Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans at Kaseya Center on October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM for the Heat’s home preseason opener, and the same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the ride home.
Your price depends only on the vehicle you select, and every booking covers at least five hours.
The figure beside each vehicle is the full hourly charge. It won’t climb once you’re in your seat. Your total for the night comes down to two choices: which vehicle carries your group, and how many hours you keep it. Preseason nights tend to be relaxed, so numerous groups put dinner, the game, and a nightcap into a single booking instead of arranging separate rides across town. Pick the tier that fits your headcount and the cabin comfort you desire. Then send your group size and a rough start time on WhatsApp to check availability for October 8.
Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full watch-party crew.
Every tier is a private vehicle reserved only for your party, and every one comes with our chauffeur at the wheel. None of them are self-drive rentals. A group that falls between two tiers, such as a party of six, can select the extra room of the Sprinter or the polish of the Platinum SUV.
The Platinum SUV is our luxury option for riders who want a limo-style night out. We don’t run stretch limos. You get a full-size luxury SUV, a chauffeur, and a private cabin for your group, booked by the hour like every other tier and kept for the whole evening.
Yes. You reserve by paying the full fare when you book.
Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour takes your group to the Heat’s home preseason opener.
Miami Heat vs. New Orleans Pelicans on October 8, 2026 is the first time this season’s Heat roster plays for its home crowd, after the team opens the preseason in Quebec City. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM on the downtown bayfront. The crowd looks like Miami itself: longtime fans in Heat red and black, families bringing kids to their first NBA game, coworkers on a team outing, and Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and other Latin American families cheering side by side. Veterans frequently play shorter stretches in preseason, which gives rookies and new signings a chance to create a first impression. With a private vehicle, your group arrives together, talks through the new roster on the way in, and leaves when you’re ready.
Yes. The October 8 matchup is an exhibition game in the Heat’s short preseason schedule before the regular season starts. Preseason nights usually feel looser than regular-season games because coaches are still settling the rotation. That makes this a friendly first game for kids and an early look at new faces on the roster.
No. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur, not game tickets. Seats are sold through the team’s official channels, including HEAT.com and Ticketmaster. Once your group has its seats, send us your headcount and plans for the evening, and we’ll plan the ride around the 7:30 PM tip-off.
Your chauffeur drives you downtown, drops you near the arena, and stays until the final buzzer.
The arena sits on the downtown bayfront next to Bayside Marketplace. On game nights, the surrounding blocks fill with fans, commuters heading home, and event traffic control. Your chauffeur plans the approach around that pre-game rush and sets a pickup time that gets your group downtown well before tip-off, ahead of the late wave. You step out as close to the venue as access allows and walk in together, with time to locate your seats, grab food, and watch warmups. No one has to hunt for a garage, wait on a ramp, or stay behind to park and jog in later. The exit is planned just as carefully, so the ride out is settled before the first quarter starts.
Your driver drops the group at the closest drop-off point event traffic control allows that evening, as near to the entrance as possible. Lanes around the arena can change on game nights, so the chauffeur confirms the exact spot when you arrive and tells you the pickup point, so everyone knows where to meet later.
Yes. Your hourly booking keeps the car and chauffeur reserved for your group through all four quarters, and the vehicle waits nearby, so you never need to find a ride home. When the final horn sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed pickup point. Your chauffeur brings the car around while the crowd is still looking for rides.
No. The pickup plan is the same whether your seats are in a low row near the floor or high in the upper level. Everyone heads to the meeting spot confirmed at drop-off. Friends sitting in different rows or sections meet up there and get into the same car together.
Brickell, Little Havana, and the Bayside waterfront all create simple dinner stops before tip-off.
Brickell, just south of downtown, is the natural choice for a sit-down dinner, with restaurant-lined streets and rooftop bars. Little Havana suits groups who desire Cuban food, strong coffee, and a lively street scene where locals play dominoes in the park. Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, works for a swift waterfront bite or some souvenir shopping when time is tight. Wynwood’s murals and breweries create a colorful early stop for photos in team gear. Because you keep the same car for the whole block, moving between two or three of these neighborhoods costs nothing beyond the hours you’ve already booked, and nobody circles for street parking. These are only suggestions. You pick the places and create your own reservations, and your chauffeur gets you there and keeps the evening on schedule.
Yes. You set the stops, so a pre-game route might start with photos among the Wynwood murals, continue to dinner in Brickell, and end at the arena drop-off. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer at dinner. The plan follows your group, and your driver adjusts on the spot.
Many groups keep the night going. Brickell’s lounges are close to downtown, South Beach offers late dinners along Ocean Drive, and Coconut Grove is good for a quieter nightcap under the trees. Any hours left on your booking take you there, and the same car brings everyone home at the end of the night.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
For the SUV it’s a single amount per journey, and for the Sprinter it’s a share of the journey value, so every group knows how the late part of the evening affects its total. Nothing else changes after dark. You keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly pricing. Send your planned start time and expected finish on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm before game day whether the pickup is between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Along with road costs, every booking includes onboard WiFi, a comfort stop.
A mobile hotspot keeps the cabin connected, so your group can stream pre-game coverage, check the starting lineup, or post photos on the way. One short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple to fit in. Just ask the driver, and your rate stays the same. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs and bags of new merch. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. The only other charges are the night surcharge above, and any extra hours you decide to add.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, and you decide how the night goes.
Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, then select the tier that fits. Every booking is at least five hours, which leaves room for dinner before the game, the game itself, and the ride home. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: your hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship comes in that day and you desire to go straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or your home. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From that first pickup, the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole block. You decide the stops, the pace, and how long you stay anywhere, and the plan can change as the night goes on.
Yes. After your first five hours, each additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Overtime, a late dinner, or one more stop all work the same way. You settle the extra hours after the day wraps up, not on the spot.
A private chauffeur gives your downtown game night a upscale service experience from start to finish.
Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone, with no strangers, no shared seats, and no changing cars between stops. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, and it doesn’t surge when the arena empties. One dedicated driver covers the whole block and stays through the game, so the person who dropped you off is the one who drives you home. That chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when relatives or visiting friends are more comfortable in another language. You can message our booking team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night to change a stop or check timing. It adds up to better service on a busy downtown night: a clean upscale vehicle, the same driver at every pickup, and an evening that runs on your schedule.
Plan your pickup so you’re dropped off well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, with extra time for pre-game traffic downtown. Arriving early gives your group time to get through the entrance, locate seats, grab food, and watch warmups. If you’re starting from Doral, Coral Gables, or Key Biscayne, leave a little earlier than groups staying in Brickell.
Numerous groups solve the timing question by starting their block in the late afternoon, stopping for dinner on the way, and letting the chauffeur handle the final approach. That way, leaving early feels like part of the night instead of time spent waiting downtown. If you only desire the game and the ride home, tell us that too. Your chauffeur will still plan around the pre-game crowd so you aren’t walking in during the anthem.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes: one for mid-size groups and a larger one for the biggest parties we carry. The price list and vehicle guide above show the passenger range for each. A group that fits either size rides together in one vehicle, with one chauffeur for the whole night.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Once you agree on a service that takes place within the next 24 hours, that date and time are held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
This hourly service stays local: Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods game-night groups actually use: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city is what keeps the service on call and unhurried. The car is consistently near your next stop, and a change of plans in the middle of the evening is simple to handle. This hourly service doesn’t run out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. For a Heat night, that local focus fits well: dinner in one neighborhood, the game downtown, a nightcap in another, and then home, all within the same part of South Florida.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
