractable roof, so a passing Florida shower rarely threatens the game, but the surrounding streets fill early as fans reach for the first home game of the season. A private vehicle lets your group skip the parking hunt, reach together, and give full attention to the anthem, the first pitch, and the season’s opening cheers.

When Is First Pitch for the 2027 Home Opener?

First pitch has not been announced yet. So far, the official schedule lists only the March 25, 2027 date. Reserve the day now on WhatsApp with a rough start time, and we will set the exact Bal Harbour pickup together once the Marlins publish the time, well before the final 24 hours.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Bal Harbour on Opening Day? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Bal Harbour, crosses Biscayne Bay, and delivers the group to Little Havana.

Opening Day changes the usual rhythm of the drive. The ballpark draws its largest crowd of the season, the streets around it tighten early, and the garages next to the stadium fill with fans who all reach at about the same time. Driving yourself means joining that line, paying for a spot, and then walking back to the car after the game with everyone else. Riding with a chauffeur removes each of those steps. Your only job is to be in the lobby at the agreed time, and the route, the traffic calls, and the approach to the ballpark are handled from the front seat. The questions below are the ones Bal Harbour groups usually ask first: which roads the chauffeur uses, how early to leave, where the drop-off happens, and what happens if the game runs long.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour?

Most trips start south on Collins Avenue, then cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway to reach I-95 southbound. From there the chauffeur typically takes the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) toward Little Havana. When Collins backs up, the usual alternative is the Broad Causeway west to Biscayne Boulevard, and the chauffeur picks the route live based on traffic.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for the Game?

Leave with a generous cushion. The drive typically takes well under an hour on a quiet day, but Opening Day traffic around the ballpark can stretch it noticeably. Allow extra time so the group is seated for the pregame introductions and the anthem, and your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time once first pitch is announced.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?

The chauffeur brings your group as close to the venue as access allows on game day, usually at the drop-off point nearest the main entrance. Before everyone gets out, you agree on a clear meeting spot for the ride home, so nobody wanders through the crowd looking for the car after the final out.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes. Because you hire the chauffeur by the hour, the car stays nearby through every inning and any walk-off celebration. Extra innings never leave the group stranded; the booking simply runs a little longer at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. When you’re ready to leave, a quick WhatsApp message brings the chauffeur to the agreed meeting spot.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Game? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops is the natural pregame meeting point before the chauffeur heads south.

The open-air center on Collins Avenue has some of the neighborhood’s best-known restaurants, including Makoto for Japanese plates and Carpaccio for a long Italian lunch. Its garden walkways are an easy place to gather a group arriving from different hotels and residences. For something more casual, the cafés along Harding Avenue in neighboring Surfside are quick and relaxed. Your chauffeur stays close while the group eats, then everyone gets straight into the car without hunting for a valet ticket or splitting up. Timing works best when the meal leaves enough room for the drive and the pregame buildup, so share your reservation time when you book and we’ll plan the pickup around it. These are suggestions from people who know the area, not bookings we make. Your group reserves its own table, and we handle the ride between each stop.

Can We Add a Stop in Little Havana After the Game?

Yes. Calle Ocho is a short drive from the ballpark and makes an easy postgame stop. Groups often head to Versailles for Cuban coffee and pastries, or stroll past Domino Park before the ride back north. For a later dinner, Brickell is also close by, and the chauffeur can take you to any of them before heading home.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is the starting block, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Besides Bal Harbour? 🏙️

The hourly service stays around Miami, keeping your chauffeur close, local, and on call.

Beyond Bal Harbour, the same car and driver can take you anywhere in Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus nearby stops up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers nearly every plan a baseball day could include, whether it’s a morning in Wynwood, a late dinner in Coconut Grove, or picking up a friend landing at the airport. The service is built to stay around the city rather than make long-distance runs, so hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying local keeps the day unhurried: the chauffeur is never far away on a highway, the pace follows your group, and each stop on the itinerary is an easy hop from the last.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets the group at any Bal Harbour address agreed when you book.

Most riders choose the lobby of their hotel on Collins Avenue, such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, where the car pulls up to the front entrance and the chauffeur greets the group by name. Residents of the oceanfront condominiums usually meet at their building’s main lobby, which keeps everyone out of the sun until the car arrives. Groups that spent the morning at Bal Harbour Shops can be picked up right outside the center. Neighbors in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands are just as easy to add, so a fan club spread across several buildings can be picked up one address at a time before the drive south. Send the exact address, the name on the booking, and the number of riders over WhatsApp, and the pickup is settled well ahead of Opening Day.

Can a Pet Ride Along From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. For a booking within the next 24 hours, the date and time stay as agreed, and on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Tell us how many fans are riding, where in Bal Harbour the day begins, and whether you want a pregame lunch, a postgame stop in Little Havana, or a straight run home up Collins Avenue. We reply with the tier that fits, confirm your hours, and send the payment details so the date is locked in. After that, the only decision left is whether to wear Marlins colors or Mets orange and blue on the way down. For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
