Transfer to Kaseya Center for the Gente de Zona Concert

This is a private hourly chauffeur service from Miami to the Gente de Zona concert at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your group keeps one premium vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur for the whole night, and the rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Concert-Night Chauffeur in Miami Cost? 📋

Hourly pricing depends on the vehicle your group needs, and every concert-night booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, not a per-person seat, so a full car spreads the cost across everyone riding. That makes a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter a natural way for a bigger crew to travel together and split one bill, while a couple can keep a Black SUV XL entirely to themselves. Your total reflects just two things: the tier you pick and the number of hours you keep it. The Platinum SUV is the step up for a group celebrating something on concert night, like a birthday, an anniversary, or a first live show together, when the ride itself should feel like part of the occasion.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so the price above covers all the driving.

Parking is a real concern downtown on a show night, and here your chauffeur takes care of it without adding anything to your bill. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch is simple at any point in the booking. Just ask the driver, and your rate stays the same. There’s room for what concertgoers actually carry, like signs, a light jacket, and merch bags on the way home, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The only extra charge that may apply is the night surcharge explained in its own section below.

How Do You Pay for a Show-Night Chauffeur Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare up front, plus a simple settle-up at the end if you stay out later than planned.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Every booking starts with a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply After the Concert? 🎆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Trips outside daytime hours add the following by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For this concert, the surcharge is part of the plan from the start, so it won’t surprise you at the end. An SUV booking adds one flat charge per trip. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booking adds a percentage of the trip value instead. Both are shown above in plain terms, so a group choosing between an SUV and a Sprinter can factor in the difference before deciding. Nothing else changes after dark. The same vehicle and the same chauffeur carry you from dinner through the final song and back to your door, with the same comfort and attention late at night as in the early evening.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work in Miami? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night runs on your schedule.

When you book, tell us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, and we match you with the right vehicle for your party. From the first pickup, the same driver stays with your group for the whole block and waits wherever you stop, the concert included. You set the stops and the pace: dinner first, a detour to pick up a friend, the show, then a late bite or straight home. Add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert without renegotiating anything. The booking covers five hours to start. After that 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so if the night is going well, you can keep the car as long as you need. Those added hours are settled once the evening is over, not in the middle of your plans.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address you choose, and the exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. That can be your home or a hotel. It can also be Miami International Airport if you’re flying in for the show, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into concert night.

When Is Gente de Zona Playing Kaseya Center in Miami? 🎤

Gente de Zona plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Friday, December 11, 2026, with an 8:00 PM start.

The Cuban duo headlines the city’s main arena on its own, touring a new album about island identity, celebration, and resilience. At heart it’s a Latin dance concert, and Miami treats it that way, with friend groups dressed to dance, couples on a date night, and families spanning generations who grew up singing the same choruses. The arena sits on the Biscayne Bay waterfront beside Bayside Marketplace, so the surrounding blocks fill with fans, restaurant crowds, and traffic well before the first song. On a Friday in the holiday season, downtown gets especially lively, and that’s exactly the kind of evening when a dedicated car and chauffeur are worth building into the plan.

Who Are Gente de Zona?

Gente de Zona is a Grammy- and Latin Grammy-winning Cuban duo made up of Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom. They built a global audience by blending reggaeton with Cuban dance rhythms like salsa, and their hits with Enrique Iglesias and Marc Anthony reached listeners everywhere. With its deep Cuban roots, Miami is a natural home stage for them.

What Is a Gente de Zona Concert Like Live?

A live show feels like a giant dance party, with tropical percussion, reggaeton beats, and sing-along choruses that pull the whole arena to its feet. Fans come ready to move for the entire set, which is one more reason to leave the driving to someone else and save your energy for dancing.

Where Can You Buy Tickets for the December 11 Show?

Tickets are sold through the arena’s official channels and the major ticketing sites, and the arena’s own website is the place to confirm the latest event details. We don’t sell concert tickets. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur that get your group there and back, so secure your seats first, then lock in the ride.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Gente de Zona at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Leave early enough for dinner and an unrushed arrival well ahead of the 8:00 PM start.

Concert nights downtown bring heavy traffic on the approaches to the arena, hectic crosswalks, and a stream of cars all aiming for the same few blocks as showtime nears. The answer is an early start and a simple pace. Plan your pickup so the group can enjoy dinner first and still reach the arena with a comfortable cushion. When you confirm, we help you settle on a start time based on where you’re starting and where you want to eat. Arriving ahead of the crowd means shorter entry lines, time to find your seats, and no watching the clock from a stalled lane while the opening song plays inside. Because the car stays with your group all evening, starting early costs you nothing in coordination. It simply becomes the first relaxed chapter of the night.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows, then handles the parking so nobody walks in from a distant lot. On busy show nights, traffic control can shift the nearest workable drop-off point, and your driver adjusts on the spot so you step out with a short, easy walk to the entrance.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes. Because the booking is by the hour, your driver stays nearby through the entire concert instead of leaving after the drop-off. When the show ends, message the driver on WhatsApp, meet at the agreed spot, and ride home in the same vehicle while the after-show crowd is still hunting for rides at the curb.

Where Should Your Group Eat Before the Concert in Miami? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and the waterfront around Bayside Marketplace all create simple pre-show dinner stops.

Brickell suits a group that wants a polished dinner and a cocktail among the towers before the concert. For a meal that matches the music, Little Havana puts you among Cuban restaurants and bakeries, a fitting warm-up for a night of Cuban dance music. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena, so a waterfront bite there keeps the last leg of the evening short. Wynwood works for friends who want murals, a creative crowd, and a drink before heading downtown. Wherever you select, the same chauffeur loops between stops and stays close while you eat, so nobody hunts for parking or keeps checking the time. These are ideas for how to spend your hours. You reserve the table, and we build the route around it, adjusting on the spot if dinner runs long or someone wants a quick photo on the bayfront.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A dinner stop fits inside the same booking: your driver picks you up, drops the group at the restaurant, stays parked nearby through the meal, and then continues to the concert. Include the restaurant when you confirm so the timing works comfortably around the 8:00 PM start.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Concert?

South Beach is the classic late stop for groups still buzzing after the encore, with the Ocean Drive lights and late-night bites. Coconut Grove offers a calmer bayside nightcap, and Wynwood keeps the energy going for anyone still dancing. Because you set the stops, your driver simply heads wherever the group decides, then takes everyone home.

Which Key Facts Matter Before You Book a Concert Chauffeur? 🚐

  • Your group gets one dedicated vehicle and driver, never split with other riders.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available every day of the week, day or night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • The same driver waits between every stop, so nothing needs re-booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night for two to a big crew of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. A roomy, discreet ride for couples and small friend groups heading downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a mid-size group to ride together and arrive as one.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping a large birthday or family group together in a single private van.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The vehicle carries only your group, with the same chauffeur at the wheel for the whole booking. If your headcount changes after you reserve, send us a message and we’ll match you with the tier that fits so no one is left out.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Downtown Miami Concert Night? 🌆

A private chauffeur turns concert night into a premium service experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and one dedicated bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, so the person who drops you off is the person who drives you home. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking. It doesn’t climb with traffic, weather, or a packed downtown Friday, and there’s never surge pricing. You talk directly with us on WhatsApp before and during the night, so a change of plans is one message away. Your chauffeur treats the evening as your night out, not a string of separate fares, and plans every leg around your group. All of that adds up to a better experience than juggling rides stop by stop, and a better service for friends and couples who would rather spend the night on the music than on logistics.

Is There a Private Ride From Miami to Gente de Zona? 🎊

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur to the Gente de Zona concert is exactly what we run.

Whether you search for a private van, a luxury SUV with a driver, or group transportation for a birthday crew, you’ll find the same product: a vehicle reserved for your party, with our chauffeur at the wheel. Every vehicle comes with its driver. Nothing is self-drive, and seats are never sold individually to strangers. Groups that want a luxury feel select the Platinum SUV, while bigger parties book a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone rides together. The booking is built around your evening rather than a fixed schedule, so the car leaves when your group is ready and follows the plan you set, from the first stop to the last.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

Hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city rather than heading to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A service booked for within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
