Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 30, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM. One bilingual driver stays with your group all evening, from dinner in the Gables to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost From Coral Gables to the Heat Game? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly price, and every reservation covers a block of at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly rate instead of paying seat by seat. On a Friday game night, that block effortlessly covers a relaxed dinner in Coral Gables, the evening drive downtown, the whole game, and the ride home. The Black SUV XL suits couples, families, and small groups of friends. The Platinum SUV fits a night that doubles as a client outing or a milestone birthday. The two Sprinter layouts carry office groups and larger crews in a single vehicle, so nobody splits off into a second car. Choose the tier that matches your headcount, and the rest of the evening falls into place around the game.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat Game Night? 🚙

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a large office group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the classic private ride for a small group heading downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, one private van so the whole crew arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the larger layout for office outings, birthday groups, and fan clubs.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, a luxury SUV for a more polished evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The seats go only to the people on your booking, and nobody else is picked up along the way. A Sprinter keeps a large group together on the drive downtown. The Platinum SUV class sets a quieter tone for clients or a special occasion. There is room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and merch, and if someone plans to bring something large, just tell us in advance. If your group falls right between two tiers, go with the larger vehicle so everyone rides home comfortably after a long night of cheering.

How Do You Pay for Your Hourly Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare at booking, and any extra hours are settled after the night ends.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare is paid at booking and reserves your game-night date.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is your starting block. You can stay out longer whenever you like, because every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Does an 8:00 PM Tip-Off Mean a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window add the following:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV tiers it is one set amount per journey. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, as shown above. Tell us your planned finish time when you book, and the surcharge is confirmed along with everything else, so there are no surprises at the end of the night.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers From Coral Gables? 🏟️

The simplest way to reach Friday’s game from Coral Gables is a private chauffeur booked by the hour.

The Heat host the Indiana Pacers on Friday, October 30, 2026, with tip-off at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard next to Bayside Marketplace. A home game here is a large Downtown Miami night. The arena fills with fans in red, black, and white, the plazas outside are hectic before the opening tip, and the crowd spills into Brickell after the final horn. For a group starting in the Gables, the hard part is the journey, not the game. Friday rush hour, arena traffic, and downtown parking all hit in the same short window before tip-off. Hiring a car and driver by the hour takes that problem off your hands, so nobody spends the evening circling a garage or watching the clock. The night becomes about dinner, the game, and the conversation on the ride back to Coral Gables.

What makes the October 30 matchup an NBA Cup night?

The game counts toward the Emirates NBA Cup, the league’s in-season tournament, so it carries more weight than a typical early-season game. Tournament nights tend to bring extra intensity inside the arena and more activity downtown. That is one more reason to arrive early and let someone else do the driving on a busy Friday.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Most game-night drives take US-1 through Brickell or the Dolphin Expressway into downtown.

Your chauffeur chooses the route on the night, based on live traffic. The most common path runs north on US-1 (South Dixie Highway) along the edge of Coconut Grove and into Brickell, then crosses the Miami River toward Biscayne Boulevard. When US-1 is backed up, the driver may take LeJeune Road north to the Dolphin Expressway and come into downtown from the west. Another choice is SW 8th Street east through Little Havana, which works well when the highways are jammed. From the northern end of Coral Gables, I-95 can also make sense. A local driver who knows these roads and the downtown side streets adjusts before the group ever notices a slowdown. You can sit back, finish your dinner conversation, and let the driver handle the route.

Why not just drive yourself and park downtown?

Driving yourself means waiting in garage lines near the arena, paying event-night parking, and asking one friend to skip drinks and drive. After the game, it also means a long walk back to a crowded garage and another wait to get out. With a chauffeur, nobody in your group has to drive, park, or sit in exit traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Your driver drops the group as close to the arena as event-night access allows.

Streets around the arena run under event-night traffic control, and the places where cars can pull over change with closures. Your chauffeur follows those rules and takes the group to the nearest available drop-off point, commonly on or just off Biscayne Boulevard, so the walk to the entrance stays short. Before anyone gets out, the driver sets the pickup plan: where to meet, how to reach them on WhatsApp, and roughly when the group expects to leave. Beating tip-off traffic is the other half of the plan. The last few blocks move slower as the clock nears 8:00 PM, and entry lines, the concession stand, and finding your seats all take longer on a packed Friday. If you reach downtown with time to spare, the group can walk in relaxed, grab a drink, and be seated before the starting lineups are announced.

Can the driver wait during the game?

Yes. The car and driver are booked for your whole block, so the chauffeur stays downtown for the entire game and parks or waits nearby as local rules allow. You have the driver’s WhatsApp contact all night, so it is easy to change the plan if someone wants to leave early or the group decides to stay after the game.

How does the pickup work after the final buzzer?

When the game ends, message the driver and walk to the pickup spot you agreed on at drop-off. The whole arena empties at once, so the driver waits wherever post-game traffic allows and you go straight there instead of searching a garage. From there you can go back to Coral Gables, stop for a late bite in Brickell, or have one more drink first.

Where Can You Eat in Coral Gables Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile are the easiest places for a pre-game dinner in Coral Gables.

Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian dining street just off Miracle Mile, is where numerous Gables groups meet before a night out. It has outdoor tables and a variety of cuisines, which helps when the group has distinct tastes. Miracle Mile itself has steakhouses and bistros for a sit-down meal. The Shops at Merrick Park has restaurants too, and it is a handy meeting point if friends are coming from distinct parts of town. For a more classic start, drinks at The Biltmore Hotel set a grand tone before the drive downtown. Because the car is yours by the hour, the driver drops you at dinner, stays close by, and heads for the arena when the group is ready. Nobody has to hunt for parking on Miracle Mile or feed a meter. These are only suggestions: book your own table, then tell the driver where you are eating.

Can the group stop in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace first?

Yes. Your stops are up to you, so drinks on a Brickell rooftop or an early bite at Bayside Marketplace fit easily within your booked hours. Both are close to the arena, so after that stop you only have a short ride left. Tell the driver the plan at pickup, and the timing is worked out around the 8:00 PM tip-off.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🕴️

A reserved car, one bilingual driver, and a locked hourly rate make game night simpler.

Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish and stays with your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The hourly rate is set when you book and does not surge for game traffic, a Friday crowd, or rain, so the rate you agree to is the rate you pay. You reach the driver directly on WhatsApp, so a new dinner time or an early exit takes one message. The difference is in the details: a clean premium vehicle, a driver who knows downtown on an event night, and a peaceful ride home while everyone else is stuck in exit traffic. We offer a premium service built around one group at a time, and a better experience than piecing the night together from separate rides and a parking garage.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for Game Night? 🍾

Every booked hour includes fuel, tolls, parking, and onboard WiFi.

Parking is the cost that matters most downtown on a game night, and it is already covered, along with fuel and any tolls between Coral Gables and the arena. You never pay a garage attendant or a toll along the way. The vehicle has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets, checking the pregame lineup, or sending the group photos before you reach the entrance. The one extra that applies on most Heat game nights is the night surcharge covered above. Game tickets, dinner reservations, and drinks are separate from the ride, and your group books and pays for them directly. Your booking covers the private vehicle, the chauffeur, and the included items above, so you know what the evening covers before the car pulls up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚐

You choose a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and the driver follows your plan.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive downtown. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there, the same car and chauffeur stay with you through every stop you choose, in the order you choose. Your reservation starts with a block of five hours. After that, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so a double-overtime game or a late dinner never means a new fare or a scramble for a ride. Keep the car as long as the night calls for, and settle the extra time after the day.

Can you book by WhatsApp, text, or chat?

Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest way to book and confirm everything. Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner at Giralda Plaza before the game. A typed message or a voice note both work, and a plain text to the same number reaches us too.

Which Facts Should Coral Gables Fans Know Before Booking? 🎆

  • Service runs every day, around the clock, including late game nights.
  • Each booking reserves one vehicle and one chauffeur, never shared with strangers.
  • You choose every stop, from dinner in the Gables to a late bite.
  • A brief comfort stop during the booking never changes your hourly rate.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers? 🍸

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour can cover your whole game night, starting from Coral Gables.

This is not a seat on a group bus or a one-way drop-off. The car picks your group up in the Gables, takes you downtown for the game, and brings everyone back when you are ready. It works well for families with young fans, friends splitting one vehicle, and hosts taking clients to an NBA Cup game. Because the booking is private, the plan can change with your group. You can add a dinner, skip the pregame stop, or head home at halftime if a young fan gets tired. The questions below cover what Coral Gables riders ask most about timing, pickup, group size, pets, service area, and short-notice plans.

How early should we leave Coral Gables for the 8:00 PM tip-off?

Leave plenty of extra time, especially on a Friday. The drive downtown is typically short on a quiet evening, but commuter traffic and game traffic overlap as tip-off gets closer. Most groups do best with dinner in Coral Gables first and a departure well before 8:00 PM. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you confirm the booking.

Where does the driver pick you up in Coral Gables?

The driver picks up at any address in Coral Gables you choose: The Biltmore Hotel, a hotel lobby near Miracle Mile, an office, or your front door. Share the exact spot when you book, and the chauffeur arrives there ready to go, with room for the whole group to board together.

How many people fit in the private van from Coral Gables?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it comes in two layouts, shown in the vehicle section above. Groups too big for an SUV can still ride together. The larger Sprinter is the biggest tier on our list, which makes it the natural choice for office outings, youth teams, and extended families going to the game.

Does the hourly service travel beyond the Miami area?

This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, relaxed city service, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a pet ride along?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Telling us early gives us time to confirm everything before game day.

What happens if we book within 24 hours of the game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
