Our private hourly chauffeur from Aventura to Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers on Friday, October 30, 2026 puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The driver picks everyone up at any address in Aventura and heads down to Downtown Miami well before the 8:00 PM tip-off. The same car stays ready for the ride home.
You pay one hourly price per vehicle, never per person, and every booking includes at least five hours of the chauffeur’s time.
Select your vehicle by headcount, not by budget. The whole group rides together, so a party of four and a party of fourteen each pay one hourly price for their own vehicle. On a night game, those five hours usually cover an early dinner in Aventura, the drive south, the game and the trip back north. When friends split the cost, the larger van frequently works out to a modest share per person. Nobody has to compare Downtown garage prices or argue over who drives.
We offer four private vehicle options for any group size, and each one comes with its own chauffeur.
Book for your final headcount, not your first guess. Friends frequently join a game night late, and it’s easier to move to a larger vehicle before the date than on the day. The Platinum SUV makes sense when the evening is also a client night or an anniversary, or when you want to reach Downtown in a flagship luxury SUV. Whichever choice you select, it arrives clean and ready at your door in Aventura.
One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps the whole crew together, so nobody splits into separate cars or has to find each other outside the arena afterward. The Sprinter comes in the two sizes listed above. The smaller one suits a mid-size group, and the larger one suits a big family or a work outing. Send your final headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match the van.
You pay the full fare when you book, and everything is handled through WhatsApp.
Yes, for the ride home. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The list above shows how it is calculated for each vehicle type. We confirm the amount when you book on WhatsApp, so you know the total before Friday and nothing new comes up on the night. The surcharge is the only extra charge for late hours. Your hourly rate stays exactly as booked.
Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers is a Friday-night NBA game on October 30, 2026, and it counts toward the Emirates NBA Cup.
The in-season tournament gives an early-season Eastern Conference matchup real stakes, and Heat fans treat it that way. Expect a packed, loud arena and a Downtown that fills up well before tip-off. It’s also the night before Halloween, so you’ll likely see fans in costume and hectic bars around Bayside Marketplace and Brickell. Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard right on the bay, next to Bayside and the Downtown waterfront. That location is exactly why driving yourself is the hard part. Nearby garages fill speedy on a large game night, and the lines to obtain out after the final buzzer can be long. With a chauffeur, that becomes someone else’s job. Your group rides down from Aventura in its own vehicle and forgets about parking for the night.
Tip-off is at 8:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026, in Downtown Miami. Plan your Aventura pickup backward from that time. You want to reach Downtown early enough to get through security, find your seats and settle in before the game starts. Your chauffeur builds the evening’s schedule around that tip-off, including dinner or any other stops before the game.
Most chauffeurs take I-95 south or drive straight down Biscayne Boulevard to Downtown Miami, choosing on the night based on traffic.
Both routes are simple on paper. I-95 is usually the faster highway choice from Aventura and connects to Downtown through I-395 and the Downtown exits. Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) runs straight south through North Miami and the Upper East Side before reaching the arena’s stretch of the boulevard. On a Friday evening, with thousands of fans heading to the same place, either route can slow down. Your driver checks live traffic before leaving and switches routes if one backs up. The drive usually takes longer than on an ordinary evening, so leave plenty of extra time. Because the vehicle stays with you, there’s no return trip to arrange. The same car that left Aventura takes everyone back north after the game, whether that’s to a hotel lobby near the mall or a condo tower on the Intracoastal.
Neither route wins every time. I-95 is usually faster when traffic is moving, but Friday rush hour and game traffic can back up near the Downtown exits. Biscayne Boulevard is steadier but has more traffic lights. Your chauffeur picks the better option when you leave and adjusts along the way, so nobody in the group has to watch a map.
The driver picks you up at any address in Aventura you select, and the exact spot is agreed when you book.
Hotel guests usually meet the chauffeur in the lobby or at the front drive. The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and the hotels around Aventura Mall are common starting points. Residents are picked up at their own building, whether that’s a condo tower on the Intracoastal, a townhouse near Country Club Drive or a family home in a nearby neighborhood. If friends are coming from distinct places, the chauffeur can pick someone up at a second address in Aventura, or in neighboring Sunny Isles Beach or Golden Beach, before heading south. Groups eating early at the mall can meet the car at whichever mall entrance you agree on once dinner is done. Send the exact spot, the name the booking is under and a phone number on WhatsApp, and the driver will be ready when you come down.
Aventura Mall and nearby Bal Harbour Shops are the classic places for dinner before the drive south.
Aventura Mall has a broad mix of sit-down restaurants and casual counters in one place, which makes it simple to please a mixed group of fans, kids and colleagues. For something more polished, Bal Harbour Shops is a short drive east toward the ocean. Its open-air dining suits a client dinner or a birthday before the game. Either way, the chauffeur waits nearby while you eat, so you set the pace. Order dessert or skip it, and the car is ready when you walk out. If you’d rather eat closer to the arena, you can head down early and have dinner in Brickell or along the Bayside waterfront, then walk over for tip-off. One rule of thumb: finish dinner early enough to reach Downtown with time to spare, because the last stretch before a Friday tip-off is the slowest part of the night.
Game night is all about timing: obtain ahead of the rush before tip-off, then let the chauffeur handle the trip out.
Downtown Miami fills up early on a Heat night. Friday commuters, bayfront diners and a full arena’s worth of fans all head toward Biscayne Boulevard at the same time. Your chauffeur plans the final approach to obtain in ahead of the heaviest traffic, working around the police traffic control and lane closures around the arena on event nights. You step out, walk to the entrance and never deal with a parking garage. After the final buzzer, everything reverses. Garages empty slowly, sidewalks fill up and ride requests pile up across the neighborhood. Your group avoids all of that with one WhatsApp message to a driver who already knows where you are. The ride back north to Aventura starts while other fans are still stuck in line to obtain out of the garages.
The driver drops your group as close to the arena as access allows that night. That’s usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how police route event traffic. Before you walk in, the chauffeur confirms where to meet for pickup, so everyone knows where to find each other after the game.
Yes. Waiting for you is the whole point of an hourly booking. The chauffeur stays nearby for the entire game, with the vehicle ready and WhatsApp open. Whether you leave at halftime, stay through overtime or stop for a drink at Bayside Marketplace afterward, the car is there when you’re ready to go home.
A private chauffeur gives your group a upscale service: one vehicle, one driver and one fixed rate for the whole night.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when relatives are visiting from abroad or a client prefers to talk business in their first language. The hourly rate is locked when you book, so Friday rush hour, rain over Biscayne Bay or high demand after the game never raises the price. One driver handles the whole night instead of a new face on every leg, and you message that driver directly on WhatsApp. That continuity makes for a better experience. The person who met you in the Aventura lobby knows your group, your post-game plans and where everyone is going home. Nobody has to skip drinks to be the designated driver, search for a garage, or walk a dark block late at night to locate a parked car. From the first pickup to the last drop-off, someone else takes care of every detail of the drive.
The ride is always private. Your booking reserves one vehicle and one chauffeur for your group only. We don’t sell individual seats, shared rides or fixed-route trips. Even the largest Sprinter carries only the people you invite, and every stop during the night is one you chose.
You pick the vehicle, reserve at least five hours and set the stops, and the same chauffeur stays with you the whole time.
Start by sending your group size, a rough pickup time and your list of stops on WhatsApp. Pickup can be at any Miami address, not just in Aventura. The driver can meet you at a hotel, at a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach by cruise that day, you can go straight to the game), at Miami International Airport or at a home, with the exact spot agreed when you book. The booking covers the full five-hour block, and within it you set the schedule: dinner, the drive, the game and a nightcap, with the chauffeur following your plan. After those five hours, each extra hour is added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle. If overtime, a long dinner or a late drink stretches the night, there’s no new fare to negotiate. Keep the car as long as you require it, and settle the extra hours after the night is over.
Yes. The itinerary is never locked. You can add a post-game drink in Brickell, a late bite in Wynwood or a stop to drop a friend in North Miami Beach on the way back to Aventura, as long as the schedule allows. Just tell the chauffeur. The only thing that changes is how many hours you use.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls and parking. Only a few items can add to the total.
Downtown parking on game night is the chauffeur’s problem, not yours, and the tolls on the way down are covered too. There’s room in the vehicle for what fans usually bring, like team gear or a sign for the game. Let us know in advance if you’re bringing something large. Two things can add to the total: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you add past your booked block. Each is billed exactly as described on this page, and we go over all of it on WhatsApp before game day, so the final amount matches what you expected.
Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct way to obtain a group from Aventura to this game and back.
If you’re looking for a game-night ride from the northern edge of Miami-Dade, you’ll usually locate two options: drive and park, or arrange separate rides there and back. An hourly booking replaces both with one reserved vehicle that runs on your schedule. It works for all kinds of groups: a couple meeting clients, a family with teenagers in jerseys or a birthday crew in the Sprinter. The questions below cover what Aventura fans most frequently ask before booking: when to leave, where the service runs and how short-notice bookings work. If your question isn’t answered here, send it on WhatsApp and the team that assigns your driver will answer it.
Leave early enough to reach Downtown well before the 8:00 PM tip-off. Allow extra time, because Friday rush hour overlaps with game traffic. Many groups use that extra time for an early dinner in Aventura and then head south. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your stops and the traffic that night.
The service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Aventura. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll reply before game day so there are no surprises at pickup.
Last-minute bookings are welcome. Once we agree on the date and time for a ride within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. Because it’s such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
