Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Il Volo at Hard Rock Live on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM. The same bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach and stays with your group until the last drop-off of the night.
The price depends only on the vehicle your group needs. It is billed per hour, and every concert-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
Five hours fits a Tuesday concert night well. It covers the ride north, the full show and the drive back to Miami Beach, with time left for a dinner stop first. Couples and small groups of friends commonly book the Black SUV XL. Larger birthday or anniversary parties move up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives together instead of splitting across cars. The Platinum SUV suits a milestone date night where the vehicle is part of the celebration. Whichever tier you select, the rate covers both the vehicle and its chauffeur for the whole block.
Yes. Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The surcharge depends on the vehicle:
On an SUV booking, the surcharge is charged once for the trip, not once per hour, so a couple or a small group sees a single extra line on the final bill. On a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the size and length of the booking. Both versions are listed in your confirmation before you pay. On most Il Volo evenings, the drive north happens in daytime hours.
Your chauffeur drives north from Miami Beach to Hollywood, where the venue is part of the Seminole Hard Rock resort.
From South Beach or Mid-Beach, the usual route crosses Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway, joins I-95 north, and turns west toward State Road 7 in Hollywood. From North Beach or Surfside, the chauffeur may instead follow Collins Avenue north along the coast, then head inland on one of Hollywood’s east-west boulevards. On a clear road the drive typically takes the better part of an hour. On a Tuesday evening, commuters and concertgoers share the same lanes, so permit extra time. Your chauffeur checks traffic as you go and picks whichever causeway and highway are moving best, so nobody in the back seat has to follow a map.
Yes. For groups, the answer is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party. There is no shared seat and no fixed schedule. The van leaves when your group is ready, picks up at the Miami Beach address you choose, and the same chauffeur drives you back, so nobody waits on a timetable after the show.
The driver picks you up at the Miami Beach address you offer when you book.
Most concert nights start at a hotel, such as the lobby entrance of an Ocean Drive boutique property, the valet lane of a Collins Avenue resort in Mid-Beach, or one of the towers on the north end of the island. Residents can book just as easily from a condo in South of Fifth, a home on the Venetian Islands, or a building near Normandy Isle. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp, whether it’s the covered front entrance, a side street behind the building, or a residential driveway, and the chauffeur will be there with the vehicle you reserved. Because you book by the hour, a few extra minutes for a last outfit change merely come out of your own block. Include the building name and your preferred entrance so the start of the night is settled in advance.
Yes. List every pickup when you book, and the chauffeur collects everyone in order before heading north. A couple in South of Fifth and two friends in North Beach can share one vehicle and one booking. Allow a few extra minutes for the extra stops so the group still reaches the concert with time to spare.
A seamless Il Volo night comes down to three things: leaving early, getting dropped off close to the entrance, and having your ride waiting afterward.
Il Volo takes the stage on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The hours before a big show bring heavy traffic to the roads into Hollywood and inside the resort grounds. Your chauffeur times the departure from Miami Beach around that traffic and handles the approach, the drop-off and the wait while the trio performs. Before the day, check the latest arrival guidance on the Hard Rock Live venue page. Load your mobile tickets in the ticketing app before you leave the hotel so your group gets through the entry line quickly. The questions below cover departure time, the drop-off, the wait during the show and how your seats fit into the plan.
Plan to leave Miami Beach in the early evening, well before the 8:00 PM start. Weekday rush hour and the pre-show arrivals overlap on the way north. Arriving early gives you time to find your seats, get a drink and settle in. If you’re having dinner on Miami Beach first, book it for an earlier time.
The chauffeur takes the group as close to the venue as access allows, using whichever drop-off point the resort has open that night and following directions from traffic staff. You get out near the entrance instead of walking across a parking garage. Before anyone goes inside, you and the chauffeur agree on where to meet after the show.
Yes, and that is the main reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole show, so you don’t have to hunt for a ride when the whole crowd leaves at once. Send a WhatsApp message during the encore, and the car will be ready at the meeting spot you agreed on.
No. Whether your tickets are in the orchestra, second tier or third tier, the car drops everyone at the same point, and the venue’s signs and staff direct you from there. If your group has seats in different sections, pick one easy meeting spot inside so everyone walks out to the car together.
An Italian dinner on Miami Beach is a fitting start to an evening of Italian pop-opera, before the drive north.
Casa Tua, an Italian restaurant in a Mediterranean-style house near Lincoln Road, suits a group about to hear three Italian voices sing. Joe’s Stone Crab, at the southern tip of the island, is the classic Miami Beach choice for groups who want a local institution. Lincoln Road works well for friends who would rather share plates at a sidewalk café and window-shop before the ride. Groups starting from North Beach or Surfside may prefer dining around Bal Harbour Shops, which is on the way north. Your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat and leaves when the table is ready, so there’s no valet line and nobody has to be the designated driver. These are only suggestions for your booked hours. You make restaurant reservations directly with the restaurant.
Yes. A dinner stop is part of the same booking and doesn’t need a separate fare. The chauffeur drops the group at the restaurant, waits while you eat and then drives north to the concert. When you book, tell us the restaurant and your reservation time so the block is set to cover dinner, the drive and the show.
Il Volo audiences tend to dress up and treat the concert as a special night out, and a private car fits that kind of evening.
Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble sing big pop songs in an operatic style, switching between Italian, Spanish and English. Their audience includes couples celebrating an anniversary, groups of close friends on a long-planned girls’ night, and grown children taking their parents to a group they have loved for years. People want good clothes, a proper dinner and a chance to talk about their favorite songs on the way home. Nobody in that group wants to drive into the next county on a Tuesday, look for parking in heels, or stay sober because someone has to drive. A chauffeured car keeps the group together from the first toast to the last song. Everyone can sing along on the ride home, and the person who planned the night gets to enjoy it too.
You get a premium service built around one group: a private vehicle and one chauffeur reserved just for you.
Nothing about the night is shared. The vehicle you reserve carries only your party, and the chauffeur who picks you up in Miami Beach is the same one who drives you home. There’s no handoff and no second pickup. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t go up because of the after-concert rush, a rainy evening or a busy night at the resort. You message our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so a new dinner time or an extra pickup takes one short message to arrange. Our chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, which helps when grandparents in the group are more relaxing in Spanish. The car waits close by through the show, so the end of the night is as easy as the start. That’s the better experience we offer: one car, one chauffeur and a night planned around your group.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the car is yours for the whole block.
First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us on WhatsApp the group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make. Every booking starts with a five-hour block, which covers a typical Il Volo evening of dinner, the drive, the concert and the ride back. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. That could be a hotel, Miami International Airport, a private home, or the PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a cruise and want to go straight to the show. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. You pay for those hours after the day, not at the moment you extend.
Three short points cover how you pay for an Il Volo night.
Select the tier by the number of people: an SUV for smaller parties, a Sprinter for bigger groups.
Every tier comes with the same arrangement of one chauffeur for the whole block, so the choice is about space and style, not level of service. If you’re bringing a bouquet, a gift or a garment bag for a quick change, tell us in advance if any of it is large.
Yes, for couples and small groups who want the vehicle to feel like part of the celebration. The Platinum tier is our luxury-SUV class. It comes with the same private chauffeur and the same hourly booking as every other tier. Only the cabin is different, and it makes arriving for a milestone evening feel special.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and the chauffeur.
Causeway tolls, the highway drive north and parking at the resort while your chauffeur waits never appear as separate charges. You don’t have to pay at a parking booth or keep toll receipts. Only a few things can be added to the final bill: the night surcharge if it applies described earlier on this page and any hours you add beyond your block at your vehicle’s rate. Everything else about the evening, including the pickup in Miami Beach, the dinner stop, the drive to Hollywood and the ride home, is covered by the hourly rate you booked.
Yes, if a vehicle and chauffeur are free. Send your details on WhatsApp to check availability.
If your service is within the next 24 hours, then once we agree on the date and time, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A chauffeur and a vehicle have already been set aside for your group. Because everything is committed on such short notice, the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund within that window. The benefit is certainty: the car will be there for your Il Volo night whatever else changes. You still have flexibility on the day itself. You can keep adding hours on top of the ones you reserved, right up to the drive home, at the same flat hourly rate. If you decide to go on the afternoon of the show, it’s still worth sending a request.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Letting us know early gives us time to confirm and plan the evening around it.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami Beach, Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood. It’s an on-call service built around the city, so it doesn’t go to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Yes. A late stop on the way home is part of the same booking. Some groups end the night with a drink at their hotel’s lobby bar or a late dessert on Ocean Drive before the chauffeur drops them at their door. If your block is running out, just keep the car longer.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To confirm your booking, send us your group size, pickup address and dinner plans on WhatsApp.
Tell us how many people are going, which Miami Beach address the night starts from, whether you’re having dinner first and roughly when you’d like to leave. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm the plan in writing and send payment details for the full fare. If plans change before the show, for example a friend joins or dinner moves earlier, message us in the same WhatsApp thread and we’ll update the booking. On November 10, all you need to do is get dressed, get in the car and enjoy Il Volo. Your chauffeur handles the whole drive from Miami Beach to the concert and back again, with one car and one driver for the whole evening.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
