Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The price is locked when you book, with no surge on game night, and the same car and bilingual chauffeur stay with you for the whole block.
Each private vehicle has one hourly price, and every reservation starts with a five-hour block.
Each rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur together, never the car alone. Your total is your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you utilize, so there is no separate charge for the ride Downtown, the wait during the game, or the journey home afterward. For the Red, White & Pink Game, many groups plan one block around a pregame dinner, the scrimmage itself, and the drive home. Larger groups often find the Sprinter tiers work out well once the cost is divided among everyone riding. Pick your tier from the list above, and the same rate applies whether the evening stays Downtown or loops through several neighborhoods. The only extras that can apply are explained in the included-costs and night-surcharge sections below.
Your group gets a upscale service built on one car, one driver, one price.
The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so there are no strangers, no split fares, and no juggling separate pickups. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so a packed arena night, heavy traffic, or a sudden rain shower never changes the price, and there is no surge to watch. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and is on hand through the whole game instead of leaving after the first leg. You plan directly with us over WhatsApp, so a change of plans comes straight to us. That combination makes it a better experience than circling garages or hunting for a ride on a sidewalk full of fans: the logistics are taken care of, and the evening is about the team, the pink-and-red celebration, and the people beside you.
You pay the full fare when you book.
You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then plan the evening your way.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your head count. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list. Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address you choose: a hotel lobby, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if your ship docks that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or your own front door. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there the car and driver are yours for the full five-hour block. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner without renegotiating anything. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Each extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day is over.
The hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so it does not go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
When you book a service for the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, and a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Four private vehicle tiers cover every group size, and each one comes with a chauffeur.
The reference models show the class of vehicle, not a promise of one specific create. Many fans arrive in pink with handmade signs and team gear, and there is room for what you bring. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance so we can match the right vehicle.
One Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fits your whole group in a single private van. The two Sprinter tiers above are set by head count, so you only pay for the space you need. Choose the smaller one for a mid-size group and the larger one for a bigger group. Everyone arrives together, leaves together, and never splits into separate cars.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
Your rate also covers the vehicle itself, your chauffeur for every hour you book, and the freedom to change the route as plans change. That means no garage fee to split at the end of the night, no toll charges added afterward, and no fuel charge on the bill, whether the evening has one stop or several. Apart from the hours you utilize, only two items can add to the total, and both are explained up front. A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, and the next section shows how it works for each vehicle type. Every figure that affects your total is shown on this page.
Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry the surcharge below.
Daytime hours end at 6:00 PM, so a 6:30 PM start puts the evening in the surcharge window for your vehicle. SUV bookings pay a flat add-on, and Sprinter bookings pay a percentage of the journey value. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Either way, nothing else about the booking changes, and your chauffeur stays with you until the last drop-off.
The Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game tips off Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
It is the Heat’s yearly public scrimmage at the end of training camp. Local fans obtain their first look at the new roster as the team splits up and plays itself in front of a home crowd. Pink joins the familiar red and white because the evening is also a breast cancer awareness and fundraising night. The program includes tributes to cancer survivors, and the money raised supports cancer care and research. Anticipate a loud arena full of pink and a crowd that treats it as one of the large dates on the Heat calendar. Families, longtime fans, and survivor groups all come out, which is why a private car works so well here. Grandparents, kids, and friends from different neighborhoods can ride together, and the celebration starts in the car well before the opening tip.
Yes. The scrimmage is open to the public, and tickets are sold through the arena’s official event listing, not through us. We take care of getting there: a private vehicle and chauffeur that bring your group Downtown, drive you between stops, and get everyone home. Get your seats first, then confirm your booking with us.
A private chauffeur drops your group as close to the arena as access allows.
Kaseya Center is on Biscayne Boulevard by the bay in Downtown Miami, and on event nights the neighboring streets fill quickly with fans and traffic. Your chauffeur plans the route from wherever the evening starts, whether that’s Brickell, Miami Beach over the MacArthur Causeway, or neighborhoods to the west like Coral Gables and Doral, and adjusts when streets back up. Nobody in your group has to drive, look for a space, or pay for a garage. Everyone gets out together with tickets in hand, and the car stays close for the ride out. You obtain a simple arrival, a game you can actually savor, and your own vehicle ready when the arena empties. The three questions below cover what fans ask about most.
Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows. The exact spot depends on that evening’s traffic and street access around the arena. You confirm the drop-off point with your chauffeur before you arrive, and that spot is usually the pickup point after the game too, so nobody has to walk around looking for the car.
Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking, so your chauffeur stays on call through every quarter instead of leaving after the drop-off. You can leave jackets, bags, and souvenirs in the vehicle while you watch. Send one WhatsApp message as you head for the exits, and the car will meet you at your agreed pickup spot for dinner or the ride home.
Leave early enough to arrive relaxed, find your seats, and settle in well before the 6:30 PM start. The right departure time depends on where you start and on that evening’s traffic. Share your pickup address when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that gets you ahead of the Downtown rush.
Brickell, Bayside Marketplace, and Little Havana are simple pregame dinner stops.
Brickell is the polished choice, with steakhouses, sushi bars, and rooftop lounges close to the arena district, and it suits a birthday or a client dinner. Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena on the water, so after a casual waterfront bite there you can merely walk over. For a meal with more local character, Little Havana’s main strip has Cuban coffee, pastries, and family-run restaurants. Groups starting farther out sometimes start in Wynwood, taking photos by the murals in their pink gear before heading Downtown. Your chauffeur drives the group between whichever spots you choose, so nobody looks for parking twice or keeps checking the clock. These are suggestions, not reservations, since we don’t book tables or tickets, but your driver will gladly suggest a route that fits your timing.
Popular options after the final buzzer include a Brickell rooftop, a late dinner in Coconut Grove, or a drive over the causeway to see the Ocean Drive lights in South Beach. Because the car is already yours, adding a post-game stop only takes a word to the driver, and you can add extra hours on the spot.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group to the scrimmage and home again.
Whether people search for a game-night van, a luxury car service, or a driver for the evening, the answer here is the same: a private vehicle with a dedicated chauffeur, hired by the hour and reserved for your group alone. For a Downtown arena night at Kaseya Center, it is often the most practical way to go. Driving yourself means sitting in event traffic, looking for a space, and asking one friend to skip the celebration so they can drive home. A chauffeur solves all three. Because this game is on a Tuesday, a work night for most people, having someone else drive you home matters even more. Families honoring a survivor, office teams starting the season together, and groups of friends dressed in pink all utilize it the same way: one pickup, one car, one driver, and a simple ride home.
Every booking is fully private. The vehicle and chauffeur belong to your group for the whole block, and no other passengers ever join. We never sell individual seats or run a fixed-schedule route, so your timing, stops, and pace are entirely up to you from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Yes. The same private hourly service works for any night on the arena calendar, from regular-season Heat matchups against teams such as the Pelicans, Timberwolves, or Nets to headline concerts. Every booking uses the same format, rates, and vehicle tiers shown on this page, so once your group finds a setup it likes, booking it again for the next game is easy.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
We reply with the tier that fits your head count, confirm the pickup spot and timing, and send the plan in writing so everyone in your group knows what to anticipate on October 6. On game day your chauffeur meets you at the agreed address and time, helps everyone obtain settled, and follows the route you planned: dinner first, a photo stop in your pink gear, then Downtown for the game. You can ask about a pet, or an extra stop in the same WhatsApp thread, and you can reach us directly there the whole evening. Contacting us early gives us time to match the right vehicle to your group and plan around any dinner reservation you already have. After that, all that’s left is cheering on the new roster and celebrating the survivors honored that night.
