Transfer from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur collects you at any address in Miami Beach, times the crossing around the downtown rush, and stays with you until the night ends.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle is billed by the hour, and every booking covers a minimum of five hours of service.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier that matches your headcount, then decide how long you want the car. Five hours covers most game nights from Miami Beach: a relaxed pickup, a meal before the game, the drive downtown, all four quarters, and the ride back across the bay. Groups that want a late bite in Brickell after the final buzzer just keep the car longer. Hours outside the daytime window carry a separate night surcharge, explained further down. You can see everything you’ll pay on this page before you book.

Is the Hourly Rate Charged Per Vehicle or Per Person?

The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger. Five friends sharing the Black SUV XL pay the same hourly rate as a couple riding alone. That makes filling the seats much cheaper per person for families and friend groups heading over from Miami Beach for the game.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Miami Beach? 🚙

We have four private vehicle options, sized for anything from a couple to a large group of friends.

Most Heat fans leaving a Miami Beach hotel choose the Black SUV XL. It has a roomy, quiet cabin and handles the causeway and the downtown crowds easily. Families with relatives in town for the holiday week, or a birthday group in matching jerseys, commonly move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting into two cars. Clients who want the most polished arrival downtown choose the Platinum SUV.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a good fit for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (mid-size): a private van that keeps a medium-size group in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (large): our largest private van, for big family or friend groups.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury full-size SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

How Many People Fit in the Van From Miami Beach?

The mid-size Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats 6 to 9 passengers, and the larger one seats 10 to 14. Everyone gets a real seat, the whole group arrives downtown together, and one chauffeur does all the driving. Nobody has to split up or find a second car after the game.

Does a Late Heat Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Any journey outside those hours adds a night surcharge based on the vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime hours end at 6:00 PM, so a 6:00 PM game puts the evening in the surcharge window for your vehicle. If you start your booking in the afternoon and have dinner before the game, more of your evening stays inside daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Send your rough timeline on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you which part of the evening, if any, falls outside daytime hours before you confirm. That way you know the full cost from the start.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept, and How Do Extra Hours Work? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car as long as you want. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Need the Key Facts About Your Heat Game Chauffeur? 🕴️

  • Every booking covers a minimum of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole booking.
  • Your chauffeur speaks both English and Spanish.
  • You choose every stop, the order, and the pace of the night.
  • Your chauffeur waits between stops, so you never have to book another ride.
  • Service runs 24/7, so a late Sunday finish is never a problem.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder From Miami Beach? 🏟️

A private chauffeur by the hour is the easiest way to get to and from this Sunday-night game.

Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder tips off at 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. The game is the weekend before Thanksgiving, just as tourist season starts, so the crowd is a real mix of Miami. You’ll see Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, longtime season-ticket holders, young professionals from Brickell, and snowbirds at their first game of the winter. Oklahoma City is one of the strongest teams in the league, and the two franchises have met before in the NBA Finals. A matchup like that fills downtown early. With your own chauffeured car, nobody has to hunt for a garage, keep checking the time, or skip the fun after the game to drive everyone home across the causeway.

Is Heat vs. Thunder a Good Night Out for the Whole Family?

Yes. A Sunday evening game works well for families, including relatives visiting for the holiday week. Kids can nap on the ride home, grandparents don’t have to walk from a distant garage, and everyone rides together in one vehicle.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway and drops you as close to the venue as access allows.

From South Beach and the hotels along Collins Avenue, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway. It runs past the cruise port and comes into downtown near the arena. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, drivers often take the Julia Tuttle Causeway and come down through the city. The Venetian Causeway is a slower alternative when the main roads back up. The crossing is commonly short on an ordinary day, but allow extra time on game night, because Sunday traffic, arriving fans, and police traffic control around Biscayne Boulevard slow the last stretch. Your chauffeur follows traffic as it happens, picks the best way in, and stops at the drop-off point closest to the entrance that officers allow. During the game the driver stays nearby. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the spot you agreed on.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for the 6:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave Miami Beach well before tip-off. Most groups allow plenty of extra time so they can be in their seats for warm-ups instead of stuck in traffic on the causeway. If you’re having dinner first, book it for the early afternoon and let your chauffeur choose when to leave based on traffic that day.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur drops your group at the closest point to the entrance that game-night traffic control allows, often near Biscayne Boulevard. Police direction changes which curbs are open, so the driver confirms the drop-off point as you get close and agrees on a pickup spot for after the game.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The hourly booking covers the waiting. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game, keeps the car ready, and can be reached on WhatsApp. When the buzzer sounds, message the driver and walk to the pickup spot you agreed on instead of joining the crowd heading for the garages.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Miami Beach, which you choose when you book.

That could be the lobby of an oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue, a boutique hotel on Ocean Drive, a condo in South of Fifth, a home on the Venetian Islands, or a family house in Mid-Beach or North Beach. If you’re staying near Lincoln Road or Sunset Harbour, you just walk out to the curb. Your driver messages you on WhatsApp when the car is outside, so you don’t have to search the valet line for the right SUV. If your group is staying at two different addresses, add a quick extra stop to pick everyone up before heading downtown. It’s part of the plan, not a special request. There’s room in the vehicle for signs, jerseys, and team merch. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Starting from where you’re staying means your first stop can be dinner rather than a parking garage.

What Can You Do in Miami Beach Before Leaving for the Game?

Many groups book an early dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab in South of Fifth, a Miami Beach classic, or have drinks along Lincoln Road or in Sunset Harbour. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then heads for the causeway when you’re ready. You make the restaurant reservations yourself, and the car’s schedule fits around them.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

Every journey between Miami Beach and downtown, any toll on the route, and parking the car near the arena during the game are all covered, and none of it appears as a separate charge. Each vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you need to pull up digital tickets on the way in. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple to add during the booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. Beyond your booked hours, the only other charges you might see are the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours and any extra hours you choose to add. Both are explained on this page, so you know every possible charge before you book.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours, with five hours as the minimum.

Choose the vehicle that fits your group and tell us your start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver plans the day around you: dinner first, a detour to pick up a friend, the arena, then wherever you want to go afterward. Pickup works at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so if your cruise gets in that day you can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. The first five hours are your minimum booking. After that, each additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the game goes to overtime or dinner runs long, you keep the car and pay for the extra hours after the day. Your chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If you book for a time within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Arena? 🕴️

A private chauffeur is a better experience than driving and parking downtown yourself.

Your vehicle is private and reserved only for your group. One dedicated driver stays with you for your whole booking and is on call through all four quarters. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge for a busy Sunday night, a rainy evening, or slow traffic across the bay, so you pay the price you agreed to. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which makes it simple for everyone in the family to give directions. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before, during, and after the game. Nobody in your group has to be the designated driver or leave early to get the car. You get a private vehicle, a fixed price, the same driver all night, and a direct line to us. That premium service is what makes the night a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder? 🎊

Yes. We offer private transportation by the hour from Miami Beach to this game.

Every booking is a private SUV or a private van reserved for your group alone, and no other passengers ever ride with you. If you’re searching for a private shuttle from South Beach to the Heat game, our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is exactly that, with its own chauffeur and a schedule your group sets. The car and driver are yours for the whole booking, so the ride works the same whether you’re two friends in the Black SUV XL or a large family filling a Sprinter. Numerous clients cover their whole Sunday with one reservation: a late lunch on the beach, the drive downtown, the game, and a drink afterward. The answers below cover other common questions from Miami Beach fans: pets, where the service runs, and keeping the car after the game.

Can I Bring My Pet on the Ride From Miami Beach?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Send the details on WhatsApp before game day and we’ll confirm before you finalize your plans.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

The hourly service stays local. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service is built around the city, so we don’t take hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Keep the Car for a Late Dinner in Brickell After the Game?

Yes. Tell your chauffeur and the night can keep going. Brickell’s restaurants and rooftop bars are just south of the arena, Wynwood’s late-night spots are a short ride north, and Ocean Drive is back in South Beach. The same car takes you between them, and extra time works as described in the payment section.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Car for Heat vs. Thunder? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability for Sunday, November 22.

Send your group size, your Miami Beach pickup address, a rough start time, and any stops you want before or after the game, such as an early dinner, a friend to pick up on the way, or a late meal downtown. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your group and a clear plan for the evening, then send the payment details to secure your date. This is a busy weekend at the start of tourist season, so booking early gives you the most vehicle options, especially if your group needs a Sprinter. You can ask about a pet, or pickups at two addresses in the same message, and we’ll answer before you pay anything. Once your booking is confirmed, your chauffeur handles the causeway, the downtown traffic, and the timing, so all you have to do is enjoy the game. Your car and driver will be ready when you are.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
