Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Hollywood Beach to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver collects your group at a Hollywood Beach hotel or home, handles the drive south for the 8:00 PM show, stays through the concert, and brings everyone back. You pay one locked rate with no surge.
Rates are set per vehicle rather than per person, and every booking runs for at least five hours.
Pricing follows the vehicle, so the hourly figure stays the same whether a couple or a full group rides along. That makes the larger tiers easy to justify once the cost is split. Five hours suits a concert night from Hollywood Beach well: a relaxed dinner near the ocean, the drive south, the full show, and the trip back up the coast. Couples often choose the Black SUV XL for its quiet cabin. Friend groups lean toward a Sprinter so everyone arrives together. The Platinum SUV suits anyone who wants the evening to feel like an occasion from the first mile.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Hollywood Beach to the show and home.
Hans Zimmer Live comes to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 13, 2027, with the music starting at 8:00 PM. Film-score fans plan around a night like this: couples marking an anniversary, friends who grew up on The Lion King and Gladiator, and newer fans pulled in by Interstellar and Dune. Many dress up and make a full evening of it, with dinner first and a long conversation about the music afterward. A reserved vehicle matches that rhythm. Nobody splits across separate cars, and nobody gives up the evening to drive the interstate. Everyone boards together at the lobby, cues up the soundtracks on the way south, and arrives downtown as one relaxed party, ready for a night of music.
The Next Level is a large arena concert of Zimmer’s film and TV scores, reworked and extended for the stage. A big band and ensemble plays live strings, percussion, guitars, choir-style vocals, and solos. Around them are heavy electronic soundscapes, bold lighting design, and large-screen visuals that bring rock-concert energy to his best-known work, including Dune and Interstellar.
Your chauffeur typically heads south on I-95 and finishes along Biscayne Boulevard downtown.
The usual route leaves the beach heading west across the Intracoastal on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street and joins I-95 southbound. It then runs past the Golden Glades interchange toward the downtown exits, where I-395 and Biscayne Boulevard lead to the arena on the bayfront. When the interstate backs up, a local driver has a steady alternative. US-1 becomes Biscayne Boulevard once it crosses into Miami-Dade and runs south through North Miami and the Upper East Side into downtown. It has more traffic lights but often keeps moving when I-95 stalls. Your chauffeur reads conditions as you ride and chooses the route in the moment. Nobody in the group needs to know an exit, study a traffic map, or hunt for a garage near the venue. You watch the skyline come into view while the driver handles the rest.
Allow noticeably more time than a quiet weekday drive would suggest. A Saturday evening show pulls heavy traffic into downtown, and southbound I-95 often slows well before the exits, so the ride typically runs longer than usual. Your chauffeur tracks conditions in real time and suggests a departure that keeps dinner relaxed and gets everyone seated before the lights go down.
Leave Hollywood Beach early enough that everyone is seated well before the 8:00 PM start.
Downtown fills quickly on an arena night. Concertgoers converge on Biscayne Boulevard at the same hour as diners bound for Bayside Marketplace and Brickell, so the final stretch is usually the slowest part of the trip. The arena’s security lines add a little more time once you step out. The simplest plan works backward from the start time. Agree on a pickup time with your chauffeur when you book, leave room for the entry line and for finding your seats, then fit dinner around that anchor. An early arrival also leaves time for photos out front and a relaxed drink nearby, instead of a sprint from the curb as the first notes play. The car belongs to you for the whole block, so arriving early never means standing on a curb. The chauffeur simply parks while you settle in.
Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the entrance as access allows on show night. Police traffic control and event road closures decide the exact drop-off point. The driver picks the nearest workable spot on arrival and sends the matching pickup point over WhatsApp before you walk in, so nobody has to go looking after the encore.
Yes. Waiting through the show is exactly what the hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the car, and when the final piece ends you send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed pickup point. You skip the app queue and the hunt for a stranger’s plates in the after-show crowd, and the same car heads back to Hollywood Beach.
The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and Downtown Hollywood both make easy pre-show dinner stops.
The Broadwalk is the oceanfront promenade that runs along much of Hollywood Beach. It is lined with casual cafés and seafood spots with open-air seating, and Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort anchors its central stretch with several restaurants and bars under one roof. For more of a date-night mood, try the dining strip along Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle and ArtsPark in Downtown Hollywood. It sits west of the Intracoastal, right on the way to I-95. The Diplomat Beach Resort, near the south end of the beach, has its own restaurants and works well as a meeting point for friends staying at different addresses. These are suggestions, not reservations we make. Book your own table, tell us the time, and the car will be outside when you are ready. No one needs a valet ticket or a designated driver.
Yes. A dinner stop sits inside the same hourly booking, because you set the stops and the clock covers the whole evening rather than individual trips. Share the restaurant and reservation time when you reserve, and the chauffeur plans pickup and departure around it. A pre-show drink downtown or a quick photo stop on the way works the same way.
It depends on how your group likes to pace the night. Dining in Brickell or around Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena, means leaving Hollywood Beach earlier, but the last stretch to the show is short and calm. Eating by the ocean keeps things local and lets you leave straight from the table. Both plans fit easily into one booking.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled afterward.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening your way.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send the pickup address, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. The driver can collect you at any address: a Hollywood Beach hotel or home, or anywhere in Miami, including Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show. The exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. Every booking covers at least five hours, and for that whole block the car and chauffeur belong to your group alone. You decide the order of the evening, from dinner to the concert to a nightcap, and the driver stays with you, waiting wherever you step out. If the night runs long, keep the car. Each hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, with nothing to renegotiate.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add more hours on the night itself.
A reserved car and one bilingual chauffeur make the whole concert night calmer and simpler.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The cabin is yours for a pre-show playlist and the post-show debate over which score hit hardest. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which puts mixed-language families and visiting friends at ease. The rate is flat and locked at booking, with no surge, so a packed Saturday downtown doesn’t change it, and neither do traffic or weather. You deal with one person all night. The same chauffeur who drops you off stays close through the show and is reachable directly on WhatsApp, so you never repeat the plan to someone new. That continuity is what makes this a premium service. The driver learns the plan, anticipates the next stop, and keeps the evening moving at your pace. For a concert you have looked forward to for months, it makes for a better experience from start to finish.
No. Only the people in your party ride in the vehicle, and the car never collects anyone else on the way, during the show, or on the drive home. We do not sell individual seats. Every booking is one private vehicle and one chauffeur for one group, for the entire block of hours you reserve.
Yes. Travel outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carries a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The night surcharge is the only extra tied to the time of day, and it is shown here in full so nothing surprises you on the night. It is added on top of the hourly rate rather than changing it. The two vehicle types are handled differently: the SUV carries a fixed amount per trip, while the Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value. Your WhatsApp confirmation spells out exactly how it applies to your vehicle and your hours, so the total matches what you agreed. Most concert groups simply build it into the plan and enjoy the late drive back up the coast.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s night out to a large group of friends.
Each tier is a clean premium vehicle with its own chauffeur. The choice mostly comes down to headcount and the mood you want for the evening.
There is room for merch, signs, or a garment bag with a change of outfit; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If you are torn between two tiers, send your headcount on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right fit.
The hourly rate covers your vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking for the whole block.
Downtown parking while the show runs, the tolls along the way, and all the fuel are already in the rate, so there is nothing to pay at a garage window. Onboard WiFi via a mobile hotspot keeps phones connected for sharing photos and finding friends in the crowd. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. Waiting time during the concert is simply part of your booked hours. The extras are few, and all of them are listed on this page: the night surcharge for travel outside daytime hours and any hours you choose to add beyond your block.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you reserve.
Hotel guests are usually collected at the lobby or main entrance, whether at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, The Diplomat Beach Resort, or one of the smaller hotels along A1A. Condo and residence pickups work the same way, from the building’s front drive or the nearest safe curb along North or South Ocean Drive. Vacation rentals along the Broadwalk are a little different. The promenade itself is car-free, so the driver meets you on the closest street, and we share the exact spot ahead of time. Staying in Downtown Hollywood or near the Intracoastal instead? Pickup there is just as easy. If friends are spread across different addresses, add each one as a stop so the whole group is on board before heading south. Send your address and a rough pickup time over WhatsApp, and the chauffeur arrives ready for the night.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. The service runs across local Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Hollywood Beach is well within that area, and so is every stop a concert night is likely to need: Downtown Miami and Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport. Keeping the service local lets your chauffeur stay on call through the evening instead of spending the night on a long highway run. That is also why the hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for nights around the city. Within the local area, you choose where to go. Move from a beach dinner to the arena to a late drink across the bay, and the same car follows your plan, stop after stop, until you decide the night is done.
Yes. A stop after the concert fits easily into the booking. A late bite in Wynwood, a nightcap in Brickell, or a walk along South Beach are all within our local area. The car stays with you while you enjoy it, then heads back to Hollywood Beach. Just keep your booked hours in mind if the night keeps going.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
