Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver meets you anywhere in PortMiami and stays with your group from the pre-game dinner through the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each rate below is charged by the hour for the whole vehicle, and every booking starts with a block of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier that matches your headcount and the kind of evening you want. A couple or a small family rides comfortably in the Black SUV XL, while a watch-party crew or a group of coworkers spreads out in a Sprinter with room to talk matchups before tip-off. The Platinum SUV is the pick when the night is a celebration and the arrival matters as much as the seats. Because the rate covers the car rather than each seat, the cost divides across everyone riding, so a fuller vehicle makes each fan’s share lighter.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers your private vehicle, your chauffeur’s time, and the running costs of the evening, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.

Time the car spends waiting between stops is part of the block, not a meter running on the side. There is no garage ticket to pay and no fuel stop to think about, and the extras riders ask about most are listed in the quick facts further down. The vehicle has room for what fans actually carry, from homemade signs to a bag of new merch. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Only two things can be added to the base rate. The first is any time you add past your original block, billed hour by hour. The second is the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, which a night game can easily reach. It has its own section below.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Game Day From PortMiami? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and they stay with your group until you call it a night.

Start by picking the vehicle that fits your party. Then share a start time and your wish list for the evening, such as a pre-game dinner, a hotel stop, the arena and a late bite afterward. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that is a PortMiami cruise terminal, a hotel, Miami International Airport or a home, and the exact spot is agreed when you book. The driver arrives at the agreed time, and from there the evening runs on your schedule. If overtime or a late dinner stretches the night, just keep the car. Every additional hour after the first five is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and it is settled after the day wraps up. One extra hour costs exactly one extra hour at your vehicle’s rate.

Where Exactly Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami?

Most PortMiami pickups happen at the passenger curb outside your cruise terminal, or at the port building where you are working or meeting. Send the terminal name and a rough time on WhatsApp. The driver confirms the exact meeting spot by message, so your group can walk straight to the car instead of searching a crowded curb.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat vs. 76ers? 🍾

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes a packed arena night a peaceful, premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking. A sold-out crowd, a rain shower or Biscayne Boulevard gridlock never changes what you pay, and there is no surge when the whole arena empties at once. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the entire block. You see the same face at dinner, at the arena and on the ride home, and the car is already waiting instead of one you have to call. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, a real advantage in a city where the stands echo with Spanish as often as English. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp, so a change of plan takes one message. A clean premium vehicle and a single point of contact make for a better experience on a night that should be about basketball.

Which Quick Facts Should Riders Know Before Game Night? 🚙

  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • Your group sets every stop and the pace between them.
  • Chauffeured service runs every day, for daytime and evening bookings alike.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From PortMiami to the Arena? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full watch-party crew, and every one comes with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, ideal for a birthday crew or a team outing to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (large): carries 10 to 14 passengers, so a big group rides in together and leaves together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition — examples of the class, not a promise of a specific model.

Choose by headcount first, then by comfort. A group right at an SUV’s limit often enjoys the extra elbow room of a Sprinter over a long evening. When the whole party fits in one vehicle, everyone arrives together and leaves together instead of regrouping on a busy sidewalk. Share your final number when you book so the right tier is held for you.

How Does Payment Work for This Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book, and every step is handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car longer any time you like. Every hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What If Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Once a booking for the next 24 hours is agreed, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as planned. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Game Ends? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carries no surcharge. Pickups outside those hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one set amount per trip, not an extra charge on every hour. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip’s value. The daytime window is generous, so an afternoon pickup at the terminal followed by a relaxed dinner still starts well inside it. Knowing about the surcharge upfront keeps the evening’s budget clear before you leave the port.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from PortMiami to the Heat’s home game against the 76ers on April 8, 2027, and stays with you all night.

Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers tips off at 7:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The game falls in the final stretch of the regular season, when playoff seeding is on the line, and the two clubs share real postseason history, so anticipate a loud, full house. Heat crowds reflect the city: Cuban, Venezuelan and Colombian families, visiting 76ers fans, corporate groups hosting clients, and cruise visitors adding a game to their Miami stay. That energy makes the evening feel like a celebration, but it also means Downtown streets fill early. A private car keeps your group together from the moment you leave the port and makes the night one smooth outing.

What Is a Heat Home Game Like for First-Time Visitors?

Expect a high-energy, very Miami night. The arena has music and entertainment during breaks, the crowd dresses in team colors, and the stands have a strong Latin flavor. Many fans make the game the centerpiece of a night out, with dinner before and drinks after. An hourly chauffeur fits that plan naturally.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🚙

Your chauffeur typically leaves PortMiami on Port Boulevard, crosses the bridge to the mainland, and comes out on Biscayne Boulevard right beside the arena district.

The port and the arena sit across a narrow stretch of Biscayne Bay from each other, which makes this one of the shortest event drives in the city on paper. On game night, the final approach is the slow part. Biscayne Boulevard backs up as fans arrive, nearby garages fill, and traffic officers often direct cars around the arena. Your driver watches the traffic as it develops and picks the approach that gets the group closest with the least idling. If dinner comes first in Brickell or Little Havana, the car may take the PortMiami Tunnel and come into Downtown from the south afterward. Either way, nobody in your party has to circle for parking or cross a busy boulevard on foot in the game-night crowd.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur takes you as close to the venue as access allows on game night, usually along Biscayne Boulevard near the main entrance. The driver confirms the exact drop-off point on the way, based on that evening’s traffic control. You step out, walk a short way to the entrance, and the car moves off to wait.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking is for. While you watch the game, your driver stays nearby with the vehicle, and you can reach them on WhatsApp at any point. Message them if you decide to leave early, need something from the car, or want to send a pickup update late in the fourth quarter.

How Does the Postgame Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

Before you go inside, you and the driver agree on a meeting point a short walk from the arena, away from the heaviest crowds. After the final buzzer, send a WhatsApp message as you head out. The car pulls up at that spot, ready for the ride back, a late dinner, or your next stop.

Where Can You Eat Before the Game Near PortMiami? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, just across the bridge from the port and beside the arena, is the easiest pre-game dinner stop for a PortMiami group.

Its waterfront restaurants and open-air bars look out over the marina, and next-door Bayfront Park is a good spot for a short walk along the bay before the crowds arrive. For a more polished dinner, many groups head to Brickell, where the restaurants around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village range from steakhouses to shared small plates with a skyline view. For real Miami flavor, Little Havana’s main strip has classic Cuban dishes, strong coffee from walk-up windows, and the click of tiles at the domino park. Because you book by the hour, the same driver waits outside each stop and moves the group on when you are ready. Nobody has to worry about parking or getting back across town in time. These are just ideas for your booked hours, so reserve tables directly with the restaurants you choose.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Heat Game?

Yes. If your ship docks on April 8, the driver can meet you at the terminal curb, and your booked hours can cover the whole day before tip-off. You might have lunch in Brickell, stop at a hotel to freshen up, or spend time in Wynwood, then head Downtown for the game. For a longer day, just book a longer block.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Heat vs. 76ers? 🎆

Leave PortMiami well ahead of the 7:00 PM tip-off, and permit extra time for game-night traffic on the final approach to Downtown.

The drive is typically short, since the port sits just across the water from the arena. Still, a quick trip on a quiet afternoon and the same trip on a packed Heat night are very different. Arena traffic builds steadily in the hours before tip-off, and the last few blocks are usually the slowest. Most groups get more out of their hours by starting in the afternoon: pickup at the port, an unhurried dinner, and a drop-off with time to find seats, grab food inside and watch warmups. Arriving early also means you catch the pregame buildup as the arena fills. Tell us what you want the evening to include, and we will suggest a start time that fits your plan, whether that’s a direct run to the game or a full afternoon built around it.

Can I Book a Private Driver From PortMiami to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes. You can book a private driver from anywhere in PortMiami to the arena, with the same car and chauffeur for the whole evening.

A PortMiami start works like any other hourly booking, with a few port-specific details worth knowing. The port is a working island of cruise terminals and cargo yards. On ship days, the roads on and off it carry heavy traffic from passengers, crews and trucks, especially while passengers are boarding and getting off. Your chauffeur plans the arrival at the terminal curb around that traffic and keeps you updated by message if the line of cars is slow. April 8, 2027 is a Thursday, so anticipate weekday evening traffic through Downtown on top of the arena crowd. Whether you are coming off a ship, working at the port or staying just across the bridge, you get the same private car and driver, planned around the game. The quick answers below cover what PortMiami riders ask most often.

Which Van Should a Large Group Book From PortMiami?

Pick the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier that matches your headcount from the vehicle list above. The smaller configuration suits a mid-size party, and the larger one carries the biggest groups we move in a single vehicle. Both are private vans with your own chauffeur, so the whole group rides in, sits together and leaves together.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Areas Beyond Downtown Miami?

Yes, all around the local area. The service stays on call across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an unhurried city service, so it doesn’t run to far destinations like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Letting us know early gives us time to confirm before game day.

Is the Car Private or Shared With Other Fans?

Always private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your group alone for the full booking, and we never add other riders along the way. If you are looking for group transport from the port to the game, we provide a private van or SUV with your own driver, never a shared seat.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

When Should You Reserve Your Chauffeur for April 8? 🏙️

Reserve as soon as you have your tickets, so the vehicle that fits your group is held for the game.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your headcount, your pickup point in PortMiami, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. That might be dinner at Bayside Marketplace, a walk through Bayfront Park, or a late bite in Brickell after the final buzzer. We reply with the right vehicle and the hours that cover your plan, and your payment locks in the date. From then on, your evening is set: a clean premium vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur who stays with you from the port to the last stop, and a game night where your group only has to think about the scoreboard. Check availability now and confirm your booking for the Heat–76ers game.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
