Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns at Kaseya Center on Monday, March 8, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM. The same bilingual driver stays with you all night, from a Surfside dinner to the ride home after the final buzzer.
Each tier below has one flat hourly rate, and every game-night booking covers at least five hours of service.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person. A group sharing a Sprinter splits one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. For a 7:30 PM tip-off, most Surfside groups start their block in the late afternoon or early evening. That leaves enough time for dinner near home, the drive downtown, the whole game and the trip back without anyone checking the clock. Pick your tier by headcount and the level of comfort you want. The SUV works for a couple or a small family, and the Sprinters work for groups of friends, cousins or coworkers. The Platinum SUV is the most refined cabin on the list, so it fits clients or a milestone birthday. A small evening surcharge applies outside daytime hours, and it is explained further down the page.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.
Booking starts on WhatsApp. Send your headcount, a rough start time and the places on your list, such as a dinner table, the arena or a nightcap in Brickell. We match the right tier and confirm the pickup point. On the day, your chauffeur arrives ready to follow your plan in whatever order the night needs. The booking covers the whole reserved block, so time at dinner or inside the game is part of what you booked, not a separate charge. If the night runs long, there is nothing to renegotiate. After the first five hours, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, and those extra hours are settled after the day wraps up. You can keep the car for an overtime thriller, a late dessert or one more stop without negotiating a new fare.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Surfside you choose. That could be an oceanfront hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo driveway or a home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. You agree on the exact spot at booking. If you’re staying elsewhere, the same service picks up at any Miami address. That includes a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport or a private home.
Yes, the itinerary is never locked. You can add a stop, drop one, stay longer over dessert or pick up a friend in Bal Harbour on the way downtown. The chauffeur adjusts the route on the spot and the hourly rate stays the same. If the schedule allows, you can also make the evening longer on the spot, billed as described above.
Yes. You book a private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur by the hour for the game.
The Heat host the Phoenix Suns at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Monday, March 8, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM. It is the Suns’ only visit to Miami this regular season, and the game falls in the middle of a March homestand. Because it is a Monday, the drive downtown overlaps the end of the weekday commute, and downtown garages fill quickly as fans arrive at the same time. A chauffeur solves both problems. Nobody in your group has to look for parking, skip a drink to drive home or wait on a phone screen for a ride after the game. The car is reserved for your group alone and is never pooled with strangers. The person who picked you up in Surfside looks after the whole evening. When a Western Conference team visits only once a season, you want to spend the night on the game instead of on logistics.
A Heat home crowd looks like Miami-Dade itself. Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Caribbean and longtime local families sit side by side, and people switch between English and Spanish in the same row. Many fans wear black, white or red, and the crowd gets louder from warmups on. A mixed-language group of friends, cousins or clients will feel just as comfortable in the car.
Harding Avenue and The Surf Club give Surfside groups easy dinner options close to home.
The small business strip along Harding Avenue is the everyday choice. It has casual cafés, kosher spots and neighborhood restaurants where a group can eat quickly and still leave with time to spare. For a more polished start, the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is home to Le Sirenuse Miami, an Italian coastal restaurant that suits a birthday, an anniversary or a client dinner before the game. Just north, Bal Harbour Shops has several sit-down restaurants and is a handy stop if someone wants to pick something up before heading out. Wherever you eat, the chauffeur waits outside and pulls up when the check is paid. An early table never means a parking ticket or a lap around the block. You book the restaurant yourself, and we handle the car and the timing so nobody has to rush through the meal.
Often there is, if your block starts early enough. Some groups would rather eat downtown. The chauffeur can drop you in Brickell for dinner or at Bayside Marketplace for a drink by the water. The driver waits while you finish, then takes you on the short last stretch to the arena. The whole group stays together and nobody has to find parking a second time.
Your chauffeur drives south along the beach, crosses Biscayne Bay and enters Downtown from the waterfront.
Because tip-off is on a Monday, the ride overlaps the end of the weekday commute. The streets around the arena get busier as the crowd heads toward Biscayne Boulevard in the hour before the game. This is where a chauffeur makes the biggest difference. Instead of circling for a garage entrance or waiting in a line of cars to park, your group rides straight to the drop-off. Meanwhile the driver watches live traffic and reroutes around any closures. Downtown event nights often bring temporary lane changes and intersections run by police. A chauffeur who follows those changes in real time can come in from the side with the least backup. Everyone gets out together with tickets ready, and nobody has to split off to deal with the car. After the game, the downtown garages all empty at the same moment, and a car that is already waiting for you gets you out fastest.
Most trips go south on Collins Avenue and then cross Biscayne Bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. The MacArthur Causeway comes out close to the arena. When the beach roads are jammed, the driver may head west over the Broad Causeway and come down Biscayne Boulevard instead. The chauffeur picks the route that evening based on live traffic.
The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows on game night. That is usually along Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street once event traffic controls are in place. Police and venue staff change the approach from night to night. The driver chooses the exact drop-off point on arrival and tells the group before everyone gets out.
Yes. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the whole game and is ready as soon as the group sends a message. If someone needs to leave early, such as a tired child or a guest with an early flight, the car is right there. After the final buzzer, the driver sends a meeting spot over WhatsApp and takes everyone back to Surfside or on to the next stop.
Brickell, Bayside Marketplace and South Beach all make easy post-game stops within an hourly booking.
A late win calls for a toast. Brickell has rooftop bars and restaurants with late kitchens a short drive from the arena. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside it on the water. South Beach is on the natural way back toward Surfside if the group wants one more round on Ocean Drive. Because the car is still yours, jerseys, jackets and shopping stay on board while the chauffeur waits outside each stop. When the night winds down, you get a quiet ride north along the beach to your front door in Surfside. Nobody has to split the group across several cars or argue about who is sober enough to drive. If the celebration runs past your booked block, just keep going and the extra time is billed the way explained earlier. Groups visiting from out of town often say this final stretch is their favorite part of the night.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The SUV surcharge is a single add-on per trip, not a charge per hour. The Sprinter surcharge scales with the value of the booking. Either way, you know the amount when you confirm, and it does not grow if the game goes to overtime or traffic is heavy on the way home. Your confirmation shows it clearly so there are no surprises at the end of the night.
Three simple terms cover everything from the full fare to any hours you add.
Four private tiers cover everyone from a couple to a full office outing.
Pick the tier that seats everyone comfortably, not the one that only just fits. A group of five adults in jerseys and jackets often enjoys a Sprinter more than a full SUV. Groups hosting clients or celebrating a big occasion usually choose the Platinum SUV for its quieter, more polished ride. You can bring signs, noisemakers or a bag of new merch from the team shop. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big so we can plan the space.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time and the small comforts of the evening.
From the first pickup to the last drop-off, the chauffeur’s time is part of the rate, whether they are driving, parked outside dinner or waiting for the group after the game. All the planning happens in one WhatsApp thread, from the first message to the ride home. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to fit in. Just ask the driver, and it does not change the rate. Two things can add to the bill: the evening surcharge explained above and any hours you add past your booked block. Nothing is added for heavy traffic, a packed event night or bad weather.
A reserved chauffeur makes game night a premium service from the first pickup to home.
When you drive yourself, one person has to stay sober, someone has to find a garage, and everyone waits in a slow exit line after the buzzer. A private booking removes all three problems. Your rate is flat and locked at booking. There is no surge for a packed crowd, heavy traffic or rain, so the price you confirm is the price you pay for the hours you reserve. The vehicle is for your group alone and is never shared. It arrives clean and cooled, and the same person drives you from Surfside to Downtown and back. You also get a direct WhatsApp line for every detail, whether that’s a new stop, a late friend or a distinct meeting spot. It is a better experience than juggling keys, parking tickets and phone apps on a hectic Monday night. For groups who want the evening to feel like an occasion, it is merely better service.
Leave Surfside well before tip-off and aim to reach Downtown with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM start. On a Monday game evening the drive typically takes noticeably longer than on an ordinary night. Arriving early also gives you time for security, finding your seats and catching warmups.
If dinner is part of the plan, work backward from tip-off. Book your Surfside table early enough that dessert ends with time to spare, and let the chauffeur handle the rest. Groups planning a downtown dinner can leave Surfside earlier and make the meal part of the trip. Because the block is yours either way, arriving early costs nothing extra. You get a relaxed walk to your seats instead of a last-minute rush. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on live traffic that afternoon.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van for groups too big for an SUV. It comes in two sizes, a mid-size tier and a larger tier for the biggest parties we carry. The seat counts for both are in the vehicle list above. Send your exact headcount, children included, and we’ll match the size so everyone rides together.
This is a local, on-call service that stays in and around the city. It covers Surfside, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run the hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
When you confirm a ride for the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside for your group. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. On the day, you can always add more hours.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your game-night car and chauffeur.
Send us three things: how many people are going, roughly when you want to leave Surfside, and the stops on your list, such as dinner, the arena and any post-game plans. We reply with the right vehicle tier and the total for your booked block. We also send a secure Stripe payment link for the full fare. A Heat home game against a Western Conference visitor tends to fill the building. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, particularly the Sprinters and the Platinum SUV. Once the payment arrives, your date is held and your Surfside pickup point is set, and every detail is confirmed in the same WhatsApp thread before March 8. On game night, all you have to do is walk outside, get in and enjoy the ride to Kaseya Center, and the ride home afterward.
