Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM in Downtown Miami. One bilingual driver stays with you from the Bal Harbour pickup until the last drop-off at home.
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every Bal Harbour game-night booking starts with a block of five hours.
Pick the tier that fits your headcount. That hourly figure is your rate for the whole evening. A five-hour block leaves room for a relaxed dinner in Bal Harbour, the drive south into Downtown, four quarters of basketball and the ride back up the coast. You pay per vehicle, not per seat, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly price. The hourly figure is the same whether you leave mid-afternoon or just before tip-off. The only adjustment is the evening surcharge explained further down this page.
Payment comes down to three points, from the full fare at booking to any hours you add after the final buzzer.
You book a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of time, not for a single ride.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then message us your headcount, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The booking runs for at least five hours, and from the moment your driver arrives, the car is for your group alone. You plan the evening: dinner first, a stop to pick up a friend in Bay Harbor Islands, the arena, then a nightcap on the way home. If plans change during the night, the driver adjusts with you. If overtime, a late celebration or one more stop makes the night longer, keep the car. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra hours after the day.
Your driver can pick you up at any address in Bal Harbour, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. It might be the lobby of a Collins Avenue hotel such as the St. Regis or the Ritz-Carlton, the front of an oceanfront residence, or the main entrance of Bal Harbour Shops. Flying or sailing in that day? The car can start at Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal and take you straight to the game.
It is a Tuesday-night Eastern Conference game at the Heat’s home arena, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.
Miami hosts Toronto at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s waterfront home arena on Biscayne Boulevard next to Bayside Marketplace. Regular-season nights here draw a crowd as mixed as the city. You’ll see families in matching jerseys, longtime season-ticket holders, visitors at their first NBA game and a few Raptors fans who came south. Above all, there’s a loud, proudly bilingual home crowd that makes a midweek game feel like a real night out. The weeknight start means your drive from Bal Harbour runs into the end of the workday. So plan the game as the main event of your evening, not a rushed trip into Downtown. With a chauffeur on the clock, your group can dress up, have dinner and reach together, and nobody has to skip a drink to drive.
Yes. Hiring a private chauffeur by the hour is a direct way to reach this game from Bal Harbour. Your group gets its own vehicle and driver, reserved only for you, from the first pickup through the ride home after the final buzzer. Choose an SUV for a small party or a Sprinter for a bigger one, then confirm your plan over WhatsApp.
Your chauffeur drives south into Downtown Miami and handles the whole round trip for you.
Downtown feels distinct on game nights. Before tip-off, Biscayne Boulevard fills with fans, lines form at garage entrances, and traffic around Bayside Marketplace slows as the crowd heads for the arena. To beat that rush, leave early and let a driver who knows the roads choose the way in. The car is yours for the whole block, so nobody has to hunt for a parking space, walk back through a dark garage or split the group between two cars. Your driver watches traffic from the moment you leave the lobby and takes another road if one backs up. You can reach the driver by phone or WhatsApp all evening. The sections below cover the route, where you get out and how pickup works after the game, so your whole group knows the plan before leaving Bal Harbour.
Most evenings, the driver heads south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. If the beach side is backed up, the driver can instead take the Broad Causeway west to Biscayne Boulevard and go straight south to the arena. Allow extra time on a weeknight, because the drive usually takes noticeably longer at rush hour than off-peak.
Your driver drops the group along Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the venue as access allows. That’s usually a short walk from the entrance. Street closures and traffic control around the arena change from night to night, so the chauffeur picks the best drop-off point on the day and tells you where to meet after the game.
Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole game, because the car is booked for your group for the entire block. When the fourth quarter is winding down, message your chauffeur on WhatsApp. The car heads to your meeting spot, so the group can get in and leave while the crowd is still coming out.
Bal Harbour Shops has several well-known restaurants for a pre-game dinner.
Two good picks for a group that wants a proper sit-down meal before heading south are Makoto, the Japanese restaurant in the open-air center, and Carpaccio, a long-standing Italian favorite nearby. Just across the town line in Surfside, Le Sirenuse at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is an elegant oceanfront choice for dinner or a swift meeting before the game. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so nobody has to watch the clock or wait for the valet. The car is ready as soon as you’ve paid. Book your table early enough to leave time for the drive. You make the restaurant reservation yourself; we can suggest places but don’t book tables. Would you rather eat closer to the arena? The driver can take the group into Downtown early and wait while you have dinner.
Yes. You can add a post-game stop before heading back to Bal Harbour. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop lounges are just south of the arena, and Wynwood’s bars are a short drive north, so the driver can stop in either area on the way home. Each stop uses your booked hours, and you choose how long to stay before the ride back up the coast.
Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside that window are adjusted as follows.
For an SUV, it’s a single add-on per trip. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Your hourly rate stays exactly as booked, and any extra hours are billed like the rest of the evening. Knowing about the surcharge in advance means you see the full cost of game night before you confirm.
Four private vehicle types cover everything from a couple to a large group of friends.
Every vehicle comes with the same chauffeur service. The difference is space and finish. Choose by headcount first, then decide whether the evening calls for the more upscale Platinum class.
There’s room for jerseys, signs and team-store merch. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.
Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it comes in the two sizes listed above. A group of seven fits the mid-size version, while a group of twelve would take the larger one. Every seat is for your party, the vehicle is never shared with strangers, and the whole group arrives at and leaves the arena together.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
That covers any tolls on the drive south and the cost of parking the vehicle Downtown during the game, so the only thing that adds to your bill is time. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone needs to pull up digital tickets or check scores from other games. You can ask for one short stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. Only a few charges can be added to the base rate: the evening surcharge for pickups outside those hours and any hours you add beyond your booking. Everything else, from the Bal Harbour pickup to the last stop of the night, is part of the hours you book.
The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods where people spend their evenings: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. Bal Harbour and the northern beaches connect directly to all of these. Staying close to the city means the driver is always on call and never far from your next stop. Nobody needs to rush, and an unplanned stop after the game is easy to add. This hourly service doesn’t go out to more distant places like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s designed for days and nights around Miami. For a Heat game from Bal Harbour, everything you’re likely to want is within that local area: dinner, the arena, a post-game drink and the ride home.
A private chauffeur makes a hectic Downtown game night a better experience.
The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so the ride feels like part of the evening instead of a commute. You pay a flat hourly rate locked in when you book, with no surge pricing when the arena empties and demand jumps. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block and knows your plan, so you never have to explain where you’re going next. When the final buzzer sounds, your driver is already waiting, so you don’t have to stand on a crowded curb looking at your phone. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, and the answer comes from the person driving your car. It’s a premium service for one group on one night, from your Bal Harbour lobby to your door at the end. Couples, families and big groups of fans all get the same attention.
Yes. You can book a private driver from Bal Harbour for your whole game night.
The booking covers the whole evening, not a one-way drop-off. That matters on game night, because getting to the arena is only half the trip. The ride home, after a packed Downtown crowd pours out, is where an hourly chauffeur really helps. Bal Harbour guests often book it along with their hotel stay. Residents book it for a birthday, a night out with clients or simply an easier way to see a big home game. Your group can plan the evening however it likes, with a dinner stop first, a friend picked up on the way or a nightcap after the game, as long as it fits within your booked hours. The answers below cover the practical questions: when to leave, whether the ride is private, bringing pets and booking at the last minute.
Plan to leave Bal Harbour in the late afternoon or early evening, well before the 7:30 PM tip-off. On a weeknight, the drive runs into Downtown commuter traffic and fans arriving for the game, so allow plenty of extra time. The drive usually takes longer than on a quiet night. If you’re having dinner first, include that time in your booked hours.
Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as a private shuttle reserved for your group alone. We don’t sell seats to other riders or run on a fixed schedule, and the vehicle leaves Bal Harbour when your group is ready. For smaller parties, the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV gives you the same private service all evening.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Send us a quick message before game day so we can plan the right vehicle and keep your Bal Harbour pickup smooth.
We welcome short-notice bookings. If your ride is within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in once we agree on them, and a driver and vehicle are held just for you. At that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
