Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 6, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is listed for 3:00 PM, and the same car carries you back to Bal Harbour afterward. You won’t have to find parking downtown, and the fare won’t jump at the buzzer.
Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and every game-day booking has a five-hour minimum:
Select your tier by headcount. The rate is for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so a couple pays the same as a full SUV. For a matinee game, a block this size covers a relaxed pickup in Bal Harbour, the drive downtown, the whole game and the ride home. If timing allows, you can also stop for lunch on the way out. Larger groups move up a tier, and a Sprinter keeps a big group in one vehicle instead of two cars.
A private chauffeur makes a Heat Saturday one smooth, premium outing from door to door.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so the cabin is yours for pregame playlists, team colors and postgame debates. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t go up for a packed arena, a traffic jam or a stormy afternoon. One chauffeur handles the whole day: one face, one car and one WhatsApp thread where you message your driver directly instead of calling a dispatcher. That’s what makes this a premium service rather than a series of separate rides. Your chauffeur learns the plan, remembers every stop and adjusts easily if the group stays longer at lunch or walks over to Bayside after the final buzzer. If you’d rather talk about the matchup than the logistics, it’s simply a better experience from the first pickup to the last goodnight.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your game day.
Your chauffeur pays every toll on the route and any parking while the car stands by, so no one in your group pays for anything between stops. The chauffeur’s time is part of the rate too: every minute of the booked block, including the time the car sits ready. Pricing is per vehicle, not per person, so adding one more friend to an open seat costs nothing extra. The day isn’t charged by the mile either. A detour to pick up a cousin in Surfside or a slow drive past Bayfront Park costs only the time it takes. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, jerseys or a bag of merch. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.
Three things can add to the base hourly rate, and each one is explained before you pay. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge shown below. Any extra hours you choose to add are billed at your vehicle’s usual rate.
We have four private vehicle tiers, from a car for two up to a van for a whole fan club.
Every tier comes with the same chauffeur for the whole day. The difference is space and finish. If your group falls right between two tiers, select the larger one. A roomier cabin makes the ride home, when everyone is replaying the fourth quarter, much more relaxing. Give us your exact headcount when you book so we can match you with the right vehicle.
A private car is the smoothest way to reach Saturday’s Heat–Pacers game from Bal Harbour.
Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. It’s a late-season Eastern Conference game against a familiar rival, since the two teams have met in several playoff series. Games in March matter as teams fight for playoff spots. Anticipate a loud, full building and a downtown that fills up early, with fans coming out of Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace next door. From Bal Harbour, you cross from the barrier island to the mainland, which is where game-day traffic builds up. Hiring a chauffeur by the hour removes the two worst parts of the trip: circling for parking and finding a ride home afterward. It also means everyone in the group can enjoy the day, including the person who would normally drive.
Your chauffeur plans the drive from Bal Harbour to downtown around tip-off traffic, not just the clock.
Game days in Downtown Miami follow a familiar pattern. Biscayne Boulevard gets busier as tip-off approaches, and the blocks around the arena slow to a crawl. Anyone who leaves late can miss the first quarter looking for a place to park. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before you leave Bal Harbour and picks whichever crossing is moving best that afternoon. The goal is to get your group to the arena with time to find seats, get food and watch warmups, instead of rushing in during the anthem. The car is yours for the whole block, so you don’t have to call a second vehicle after the game or compete with a packed crowd for a ride. The three answers below cover the route, the drop-off and what happens while you’re inside.
Most game-day trips head south on Collins Avenue through Surfside and Miami Beach, cross the bay on the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway, and finish on Biscayne Boulevard. If the beach side is jammed, the chauffeur can go west through Bay Harbor Islands over the Broad Causeway to the mainland, then south on Biscayne Boulevard or I-95. Live traffic on the day decides the route.
Your chauffeur drops the group on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, as close to the venue as access allows on game day. The exact drop-off point is confirmed on WhatsApp as you arrive, so everyone knows where they got out. That spot also becomes your meeting point after the game, which keeps the group together in the crowd.
Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the car during the game, so you don’t need to request a ride when it ends. Send a WhatsApp message as the fourth quarter winds down, and your driver will pull up at the agreed meeting point. If the streets are crowded, that point may be a short walk away from the exiting crowd.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, agreed when you book.
For hotel guests, that usually means the front entrance of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. For residents, it’s the lobby of your condo tower on Collins Avenue or the front of your home in Bal Harbour Village. Groups meeting after a morning of shopping often select Bal Harbour Shops. The chauffeur confirms the curbside spot on WhatsApp so no one has to wander the parking deck. Your chauffeur messages you when the car is in place, loads up without rushing, and leaves when the whole group is ready. If one guest is running behind, a quick text keeps everyone updated. The clock runs on your block, not per trip, so a few extra minutes in the lobby won’t upset the plan for the game.
Yes. Picking up a second party in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands is just another stop on your route. Send each address when you book, and the chauffeur will plan the pickup order so the car heads downtown with everyone aboard. It all happens within the same hourly block, with no separate ride to book.
Bal Harbour Shops is the natural place for lunch before a matinee tip-off.
The open-air center on Collins Avenue has some of the area’s best-known restaurants, including Makoto for Japanese dishes and sushi and Carpaccio for a long Italian lunch. It’s right in the village, close to the hotels and condo towers. Just south in Surfside, The Surf Club is home to Le Sirenuse Miami, a polished choice for a group that wants a celebratory meal before the game. With a chauffeur on the clock, the car waits outside while you eat and heads straight downtown when you’re done. There’s no valet ticket and no second ride to arrange. Some groups prefer to eat near the arena instead. Bayside Marketplace and the restaurants along Biscayne Boulevard are right beside it and full of pregame energy. These are ideas for your hours, not reservations we create. Book your table directly and tell your chauffeur the time.
A matinee tip-off leaves the whole evening free, and the same car can take you through it. Brickell is the obvious choice for dinner after the game with a skyline view. Wynwood suits a group that wants murals and a lively bar scene, and Little Havana offers a classic Cuban meal. Your chauffeur drives between them and waits at each stop, so no one has to think about the next ride.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside them carry a surcharge:
A 3:00 PM tip-off keeps most Heat–Pacers game days well within daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. That trip gets the surcharge above for your vehicle type. NBA tip-off times sometimes change as game day gets closer. If this one moves, we’ll recheck your timing and let you know before anything is charged.
Payment for your game-day booking comes down to three simple rules:
Booking by the hour means one car and one chauffeur follow your group’s schedule.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then reserve a five-hour block. You set the stops, for example lunch in Bal Harbour, a friend’s condo, the arena, dinner after the game and then home. The driver picks up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. From the first pickup on, the chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. You never have to rebook, and the car is always just a message away. You can add, drop or extend stops on the day, and the chauffeur adjusts the route. Send the plan on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like. We’ll confirm every detail in the same chat.
Yes. Overtime, a long dinner after the game or a detour on the way home is never a problem. After your five-hour block, each additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot. You settle the extra time with your chauffeur or over WhatsApp after the day ends.
Yes. A private driver from Bal Harbour is the simplest way to get to this game and back.
If you drive yourself, one person has to stay behind the wheel all day. You join the slow traffic across the causeway and then sit through the slow exit after the final buzzer. A group that splits into several separate rides usually arrives at different times and leaves at different times, with someone waiting on a curb. A chauffeur by the hour keeps the group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Everyone can relax: have a drink at lunch, focus on the fourth quarter and chat on the ride back up Collins Avenue. Saturday home games are some of the busiest days on the Heat calendar, so it’s worth confirming your date early. The questions below cover what fans ask most often before they reserve.
Plan to leave Bal Harbour well before the 3:00 PM tip-off. The drive downtown is usually well under an hour. On a game Saturday, allow extra time, because beach traffic on Collins Avenue and pregame crowds on Biscayne Boulevard both slow things down. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on live traffic that day.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays local, which is what keeps it on call and relaxed. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. We also cover nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Bal Harbour. Hourly trips out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this service.
Within the final 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a chauffeur and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day itself.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can reserve your game-day chauffeur with one WhatsApp message and full payment.
Send us your headcount, the Bal Harbour address where you’d like to be picked up, a rough start time and any stops you have in mind. That could be lunch at Bal Harbour Shops, a friend in Surfside or dinner in Brickell after the game. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your group, confirm the plan and send the payment link. Once your payment clears, the date is yours and your chauffeur is assigned. In the days before the game, we’ll watch the official tip-off time. If the Heat change it, we’ll change your pickup to match. Then all you have to do is pick your jersey, walk out of the lobby and let someone else handle the drive.
