Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your rate is locked when you book and never surges, and one bilingual driver stays with your group from the Surfside pickup until everyone is home.
You pay per vehicle, not per seat, and every booking carries a 5-hour minimum.
Each rate covers the whole vehicle, so the cost splits naturally across everyone riding. That is why larger groups often find a Sprinter the most sensible way to get to a weeknight game together. One booking can cover dinner in Surfside, the drive downtown, the game, and the ride home, so you never have to arrange a second reservation. Choose your tier by headcount first and comfort second. The rate next to each vehicle applies to every hour you book. For a Tuesday night out with friends, family, or colleagues, that simplicity is most of the appeal.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate you book.
This matters on a Downtown Miami game night, because finding and paying for parking near the arena is the first headache most fans mention. Every toll along the route and every parking fee while your chauffeur waits is already covered, so nothing new shows up on your card later. The chauffeur’s time is part of the same hourly figure, so there is no separate driver charge to work out at the end of the evening. There is room for the things fans actually bring, like signs, jerseys, or a bag of team merch. If you are carrying something large, just tell us in advance. The only extra that can apply is the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours. Both are explained on this page.
Payment is simple: three ways to pay, the full fare at booking, and extra hours settled afterward.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send us your start time and the stops on your list, such as a pre-game dinner, the drive downtown, the game itself, and maybe a late bite before heading home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From then on, the block runs on your schedule. The chauffeur waits between every stop, so nobody in the group ever has to hunt for a ride or a parking space. The itinerary is never fixed, so you can linger over dinner, add a stop, or skip one without redoing the plan.
Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. If the game goes to overtime or a post-game dinner runs long, tell your driver and keep going. You settle the extra hours afterward, with the driver or over WhatsApp.
Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a full crew of fans.
Every tier comes with its chauffeur, and none of our vehicles is ever handed over without a driver. If your group falls between two sizes, send us your headcount and your plans for the night. We will suggest the tier that keeps everyone comfortable from the Surfside curb to the ride home.
Your chauffeur typically heads south on Collins Avenue, then crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami.
Surfside sits on the barrier island just north of Miami Beach. The most common route runs down Collins Avenue through North Beach and then turns west over a causeway. The Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) and the MacArthur Causeway (I-395) both lead to Biscayne Boulevard, the waterfront avenue where the arena stands beside Bayside Marketplace. Your driver picks between them based on how traffic is moving at the time. A local chauffeur makes that call in real time instead of following a fixed script. Off-peak, the drive is typically comfortable. A 7:30 PM tip-off on a Tuesday, though, overlaps the tail end of the evening commute, when the causeways and the downtown streets slow down noticeably. That is when having someone else drive pays off. You relax in the back while the chauffeur handles lane choices, closures, and the approach to the drop-off point.
When Collins Avenue backs up, the chauffeur can instead head west on 96th Street, cross Bay Harbor Islands, and take the Broad Causeway to the mainland before driving south toward downtown. That route swaps beach-side congestion for mainland roads. Your driver weighs both options against live traffic before you leave Surfside.
Your driver picks up the group at any address in Surfside you choose.
Most game-night pickups start in one of three places. Hotel guests meet the car at the lobby entrance, whether that is the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club on Collins Avenue or one of the smaller oceanfront hotels nearby. Condo owners and vacation renters in the Collins Avenue towers usually step out at the building’s front drive, where the car can pull in without blocking traffic. Residents on the quieter streets west of Harding Avenue can simply walk out their front door. When you book, share the building name, any valet or lobby instructions, and the number of guests, and the chauffeur will reach with that plan in hand. If friends are joining from Bal Harbour or Bay Harbor Islands, picking them up is simply another stop on the way out.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.
The Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, with Bayside Marketplace and the bay on one side and the downtown towers on the other. On a Heat night, event traffic control can change which curbs are open, so your driver picks the best open drop-off point and agrees on a meeting spot with you before you walk in. The biggest advantage is timing. While other fans wait in line for garage entrances and circle blocks looking for parking, your group steps out at the curb and heads for the entrance well before the 7:30 PM tip-off. You have time to find your seats, grab food, and catch warmups. If anyone in the group is coming straight from an office in Brickell or downtown, the driver can pick them up on the way in so everyone walks in together.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole game instead of leaving for another job, because the block of hours belongs to your group. When the final buzzer sounds, walk to the meeting spot you agreed on, message your driver if the plan changes, and head back to Surfside or on to a late stop.
Expect a lively, mixed crowd that reflects Miami itself: Hispanic and Latino families, longtime season-ticket regulars, office groups coming straight from work, and visitors catching their first NBA game. The Hornets are Southeast Division rivals, and Heat fans bring real energy downtown even on a weeknight, so the arena district fills up well before tip-off.
A pre-game dinner in Surfside or neighboring Bal Harbour makes a simple first stop.
The Surf Club, home to the Four Seasons Hotel on Collins Avenue, is a classic meeting place for an early dinner or a drink before a night downtown. Just north, across 96th Street, Bal Harbour Shops has well-known restaurants in one open-air setting, so a group can eat, browse, and still get back in the car on time. For something more relaxed, Surfside’s own stretch of Harding Avenue has casual cafés and bakeries where families grab a bite before the drive. The car is already yours for the evening, so nobody has to watch the clock over dessert or argue about who drives. When you are done, the car pulls up and you head south. These are suggestions for spending your booked hours, not reservations we make. Book any table yourself and tell us the restaurant so the driver knows where to be.
Bayside Marketplace, right next to the arena, is the easiest post-game stop for a waterfront drink or a late bite. Brickell sits just south and has late-night restaurants, and plenty of groups simply ride straight back to Surfside. Whatever you choose, the same driver takes you to each stop, so the night ends on your schedule.
Yes. Service outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries a per-trip surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge is added on top of your hourly rate, not in place of it, and it applies per trip. For an SUV it is one fixed amount. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Tell us your expected finish time when you book, and we will spell out how the surcharge applies to your evening in the booking confirmation. Nothing else changes once the clock passes 6:00 PM: same car, same chauffeur, same plan.
A private chauffeur turns a weeknight game into a relaxed, upscale night out.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the conversation, the music, and the pre-game plans stay private from the Surfside pickup to the ride home. Your rate is flat and locked when you book. A packed arena, rain on the causeway, or rush-hour traffic never pushes the price up, and there is no surge when the final buzzer sounds. The person who drops you off is the same person waiting afterward. That chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps families who speak both and visitors alike. You can also reach the people running your booking directly on WhatsApp. For us, better service means fewer moving parts, a clean upscale vehicle, more time enjoying the Heat, and nobody in your group studying a map or standing at a curb. That upscale experience starts the moment the car pulls up.
Yes, and it is private from start to finish, never a shared seat.
Plenty of fans search for group transportation to Heat games. Our answer is a vehicle that belongs to your party alone. If there are ten of you, you get your own Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a private van nobody else boards. If there are four of you, you get your own SUV. There are no fixed departure times, no pickups for strangers along the way, and no waiting while another party finishes a drink. Riders who want a luxury feel can step up to the chauffeured Platinum SUV, the most refined tier we run. Every option starts at your door in Surfside, follows the stops you choose, and brings you home on your own timetable. The questions below cover what Surfside groups ask most often before they reserve.
Plan your pickup well ahead of tip-off instead of cutting it close. Tell us when you want to be walking in, and your chauffeur will suggest a Surfside pickup time that works backward from it. It leaves room for weeknight traffic, security screening, and a food stop before the anthem. If dinner comes first, leave earlier.
Up to 14 people ride together in our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the smaller Sprinter suits mid-size groups. With everyone in one private van, there is a single pickup in Surfside, one arrival downtown, and nobody left organizing a second car when the game ends. Smaller parties usually fit comfortably in an SUV instead.
Yes, as long as a vehicle is free. A booking inside that 24-hour window is locked in and held just for you. Because a driver and vehicle are already set aside, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice, and the evening runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. The service stays local around Miami: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service built around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup time, and stops.
Heat home games draw large crowds on weeknights too, so reaching out early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for February 2. Tell us how many people are riding, the Surfside address or hotel where the evening begins, a rough start time, and the places you want to go before and after the game. We reply with the right vehicle for your group and the hours your plan needs. Once you agree, your payment secures the date and your chauffeur is set aside for your party. If your plans are still taking shape, that is fine. Start with the pickup and the game, and add dinner or a late stop whenever you decide. After that, the only thing left is cheering when the ball goes up. You can reach us directly by email or WhatsApp below.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
