Transfer from Hollywood to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach

We run a private hourly chauffeur service from Hollywood to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026, with a 5-hour minimum and a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your driver picks up the group at any address in Hollywood, heads south for the 8:00 PM show, and stays with you until everyone is home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur Cost From Hollywood? 📋

Each vehicle tier has its own hourly rate, and every booking begins with a block of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your vehicle’s rate is the same whether you are two friends heading down from Hollywood or a whole family spanning three generations. A five-hour opening block usually fits a concert night well: an unhurried dinner in Hollywood, the drive south to Miami Beach, the show itself, and the ride back north. Choose the tier by headcount and comfort, not by distance, because you pay by the hour and the stops you add along the way don’t change the price. Couples and small groups tend to choose the Black SUV XL. Larger families lean toward a Sprinter, and anyone celebrating something special often books the Platinum SUV for a more polished arrival at the theater.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Guaco Night? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, and each one is reserved only for your party.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so an extended family or a circle of friends rides together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers for a big birthday crowd or several families traveling as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers for a more polished, executive-style arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Guaco fans often travel the way they always have: parents, grown children and sometimes grandparents together. Headcount climbs quickly once cousins join in. Count everyone who wants to ride, and pick a tier that seats the whole party comfortably instead of squeezing in. If your group lands right between two tiers, the larger one keeps the evening relaxed. The reference cars show the class of vehicle in the Platinum tier.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Guaco? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Hollywood to the Guaco concert and back.

Guaco, the Maracaibo-born band that has shaped Venezuelan popular music for generations, headlines The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026, with the show set for 8:00 PM. Their sound grew out of the holiday folk music of Venezuela’s Zulia region and later took in salsa, pop, jazz and funk with a full horn section. A late-November date lands right at the start of the season when that music means the most. Expect a room full of every generation. South Florida’s Venezuelan community turns out as families, and plenty of fans bring the parents who first played them these songs. That’s why a private car makes sense from Hollywood. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles South Beach looking for a space, and the whole group arrives together, dressed for the night and ready to sing along.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at whatever address in Hollywood you choose when you book.

Most Guaco nights from Hollywood start in one of three kinds of places. Hotel guests are picked up at the hotel entrance, whether that’s one of the oceanfront resorts along Hollywood Beach, The Diplomat Beach Resort, or the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and its Guitar Hotel tower west of downtown. Residents obtain a pickup right at the curb at home, whether it’s a house in Hollywood Lakes, a condo on the Intracoastal, or a street in Emerald Hills. Travelers flying in the same day can be met at the arrivals curb of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, just next door. The exact spot is settled over WhatsApp when you book, so the driver knows ahead of time whether to wait in a hotel driveway, outside a lobby, or in front of your house. The vehicle is yours alone, so the night can begin anywhere that suits the group, including the restaurant where you plan to eat first.

Can the Driver Pick Up Guests at More Than One Hollywood Address?

Yes. The driver can make several pickups around Hollywood before heading south, because the route follows your plan. Put the addresses in your WhatsApp booking message, in the order you prefer, and the chauffeur builds the run around them. Each pickup uses part of your booked time, so a cousin in Hollywood Hills and friends near Young Circle can all ride to the show together.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Miami Beach? 🚙

Chauffeurs usually take I-95 south, then cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195).

On an event evening the interstate is the usual choice: down I-95 from Hollywood, east onto I-195, over the bay, and into Miami Beach at Mid-Beach, then south toward the theater’s neighborhood. When the interstate backs up, the driver can switch to the coastal route. That means taking A1A south through Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour and Surfside, then down Collins Avenue toward South Beach. The coastal road is slower but more scenic, with ocean views, lit-up condo towers and a slow drive past the beachfront hotels visitors love. Before leaving Hollywood, your chauffeur picks whichever road looks clearer that evening. If you’d like the scenic option and there’s time, just ask. The same choice applies on the way home, and the late-night return up I-95 is usually the calmer of the two.

How Long Does the Drive From Hollywood Take on a Saturday Night?

In light traffic the drive typically takes under an hour, but allow extra time on a Saturday evening in Miami Beach. November 28 is also the Saturday after Thanksgiving, when holiday visitors fill South Beach, so Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue can slow down the last stretch. Leave a generous cushion and the arrival stays calm instead of rushed.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for the 8:00 PM Show? 🎭

Leave Hollywood early enough to reach Miami Beach well before the 8:00 PM start.

The crowd at a theater show builds outside the entrance in the last stretch before the music starts, and Washington Avenue gets busy on a holiday-weekend Saturday. The comfortable approach is to work backward from showtime and leave a wide margin. Many Hollywood groups start the booking with dinner close to home and then drive south with time to spare. Others drive down first and eat near the venue. Either way, the chauffeur keeps track of the timing while you enjoy the evening. Because you’ve booked the driver by the hour rather than per trip, arriving early doesn’t leave you with a car to park: the car is already yours, and there’s no space to hunt for. Tell us your target arrival time when you book, and we’ll suggest a departure time from Hollywood that fits that evening’s traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

The driver drops your group as close to the theater entrance as street access allows that evening. The venue is on Washington Avenue, near Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center, and traffic control around the block can change on a busy night. Your chauffeur pulls into the nearest permitted drop-off point so everyone, older relatives included, has only a short walk.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert, because the vehicle is reserved for you by the hour. The driver stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout. If someone needs something from the car or wants to leave before the encore, one message brings the vehicle back to the spot you agreed on, and the rest of the group can stay until the last song.

How Does the Pickup Work After the Concert Ends?

After the final song, the group messages the driver and walks to a pickup point agreed before the show. The whole audience spills onto Washington Avenue at once, so a set corner a short walk from the entrance usually works better than waiting at the main doors. Your chauffeur then drives everyone home to Hollywood, with extra drop-offs along the way if relatives live elsewhere.

Where Can Your Group Have Dinner in Hollywood Before the Concert? 🥂

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and downtown Hollywood Boulevard are the easiest places for a pre-show dinner.

The Broadwalk runs along the sand, lined with oceanfront restaurants and patios. It’s a natural meeting place for a group that wants a sunset table before heading south. Downtown Hollywood, along Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle and the ArtsPark, has a walkable strip of restaurants and bars where friends coming from different neighborhoods can meet easily. To the west, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has many restaurants under one roof, which works well for a larger party. Some families prefer a favorite neighborhood spot for Venezuelan comfort food, or a long family-style meal, before the music. Wherever you go, the car stays outside while you eat. Nobody needs a valet ticket or has to keep checking the clock, and once dinner is over everyone walks back to the same vehicle for the drive to Miami Beach.

Can You Stop Near Lincoln Road Before the Show Starts?

Yes. Groups who would rather eat close to the theater can ask the driver to stop near Lincoln Road. The pedestrian mall is a short walk from the venue and is lined with cafés and restaurants, and Collins Park nearby is a good spot for a group photo. Your chauffeur drops you off, you walk over to the show, and the car is ready again afterward.

Which Key Facts Matter Before You Book? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • The driver waits between every stop, from dinner through the final drop-off.
  • Every vehicle carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day, from early morning through late evening.
  • Every reservation is booked and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Concert Night? 🥃

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

Those are the usual costs of a Miami Beach evening. Fuel for the trip from Hollywood and back, any tolls along the route, and whatever parking the driver needs while your group is inside the theater are all part of the price. None of them shows up as a separate charge afterward. The rate also pays for your chauffeur’s time across the whole booking. Waiting outside a restaurant or through the show is part of the hours you reserved, not an add-on. That matters on a night like this, when dinner runs long, someone always wants one more photo, and the last song rarely comes on schedule. There’s room for what a concert night brings, such as jackets, merch from the show, or a small gift for the family’s biggest fan. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply to an Hourly Booking?

One extra can apply: the night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Why Is a Dedicated Chauffeur the Better Way to Reach Guaco? 🕴️

A dedicated chauffeur gives your group a private, premium service from Hollywood to the show and back.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone. It’s never shared and never pooled with strangers, so the ride feels like part of the celebration instead of a logistics problem. Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when grandparents ride up front and the music playing is all Venezuelan classics. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book: there’s no surge on a busy Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. You deal with us directly over WhatsApp, so questions about timing or a late change go straight to the people running your booking. The same driver stays with the group from the first pickup to the last drop-off, which means one familiar face, one car where jackets can stay between stops, and one person who knows where everyone needs to go. Together, that makes for a better experience than juggling cars, keys and parking on a concert night.

How Can You Pay? 🛒

Yes. You pay the full fare when you book, so it is settled before the night begins.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: every booking has a 5-hour minimum. If the night runs long, each extra hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate (the fare is never renegotiated) and settled after the day.

Does the Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Both figures are set before you book, so you know what the evening costs before you leave Hollywood. Most concert groups simply plan for the surcharge from the start and enjoy the show without watching the clock. The late ride home is also when a private car helps most. No one is hunting for a ride on a crowded Washington Avenue after the encore, and no one is driving tired up I-95 after a long night of dancing. Your chauffeur has been rested and waiting, the vehicle is right where you left it, and the group heads north together, still talking about the setlist all the way home.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🏙️

You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then plan the night however you like.

Start by choosing the vehicle that seats your group. The booking opens with a block of five hours, and from the first pickup that car and chauffeur belong to your party alone. You set the stops and the pace: dinner first or the drive first, a detour to pick up a friend, a quick drink near the venue. The plan is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or linger as the evening goes on. Pickups happen at any address you choose, agreed at booking. That can be a hotel or home in Hollywood, Miami International Airport, a home anywhere around Miami, or the PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight from the ship to the show. Whatever order the evening takes, you stay in the same car with the same driver, and no one has to arrange the next ride.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than the First Five Hours?

Yes. Keep the car as long as you like: every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot. If the celebration runs late or you want a late-night bite in South Beach, just tell the driver, and the extra time is settled after the day ends.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Guaco From Hollywood? 🎊

A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the most comfortable way to obtain from Hollywood to Guaco.

Driving yourself means sitting in holiday-weekend traffic into South Beach, paying for a garage, and asking someone to skip the celebration so they can drive home late. Booking separate rides means splitting a big family across several cars, waiting on a crowded sidewalk after the encore, and the group scattering at the end of the night. A reserved vehicle fixes all of that. Everyone leaves Hollywood together, stays together at dinner and at the show, and finds the same car ready when it’s time to go home. It also suits the way this crowd likes to celebrate: with family, with friends who have followed Guaco for years, and with an evening that rarely ends right after the last song. The questions below cover what else Hollywood riders usually ask before they book.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert and the ride home all fit in one hourly booking. Start with a table in Hollywood or near the venue, let the driver wait while you eat, then head to the show in the same car. Since time is billed by the hour, the only thing to plan is how many hours your evening needs.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Hollywood to The Fillmore Miami Beach?

Yes. Larger groups can book a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that works as a private shuttle for the night. It carries only your party, follows your route and waits for your group alone, so cousins, friends and grandparents ride together from Hollywood and back. There are no shared seats, no fixed timetable and no strangers on board, just your group and your chauffeur.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local, which is why it works so well from Hollywood. Our chauffeurs cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations like Naples, Orlando and West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service.

Can We Bring a Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it in your WhatsApp message along with the rest of your plans so everything is arranged before the night.

Can We Still Book the Day Before the Concert?

Yes. Short-notice bookings are welcome whenever a vehicle is free. Once a date and time within the next 24 hours are agreed, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add hours on the day whenever you like.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood to Guaco? 🍾

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and your list of stops, and we’ll confirm your evening.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Hollywood the night begins, whether you desire dinner before the concert, and roughly when you’d like to be home. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits, the number of hours your plan needs, and the payment details to lock in the date. Thanksgiving weekend is busy in Miami Beach, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for the Guaco show. Once your payment is in, your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for November 28. All that’s left is deciding what to wear and which songs to sing on the drive south. Check availability today, and give your group a night where the only thing anyone has to think about is the music.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
