Transfer to Kaseya Center for the Ryan Castro Concert

Our private hourly chauffeur drives you from Miami to Ryan Castro at Kaseya Center on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one dedicated chauffeur stays with your group from dinner to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Concert Chauffeur Cost per Hour in Miami? 🚙

Your hourly rate depends on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking starts with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate is charged per vehicle, not per person, so everyone riding together shares one hourly figure instead of paying for separate cars. That is why friend groups heading to a big Saturday concert often come out ahead by traveling in one cabin: one vehicle, one chauffeur, one bill, and nobody left at a curb waiting for a second car. Reading the list is simple. Find the line that matches your headcount, and that is your hourly figure for the whole evening. Extra stops do not change it, and neither does a dinner detour, a longer stay at the restaurant, or a late drop-off at a friend’s place across town. The block you reserve covers the full night, from the first pickup through dinner, the concert, and the drive home, and the only possible add-ons are spelled out clearly further down this page.

Does a Late Concert Night Carry a Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside that window carry a small add-on based on your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV line is a single amount per trip, not a charge that stacks up hour after hour. The Sprinter line works as a percentage of the trip value, which keeps it in proportion to the size of the booking. Both are confirmed in writing over WhatsApp before your date, so what you pay matches what you already agreed. It only reflects that the service runs late at night.

Need the Short Version Before You Book the Concert Ride? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for your group alone.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you linger at each.
  • The same driver stays with the car between every stop on your plan.
  • A quick restroom or snack stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Service is available 24/7, daytime or late evening, any day of the week.
  • Every tier comes with a chauffeur, and no vehicle is ever self-driven.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so your group never pays for gas, a toll, or a downtown garage on show night.

On a busy Saturday downtown, that means finding and paying for a parking spot is one less thing to think about. The vehicle also has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you need to pull up digital tickets or send a meeting spot to friends arriving separately. There is room for the flags, signs, and merch fans bring to a Ryan Castro night, so just tell us in advance if you are bringing something big. The only other charges that may apply are the night surcharge above and any hours you choose to add beyond your reserved block.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ryan Castro Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with the Black SUV XL and going up to a Sprinter for the whole crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a sleek black SUV for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a group of friends to ride in together and talk before the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the largest private tier, suited to a big birthday crew or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, a more refined luxury-class cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose the tier that seats everyone comfortably instead of squeezing in. A group that outgrows one tier moves up to the next and still rides together in a single private vehicle. If your headcount grows before December 19, tell us so the vehicle matches the final group.

Is the Platinum SUV a Good Pick for a Couple’s Concert Night?

Yes. The Platinum SUV is the tier to choose when the concert is also a celebration, such as an anniversary or a birthday timed to the show. You get the same private, by-the-hour service as every tier in a more refined luxury-class cabin, with space for a few friends if the couple turns into a small party.

What Kind of Night Is Ryan Castro’s Los Chorros Con Richy Tour in Miami? 🎤

It is an arena headline reggaeton concert on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at 8:30 PM, and a big Latin music night downtown in the middle of the holiday season.

Ryan Castro is a Colombian reggaeton star from Medellín, and his sound mixes reggaeton with dancehall, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, and the feel of a Colombian street party. The Los Chorros Con Richy Tour is his 2026 run of big-room shows. He has headlined this arena before, and Miami press covered that night. The crowd is mostly Latino, with a strong Colombian presence alongside Venezuelan, Puerto Rican, Dominican, and Cuban fans who know every chorus. For friend groups and couples, that energy is a good reason to make a full night of it, with a relaxed dinner, the concert, and maybe one more stop before home. A chauffeur by the hour keeps that whole plan in one car, from the first pickup to the last goodbye.

Why Do Miami’s Colombian Fans Treat This Show Like a Celebration?

Miami’s large Colombian community turns out in force for Ryan Castro, and past shows here were described as a Colombian celebration, with fans proudly waving flags across the arena. It is a proud, loud, joyful night, and arriving together in one private vehicle keeps the group side by side from the moment the lights go down.

Where Should Your Group Eat Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, Wynwood, and the Downtown waterfront around Bayside Marketplace are the natural dinner districts before a downtown concert.

Brickell has polished restaurants and rooftop bars close to downtown, which works for groups who want a stylish start and a short hop to the show. Little Havana brings Cuban cafés, live music, and a lively neighborhood feel that fits a Latin concert night. Wynwood suits friends who like murals, casual spots, and a younger crowd before the arena. Doral’s Colombian and Venezuelan kitchens suit groups who want a taste of home before the show, and Coconut Grove offers a slower, leafy waterfront dinner for couples. The Bayside Marketplace area keeps dinner a short walk from the venue for anyone who wants to eat right before the show. Your chauffeur is glad to suggest a route between neighborhoods, but table reservations are yours to make.

Can Dinner and the Concert Fit Into One Booking?

Yes, one booking covers both. Your chauffeur drops the group at the restaurant, stays with the car while you eat, and continues to the show once dinner wraps. Choose a start time that leaves room for a relaxed meal, and the rest of the evening carries on in the same vehicle.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

The simplest way is a private chauffeur who brings your group downtown early, drops you close to the arena, and waits through the show to drive everyone home.

Kaseya Center sits on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami, beside Bayside Marketplace. On a big concert night the surrounding streets fill with arriving fans and circling cars all at once. A private chauffeur takes that off your plate. Nobody circles the block, nobody walks back through the crowd looking for a car, and the group arrives together instead of in scattered carloads. Your chauffeur plans the approach around event-night traffic and closures and changes the route if downtown streets back up. The three questions below cover the timing, the drop-off, and the ride home, which are the parts of a concert night that decide whether it goes smoothly.

How Early Should You Leave for the 8:30 PM Start?

Aim to be downtown well before the 8:30 PM start instead of arriving right at it, because pre-show traffic builds as the arena fills. The easiest approach is to plan dinner nearby so the group is already close when it’s time to head in. Your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time based on where you start.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as event-night access allows, at whichever drop-off point is open to arriving cars that evening. Before you step out, you agree on a pickup spot for after the show, so everyone knows exactly where to find the car when the lights come up.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes. Because the booking runs by the hour, your chauffeur stays nearby with the car for the entire concert. When the final song ends, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed pickup spot. Your group rides home together while much of the crowd is still working out how to leave.

Where Can the Night Go After the Final Song? 🥃

A late stop in Brickell, South Beach, or Wynwood is easy to add, because your booking keeps the same car and chauffeur with you after the show.

Brickell’s late lounges and rooftop bars are the quickest option for groups that want to keep the conversation going once the show ends. South Beach and Ocean Drive suit friends who want the classic Miami night across the causeway, with neon and ocean air. Wynwood leans toward music, murals, and a more casual scene that often runs late. Some groups just want a quiet late bite before heading back to the hotel, and that works just as well. You don’t have to set the plan in advance. Decide in the car, tell your chauffeur, and go. Dropping friends at different addresses at the end of the night is part of the same booking, so nobody has to find their own way home to Miami Beach or Coral Gables at that hour.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Arena Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur is a better experience than driving yourself, because nobody in the group has to offer up the celebration to sit behind the wheel.

Your chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, so conversation is easy for a crowd that switches between both languages all night. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge for event-night demand, traffic, or weather. One dedicated chauffeur covers the whole block, waits out the show, and keeps the same clean upscale vehicle ready for the next stop. You have direct WhatsApp contact before and during the night, so a changed dinner time or a new late stop takes one message. The usual concert-night routine means circling for parking, picking a designated driver, and walking back to a car in the dark. Next to that, this is merely a more upscale service for the whole group.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Concert-Night Booking? 📋

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You pick the vehicle for your group and reserve a five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The evening follows your plan, not a fixed route, and you can change it on the night by adding a stop, skipping one, or staying longer somewhere, with no new fare to agree. Your chauffeur handles the driving and the downtown traffic while the group focuses on the show. If the night runs longer than planned, keep the car. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle those hours after the day. That makes the booking easy to size. Reserve the hours you expect to require, then extend on the spot whenever the schedule allows if the concert, a late dinner, or a long goodbye runs over.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. If you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight to the concert, and the same car carries the rest of the evening from the terminal onward.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Kaseya Center? 🚙

Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur by the hour for the December 19 concert, and the car belongs to your group for the full evening.

This is the booking most fans mean when they search for a concert car service, a driver for the night, or a private van to the arena: one reserved vehicle, one chauffeur, and your own plan for the evening. It suits couples who want a polished date night and friend groups who would rather ride in together than coordinate parking. It also suits visitors staying in Miami Beach or Brickell who would rather not learn downtown streets on a busy Saturday. Families taking a teenager to the show like knowing exactly who is driving. The answers below cover the other things fans ask about most, from how far the service reaches to booking at the last minute.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an unhurried, on-call service that stays around the city, so farther trips to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of these hourly bookings.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We confirm before your date, so the plan is settled well ahead of the concert.

What Happens If You Book the Concert Ride Within 24 Hours?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time run exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Ryan Castro Concert?

Yes. It is a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone and hired by the hour. There is no fixed schedule and no seats sold to other riders. Your private van picks up your crew, follows your stops, and runs on your group’s timing from dinner through the drive home.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
