Transfer from Miami Beach to The Doobie Brothers Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to The Doobie Brothers at Hard Rock Live on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The 8:00 PM show is up in Hollywood. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach and stays with your group until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly price, and every booking runs for at least five hours, so choose the tier that fits your group:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

A concert night fits easily into that window: pickup in Miami Beach, dinner, the drive north, the show, and the ride back across the bay. You pay for the vehicle, not for each passenger. Friends sharing a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter split one hourly figure instead of each paying their own fare. That makes the larger tiers a smart pick for a birthday crew or two couples who desire to reach together and leave together. The Platinum SUV suits a couple who desire the most polished cabin for an anniversary or their first classic-rock show together. Whichever tier you pick, the price list above is the whole story for the vehicle. The only possible additions are the hours you choose to add and the evening surcharge, and both are explained below.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-ride is easy and leaves the rate unchanged.
  • Tell us in advance and we’ll confirm whether that booking can accommodate it.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and wish-list stops.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate for a Concert Night? 🍾

Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the whole booking.

Parking matters a lot on a show night at a hectic casino resort. With the chauffeur, the car and the parking are simply not your problem. Tolls on the drive north and back are covered too, so no one in the group is checking a transponder or splitting small charges at the end of the night. The car has space for what fans actually carry, like a folded sign, a light jacket, or the tour shirt from the merch stand; just tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large.

Only two things can add to the bill: hours you choose to add beyond your booked block, and the surcharge for service outside daytime hours. Each has its own section below, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening runs on your schedule.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops on your wish list. Your driver picks you up at the Miami address you agree on at booking. That can be a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the concert night. After that, you set the stops and the pace. You can add a bar, skip dessert, or linger over dinner, and none of it means negotiating a new fare. The same car stays yours from the first pickup to the final drop-off, with nothing to re-request between stops and no one else sharing the cabin. The driver builds the timing around your plans rather than the other way around. For concert night that usually means dinner first, the show next, and an easy ride home at the end.

What Happens If the Night Runs Longer Than Five Hours?

Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no renegotiated fare and no new quote. Keep the car for a nightcap in South Beach or a late bite on the way home, and settle the extra time after the night wraps up, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

When Do The Doobie Brothers Play Hollywood This Fall? 🎤

The Doobie Brothers play Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM, at Hard Rock Live inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

This date comes late in the band’s Walk This Road tour, with the lineup longtime fans hoped to see again: Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons, and John McFee on one stage. The band is in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the setlist is full of songs half the room can sing without a lyric sheet: “Listen to the Music,” “China Grove,” “Long Train Runnin’,” “What a Fool Believes,” and “Black Water.” The theater sits inside the resort, and you’ll recognize it by the guitar-shaped hotel tower glowing over the skyline after dark, so the evening feels like an occasion from the moment the car turns in. Because the resort is in Hollywood rather than Miami proper, the trip from the beach is a real drive. That’s exactly when a private chauffeur is most worth it: nobody in your group has to drive, and the ride home is planned before the lights go down.

Who Usually Goes to a Doobie Brothers Show?

The seats fill with classic-rock fans who grew up hearing these songs on FM radio, often alongside grown kids they raised on the same records. Couples make it a date night, friend groups turn it into a reunion, and many guests pair the concert with a dinner reservation. A car that stays with you all evening fits this crowd well.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Miami Beach, agreed when you book.

Most concert-night pickups happen at a hotel lobby along Collins Avenue, anywhere from the Art Deco blocks of South Beach to the towers of Mid-Beach and the quieter streets of North Beach. If you’re staying in a condo or a private home on one of the Venetian Islands or along the bay side, the car comes to your door instead. If your group is split between two hotels, plan a quick second stop to pick everyone up before dinner; you set the order, and it all fits inside your booked hours. Coordinate the exact timing with us over WhatsApp: share the address, the name on the reservation, and a rough pickup time. From then on, the evening is handled. The car pulls up clean and ready, and your chauffeur loads anything you’re bringing. The first stop can be the restaurant, a friend’s building a few blocks away, or the highway north if you’d rather eat at the resort.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Beach Before the Show? 🍸

Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, and the Faena District are the easy pre-show dinner picks on the beach itself.

Lincoln Road’s pedestrian mall suits a group that wants a lively patio and a short stroll after the meal. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of South Beach, draws more locals for relaxed dinners with water views. The Faena District in Mid-Beach feels polished and a little theatrical, which makes it a strong pick for an anniversary. If your group is staying farther north, Bal Harbour Shops along Collins Avenue works well for an early drink before the drive. Some groups skip dining on the beach and eat at the resort itself, where the Seminole Hard Rock has its own restaurants a short walk from the theater. Reserve your own table, tell us the time, and we’ll plan the pickup around it. While you eat, your chauffeur waits nearby, so there’s no valet ticket and no hunting for a spot on a hectic South Beach evening.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just one of the stops inside your booked hours. The driver picks you up, drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and then heads north to the concert, all in one hourly booking. Build dinner into your start time so the drive after dessert stays relaxed instead of rushed.

Can We Make a Late Stop After the Concert?

Yes, as long as your hours cover it. On the way back you could stop in Wynwood for a late bite, head to Ocean Drive for a nightcap, or finish with a last drink at your hotel bar, all with the same car. If the night runs long, add hours on the spot instead of ending the evening early.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Miami Beach? 🏟️

Most chauffeurs take the Julia Tuttle Causeway to I-95 north, then head west toward the resort in Hollywood.

From South Beach and Mid-Beach, the Julia Tuttle is usually the most direct way onto the interstate. From North Beach or Surfside, the driver may go north on Collins Avenue and cut west instead, depending on live traffic that evening. The resort sits inland near State Road 7, so the last stretch leaves the highway for local roads into the resort grounds. The drive typically takes longer than first-time visitors anticipate, especially on a weekday evening, so permit a relaxing cushion rather than a tight estimate. Your chauffeur picks the route on the night based on live conditions while you sit back with the music on. You don’t have to think about merging, toll lanes, or who stays sober to drive home. Because the venue is across the county line in Broward, keeping one car for the whole evening pays off most on this trip: the return drive is planned before the first song.

Is There a Private Van From Miami Beach to the Concert?

Yes. For larger groups, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved only for your party, with the same chauffeur and the same hourly booking as our SUVs. Everyone rides north together, arrives together, and rides home together, with no other passengers and no fixed schedule. Pick the Sprinter tier that matches your headcount.

How Does Concert Night Unfold From Miami Beach to Hard Rock Live? 🎆

Leave Miami Beach early, get out close to the entrance, and ride home with the same driver.

Concert night works top when you plan backward from the 8:00 PM start. Security lines, a drink at the bar, and finding your seats all take time at a large resort venue, and the drive north shares the road with Tuesday commuters. As showtime gets closer, the approach into the resort grounds fills with cars. Your chauffeur handles that approach and lets the group out as close to the venue as access allows. After the last encore, the whole theater empties at once, and that’s when a pre-arranged car matters most. Other fans are standing at the curb refreshing an app and watching prices climb, while your group walks straight to a car that has been waiting all along. The drive back to Miami Beach becomes the recap: favorite songs, the top solo, the moment the room sang along.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for the Show?

Leave earlier than a map app suggests. On a Tuesday, the drive north overlaps the evening commute, so allow a generous cushion before the 8:00 PM start, and more if dinner comes first. Many groups book a late-afternoon pickup, eat on the beach or at the resort, and still arrive with time to settle in.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Venue?

The driver drops you at the drop-off point closest to the theater, as close to the venue as access allows on show night. Traffic flow on event nights can change the exact spot, so before you head inside, your chauffeur agrees with you on a clear pickup point for after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Drive You Home?

Yes. Because you book by the hour, the driver stays nearby through the whole show and is ready when you walk out. There’s no second booking and no hunting for a ride in the crowd leaving the theater. Message your chauffeur when the encore starts, and the car will be at the agreed spot for the ride back to Miami Beach.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for This Concert? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes the long concert drive part of the night out.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, with nobody else’s stops and nobody else’s playlist. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge on a hectic show night and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you from the Miami Beach pickup to the final drop-off, including the hours you spend inside the theater, so you never have to wonder how you’re getting home. You also get direct WhatsApp contact for timing updates and a clean, well-kept upscale vehicle. That’s what upscale service looks like in practice: fewer decisions, no waiting at the curb, and a better experience from the first song on the car stereo to the last one on stage. For a couple celebrating a milestone or friends reliving a favorite album, the car becomes part of the memory instead of one more thing to arrange. It’s a better service because it’s built around your evening, not a dispatch queue.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The go-to choice for couples and small groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for the big reunion crew or birthday party.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in our most polished luxury class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by headcount first, then by feel. The Black SUV XL suits a date night or two couples who desire an easy, low-key arrival. The Platinum SUV is the upgrade for an anniversary or a milestone birthday; the models listed are examples of that luxury class. The Sprinter tiers keep a whole friend group in one cabin, so the pre-show playlist and the post-show recap happen together instead of in separate cars. If your group falls between two sizes, choose the larger one, because nobody enjoys a cramped ride home after a long night.

How Does Payment Work? 🥂

Payment is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night.

Is There an Evening Surcharge for the Ride Home? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, the surcharge is one set amount per trip, not per hour, so it doesn’t grow while you linger over a nightcap. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you’ll see the exact figure before you confirm. It’s the only adjustment for evening service, and your hourly rate stays exactly as booked. Most concert-night bookings from Miami Beach include it, since the encore and the drive back consistently run late. Knowing that up front lets you plan the whole evening with the full cost in view.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Beach to The Doobie Brothers? 🎊

Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur from any address in Miami Beach for the October 20 show.

Send us your group size, pickup address, and a rough plan for the evening over WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and timing directly. Numerous fans book as soon as they have tickets, so the pickup time, dinner stop, and ride home are settled early and nobody has to plan transportation on the night. The questions below cover what riders from Miami Beach most frequently ask before they book: how far the hourly service reaches, what happens with a last-minute booking, and whether a chauffeur beats driving yourself. If your question isn’t here, ask on WhatsApp and you’ll get a direct, specific answer from someone who knows the route. We don’t hand out vague ranges; the rates, inclusions, and policies on this page are the same ones that apply to your booking.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including this show in Hollywood. Staying close to the city keeps the driver on call and unhurried, so we don’t run hourly service out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

What If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. In that final 24-hour window, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day, though.

Is a Chauffeur Easier Than Driving Yourself to the Resort?

For most groups, yes. With a chauffeur, nobody in your party has to handle resort traffic, look for a space, or stay sober for the drive back across the county line. You arrive relaxed, enjoy the drinks and the music, and walk out to a car that’s ready, while someone else handles the highway home to Miami Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Concert Night From Miami Beach? 🥂

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking for October 20.

Send your group size, your Miami Beach pickup address, a rough start time, and any stops you have in mind, like dinner on Lincoln Road or a nightcap after the show. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, go over the timing so you reach the theater with room to spare, and send a secure payment link for the full fare. The show is one night with one start time, so confirming early makes sure the tier you desire is reserved for your group. Once it’s booked, the plan is simple: your chauffeur arrives at your door, drives you north, waits through every song, and brings everyone back to the beach at the end of the night. Bring your favorite Doobie Brothers songs for the drive, and your chauffeur will handle the rest.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
