Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Miami Beach and stays with you all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.
You pay one hourly rate for the vehicle you choose, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Rates are per vehicle, not per person, so your group can split the cost however it likes. Choose the tier by how many people are going and how special the night is. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a small group. The two Sprinter sizes keep a larger party together in one vehicle. The Platinum SUV is the step up for an anniversary or a milestone birthday. The rate covers the car and your chauffeur for every minute of the booking, from the first pickup in Miami Beach to the last drop-off, including the time the vehicle is parked and waiting for you. Daytime rides carry no surcharge. The late-night charge for an evening show is explained further down this page.
Paying the full fare at booking reserves your night.
Rides outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
Here is how the surcharge works on March 13. If your group starts early with dinner in South Beach, the ride over happens during daytime hours. The late part of the night is the drive back across the bay after the show ends. We include the surcharge when we confirm your total on WhatsApp, so the figure you agree to before show night already accounts for it, and there are no surprises. Everything else works the same as a midday booking: same vehicle, same chauffeur, and the stops you chose.
A private chauffeur makes a big downtown concert one easy, unhurried evening.
You get a premium service built around your group. A clean vehicle is reserved only for you, and a bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. You pay one flat hourly rate, locked the day you book, with no surge when the whole arena empties at once. Nobody has to be the designated driver, circle for parking, or stand on a curb refreshing an app after the final encore. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, whether you want to leave dinner a little early or add a nightcap on the way home. That is the better experience we offer: the same familiar face at every stop, a car that is ready when you are, and an evening that moves at your pace instead of a dispatcher’s.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.
That covers the causeway crossing from Miami Beach, fuel for every leg of the evening, and parking wherever your chauffeur keeps the car while you eat or watch the show. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets on the way over. A swift restroom or snack stop along the route is easy to ask for and does not change the rate. A few things are not part of the base price. Rides outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge shown above. There is room for what concertgoers usually carry, like tour merch, a light jacket, or a garment bag if someone is changing after work. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.
Hans Zimmer Live comes to Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 8:00 PM.
The concert is a stop on The Next Level tour, a full arena production of the film scores that made Zimmer famous, from The Lion King and Gladiator to The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, and Dune. Anticipate reworked, extended versions of those themes played by Zimmer and a large live band with strings, percussion, guitars, choir-style vocals, and featured soloists. Heavy electronic sound, big lighting, and huge screens complete the show. It is closer to a rock concert than a quiet evening at the symphony. The venue, Kaseya Center, sits on Biscayne Bay at the edge of Downtown, next to Bayside Marketplace. On a big Saturday the nearby blocks fill early with fans, restaurant crowds, and garage traffic. With your own driver, you don’t have to deal with any of it.
The audience includes film lovers, couples on a date night, friend groups celebrating a birthday, and families who grew up with these soundtracks. Tickets are on the premium end, so many people dress up and make a whole evening of it: dinner first, then the concert, then a drink after. That is exactly the kind of night an hourly chauffeur is made for.
From South Beach, your chauffeur usually takes the MacArthur Causeway west straight into Downtown.
If you’re staying in Mid-Beach or North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the slower local Venetian Causeway can make more sense. Your driver picks the crossing based on where you’re staying and how traffic looks that evening. On a quiet night the drive across the bay is short. A Saturday show typically brings causeway backups, slow traffic on Biscayne Boulevard, and fans arriving from every direction, so allow plenty of extra time and plan to leave well before the 8:00 PM start. Your group is dropped off as close to the venue as access allows. The chauffeur then parks nearby and stays for the whole concert. When the lights come up, one WhatsApp message brings the car to your agreed meeting spot, and you are heading back across the water while much of the crowd is still waiting for rides.
Your driver pulls in as close to the arena entrance as show-night access allows. Street closures and traffic control around the venue can change from event to event, so the chauffeur chooses the nearest workable drop-off point on the night. Before you head inside, you agree on a pickup spot so nobody has to wander the block afterward.
Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the full show, keeps the car ready, and drives the group home to Miami Beach afterward, or anywhere else you choose. You never have to request a new ride or fight the post-show crowd for a car at the curb.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Miami Beach, agreed at booking.
That could be a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue or Ocean Drive, a condo in South of Fifth, a vacation home in Mid-Beach, or a residence in North Beach. We set the pickup time by working back from your dinner reservation or the 8:00 PM start, so you walk out of the lobby and straight into a cool, clean vehicle. Before you cross the bay, Miami Beach has plenty to fill the early part of your booking: a walk down Lincoln Road, a sunset drink in Sunset Harbour, or photos on Ocean Drive as the Art Deco buildings light up. The same driver stays with you between stops, so you can move from place to place without worrying about meters, valet lines, or who has to drive, then head to the arena together when it’s time.
Yes. Dinner is just another stop in your hourly booking. A Miami Beach classic is Joe’s Stone Crab in South of Fifth, and Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbour have plenty of other options. Groups who want to eat closer to the show often pick Brickell or the waterfront around Bayside Marketplace. You reserve the table, and your chauffeur waits outside until it’s time to go.
A late stop is easy when the car is yours for the night. Brickell’s rooftop bars are close to the arena, Wynwood stays lively late, and many groups finish with a nightcap back in South Beach. Tell your driver as you walk out, and the route changes on the spot.
Yes. For larger groups, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your own private concert shuttle.
Nothing is shared. The private van carries only your group, leaves when you’re ready, and follows your stops instead of a fixed schedule. That matters for a birthday group, a company outing, or two families going together. Everyone arrives at the same time, rides together, and leaves together, instead of splitting into separate cars and trying to regroup on a crowded sidewalk after the encore. Smaller parties get the same arrangement in an SUV: the vehicle is reserved for you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. We don’t run buses or public routes to the arena, and we don’t sell individual seats. What we offer is simpler: one private vehicle, one chauffeur, and a night planned around your group instead of a timetable. If you’re weighing options, compare one dedicated ride with juggling pickups, parking, and the late crowd yourself.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night however you like.
Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind: dinner, the show, maybe a late drink. We match a vehicle to your party and confirm the booking, which starts with a five-hour block. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you choose, including a hotel, your home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship that day and want to go straight to the concert. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From there, the chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, and you decide the order of stops and the pace. If the night runs long, keep the car. Each hour after the first five is added at the same per-hour rate, with nothing to renegotiate, and you settle it after the night ends.
Our hourly chauffeurs stay local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service built for relaxed evenings around the city, so we don’t take hourly bookings to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
We have four private vehicle options, from a date night for two to a large group outing.
Choose by comfort as much as by group size. A couple or two friends will be relaxing in the Black SUV XL, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished cabin for an anniversary or milestone birthday. A group of eight going to dinner first fits the smaller Sprinter with room to relax, while a bigger birthday or office group can ride together in the larger one. The Platinum reference cars show the class of vehicle, not a promise of a specific model.
Yes. A private chauffeur from Miami Beach to this show is exactly what we offer, and you can reserve March 13, 2027 today.
Once your payment is in, the vehicle and driver are held for your date, so your ride is set well before show week. Booking early also gives your group time to settle the details that shape the evening: which hotel or home the night starts from, whether dinner comes first, and whether anyone wants a late stop on the way back. The same hourly setup works for every big night at the arena, whether it’s a Miami HEAT game or a Jonas Brothers, Don Omar, or Kany Garcia concert, so the next night out is easy to plan the same way. The answers below cover the questions Miami Beach concertgoers most often ask before booking.
Leave Miami Beach with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start, and earlier if dinner comes first. On a Saturday show night, traffic builds on the causeways and around the arena, and security lines take time. Your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time based on where you’re staying and that evening’s traffic, so you arrive relaxed.
Once the time is set for a service within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night itself.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. Each pickup is just another stop, so the chauffeur can collect friends from a South Beach hotel, a Mid-Beach condo, and a North Beach rental before heading to dinner or the show. Send every address when you book so the driver can plan the order and set the first pickup early enough to stay on schedule.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can reserve your concert-night chauffeur with one WhatsApp message about your plans.
Tell us how many people are in your group, where in Miami Beach the night starts, roughly when you want to be picked up, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the arena, or a late drink. We reply with the right vehicle, a plan for the evening, and the payment details, and your date is set. On March 13, your chauffeur is the only contact you need: one message when you leave the lobby, and another when the encore ends. Picture the night: the bay lit up on the ride over, a dinner with no rush, soundtracks you’ve loved for years played loud and live, and your car waiting when it’s over. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
