Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers on Friday, October 30, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM at the Downtown Miami arena. Your driver picks you up at any address in Surfside and stays with the group until you are back home.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate for your whole group, not a per-seat fare.
Every reservation starts with a block of five hours. For a game night from Surfside, that block fits the evening well: pickup at your building, an early dinner if you want one, the ride downtown, the full game, and the drive back up the beach. Choose your tier by headcount and comfort, not distance, because you pay for time with the car and not for miles. That means a stop in Brickell costs the same as heading straight to the arena. The rate is per vehicle, so a full SUV or Sprinter spreads the cost across everyone who rides.
A surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
On an SUV, the surcharge is one fixed amount per trip. On either Sprinter tier, it is a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed above. Nothing else changes after dark, and the included costs still apply on the late drive back to Surfside. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We add it when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp, so the group sees the full picture before paying.
Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside and crosses the bay into Downtown Miami.
Surfside sits on the northern part of the barrier island, just south of Bal Harbour. The trip to the arena runs down the beach and then west over one of the causeways onto Biscayne Boulevard. The drive is typically simple on a quiet afternoon. On a Friday evening, allow much more time, because commuters leaving Downtown share the roads with fans heading in for an 8:00 PM tip-off. This is where a chauffeur earns their keep: nobody in your group is watching the map, circling for a garage, or deciding who skips drinks to drive home. Your chauffeur picks the crossing that makes the most sense on the night. You just say when you want to reach the arena, and we plan the departure time from Surfside around that.
Most game-night drives take Collins Avenue or Indian Creek Drive south through Miami Beach. From there they cross west on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard, which runs right past the arena. If the beach side is backed up, the driver can cross the Broad Causeway or the 79th Street Causeway to the mainland and come down Biscayne Boulevard from the north.
Leave Surfside early enough to be in your seats well before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and allow extra time for Friday traffic on the causeways. Groups planning dinner downtown or a stop at Bayside usually start the booking in the late afternoon. Send us your ideal arrival time on WhatsApp and we will plan the pickup around it.
Pickup can be at any address in Surfside, agreed when you book.
Most riders meet the car at their hotel, such as the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside on Collins Avenue. Others meet it in the lobby of one of the oceanfront condo towers along the same stretch. Families in the quieter residential blocks west of Collins obtain curbside pickup right at the front door, and guests renting a beach house can gather everyone in the driveway. Tell us the exact spot, whether that’s the main lobby, a side entrance, or the valet lane, and the chauffeur will be there at the agreed time with the vehicle ready. The car is reserved for your group alone, so nobody has to hunt for the right ride among a line of cars outside the building as tip-off gets closer.
Bal Harbour Shops, just north of Surfside, is the classic spot for a pre-game dinner, with upscale restaurants a short walk from where the car drops you. For something more relaxed, Harding Avenue in Surfside has casual cafes and neighborhood places. Book your own table ahead of time, and the chauffeur will be ready to head south when the group finishes.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.
Kaseya Center stands on Biscayne Boulevard beside the bay, with Bayside Marketplace next door and Brickell just to the south. On a Heat night, the surrounding blocks fill up rapidly with fans, traffic control, and lane closures. Arriving early is the easiest way to beat tip-off traffic, so we plan the drive to reach Downtown with plenty of time before 8:00 PM. Heat crowds tend to reach in a rush close to tip-off. A group that gets inside early has time to locate seats, obtain food, and watch warmups without hurrying. When the final buzzer sounds, one WhatsApp message brings the same car to an agreed pickup point. That spot is frequently a short walk from the arena on a quieter street, so the group skips the crush at the main curb and rides back to Surfside together.
The drop-off is as close to the venue as access allows on the night, typically on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how police and venue staff are directing traffic. Your chauffeur confirms the exact spot on the way in and tells you the post-game pickup point before you walk inside, so no one has to guess later.
Yes. The chauffeur stays parked nearby for the entire game instead of leaving, because the vehicle is reserved for your group for the whole block. If a guest needs to leave before the final buzzer, a quick WhatsApp message brings the car around, and the driver can come back for the rest of the party afterward.
Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is a Friday-night game in the Emirates NBA Cup.
The in-season tournament gives an early-season matchup extra weight. It is also the last Heat home game of opening month, so expect a lively building from the first possession. The crowd is a true Miami mix: season-ticket regulars, families with young fans in jerseys, and groups of friends out to celebrate. You’ll also see coworkers hosting clients in a suite and visitors from the beach hotels catching a game on vacation. Heat games are known for style as much as basketball, and plenty of fans dress up for a Friday downtown. For a group from Surfside, the night is about more than the game: dinner before, a drink by the bay afterward, and a comfortable ride home. A chauffeur keeps all of that on track while the group enjoys an Eastern Conference game against a familiar rival.
Bayside Marketplace sits right next to the arena, with waterfront restaurants and bars for a pre-game bite or a post-game toast. Brickell, just across the Miami River, has rooftop lounges and late dinners. You keep the car by the hour, so your driver simply takes the group from one stop to the next while you decide where to go.
Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the usual costs of the evening.
That includes gas for all the driving, any toll on the causeway your chauffeur takes, and parking near the arena while you are inside. Nobody pays at a garage machine or splits a fee afterward. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the full block, and a Surfside game night rarely needs anything more. Only a few things can add to the bill: the after-hours surcharge described above and any hours you add beyond your reserved block. There is plenty of room for signs, jerseys, and new merch; just tell us in advance if you are bringing something big. Everything else the evening needs is already included.
Our private Sprinter vans carry the largest groups, and two SUV tiers suit smaller parties.
Headcount decides the tier, and comfort decides between the two SUVs. Once your party is too big for an SUV, one Sprinter keeps everyone together. Otherwise the group splits across two cars that reach the arena at different times and have to locate each other afterward. Send us the final headcount when you book so we can match the right vehicle, and let us know if the number changes during the week.
You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single ride.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us the date, the Surfside pickup spot, a rough start time, and any stops you have in mind. Every booking covers a minimum of five hours, scheduled around the timing you choose. The chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, you decide where to go and when, and the plan can change as the evening goes on. You don’t have to start in Surfside. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, whether a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking.
Yes. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. If overtime, a nightcap downtown, or a late dinner in Brickell makes the night run longer, just tell the driver. The extra time is settled after the day.
A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service from start to finish.
The vehicle belongs to your group alone, so the conversation, the pre-game plans, and the post-game debate stay among friends. Your flat rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a packed Friday and no change for traffic or weather. A bilingual chauffeur welcomes the group, is happy to assist grandparents and kids in and out, and does all the driving, so nobody has to be the designated driver. One driver stays with you through the whole block, so the person who dropped you off is the person who picks you up. You can reach the team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, with no phone menus or ticket numbers. Altogether, it is a better experience than fighting for a Downtown garage, and a calmer, more polished way to reach at one of the liveliest nights on the Miami sports calendar.
You pay the full fare when you book.
Yes, this hourly service covers Surfside and the local Miami region.
Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods a Heat fan actually moves between: Surfside and Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the region around Miami International Airport. We also cover neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local is what keeps the service relaxed and on call, because the car is never far from where your group wants to go next. Longer trips to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are outside this hourly service, which stays around the city so the driver is always close by. For a game night, that covers everything from a beachside pickup to a nightcap in Wynwood after the final buzzer, all in the same booking. Tell us about any stops along the way when you book, and we will confirm they fit the evening.
Yes, our private chauffeur by the hour covers the full trip from Surfside and back.
The booking covers the whole evening instead of a single trip. That matters most after the final buzzer, when the whole crowd pours onto Biscayne Boulevard at once. Visitors spending a long weekend in Surfside utilize it to see the Heat without learning Downtown streets. Locals book it for birthdays and anniversaries, and hosts reserve it to bring clients to the game in a polished vehicle. It is a private car, not a seat on someone else’s route, so your group leaves when it is ready and never waits on strangers. The same hourly setup also works for other Heat home games and concerts at the arena throughout the season. The questions below cover the last details guests commonly ask about before they confirm.
Yes, if you mean a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone, with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour. There are no shared seats, fixed departure times, or pickups for other passengers. Your group rides from Surfside to the arena and back on its own schedule, with room for everyone in one vehicle.
Yes, if a vehicle is available. Once a booking within the final 24 hours is confirmed, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us your group size, pickup spot, and plans on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Game nights by the bay are sought-after, so contacting us early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Add roughly when you would like to leave and whether dinner at Bal Harbour Shops or a drink near Bayside is part of the plan. We reply with the right vehicle, the hours, any after-hours surcharge, and the payment that secures the date. Once your payment is in, your evening is set, and all that’s left is picking which jersey to wear. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
