Transfer from Miami Design District to the Ryan Castro Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Ryan Castro at Kaseya Center on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you through dinner, the 8:30 PM show and the late ride home, so the whole night runs on your schedule.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost per Hour? 🚙

Hourly pricing is set per vehicle, not per person, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. When a full SUV or van splits the hourly cost across everyone riding, the concert night stays affordable for the whole group. The Platinum tier costs more because it puts you in a more polished luxury cabin. The two Sprinter rates go up with the size of the van. Your total depends on two things: how many hours you keep the car and the evening surcharge explained further down. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The hourly figure above already covers the driver’s time, the waiting between stops and the drive home. Choose the vehicle first, then plan the hours around your evening, from the first dinner toast to the last drop-off back in the neighborhood.

What Payment Methods Secure the Booking? 📋

Paying the full fare at booking reserves your night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ryan Castro Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night for two to a big crew of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for couples and small friend groups heading downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big birthday group or an extended family arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more polished luxury cabin for a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with a chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone. For a larger circle, the Sprinter keeps everyone together from the dinner table to the final drop-off, so you don’t have to split across several cars and meet up again at the show. If your headcount changes between booking and show night, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the right tier before the day.

Need the Essentials Before You Reserve the Night? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the entire booking.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and the itinerary is never locked.
  • The service runs every day, during daytime hours or late into the evening.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp with our team.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy, so just ask your driver.

Who Is Ryan Castro, and What Makes His Miami Show a Big Night? 🎤

Ryan Castro is a Colombian reggaeton star from Medellín who headlines arenas across North America.

His current tour comes to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, December 19, 2026, and the show starts at 8:30 PM. Miami already knows him: he has headlined the same bayside arena before, and that show was a hot, packed night. This date also comes right after his first headline show at Madison Square Garden, so expect a crowd that sings along to every song. Most of the audience is Hispanic and Latino, with a strong Colombian presence from across South Florida. Many are friend groups and couples who create the concert the centerpiece of a full night out. Mid-December is also the start of Miami’s holiday party season. Expect busy restaurants, dressed-up crowds and heavier downtown traffic than a normal Saturday, which is exactly when your own car and driver on call create the biggest difference.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District on Show Night? 🏟️

A dedicated chauffeur drives your group south to Downtown and stays on call all night.

The Design District sits just north of Midtown and Edgewater, so on an ordinary evening Downtown is an easy run along the bayfront. Concert night is distinct. A packed arena show brings fans, holiday diners and bayfront visitors onto the same few roads at once, and the hour before showtime is when downtown streets feel it most. Hiring the car by the hour takes all of that off your hands. Nobody circles for a garage, nobody gets stuck being the designated driver, and nobody stands on a crowded sidewalk after the encore refreshing a phone. Your chauffeur handles the timing, watches the traffic and keeps the vehicle close, so the ride home starts when you’re ready, not when the crowd thins out. The four questions below walk through the night, from the route south to the moment you get back in the car.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From the Design District to Downtown?

The usual route is Biscayne Boulevard straight south, past Edgewater and the Omni area, to the arena on the bay. If the boulevard backs up with pre-show traffic, your driver can take I-195 over to I-95 south and come into Downtown from the west instead, using whichever route is moving best that evening.

How Early Should You Leave the Design District for the 8:30 PM Show?

Leave well before doors open, not just before showtime. The drive is typically short on an ordinary evening, but on concert night you should allow plenty of extra time, because holiday traffic and arena arrivals pile onto the same roads. At booking, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your dinner plans and when you want to be inside.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your driver gets the group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows, using whichever drop-off point is open that evening. Before you step out, you agree on a pickup spot and save the driver’s WhatsApp. After the last song, finding each other takes one message instead of a search through the crowd.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take Everyone Home?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of hiring by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the entire show, meets the group at the agreed spot and drives you back to the Design District, to your hotel or to one more late stop. Nobody waits at a curb or worries about an after-show fare.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🌆

Pickup is at any address in Miami Design District you choose when you book.

That could be a residence in neighboring Buena Vista, a boutique stay close by, the door of the restaurant where your group is meeting, or an easy landmark like Palm Court beneath the Fly’s Eye Dome. On a Saturday evening the district’s streets fill with shoppers, valet lines and dinner crowds. Your driver confirms an exact curb in advance and messages you on WhatsApp once the vehicle is in place. Groups who want to create a day of it can start their hours earlier. You might walk past the flagship boutiques, visit the Institute of Contemporary Art or have a drink in Midtown next door, and the car waits between each stop. Friends coming from distinct neighborhoods can meet at one spot in the district, or the driver can create a quick detour to pick them up on the way.

Which Design District Restaurants Suit a Dinner Before the Show?

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is the district’s long-running favorite for a relaxed group dinner. Swan has a glossier, dressed-up scene that suits a concert night. On the district’s edge, Mandolin Aegean Bistro offers garden-style tables that couples love. You make the reservations; we supply the car and driver, not the table.

Can the Dinner Stop Fit Into the Same Hourly Booking?

Yes. Dinner simply becomes the first stop of your booked hours. Your hours start at pickup, you ride to the restaurant, and the driver waits while you eat. From the restaurant you head straight to the show. Set your pickup time around your reservation so dinner, the drive south and your arrival all fit comfortably before the 8:30 PM start.

Where Can Your Group Head After the Concert Ends? 🪩

Your chauffeur can take the group straight home or to one more stop.

Wynwood is right on the way back north, and its bars and murals create a natural last round for friends who aren’t ready to call it a night. Brickell sits just south of the arena if you’d rather have a rooftop lounge with a skyline view. Little Havana is an easy detour west for a Cuban coffee and a pastry before bed. Because the same vehicle and driver are still with you, the after-show plan can change on the sidewalk: split the group between two drop-offs, add a stop or skip it entirely. Everyone rides home in the car that brought them, so nobody ends up looking for a ride from an unfamiliar block at the end of a long, loud night. If the evening runs past your booked hours, just tell the driver you’re keeping the car.

Why Do Friend Groups Pick a Private Chauffeur for This Concert? 🥂

A reserved car and driver create a crowded concert night a far better experience.

Your group gets one vehicle reserved just for you and one bilingual chauffeur who stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The person who knows your plan is the person carrying it out all night. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking, with no surge when the arena lets out or when holiday traffic peaks. You message us directly on WhatsApp, before the day to shape the plan and during the night to move the pickup or add a stop. You never have to repeat instructions to someone new at each leg. The driver stays on call through the encore, so the end of the night feels as unhurried as the start. One car, one driver, one fixed price and one direct line: that combination makes this a premium service rather than a string of separate rides, and it’s better service for a night that matters.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 📋

You reserve a vehicle and driver for a five-hour block and plan the night yourself.

Start by sending us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. We match you with the right tier and confirm the booking. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert), Miami International Airport or a home. You agree on the pickup spot at booking. Your hours begin at pickup. From then on, the chauffeur stays with the group for the whole block and follows the stops you set, in the order you want. Nothing ends abruptly when the five hours are up: each additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, so you can keep the car as long as the night needs. Most concert groups plan the block around dinner, the show and the ride home, then decide on the night whether to extend it.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Show Night? 🍸

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That matters downtown, where event parking and hunting for a garage can eat into the night before the music even starts. Your chauffeur takes care of it, and none of it appears on your bill. The vehicle also has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sending a friend the pickup pin. A few things aren’t covered by the hourly rate. Concert tickets, dinner and drinks are yours to arrange, since we supply the car and the driver, not the tables or the seats. Any hours you add beyond your booking are billed at your vehicle’s rate. Because the show starts in the evening, the night surcharge below will normally apply to part of the trip.

Is There a Surcharge Once the Night Runs Past 6:00 PM? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge, while trips outside those hours add a night charge that depends on the vehicle. With an 8:30 PM show, the ride home will fall in that window.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV charge is a single fixed amount per trip, not per hour. The Sprinter charge is a percentage of the trip value. We include it when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, so the total you agree to already accounts for the late finish. After dark you keep the same driver and the same vehicle, and every stop you planned still happens exactly as agreed.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Design District to Ryan Castro? 🚙

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from the Design District to the show and back.

Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation. Send us how many people are coming, when you want to be picked up and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the arena or a late round. We reply with the right vehicle and confirm the date. December is the start of Miami’s holiday season, when weekend evenings fill up with parties and events across the city. Arranging the car soon after you have tickets gives you the widest choice of vehicles for the night. Friend groups usually pick one organizer to handle the chat and share the plan with everyone else, so the driver has a single contact and clear instructions. The questions below cover the practical details groups ask about most, from where the service runs to what happens if you book at the last minute.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local and runs around the city. That covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried city service, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Will We Share the Vehicle With Other Concertgoers?

No. Every booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your group alone, from pickup to the final drop-off. If you were searching for a van or group ride to the concert, the answer here is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter hired by the hour, carrying only the people you invite.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. The booking runs exactly as agreed, since a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed on such short notice. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
