Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center

A private hourly chauffeur from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday, November 22, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL or a larger upscale vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach, drives the group south for the 6:00 PM tip-off, and stays with you until the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach to Kaseya Center Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly price, and the shortest block you can reserve for the game is five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick your tier by headcount and how much comfort you want, then multiply the rate by the hours you plan to keep the car. Nothing else is added to the daytime price. Most Hollywood Beach groups heading to a Sunday tip-off book enough time to cover dinner near the ocean, the drive into Downtown Miami, the game itself, and the journey back north. That’s how an evening NBA game usually plays out. Families and friend groups who pick a Sprinter tier also get the whole party riding in one cabin, so everyone sits, arrives, and leaves together and nobody has to coordinate a second car on the way home.

Why Book by the Hour Instead of a One-Way Drop at the Arena?

When you book by the hour, the same car and driver stay on call from your first pickup to your last drop-off, so nobody has to find a ride out of Downtown Miami after the game. A plain A-to-B drop with no waiting is a separate point-to-point transfer. Game nights work best with the hourly block.

Why Do Heat Fans in Hollywood Beach Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🕴️

Fans choose us for a reserved upscale vehicle, a flat hourly rate, and one chauffeur all evening.

Your rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t surge for a packed Sunday crowd, Thanksgiving-week traffic, or a close fourth quarter. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and arrives clean and ready at your door. The chauffeur who picks you up in Hollywood Beach is the same one who brings you home, so you never deal with a new driver or a different car partway through the night. You plan everything with us directly on WhatsApp, so moving a dinner reservation or adding a friend takes one quick message. That’s what upscale service means to us: fewer moving parts, a calmer evening, and a better experience from the first mile on A1A to the last one back up I-95. You get to think about the matchup instead of parking garages or which exit the car is waiting at.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a Heat Game? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge, and trips outside those hours add a small night charge based on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, the surcharge is charged once per journey. For the Sprinter tiers, it’s a percentage of the journey value. In both cases you’ll know about it before game day, not after. Groups that want to finish earlier can start earlier too, with a late lunch in Hollywood Beach or a walk around Bayside Marketplace before tip-off. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Either way, the surcharge is the only time-of-day extra, and it’s the same for every booking.

Which Payment Methods Work for a Game-Night Booking? 🚙

You pay the full fare up front to hold the car, and any extra time is settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your game-night date.
  • Hours: Every booking starts with a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled once the day wraps up.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Hollywood Beach? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, and so is onboard WiFi.

That covers the whole game-night loop: fuel for the drive down I-95 and back, any tolls along the way, and whatever it costs your chauffeur to park near the arena during the game. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re pulling up digital tickets or streaming the pregame show in the back seat. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like jerseys, a foam finger, or a homemade sign for the Heat bench, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Only two extras can apply. The first is the night surcharge described above, for trips outside daytime hours. Nothing else gets added to the bill at the end of the night, and the rate you booked stays the same whether the game is a blowout or a buzzer-beater.

Which Service Facts Should You Know Before Tip-Off? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You set the stops, the pace, and the order of the night.
  • A brief comfort stop partway through never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and planned stops.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Start with the Black SUV XL for a small group and move up a tier as your headcount or comfort needs grow.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5. It’s the usual choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends heading down from the beach.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9, so a mid-size group can ride together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14. This is the setup for a full group outing, an office crew, or extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Platinum SUV suits a birthday, a client night, or a courtside splurge where the ride should match the seats. The reference models show the class of vehicle, not a promise of one specific make. When you message us, tell us the full headcount, including kids, and we’ll match the tier to your group so nobody is squeezed into a car that’s too small for the evening.

How Many Fans Fit in the Van From Hollywood Beach?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our van. Its larger configuration carries the biggest group we seat in one vehicle, so a whole family or a big group of friends can ride down from Hollywood Beach together. The smaller Sprinter suits a mid-size group that still wants everyone in one cabin. The list above shows exact seat counts.

Why Is Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder a Big Night in Downtown Miami? 🏟️

The Heat host Oklahoma City on Sunday, November 22, 2026, with a 6:00 PM tip-off.

The game falls on the weekend before Thanksgiving, just as the holidays and winter visitor season get going. Anticipate a lively, very Miami crowd: families with kids in Heat jerseys, young professionals out for Sunday night, longtime season-ticket holders, and snowbirds catching their first game of the year. The Thunder come in as one of the strongest teams in the Western Conference, and the two franchises share NBA Finals history, which gives this November game an edge. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay next to Bayside Marketplace, and the waterfront fills up well before tip-off. Check the official Kaseya Center site for door times and bag policies, and leave the driving to us. Your group rides in, cheers, and rides home in the same car.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood Beach to Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Miami Heat?

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Hollywood Beach to the game and back in a vehicle reserved only for your group. You pick the tier and we confirm the booking on WhatsApp. The same driver handles your dinner stop, the drive downtown, and the ride home.

How Does Game-Night Drop-Off and Pickup Work Downtown? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows, then waits nearby.

Downtown Miami gets busy before a Heat tip-off. Biscayne Boulevard fills with fans, lines back up at garage entrances, and traffic on the blocks around the bayfront slows to a crawl. The easiest way to beat it is timing. Roll into downtown with a cushion, ahead of the heaviest wave, so the group has time to find seats, grab food, and watch warmups. Your chauffeur checks live traffic the whole way from Hollywood Beach and adjusts the approach as needed. Leaving matters just as much. A full arena empties onto the same few streets at once, and that’s when having your own car and driver pays off: no garage queue and no scramble at the curb. The group walks out, sends one message, and heads home to Hollywood Beach in the car that brought them.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The driver drops you along Biscayne Boulevard, or wherever access is easiest that night, as close to the entrance as traffic plans allow. The best spot changes from game to game, so your chauffeur picks the approach on the way in and sends the postgame pickup point on WhatsApp before you walk inside.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays parked nearby for the entire game, keeps WhatsApp open, and meets the group at the agreed pickup point once you send a message, whether you leave early or stay for every second of overtime.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood Beach? 🚙

Most game-night drives take Hollywood Boulevard to I-95 south, straight into Downtown Miami.

From the beach, your chauffeur usually heads west on Hollywood Boulevard, crosses the Intracoastal, passes Young Circle, and gets on I-95 south, which runs through North Miami into downtown with exits close to the bayfront. When the interstate is jammed, there are two good alternates. One is Biscayne Boulevard south through Aventura and the Upper East Side. The other is the scenic drive down A1A through Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles, and Miami Beach, then across the MacArthur Causeway, which lands right by the arena. The best route depends on the day, so your driver checks live traffic before you leave. On a quiet Sunday the drive is typically comfortably under an hour. On game night, allow noticeably more, especially for the last stretch into downtown. You can sit back and watch the Intracoastal go by while the chauffeur handles lanes, merges, and exits.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for the 6:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave early enough to reach downtown with a relaxed cushion before tip-off. Most groups plan a mid-afternoon departure or have an early dinner first. Allow extra time for game-night traffic near the arena, and your chauffeur will suggest a specific pickup time based on your stops and where your seats are.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

Your pickup can be any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you book.

Many riders meet the car in a hotel lobby along the oceanfront. The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and The Diplomat Beach Resort are common starting points, and so are the entrances of the condo towers along A1A. Families staying in a home west of the Intracoastal, around Hollywood Lakes or near Downtown Hollywood, get picked up at the front door. Put the exact spot in your WhatsApp message, including the tower name or which lobby entrance you prefer, and the chauffeur will pull up ready to load the group. If some of your group is staying at a different address in Hollywood Beach, add it as a second pickup and the driver will collect everyone before heading south. Snowbirds settling in for the season and visitors fresh off a weekend on the Broadwalk book the same way: one message, one confirmed pickup point, and a car waiting when you walk out.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Beach Before the Game?

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the easy choice, with a long stretch of oceanfront cafés and casual seafood spots where a group can eat with the sand in view. Margaritaville’s restaurants sit right on the Broadwalk, and Hollywood Boulevard near Young Circle has sit-down dinners in Downtown Hollywood. Your driver waits while you eat.

Can the Group Stop in Brickell or Wynwood on the Way Down?

Yes. You can add Wynwood’s murals and bars, a Brickell rooftop, or a pregame walk around Bayside Marketplace as stops on your hourly block. The same driver drives you between them and waits at each one, so nobody has to think about parking or timing, and the group still reaches the arena relaxed.

What Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Look Like on Game Day? 📋

You reserve a vehicle and driver for a block of hours, then plan the evening however you like.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. The shortest booking is five hours, which covers a typical Heat night from Hollywood Beach: early dinner, the drive south, the full game, and the ride back north. From pickup on, your chauffeur stays with the group for the whole block, waits wherever you stop, and follows the route you set. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a postgame dinner in Brickell, you can keep the car. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle those hours after the day ends. To extend, just tell your driver on the spot, subject to the schedule.

Can a Cruise or Airport Arrival Go Straight to the Game?

Yes. The pickup spot is agreed at booking and can be any Miami address, not just one in Hollywood Beach: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can head straight to the arena, and the rest of the evening runs on the same hourly block.

Can We Book a Game-Night Driver on Short Notice? 🎊

Yes. A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you.

When the game is less than a day away, we set aside a specific driver and vehicle for your group as soon as the day and time are agreed. Because that slot is held just for you on short notice, the date and time stay fixed and the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. Within that window we can’t guarantee moving it to another day or a refund. The good news is you still have plenty of flexibility. On game day you can keep adding hours on top of what you reserved, at the same flat hourly rate, whether that means an earlier pickup for a longer dinner or a later ride home after a big win. For last-minute plans, send us your group size, your pickup address in Hollywood Beach, and your stops on WhatsApp, and we’ll check availability for the night right away.

Can I Bring My Dog Along for the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond Hollywood Beach and Miami? 🏙️

Our hourly chauffeur stays local, covering Miami and the area north toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes every place a Heat night is likely to take you: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach included. Staying close to the city is what lets your driver remain on call, unhurried, and neighboring for every stop on your block. We don’t run this hourly service to far-off destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so it isn’t the right fit for a day journey there. It fits a Sunday that starts on the Broadwalk, detours to Little Havana for a Cuban coffee or to Wynwood for photos, and ends at the arena. If you’re not sure whether a stop is covered, add it to your WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm.

Is There a Private Shuttle to Kaseya Center From Hollywood Beach?

Yes, in the form of a private van: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with the same chauffeur for the whole block. There’s no fixed departure time and no seats sold to strangers. The van leaves Hollywood Beach when your group is ready and heads home when you are.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Is Your Hollywood Beach Heat Night Booked Yet? 🥂

Book your chauffeur the same way you’d lock in your seats: early, with the details settled.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, your pickup address in Hollywood Beach, a rough start time, and any stops you want before or after the game, like dinner on the Broadwalk, a detour through Wynwood, or a late bite in Brickell. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group, walk through the plan with you, and send the payment details to confirm your booking. If you want a different tier, an earlier pickup, or another address added, that’s one more message and the plan is updated well before game day. After that, all that’s left is deciding which jersey to wear and how loud to cheer for the Heat against Oklahoma City on November 22. Your chauffeur handles the drive down, the arena drop-off, and the ride home.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
