Transfer from Hollywood to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual chauffeur picks you up in Hollywood, stays with your group through the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home once the lights come up.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to KATSEYE Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking is for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier that seats your whole group. That one hourly rate covers the full block, from the Hollywood pickup to the last drop-off back home. A concert night commonly fills the minimum on its own once you add up the drive south, an early dinner, the show and the ride back to Broward County. Most groups book the block and add time only if the evening runs long. The only thing that can be added on top of the rate is the after-hours surcharge explained further down the page.

What Is KATSEYE’s Opening Night at Kaseya Center Like? 🎤

KATSEYE opens the North American leg of the WILDWORLD TOUR in Downtown Miami on October 13, 2026.

The show starts at 8:00 PM on a Tuesday, so much of the crowd comes straight from school, work, or an afternoon of getting ready. Anticipate a high-energy pop night in the arena, with Western pop hooks and sharp K-pop-style choreography. Fans sing every line, light sticks glow across the room, and friend groups stop for photos in matching pastel pink, lilac, baby blue, and white. EYEKONS, as the fandom calls itself, reach in glitter, Y2K-inspired looks, and fresh tour merch. That’s one more reason to pick a clean private vehicle over a crowded parking garage. The venue’s official KATSEYE page has the latest entry details, so check it before you set your pickup time. This is the tour’s first North American date, so demand is high and the streets along the bayfront fill early. Having your own car and driver means you don’t have to rush when you reach or when you leave.

Who Usually Attends the Miami Show?

The crowd is mostly Gen Z, especially teenage girls and young women. You’ll also see multicultural friend groups, LGBTQ fans, and parents bringing younger children.

That mix affects how people book. Parents often want one car that carries their kids and their kids’ friends together, then brings everyone back to the same Hollywood driveway. Adult friend groups like the Sprinter as a private space to change shoes, fix makeup, and get ready together before the show.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Show Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur typically takes I-95 south into Downtown Miami and switches to Biscayne Boulevard when traffic backs up.

From Hollywood, the most direct route is I-95 south past Aventura and North Miami, then the short I-395 connector toward Biscayne Boulevard and the bayfront. When the interstate slows down, the driver can take US-1 instead, which turns into Biscayne Boulevard and runs straight toward the arena. That slowdown is common on a weeknight, when rush hour and concert traffic overlap. Permit noticeably more time than for a normal evening drive. Every approach to downtown is typically slower on an event night, and the last few blocks before Kaseya Center are where cars bunch up. You never have to select the route. The driver watches traffic, picks the approach, and times the pickup so your group gets to the entrance relaxed instead of rushing. The three answers below cover arrival, the wait during the show, and the ride home, all in one place.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for KATSEYE?

Plan a late-afternoon pickup so you reach downtown well before doors open ahead of the 8:00 PM start. On a Tuesday event night, commuter and concert traffic typically overlap on I-95. Leaving early also gives you time for dinner near the bayfront, the merch line, and photos. Your driver can suggest a pickup time when you confirm the booking.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows. Traffic around the arena is often rerouted on show nights, so the exact curb can change. Your driver adjusts on the spot and sends the group a WhatsApp message with the spot where you’ll meet after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The same driver stays nearby for the whole concert, so nobody has to look for parking or stand in a long ride line at the end. When the encore finishes, message the driver on WhatsApp and walk to the agreed spot, and the car picks everyone up for the ride back to Hollywood. If a younger fan gets tired, you can leave early too.

What Can You Do in Hollywood Before Heading to the Show? 🍸

Start the night on Hollywood Beach or in Downtown Hollywood before the drive south.

Numerous groups meet along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Its oceanfront cafés and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort create a simple early-dinner stop and a handy pickup point. Others meet in Downtown Hollywood around Hollywood Boulevard and ArtsPark at Young Circle, a walkable strip of restaurants and bars that suits a relaxed pre-show meal. West of I-95, the guitar-shaped Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is a sought-after place to eat, meet friends, and take the first photos of the night. Because you book by the hour, the car stays with you while you eat and heads for the interstate when you’re ready. If your group would rather eat downtown, Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena, and Brickell or Wynwood are close by. The same car can take you between these stops without anyone worrying about parking. These are only ideas for your hours. We provide the car and driver, but we don’t book tables.

Does a Late Ride Home to Hollywood Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window have a surcharge.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the vehicle type, not on traffic or demand, so you know the full cost before the evening starts. SUV bookings add the flat per-journey amount, and Sprinter bookings add the percentage of the journey value shown above. Nothing else is added. If your group starts in the afternoon, the daytime hours of the block have no surcharge; it applies only to service outside the daytime window. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows the total for your vehicle before you pay, so nothing comes as a surprise when the last passenger gets home.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, and you select every stop.

First, select the tier that fits your group. Then tell us your pickup time, your dinner spot, and any other stops you’d like to create. The clock starts at the first pickup. The minimum block of five hours commonly covers dinner, the drive, the concert, and the journey home. The plan is never fixed: you can add a stop at a friend’s house, skip dinner, or stay by the bayfront after the encore. If the night runs longer, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to agree. Those extra hours are settled after the day, not on the spot. They are never free, but they are never repriced either: one more hour costs exactly one hour at your vehicle’s rate.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

The driver can pick you up at any address in or around Hollywood. That includes a Hollywood Beach hotel lobby, a home in Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills, the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, or a Port Everglades cruise terminal if you’re heading to the show straight off a cruise. Pickups anywhere in Miami, including PortMiami and Miami International Airport, work the same way. You agree on the exact spot when you book.

Can You Pick Up Friends on the Way Downtown?

Yes. Add as many pickups as your hours allow. A common plan picks up one friend in Hallandale Beach and another in Aventura, then heads south together so the whole group arrives at once. Each extra stop just uses some of your booked time, and the hourly rate stays the same.

Which Service Facts Matter Most on Show Night? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, including late concert nights.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking is easy to arrange; just ask the driver.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night From Hollywood? 🥂

A private chauffeur makes a hectic concert night one seamless, upscale service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Nobody else rides with you, and the driver who meets you in Hollywood is the same one who brings you home. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so it doesn’t surge on a high-demand night or change because of traffic or weather. You can reach the driver directly on WhatsApp all evening. A change of plan takes one message, whether it’s a later dinner, an extra friend, or leaving early because a younger fan is tired. Parents like knowing exactly who is driving their teenagers. Friend groups like having a clean, cool space to regroup after hours of dancing. That’s what we mean by better service: fewer decisions, no hunt for parking, no waiting at a crowded curb with strangers, and a better experience from the first photo to the last goodnight.

How Is the Fare Paid? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book, and that payment reserves your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group of EYEKONS? 🚐

Four private vehicle types cover everything from a small family outing to a large friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual choice for a parent and a few teenage fans.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers. It suits a birthday group or two families going together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a big fan group can ride in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

All four are private and come with a driver. Select by headcount first, then by comfort. If your group falls between two sizes, the larger vehicle leaves room for jackets and anyone who joins at the last minute. If someone is bringing signs, a large merch haul, or anything bulky, tell us in advance so we can match the right vehicle.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the evening’s running costs.

You won’t pay separate highway tolls, downtown event parking while the driver waits, or a fuel charge at the end of the night. A few items can be added on top of your hours, and they’re consistently clear in advance. The after-hours surcharge applies to service outside daytime hours, as explained above. Hours beyond your reserved block are billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. Your WhatsApp confirmation lists the vehicle, the hours, and any of these extras before you pay, so you know the full total before the night starts.

Can We Combine Dinner and the KATSEYE Show in One Booking? 🥂

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking.

Think of the evening as one continuous booking rather than separate rides. The clock starts at your first pickup, so a restaurant stop just uses part of your hours, with no new fare between dinner and the concert. Numerous families book a little more than the minimum so dinner never feels rushed. Adult groups sometimes add a stop after the show for dessert or late drinks in Brickell before heading north. The most useful planning tip is to share your restaurant and reservation time when you book. The driver will then plan backward from the 8:00 PM start so you don’t have to select between dessert and the opening song. If dinner runs long, the driver adjusts the route. If the group wants to stay out afterward, you just keep the car longer.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Around Hollywood?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Hollywood and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, plus Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It’s an on-call, relaxed service that stays around town, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Hollywood to KATSEYE? 🚐

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group works as your private concert shuttle.

People search for a private shuttle when they want one vehicle that moves a large group together, and that’s what the Sprinter tiers do. No seats are sold to strangers, and there’s no fixed timetable. Your group chooses the pickup time, the stops, and when to leave the arena. For smaller groups, the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV does the same job in a smaller cabin. Either way, you obtain a private vehicle with a chauffeur. It isn’t a rental you drive yourself or a bus route with other riders. Nobody in your group has to worry about directions, downtown parking, or getting home after a late encore. Families like that the kids ride only with people they know. Friend groups like that the fun starts as soon as the doors close.

Can We Book a Chauffeur Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, if a vehicle is available. Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Where Do You Reserve Your Hollywood Pickup for October 13? 🎊

Reserve over WhatsApp by sending your group size, a rough start time, and your stops.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Hollywood the evening starts, whether you want dinner before the show, and roughly when you’d like to be home. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group size and the total for your hours, including the evening surcharge. You’ll also obtain a payment link to lock in the date. Opening night of the North American leg is drawing fans from across South Florida, so checking availability early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and start times. Once your payment is in, the date is reserved for you, and the only thing left to plan is the outfit. Message us today to confirm your booking.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
