Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 10, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 6:00 PM. The same chauffeur and car stay with your group from the first pickup until you’re back home.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every game-night booking lasts at least five hours.
The rate covers the vehicle, not each passenger. A full Sprinter splits the cost of the evening across everyone aboard, and a couple in the Black SUV XL pays the same hourly rate as a full car. Five hours leaves room for a relaxed pickup, a pre-game meal downtown, the whole game, and the ride back to your hotel or home. Select the tier that fits your headcount, then decide between the everyday Black SUV XL and the step-up Platinum SUV. That hourly rate is the number you plan around. The only add-on that can apply on a late game night is the after-hours surcharge explained further down, and every figure you require is on this page.
We have four private tiers, so there’s a fit for a couple on a date night and for a whole crew of fans.
Every tier comes with its own chauffeur. We never hand over a vehicle for self-driving, and no vehicle is ever shared with another party. Select by headcount first and then by style. The two SUVs suit smaller groups, and the Sprinter keeps a larger crew together from the first pickup to the drive home.
The Platinum SUV tier is a class of full-size luxury SUVs, and these models show the standard you can expect. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. They are examples of the class, not a promise of one specific model. Every Platinum SUV arrives clean and chauffeured for your group alone.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Any trip outside that window adds one after-hours charge.
Daytime hours end at 6:00 PM, so a 6:00 PM tip-off puts the evening in the surcharge window for your vehicle. It helps to know how the charge works before you select your start time. The SUV surcharge is one flat add-on per trip, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. Neither one changes your hourly rate or adds up hour by hour. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. If you plan a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap after the final buzzer, the line that matches your vehicle is added once.
With a private chauffeur, game night is one continuous evening with nothing to drive, park, or rebook.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge and no change for downtown traffic, rain, or a sold-out night. One dedicated chauffeur is yours for the whole block. You see the same face at every pickup, and your driver already knows your plan, your names, and where you like to be picked up. Our chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, which suits a Heat crowd where both languages carry through the stands. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so changing the plan takes one quick message. That’s what premium service means here: a calmer, better experience from the first pickup until you walk through your own front door.
The hourly rate covers fuel, tolls, and parking, along with the chauffeur and the vehicle.
That means no garage ticket downtown, no toll bill later, and no fuel charge added to your total. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, merch bags, and a jacket for later. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Your chauffeur handles the driving and the downtown traffic, and your group just enjoys the night.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening your way.
Start with a WhatsApp message that lists your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want, such as dinner, a friend’s apartment, the arena, or a post-game spot. We match your headcount to the right vehicle, confirm the plan, and hold the car and driver for you. On the night, the chauffeur arrives at your chosen address and stays with you for the whole block, driving from stop to stop in the order you select. You can add a quick detour to collect a late friend, skip a stop, or stay longer over dessert. Just tell the driver, because the itinerary is never locked. Your driver stays downtown during the game, so the ride home is already arranged. The game-night section below covers arrival and pickup details.
The driver picks you up at any Miami address you choose, such as a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. We agree on the exact spot when you book. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can go straight from the terminal to the game, and if you land that afternoon, you can go straight from the arrivals curb to downtown.
You just keep the car. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot. You settle the extra hours after the evening ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.
Your chauffeur drives straight into Downtown Miami and takes the group to the bayfront arena, with no hunt for parking.
Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Bay next to Bayside Marketplace. On a Heat game night, the streets around it fill up as tip-off gets closer, with garage lines, drop-off traffic, and fans on foot all heading for the same few blocks. A private driver removes the two worst parts: hunting for a parking space and walking back to a distant lot after the game. Your group steps out, goes in together, and never has to think about where the car went. Check the arena’s own website for entry rules and what you can bring inside before you leave home. You and your chauffeur sort out everything else over WhatsApp, including timing, drop-off, waiting, and pickup after the final buzzer, as the three answers below explain.
Leave early enough to reach downtown well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, because traffic toward the arena builds through the late afternoon. Groups coming from Doral, Coral Gables, or Miami Beach should leave earlier than a party a few blocks away in Brickell. If you add a pre-game dinner, move the pickup earlier. Your driver will suggest a start time.
The driver takes your group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows. Traffic control around a sold-out arena can change which curbs are open. Your chauffeur chooses the best drop-off point available that night, tells you by WhatsApp, and agrees on a pickup spot with you before you go inside.
Yes. The driver stays nearby for the whole game, because the car and chauffeur are reserved for your full block. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the pickup spot you agreed on. The car comes to you, and your group is headed home or on to a late dinner while others are still looking for their garage level.
Anticipate a full, loud Sunday-evening NBA crowd at the Heat’s home arena on the bay.
Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans is a regular-season game between an Eastern Conference home team and a Western Conference visitor, with tip-off at 6:00 PM. Heat home games have a long tradition of full houses. This January weekend date also falls in Miami’s busiest visitor season, so many fans plan their whole day around the game. The crowd looks like Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, Caribbean and Black fans, visitors from up north escaping the winter, and longtime season-ticket holders in their Heat gear. You’ll hear Spanish and English all over the concourse. That mix is why an hourly booking works so well for this game. A family with kids, friends making a night of it, and a couple celebrating an anniversary all want the same thing: arrive together, enjoy the game, and get home effortlessly.
No. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only, and you buy game tickets separately through the official Heat and arena channels. Once you have seats, send us your group size and plan. The booking covers everything between your front door and the arena and back, so all you need to carry in is your ticket.
Brickell, Little Havana, and Wynwood are all easy pre-game dinner stops on an hourly booking.
Brickell is the natural choice for a polished sit-down meal among the high-rises, and it’s close enough to downtown that nobody has to rush dessert. Little Havana suits fans who want Cuban coffee, a pressed sandwich, and the neighborhood’s music before the game, which is a good warm-up for such a bilingual crowd. Wynwood has murals, craft breweries, and a relaxed, artsy feel for friends who want photos before the arena. Some families prefer a walk along the bay at Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, before going in. With an hourly booking, the car moves with you between stops and is ready when the check arrives, so nobody hunts for parking twice in one evening. These are ideas, not reservations. We provide the car and chauffeur, and your driver is happy to suggest a route that fits your timing and taste.
Yes. You set the stops, so a post-game nightcap in South Beach, a late meal in Brickell, or a quiet drive along the Coconut Grove waterfront all work if your block still has time left. If the celebration runs long, ask the driver to keep going, and the night continues in the same car.
Yes. Full payment at booking reserves your night.
Yes. You get a private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with its own chauffeur, reserved by the hour for your group only.
Every ride is private. There are no pooled seats, no fixed departure schedule, and no strangers joining along the way. If you search for a private shuttle to the Heat game, this is it: a private van with a chauffeur who follows your timetable. If you search for a limo, the Platinum tier gives you the luxury-SUV version. The vehicle is yours for the whole block, so the plan adjusts around your group, whether that means a late friend, a longer dinner, or an extra photo stop by the bay. The questions below cover what fans ask most often before they confirm: group size, pets, short-notice bookings, and which parts of the Miami area the hourly service covers on game night.
Our larger private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our biggest tier, so even a large Heat crew rides together in one van. The Sprinter comes in two sizes matched to your headcount, and smaller groups fit comfortably in the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV. The price list above shows the seat range for every tier.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. A quick WhatsApp message while you plan keeps the evening simple for everyone.
If you book service for within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We keep these hours close to the city instead of driving out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so every game night stays relaxed.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
