Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees at loanDepot park

A private hourly chauffeur from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees at loanDepot park on Friday, May 7, 2027, starts at a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver collects the group at any address in Downtown Miami, keeps the same car on call all evening, and the price stays locked at booking with no surge on the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami to the Yankees Game Cost? 📋

Rates run per vehicle, per hour, and every reservation covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each price covers the whole vehicle rather than a single seat, so a group that splits the total keeps a full evening at the ballpark affordable for everyone on board. The booked hours run from your Downtown Miami pickup and cover the drive, the pre-game stops, the game itself, and the ride back, with no separate charge for any leg. Families, fan clubs, and colleagues all pay the same posted rate for the same tier. You see the full cost of your block before you book, right in your WhatsApp confirmation.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Day Car? 📋

Payment is simple and settled over WhatsApp, with the full fare paid up front.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Need the Quick Facts on a Downtown Miami Game-Day Chauffeur? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish throughout the booking.
  • Service is available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One quick comfort stop for a restroom or snack never changes the rate.
  • You can add, drop, or reorder stops at any point during the block.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour takes your group from Downtown Miami to the series opener.

Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees opens a weekend interleague series on Friday, May 7, 2027, and it is one of the most anticipated visits on the Marlins home calendar. The Yankees travel with a huge following, and New York transplants living across South Florida turn the stands into a split crowd, with pinstripes and Marlins colors trading cheers from the first pitch. The ballpark sits in Little Havana, and its retractable roof and air conditioning keep a May evening comfortable once you are inside. Big crowds mean busy approaches and crowded lots, and that is where a reserved car earns its place. Your group rides together in one private vehicle, arrives in the same mood it had when it left Downtown, and never has to decide who stays sober enough to drive home.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Downtown Miami on Game Day? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives west from Downtown Miami into Little Havana. Outside event traffic, it is typically a short trip.

The usual routes run west on NW 7th Street or West Flagler Street through Little Havana, or along the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) when game traffic backs up the surface streets. A driver who works this corridor watches how the crowd is moving and picks the approach that is flowing, so nobody in the back seat has to watch a map. On a Yankees Friday, the streets around the ballpark fill well before first pitch and the nearby lots fill with fans who planned ahead. A reserved car takes all of that off your plate: no lot to pay for, no hunt for an open space, and no long walk from a distant garage. The questions below cover the three details fans ask about most: when to leave, where you get out, and what happens if the game refuses to end.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the Yankees Opener?

Plan to leave Downtown Miami well ahead of first pitch. Allow a generous cushion, because a Yankees Friday crowds the approach more than a typical Marlins night. Confirm the posted first-pitch time, then set the pickup with your driver on WhatsApp. Leaving early also gives you time to find your seats, walk the concourse, and enjoy a relaxed first drink.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

Your driver brings the group as close to the venue as access allows on game night and agrees on a clear pickup spot for the ride home before anyone gets out. Street closures and traffic officers decide the exact drop-off point, so your chauffeur adjusts on the spot instead of circling the block with you inside.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes Into Extra Innings?

Yes. Your chauffeur waits through the final out, however many innings it takes, because the car is booked by the hour rather than by the ride. If the game runs past your reserved block, you simply keep the car, and the group walks out to the same vehicle and the same familiar face instead of a crowded curb.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Downtown Miami that you choose at booking.

Typical game-day pickups are a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower near Bayfront Park or Miami Worldcenter, or an office building off Flagler Street after the workday ends. Your driver pulls up at the agreed time, texts you over WhatsApp when the car is at the door, and loads everyone in one go, so the group leaves together instead of trickling out in separate cars. If some of your party is staying across the river in Brickell or on Brickell Key, the chauffeur can collect them first and circle back. When you book, share the exact tower name, lobby entrance, or valet lane, since several Downtown buildings have more than one driveway. With a clear pickup point, the evening starts calmly, with jerseys on and everyone together, instead of a phone call trying to find the car.

Can a PortMiami Cruise Arrival Go Straight to the Game?

Yes. If your ship docks at PortMiami on game day, your driver can meet the group at the cruise terminal and include that pickup in the same hourly block. Check in at your Downtown hotel on the way, grab a meal nearby, then head west to the ballpark without juggling separate rides.

What Can You Do in Downtown Miami Before First Pitch? 🍸

Downtown Miami offers waterfront dining, rooftop bars, and Brickell restaurants right beside your pickup point.

Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Bay is the easy choice for a group that wants a casual bite and a view of the boats. Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village pack steakhouses, sushi counters, and sports bars into a few walkable blocks. Sports bars around Brickell fill with Yankees fans on a series opener, which makes for a lively warm-up. For a proper pre-game toast, a rooftop lounge in Brickell or Downtown sets the tone before the drive west. Because the chauffeur is yours by the hour, staying for another round means no parking meter and no valet ticket, and the group moves on when you are ready. These are suggestions from a driver who knows the area. Reservations and tabs are yours to arrange.

Which Little Havana Stops Sit on the Way to the Ballpark?

SW 8th Street, the main strip of Little Havana, lies close to the drive west, so a stop there fits neatly into the ride. Versailles serves classic Cuban plates and strong Cuban coffee, Domino Park draws regulars to its tables, and Ball & Chain keeps live music going for a post-game drink.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Ballpark Night? 🚙

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all covered by the hourly rate you book.

That means no parking fee for you to cover, no toll surprise on the expressway, and no fuel line on the final bill, whichever route the evening takes. There is room for the gear fans actually bring, like signs, merch, or a cooler, and if you plan to carry something big, tell us in advance. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The section below explains exactly how it works. Every other part of the price is already shown on this page.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for the Yankees Series Opener? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a crowded Friday game into a smoother, better experience for your group.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so the conversation, the music, and the pre-game plans stay yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book. A packed crowd or a traffic jam never pushes it up, and there is no surge on the way home. One chauffeur handles the whole evening, so one person already knows your hotel, your dinner stop, and where you desire to go after the game. That bilingual driver stays with the car through the game, so the group never has to scramble for a ride once the stands empty. You plan everything over WhatsApp directly with the people who dispatch your car, so a changed time or an added guest gets a quick answer. It is premium service built around your night, not around a meter.

Does a Friday Night Game Carry an After-Hours Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries none, and the charge for each vehicle type is listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A Friday night booking from Downtown Miami usually crosses that line on the ride home, so build it into your plan from the start. The SUV charge is one fixed amount per trip rather than per hour. The Sprinter charge is a percentage of the trip value, which keeps it proportional for larger groups. Your WhatsApp confirmation spells out whether the surcharge applies before you pay. Nothing else changes after dark: same car, same chauffeur, same choice of routes.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Marlins vs. Yankees? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends in jerseys.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew rides together instead of splitting into separate cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: seats 10 to 14 passengers, right for a birthday group, a fan club, or a team outing.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin for clients or a special celebration. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides the tier, so count everyone, including kids, before you message us. If your group falls right between two tiers, choosing the larger one keeps the cabin comfortable for the ride home, when everyone is tired and carrying souvenirs.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Day? 📋

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur stays with you throughout.

Start by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. We match the right tier and confirm the plan. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether a hotel, the PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and the exact spot is agreed at booking. From there you set the order of the evening: a Brickell dinner, a Little Havana detour, the ballpark, a nightcap afterward. The same car and chauffeur cover every leg and wait at each stop, so you never have to book another ride. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car for as long as the night lasts.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Marlins vs. New York Yankees From Downtown Miami? 🏟️

A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the easiest way there and back.

Driving yourself means joining the parking line with the rest of the crowd and then driving home after a long night of cheering. Stitching together separate rides means a new car for every leg and a crowded pickup zone just as the ballpark empties. A reserved vehicle solves both problems: the group leaves Downtown together, rides the whole evening in one cabin, and heads home in the same seats it arrived in. It suits visiting Yankees fans who desire to see a bit of Miami around the game, Marlins regulars hosting friends from out of town, and anyone treating the opener as a birthday or a reunion. The answers below cover the other questions fans send most often before they reserve: dinner plans, service area and short-notice bookings.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. Add a dinner stop on either side of the game, and the driver simply waits while you eat. Groups often book a table in Brickell before heading west, or finish the night in Little Havana after the final out. The stop fits inside your booked hours, so all you need to plan is the timing.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Downtown Miami?

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It runs as an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of it.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside on such short notice. Inside that final 24-hour window, the booking runs exactly as agreed, and a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. The flexible part stays open: you can always add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Downtown Miami to loanDepot park?

Yes, in the form of your own private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, reserved for your group alone and driven by your chauffeur for the whole block. Nobody else boards, there is no fixed timetable, and the private van leaves Downtown when your party is ready.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
