A private hourly chauffeur from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 6, 2027, runs on a 5-hour minimum in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Your bilingual driver collects the group anywhere in Miami Beach, crosses the bay ahead of the listed 3:00 PM tip-off, and stays with you until the final buzzer, with no surge pricing.
Each vehicle tier has one flat hourly rate that covers the whole booking.
Every booking starts with a minimum of five hours, and each of those hours is billed at the tier rate shown above. Rates are charged per vehicle, not per seat, so a group that fills a Sprinter splits one hourly figure instead of paying ride by ride. The charge follows the clock, not the distance. The causeway crossing, the pre-game lunch stop, the time inside the arena, and the ride home all fall under that same figure. You won’t see one charge for the drive over and another for the drive back, and no meter runs between stops. Once you’ve picked a tier, you only need to decide when to leave the beach and how long you want the car after the game.
Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew of friends.
Choose the tier by headcount first and comfort second. A couple leaving a South Beach hotel rarely needs more than the SUV, while a birthday crew or visiting family will be more relaxing with room to spread out. Every tier has space for the jerseys, signs, and merch fans carry to a Heat game. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance.
A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries six to nine passengers in the mid-size tier and ten to fourteen in the large tier. That means most friend groups and extended families can ride to the game together in one vehicle. Nobody gets split across separate cars at the arena, and the whole group rides home together afterward.
You pick a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the car is yours for that whole block.
The booking is a five-hour minimum, and you decide how to fill it: a lunch stop, a swing past the hotel to change, the game, a drink afterward. You can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer wherever the group is having fun. The plan is never locked, and when the schedule allows, changes don’t mean a new fare. Pickup can be at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. After the first five hours, every extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate. There’s no renegotiated fare, and you settle the extra time after the day wraps up. If the game runs long or the group wants a late bite in Brickell, you just keep the car.
For most Miami Beach groups, yes. Five hours typically covers the ride over, the full game, and the ride home. With a listed 3:00 PM tip-off, a pickup around lunchtime gives you time to arrive early, watch warmups, and get back to the beach afterward. If you’re planning a pre-game meal or a post-game dinner, simply book more hours or add them on the day.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
Parking is the inclusion that matters most on a Downtown game day. You don’t have to circle for a garage near the bay or walk back to one through a crowd. Your group steps out near the arena and leaves the car to the chauffeur. Fuel is covered whether you stay in one area or go from South Beach to Brickell and back, and any tolls on the route are already in the rate. The rate also covers the vehicle and the chauffeur’s time, including the stretches when nobody is riding and the driver is simply holding the car for you. Only two things can add to the total. Rides outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge explained below.
You pay the full fare up front, when you book.
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside those hours, a set surcharge applies based on the vehicle.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For the SUV, it’s one flat charge per trip. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. Nothing else changes after dark: same vehicle, same chauffeur, same hourly rate for every hour you keep. Knowing this in advance helps the group plan. If you stay out, you know the cost before you decide. Starts before seven in the morning count too, though an afternoon game rarely needs one.
Usually, yes. The Heat confirm game times closer to the date.
A private chauffeur gives you premium service for the whole Heat game day, door to door.
Your group rides in its own premium vehicle, so the trip over feels like part of the outing, not a chore. Your chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps when visiting relatives or friends from abroad are in the group. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. There’s no surge when the arena empties and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, so the person who meets you at the lobby is the same one waiting after the game. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so small changes like a later exit, an extra stop, or a new drop-off at a Brickell restaurant are quick to arrange. With a clean premium vehicle and a calm ride back across the bay, the whole day is a better experience.
Your chauffeur drives you across Biscayne Bay to the arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
The Kaseya Center sits on the bayfront next to Bayside Marketplace. On a game afternoon, fans in red and black fill the surrounding blocks well before tip-off. Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is listed for Saturday, March 6, 2027, at 3:00 PM. The team typically confirms game times closer to the date, so check the final tip-off before you lock in your pickup. The Heat have met the Pacers, a longtime Eastern Conference rival, in several playoff series. A March game falls in the late-season push for playoff position, which tends to bring a loud, full house. Street closures and police traffic control can change how cars reach the arena on a large day. A chauffeur who knows the Downtown streets adjusts as needed while you focus on the game.
The driver drops the group along Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the venue as access allows, usually a short walk from the entrance. The exact spot depends on that day’s closures, so your chauffeur picks the best stop when you arrive. You’ll also agree on a meeting point for after the game on WhatsApp.
Yes. The driver stays nearby with the car for the whole game, because those hours are already part of your booking and parking is covered. When the game ends, message your chauffeur and walk to the agreed spot. The car will be there to take you back across the causeway to Miami Beach or on to dinner.
The driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach, agreed when you book.
Most game-day rides start at a hotel lobby or front drive along Collins Avenue, where the chauffeur pulls in, picks up the group, and heads for the causeway. Condo towers and private homes in South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach work the same way. Share the building name and any entrance notes, and the driver will meet you at the door. If your hotel is on a hectic pedestrian stretch like Ocean Drive, the pickup can move to the nearest side street so the group can board quickly without a crowd around the car. Short-stay apartments near Lincoln Road or in the South of Fifth neighborhood are just as easy. One message with the exact spot is all the driver needs. Groups staying at two hotels can ask for a second quick pickup on the way out, since you set the stops.
Leave well ahead of tip-off, because Saturday game traffic builds on both the beach and Downtown sides.
On a quiet day, the drive to Downtown is typically short. On a game afternoon, allow a good deal more time, particularly for the last stretch along Biscayne Boulevard. March is high season on Miami Beach, and on a Saturday you’ll hit beach traffic on Alton Road and Collins Avenue before you even reach the causeway. With extra time built in, the group can get through security, find seats, grab food, and watch warmups instead of rushing through the doors. Many fans also like to get there early to enjoy the pre-game atmosphere on the bayfront. Your chauffeur watches the traffic that afternoon and can suggest leaving earlier if the roads look heavy. Since parking is included and the car is yours for the whole block, arriving early doesn’t add any parking cost.
From South Beach, the chauffeur usually takes the MacArthur Causeway, which ends at the edge of Downtown close to the arena. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway toward Biscayne Boulevard is often the better choice. The Venetian Causeway is a slower, scenic option, and the driver picks whichever route is moving best that afternoon.
A long lunch in South Beach fits neatly before an afternoon tip-off, with the car waiting outside.
Joe’s Stone Crab in the South of Fifth neighborhood is a classic Miami Beach choice for a celebratory pre-game meal. It’s close to where the MacArthur Causeway meets the beach, so getting to Downtown afterward is easy. Lincoln Road suits groups who like to stroll, browse, and pick a sidewalk café on the spot, while Ocean Drive offers the people-watching many visitors come for. With an hourly booking, the same driver drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and then takes the group straight across the bay. You never have to find parking on the beach or again Downtown. That’s the point of booking by the hour: you move between Miami Beach favorites at your own pace, and the chauffeur drives every leg. The driver is happy to suggest places that fit the group’s taste, though you make your own reservations.
Brickell is the easy post-game choice, with lots of restaurants and rooftop bars just south of Downtown. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena for a quick waterfront bite, and Wynwood suits groups who want murals and a livelier night. The chauffeur drives you between stops and takes everyone back to Miami Beach at the end of the night.
Yes. You can reserve a private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur by the hour.
If you drive yourself, you deal with beach traffic, find a Downtown garage, and then leave it along with the rest of the crowd. If you order separate rides after the game, you wait on a crowded sidewalk while prices and pickup times change with demand. A private hourly car solves both problems. The group rides over together, the ride home is already arranged, and nobody has to be the designated driver on a Saturday made for celebrating. That matters if your group plans to enjoy a drink at the arena or a toast at dinner afterward. It works just as well for two fans at a Collins Avenue hotel as for a large group of friends staying in several South Beach apartments. The game becomes a full day out instead of a parking problem.
The ride is fully private: only your group rides in the vehicle, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. We never pool passengers, sell individual seats, or run a fixed-schedule route to the arena. If your group wants a private van instead of an SUV, the Sprinter tiers keep everyone together the same way.
Yes. Short-notice bookings are welcome whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available at your time.
When you book a ride that happens within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are set aside for your group alone. Because everything is already reserved on such short notice, the date and time stay as agreed. We can’t guarantee a move to another day or a refund inside that window, and the ride goes ahead as planned. On the flexible side, you can keep adding hours on game day at the same flat hourly rate whenever the group wants to stay out longer. For the smoothest last-minute booking, send your headcount, a rough start time, and your Miami Beach pickup spot in one message. We’ll confirm in the same chat.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so every hour stays unhurried and close to home.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To reserve your chauffeur for March 6, send us a short WhatsApp message with your group’s plans.
Tell us how many people are coming, the Miami Beach address to start from, when you’d like to leave, and any stops you want before or after the game. We’ll match the right tier to your group, confirm the plan, and send the payment request through the payment method you choose. After that, your day is set. Booking early gives your group the most vehicle options for a Saturday game. On the day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and drives every leg of the outing. Send any questions about the vehicle, the route across the bay, or plans for after the game to the same number, and we’ll answer them in the same chat.
