Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Marcello Hernández at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, December 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, drives the group north to Hollywood, stays through the 8:00 PM show, and brings everyone home.
You pay one flat hourly rate per vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Choose your tier by group size and comfort, not by mileage. The hourly price is the same whether you drive straight from Bal Harbour to Hollywood or stop for dinner first. Five hours fits this kind of night well: the pickup, an easy drive north, the show, and the ride home. Couples and small groups of friends usually book the SUV. A holiday-week group of cousins, coworkers, or college friends fits in a Sprinter, so everyone arrives together and nobody has to be the designated driver. The list above shows all the hourly rates. The one add-on to plan for on a late show is the evening surcharge, explained a few sections below.
A dedicated chauffeur means one private car and one driver for your whole evening.
That is premium service in practice. The vehicle is reserved for your group only and never shared, and the same bilingual driver handles every leg, from the first Bal Harbour pickup to the last goodnight. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so holiday-week demand, a busy casino property, or rain on the drive north never changes the price. Plans can change easily too. You message us directly on WhatsApp, and a new dinner stop or a later start gets sorted in one conversation. A comedy crowd leaves the room buzzing and all at once. A better experience means stepping out of that crowd into a quiet car with a driver you already know. For a hometown comedian’s holiday encore, the ride becomes part of the celebration, not a logistics problem.
Four private vehicle types cover everything from a date night to a big family outing.
Group size decides most bookings, but the occasion matters too. A couple celebrating the holidays at a stand-up show often picks the Platinum class for the polished arrival and the extra room. A group of old friends from the neighborhood usually prefers one Sprinter to two separate cars, so the jokes keep going on the drive home. Every vehicle type comes with the same level of service, and every booking is private and never shared.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then plan the night your way.
First choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight on to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. From then on, the car is yours: you decide where to go, how long to stay, and when to move on, and the chauffeur stays with your group for the full block. After the 5-hour block, you can just keep the car. Every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the night is over.
Most Bal Harbour pickups happen at a hotel entrance or a home along Collins Avenue. Your chauffeur can meet you at the front drive of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, in your condo building’s lobby, or next to Bal Harbour Shops after an afternoon there. Any address in Bal Harbour works, and the spot is confirmed when you book.
Yes. The surcharge depends on your vehicle type:
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge. For the SUV, it is a single add-on per trip, not per hour. For a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows your full total, surcharge included, before the night begins. It is the one extra charge that comes with a late show. Everything else matches the hourly rates above.
Marcello Hernández is a Saturday Night Live cast member who grew up in Miami and is bringing his stand-up home.
His sketches made him one of late-night television’s breakout stars. His Netflix special, American Boy, was filmed at Miami’s Olympia Theater as a hometown show full of the family stories and bilingual humor his fans love. The December 26 show at Hard Rock Live, inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, is an encore added after his earlier shows there sold out. It falls on the Saturday after Christmas, when Miami families are home together and looking for a night out. Expect a crowd of multigenerational families, friends who grew up in the same neighborhoods, and couples on a holiday date. The room will be warm and loud, and a night like this deserves a relaxed arrival, not a rush from a parking garage.
Yes. This encore is billed as a Spanish-language show, a nod to the bilingual Miami audience that knows his material best. That makes a bilingual chauffeur a natural fit for the night, so grandparents, parents, and cousins all feel comfortable from the moment the car pulls up in Bal Harbour.
Your chauffeur drives north from Bal Harbour into Broward County, usually on I-95.
The venue is on the Seminole Hard Rock property in Hollywood, just past the Miami-Dade line, so the trip is a simple run north, not a cross-town drive. The most common route goes west over the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard, then north on I-95 before heading inland toward State Road 7, where the hotel’s guitar-shaped tower marks the property. Some evenings, your driver may take Collins Avenue north through Sunny Isles Beach and Hallandale Beach before cutting west, depending on traffic at pickup time. You don’t have to think about any of it. The chauffeur watches the traffic, adjusts as needed, and keeps the group comfortable along the way. For many riders, the night really starts when they see the guitar tower lit up on the skyline.
Give yourself plenty of extra time. The drive is usually a moderate highway trip, but the Saturday after Christmas brings holiday visitors, mall traffic, and a full casino property around showtime. Your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time when you book, based on your stops, so the group arrives relaxed instead of rushing from the car.
Show night is simple: an early pickup, a close drop-off, and the same driver to take you home.
The evening has three parts. First, the car arrives at your Bal Harbour door with time to spare, and the group gets settled for the drive north. Second, the chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows. Everyone gets out together and walks in with nothing to carry but tickets. Third, and this is the part riders remember, the same driver is still nearby when the show ends, parked and on call for as long as your block runs. Send a quick WhatsApp message as you leave your seats, and the driver brings the car to the agreed pickup point while the crowd is still clearing out. From there, it’s a quiet ride back to Bal Harbour, or on to a late bite if the group isn’t ready to call it a night.
Leave earlier than you think you need to. Most groups set their pickup well before the 8:00 PM start, and earlier still if dinner comes first. The extra time covers holiday-week traffic, the walk through a busy casino property, and finding your seats, so you’re settled with a drink before the lights go down.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on show night, at the drop-off point the property uses for the event. Because you arrive in a private car, there’s no hunting for a parking space and no long walk from a far-off lot. It’s a short walk to the entrance.
Yes. That is the reason to book by the hour. Your driver stays near the venue with the vehicle for the whole show and can be reached on WhatsApp the entire time. When the show ends, one message brings the car around, and the same chauffeur who drove you up takes everyone home to Bal Harbour.
Bal Harbour Shops and the nearby oceanfront hotels are easy places for dinner before the show.
The open-air Bal Harbour Shops have some of the neighborhood’s most dependable restaurants: Makoto for Japanese, Carpaccio for classic Italian, and Le Zoo for a brasserie feel under the palms. Just south in Surfside, The Surf Club Restaurant at the Four Seasons is a dressier, old-Miami setting for a holiday celebration. Your chauffeur can drop you at the restaurant, wait while you eat, and head north as soon as the check is paid. You skip the valet line, and nobody has to stay sober to drive. You make the reservations, and the driver plans the evening around them. If your group would rather eat closer to the venue, the Seminole Hard Rock property has its own restaurants, and the same car can bring you up early for a meal there. Either way, dinner and the show become one evening in one vehicle.
Yes. One booking covers both, because you choose the stops. A common plan is an early dinner in Bal Harbour, then north for the 8:00 PM show, then home. If dinner runs long or the group wants a nightcap, the extra time is added at your vehicle’s hourly rate and the plan keeps going.
Yes. The car is yours until your block ends. Some groups stay for a drink at the bars on the Seminole Hard Rock property. Others have the driver head back toward Bal Harbour for a nightcap at their hotel lounge, and night owls keep going south to South Beach. Just tell your driver where to go next.
You pay the full fare up front to reserve.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.
That covers the drive north, any toll express lanes your chauffeur uses, and parking at each stop, so you never pay at a booth or a garage. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the way. There’s room on board for merch, a change of shoes, or a gift bag for the after-party; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Any hours you add on the night are billed at your vehicle’s regular rate. They are not free, and adding them is always your choice.
Bal Harbour riders usually ask a few practical questions before booking this show. Here are the answers, based on how the service actually works.
Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct way to get from Bal Harbour to the show. You reserve an SUV or a Sprinter for your group only. Your driver picks you up at your door, drives you to Hollywood, and stays with the group until you’re home. No shared seats, no strangers, no changing cars.
Yes. For bigger groups, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter does everything a private shuttle van would, and it is reserved for your group only. Everyone gets in together in Bal Harbour, rides north together, and comes home in the same Sprinter with the same driver. Pick the Sprinter size that fits your group from the rates at the top of this page.
The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That’s why a Bal Harbour to Hollywood show night fits easily. We keep this on-call service around the city and don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
You’re welcome to. Once the time is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. Within those final 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. The good news: you can always add more hours on the night.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
