Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on March 6

Our private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 6, 2027, is a 5-hour minimum booking in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. A bilingual driver picks up your group in the Grove, drops you downtown near the arena, and waits to take you home. Your rate is locked when you book, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

You pay by the hour for the vehicle, and every game-day booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours gives you a relaxed Coconut Grove game day with time to spare. That covers the pickup, a brunch or lunch stop, the drive downtown, the game itself, and the ride back to the Grove or on to dinner. The price is per vehicle, not per seat. If one more friend fits in the same vehicle, the cost of the booking stays the same. The Platinum SUV is our top tier for groups who want a luxury ride. The two Sprinter tiers keep large groups together in one private van. Trips outside daytime hours carry a separate surcharge, explained further down the page.

Which Service Facts Should Heat Fans Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, for afternoon tip-offs and late finishes alike.
  • You choose every stop, the order, and the pace of the day.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot during your ride.
  • Bookings are made and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from Coconut Grove to the game and back.

Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The listed start time is 3:00 PM. The Heat confirm final tip-off times closer to the date, so check your ticket in the last week and we’ll move the pickup to match. These two teams have history: they have met in several playoff series, and a March game falls in the late-season push for playoff spots. Expect a loud home crowd in red and black, and a downtown that fills up early on a Saturday. That is when a private car is most useful. Nobody has to circle garages or look for a ride when the whole crowd leaves at once, because your group has a vehicle reserved only for you.

Why Is a Saturday Afternoon Game Worth Planning a Whole Day Around?

An afternoon tip-off leaves the morning and evening free to enjoy Coconut Grove. Many groups start with a slow breakfast under the Grove’s banyan trees, go to the game downtown, and finish with dinner by the bay. With one car on call all day, you move from one plan to the next without checking a parking app or watching the clock.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove? 🚙

Your chauffeur drives north along the bay, through Brickell, and into Downtown Miami.

Coconut Grove sits just south of Brickell, so the drive to the arena is more direct than from most Miami neighborhoods. Nobody in your group has to drive or find a garage, and nobody spends the fourth quarter worrying about getting home. Tell us your pickup time and roughly when you want to walk in. The chauffeur plans backward from there and picks the route that suits traffic that afternoon. On a Heat Saturday, downtown traffic builds from several directions at once: fans going to the game, weekend diners along the bay, and visitors headed to Bayside Marketplace. A driver who makes this run often sees the traffic building early. Your group can relax, keep debating the starting lineup, and reach together instead of in separate cars.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take to Downtown Miami?

Most runs take South Bayshore Drive to Brickell Avenue, cross the Miami River, and continue to Biscayne Boulevard toward the arena. If the bayside route backs up, the chauffeur can switch to US-1 and I-95 north. You never have to choose the route. The driver changes it as needed based on traffic that afternoon.

How Long Is the Drive From Coconut Grove on a Heat Game Day?

On an ordinary afternoon, the drive from Coconut Grove to downtown is typically short. On a Saturday game day, allow a lot more time. Arena traffic, weekend diners, and lines at the garages all crowd into the same few blocks. Your chauffeur builds that extra time into the pickup, so your group can walk in relaxed.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

The chauffeur meets your group at any address in Coconut Grove you choose.

If you’re staying at a hotel along South Bayshore Drive, you can walk out of the lobby to meet the car at the entrance. Families leaving a home on the quiet streets around Tigertail Avenue or Main Highway get picked up at the front door. Friends finishing a morning at CocoWalk can be picked up right outside. If you’re coming off the water, you can meet the driver near Dinner Key Marina. You agree on the exact meeting spot when you confirm the booking. If plans change, you can message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, whether it’s a late checkout, a friend running behind, or a switch from the hotel lobby to a side street. The car is reserved for your group alone, so you won’t be searching for the right vehicle in a busy line of cars at the curb. You look for one driver you already know, and the day starts on your schedule.

Can the Driver Collect Guests From More Than One Coconut Grove Address?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up friends from several homes or hotels around the Grove before heading north. Each extra pickup uses time within your booked hours instead of adding a separate fare. Send us the addresses and the order you want when you book, and we’ll plan the pickup time around all the stops.

Where Should You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Heat Game? 🥂

With a 3:00 PM listing, a late breakfast or long lunch in the Grove works well.

Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a longtime local favorite for sidewalk brunch and people-watching. CocoWalk has several restaurants and patios in one open-air center, which helps when a group can’t agree on one menu. For a bay view before the noise of downtown, try the waterfront spots around Peacock Park and Dinner Key, a short drive from most pickups in the Grove. Your chauffeur waits nearby while you eat and heads for the arena once you’ve paid. Nobody has to walk back to a parked car or argue about who drives. If your group would rather eat closer to the game, stop in Brickell. It’s right on the way north and has plenty of lunch spots. These are only suggestions and we don’t make reservations. Book your own table, and the driver plans the timing around it.

Can the Same Driver Take You Out After the Game?

Yes, as long as you have hours left in your block or add more. Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena if you want a casual bite after the game. Brickell has plenty of dinner spots, and the Grove’s waterfront is an easy place to end the night. The chauffeur waits at each stop, and you decide when the evening ends.

How Does Game-Night Drop-Off and Pickup Work Downtown? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group near the arena and is ready when the game ends.

Kaseya Center faces Biscayne Bay at the edge of downtown. On a Heat Saturday, the neighboring blocks fill with arena traffic, lines at the garages, and a steady stream of fans on foot. The chauffeur plans the approach before you leave Coconut Grove, aiming to reach before the pre-game crowds build. After your group gets out and heads for the entrance, the car leaves the busy blocks instead of sitting in traffic. Your booked hours keep the vehicle reserved for you the whole time. That is the large advantage over driving yourself. You don’t have to find a garage on the way in, keep track of a parking stub, or sit in a line of brake lights on the way out. For groups with kids or older fans, it also means a shorter walk before and after the game.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur picks the drop-off point that afternoon, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how traffic is routed. You’ll get as close to the venue as access allows, and the driver will point your group toward the entrance. If anyone needs a shorter walk, mention it when you book.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The car and chauffeur stay reserved for your group for the whole game, because those hours belong to you. The driver waits nearby instead of circling the arena. If anyone needs something from the car or wants to leave early, they can reach the driver directly on WhatsApp.

How Do You Meet Your Driver When the Game Ends?

Before the game ends, your chauffeur sends the meeting point on WhatsApp. It’s typically a spot just outside the thickest crowd where the car can stop safely. Walk out with your group and head there. You’ll be on your way back to Coconut Grove or on to dinner while the garages are still emptying.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour you book.

That includes fuel for every part of the day, any tolls on the chauffeur’s route, and parking for the car downtown while your group is at the game. If someone needs a quick stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, just ask the driver. One short stop along the way doesn’t change the rate. The only other charge that can apply is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, explained in its own section below. Everything else is covered by the hourly rate for your vehicle, including the chauffeur and the waiting between stops.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours.

First, pick the vehicle that suits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. The minimum booking is five hours. The chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits at every stop. The driver picks up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home — and the pickup spot is agreed at booking. Your plan can change once the day starts, so you can take a longer brunch or add a stop. If the game goes to overtime or your group wants dinner afterward, keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it is settled after the day wraps up.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. For any service in the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Pacers? 🚐

We have four private vehicle options for couples, families, and large office groups.

Every vehicle comes with its own chauffeur and carries only your group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group can travel and arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for a team night, a birthday group, or a full company outing.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, our top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by group size first, then by the kind of ride you want. The SUVs suit a small group. A Sprinter keeps a large group in one vehicle, so nobody has to coordinate a second car across downtown. Every vehicle is booked by the hour in the same way.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Coconut Grove?

Our larger Sprinter carries our biggest game-day groups, so a whole office, team, or extended family can ride in one private van instead of several cars. If your group size falls between two options, pick the bigger vehicle for more room. There’s space for what fans bring, like signs, jerseys, and merch bags. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 📋

You pay the full fare in one step, when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent by WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🌆

Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The game is listed for a 3:00 PM start, so a ride straight home typically stays within daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The same rule applies to pickups before 7:00 AM, though an afternoon game rarely needs one.

Why Do Coconut Grove Fans Choose Our Chauffeur Service? 🕴️

Fans choose us for a private car, one chauffeur, and a rate locked at booking.

Your hourly rate is set when you confirm. There’s no surge when the arena empties, and the price doesn’t change for traffic or weather. Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from pickup in Coconut Grove to the last drop-off, including during the game. You can reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so changing plans takes one message instead of a string of phone calls. On a large game day, premium service means a clean vehicle, courteous driving, and a driver who knows downtown traffic on a Heat Saturday. We plan the details ahead of time, from extra time on the pickup to the timing of the ride home, so your group gets a better experience all day, from the first pickup until you’re back in the Grove.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers? 🎆

Leave the Grove well before tip-off, earlier than you would for a normal trip downtown.

The arena doors open before the game, and numerous fans like to be in their seats for warmups, the pregame introductions, and the opening tip. Your chauffeur sets the pickup time with that in mind and adds extra time for Saturday traffic on Brickell Avenue and around Biscayne Boulevard. If you’re having brunch first, plan the day backward from the meal: finish eating, then leave with time to spare instead of ordering one more round. If the Heat change the start time, send a quick WhatsApp message and we’ll move the pickup. Leaving early costs little, because the car is yours for the whole block and your group can browse Bayside Marketplace before going in. Leaving late is the bigger mistake. You’ll be standing in the security line while the crowd cheers inside and the opening minutes go by.

Is the Car Private or Shared With Other Fans?

The car is completely private. Only the people in your booking ride in it, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and nobody else joins along the way. On a crowded game day, that means your own seats, your own conversation, and a schedule built around your group.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover All of Miami? 🏝️

Yes. The hourly service stays around Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Our chauffeurs drive the local area every day: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps your driver on call and unhurried, ready for your next stop instead of spending the day on a highway. On a Heat game day, that makes it easy to add a morning at the beach on Key Biscayne, a coffee stop in Little Havana, or a walk past the murals in Wynwood before heading downtown. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, so plan your day around the Miami neighborhoods you already love. Most Heat game days stay within that area anyway.

Can the Driver Continue Toward Fort Lauderdale After the Game?

Yes. If someone in your group lives or is staying up toward Fort Lauderdale, the chauffeur can drop them off during your booked hours. Plan the order of drop-offs when you confirm. Time on the road counts toward your booked hours like the rest of the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Yes. Send us your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your car and driver.

Send us four details: your group size, your pickup spot in Coconut Grove, a rough start time, and any stops you’d like, such as brunch, a friend’s hotel, or dinner after the game. We’ll reply with the right vehicle, confirm the booking, and send the payment link to reserve your date. March 6 is a Saturday late in the regular season. The earlier you message us, the more vehicles and pickup times you can choose from. Once your booking is confirmed, the plan is set. Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
