Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Camilo at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 9, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver handles your pickup, the ride over, the wait through the 8:00 PM show, and the journey home after the last song.
Every rate below is charged per vehicle, per hour, with a five-hour minimum.
Your whole group shares one car for the evening, so filling the seats is the smartest way to split the cost among friends or family. A couple heading to their first Camilo show fits effortlessly in the Black SUV XL. A crowd of cousins or coworkers can take a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and ride downtown together. The Platinum SUV tier suits anyone who wants the most polished arrival of the evening. Five hours is only the starting block, and adding time lets you savor dinner, the show, and the drive home without rushing.
Three simple terms cover how you pay for a concert-night booking.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Trips outside those hours pick up the add-on below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We list it when we confirm your reservation over WhatsApp, next to your vehicle and your hours. The amount you agree to before the show is the amount you pay, plus any hours you select to add. The add-on is charged on the journey and doesn’t change the hourly rate itself. Nobody waiting on the curb after the encore has to wonder what the late drive home will cost, because it was already clear when you booked.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur is the simplest way to reach Camilo’s October 9 show.
Camilo brings his Latin-pop arena show to the bayfront on Friday, October 9, 2026, and the concert starts at 8:00 PM. The Latin Grammy–winning singer draws a crowd that comes ready to sing every word: couples on a date night, friends in matching outfits, teenagers at one of their first large concerts, and families bringing their kids. Numerous fans wear soft whites, creams, and sky blue, the colors of his merch and stage visuals, and add glitter, bracelets, and braids. A private vehicle suits that kind of night. Your group gets ready together at the hotel or at home, rides over in one car, and walks in with outfits intact and no one lost in the crowd at the curb. Afterward, the singalong can keep going in the back seat on the way home.
Yes. Couples are a big part of Camilo’s audience, and a private ride keeps the whole evening about the two of you. Neither of you has to drive, find a garage, or leave the arena early to beat traffic. Book the Black SUV XL to keep it simple or the Platinum SUV for a more polished arrival, then take your time over dinner before the romantic ballads start.
Your chauffeur drives you from Downtown Miami straight to the arena on Biscayne Boulevard.
The arena sits on the bayfront beside Bayside Marketplace. From most Downtown Miami hotels and residences the journey is typically short on the map, but traffic on a concert night is hard to predict. Before an 8:00 PM start, Biscayne Boulevard and the side streets around the venue fill with fans on foot, cars circling for parking, and a steady line of drop-offs. A Friday also brings the usual end-of-week downtown crowd. Getting through the entrance line takes time as well. This is where a dedicated chauffeur makes the difference. Someone who knows the downtown grid handles the approach, lets your group out, and takes care of the car while you head inside. Planning the night comes down to four questions: when to leave, which way to go, where to obtain out, and how to meet up after the encore. The answers are below.
Leave Downtown Miami well before the 8:00 PM start so you’re inside and settled before the lights go down. Traffic around the bayfront builds through the early evening, and the entrance line adds time. When you book, we suggest a departure time based on your pickup address, your group size, and whether you’re having dinner first.
Biscayne Boulevard is the main route, since the arena faces it directly. From Brickell, the route usually runs north across the Miami River into downtown. From the PortMiami terminals, Port Boulevard comes in right by the bayfront. From Miami International Airport, the Dolphin Expressway connects to I-395 into downtown. On the night, the driver adjusts to whatever event traffic builds up.
Your chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows on concert night. Event-night traffic control decides the final approach, so the driver confirms the exact drop-off point with your group on the way in. They also agree with you on an easy spot to meet again after the show, so nobody wanders the bayfront looking for the car.
Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. After the drop-off, your chauffeur parks nearby and stays on call for the whole concert. When the encore ends, message the driver on WhatsApp and meet at the pickup point you agreed on. You skip the scramble for a ride and go straight home, still humming the last song.
Bayside Marketplace, Brickell, and Little Havana all create simple pre-concert dinner stops.
Bayside Marketplace is the nearest choice, with waterfront restaurants and bay views right next to the arena, so it’s a short walk from your table to the show. For a dressier start, Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre have plenty of restaurants close together just south of the river. Little Havana offers classic Cuban cooking and live music along its main strip, and Versailles is the landmark spot numerous visitors desire to try. Groups who desire photos in their concert outfits can stop at the Wynwood murals first, or catch golden-hour light along the bay at Museum Park beside the Pérez Art Museum Miami. Your driver moves between the stops you pick and waits outside each one, so nobody has to look for parking twice in one evening. You create the reservations, and the car keeps the plan on schedule.
Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into one hourly booking. The chauffeur picks up your group in Downtown Miami, waits while you eat, then takes you on to the show. If dinner runs long or the celebration keeps going after the encore, add hours on the spot and settle them once the evening is over.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a fan-club outing.
Select by headcount first, then by the kind of night you desire. An SUV keeps things intimate, while a Sprinter turns the ride into part of the party, with everyone together from the first song on the playlist. There’s room for signs, merch, and a change of shoes for later. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance.
Any tier works for a family. The seats will be ready when your chauffeur arrives in Downtown Miami.
A reserved chauffeur gives your group a private car, a flat rate, and no parking duties.
Driving yourself on a large arena night means circling for a garage, paying for event parking, and asking one friend to skip the fun and stay behind the wheel. Booking with us gives your group a better experience. The vehicle is private and reserved for you alone. A bilingual chauffeur makes conversation simple for grandparents, cousins, or friends visiting from abroad. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a hectic Friday downtown and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, including the hours you spend inside singing along, so you never deal with a stranger or repeat your plans to someone new. You also have direct WhatsApp contact with the people running your booking, so a timing question, a new dinner idea, or an extra hour is handled in one chat. That’s upscale service, by the hour.
Fuel, tolls, parking, onboard WiFi, and your chauffeur’s time are all included in the hourly rate.
Your chauffeur’s time covers every hour of the booking, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Fuel is part of the price, tolls on the way in or out cost you nothing extra, and we take care of any parking the car needs during the evening. The onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which helps when the group wants to pull up digital tickets, share outfit photos, or queue a playlist for the ride over. A few charges can be added to the base booking, and you’ll know about each one before the night starts: the late-hours surcharge explained above, and any extra hours you select to add. We confirm everything with you over WhatsApp, so the final total matches the plan you agreed to.
Yes. One brief comfort stop for a restroom break, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. Just ask the driver. It’s handy for picking up water or a phone charger before you head into the crowd.
You select a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and one chauffeur stays until the final drop-off.
Start by sending us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. We match the right vehicle to your headcount and confirm your hours for the night. On October 9, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed pickup and the evening runs on your schedule: an early dinner, a photo stop, the concert, a late bite afterward, then home. You set the order and the pace, and the driver handles the roads. The first five hours are the base block. If the night is too good to end, keep the car. Every extra hour after that block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day. That flexibility suits a concert, since encores and after-parties rarely stick to an exact schedule.
Your chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Downtown Miami, such as a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower, or an office. The exact spot is agreed when you book. The driver can also pick you up anywhere else in Miami: at a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert, at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb, or at a private home.
Yes. Every vehicle is private, and we never add other fans to your ride.
We only offer private service, so the Sprinter or SUV you book is yours for the whole block. There’s no fixed schedule, no extra pickups on the way, and no seat sold to anyone outside your group. That matters on concert night. You decide when to leave Downtown Miami, when to stop for dinner, and when to head home, instead of waiting on someone else’s schedule. Fans who search for a private shuttle to the show obtain exactly that: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for their own group, with room to celebrate together on the way in and share favorite moments on the way back. Couples and small groups obtain the same privacy in an SUV. Your playlist, your conversation, and your timing stay yours from start to finish.
No. Once you book a chauffeur, directions and parking are no longer your problem. You share the pickup address and your preferred timing, and the driver plans the route and looks after the car all evening. Nobody in your group has to compare garages, download a parking app, or remember which level the car is on.
Yes. The same hourly service works for any night at the arena, from Miami HEAT home games to other big concerts on the calendar. It always works the same way: one private vehicle, one chauffeur for the whole block, and your own schedule. Send the date and your group size on WhatsApp to check availability for that night.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
If you book within 24 hours of the service, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.
Yes. This hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so every booking stays relaxed and unhurried.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Book as soon as you have your tickets, since each vehicle is held for one group.
To check availability, send us a WhatsApp message with four details: how many people are going, your pickup address in Downtown Miami, a rough start time, and any dinner or photo stops you have in mind. We reply with the vehicle that fits your group, confirm the hours, and hold the date once your payment arrives. After that, the plan stays flexible. You can change a stop, shift the timing, or decide on concert night that the celebration deserves another hour. On October 9, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, and the only thing left to decide is who sings loudest. Whether it’s a first date, a birthday surprise, or a family night out, one message is all it takes to confirm your booking.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
