Transfer from Surfside to Chacal at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Chacal at Watsco Center on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Surfside, stays with the group through Cubatonazo, and drives everyone home. Your rate is locked at booking, with no surge and no parking to locate.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours of reserved time.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate you see is what you pay for every hour on the clock. It’s the same whether the car is driving down Collins Avenue or parked while your group is inside the arena. Pricing is set per vehicle, not per person, so the cost is shared by everyone riding, and a fuller Sprinter spreads it across more seats. Pick the tier by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the evening. Plan for the full block from the start, and add time for a pre-show dinner so the night never feels rushed. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Concert Ride? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. A journey outside that window carries the add-on listed below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, it’s a single flat add-on per journey, not an extra charge for every late hour, so the math stays simple however long the encore runs. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so it scales with the size of the booking. When you book, we tell you on WhatsApp whether your timing falls outside daytime hours, so you know the full total before you pay. Everything else on the hourly price list above stays exactly as written.

Which Booking Facts Matter Most Before Concert Night? 📋

  • The same vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • You set every stop and its order; the itinerary is never locked.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot throughout the booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Service is available every day, daytime or evening, around the clock.
  • Everything is booked and confirmed over WhatsApp, start to finish.

What Is Cubatonazo, and Where Does Chacal Fit on the Bill? 🎤

Chacal headlines with a full lineup of Cuban urban artists at the Cubatonazo anniversary show on November 14, 2026.

Cubatonazo is a yearly Cuban music night backed by a Miami Cuban-music radio station and LaMusica. This anniversary edition fills Watsco Center, the arena on the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables. Chacal shares the stage with Jacob Forever, Leoni Torres, Lenier, Dale Pututi, and Nesty, so the night moves from Cuban reggaeton and dance music to romantic ballads with barely a pause. Most of the crowd comes from Miami’s Cuban and Cuban-American community: families, cousins, old friends, and newer arrivals who know every chorus. Many groups dress up and treat the night as a reunion as much as a concert. With so many artists on the bill, the evening runs long, and a big crowd leaves at the same time. A reserved car means your group arrives together, celebrates together, and leaves together, with nobody stuck refreshing a phone on a Coral Gables sidewalk.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Surfside? 🏟️

Your chauffeur heads south on Collins Avenue, crosses to the mainland, and continues into Coral Gables.

From Surfside, the usual route is Collins Avenue south through Miami Beach and the Julia Tuttle Causeway across Biscayne Bay. From there, I-95 runs south until it hands off to US-1, also called South Dixie Highway, for the final stretch into Coral Gables and the University of Miami campus. When traffic builds, the driver may switch to a different causeway or to surface streets, choosing on the road from live conditions. This is a true crosstown run from the beach to the Gables, so the drive typically takes longer than first-time visitors expect. A Saturday night with an arena crowd heading to campus adds more time, so permit a generous cushion instead of timing it to the minute. Inside the car, the ride becomes part of the evening: the music is up, the group is together, and nobody has to watch for the exit.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

The driver meets you at any address in Surfside, and the exact spot is agreed when you book.

Surfside is compact, which keeps pickups simple. Hotel guests commonly meet the car at the main entrance of their hotel, whether that’s the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside. Condo residents along Collins Avenue can come down to the building entry. Families on the quiet residential blocks west of Harding Avenue are picked up at their front door. If friends are staying at two different buildings, the chauffeur collects each in turn, because you set the order of stops. Send each address and a rough ready time over WhatsApp, and the plan is settled before show day. Everyone climbs in dressed for the night, and nobody has to leave a car in a Surfside lot or come back for it after the last song.

Where Should You Eat in Surfside Before the Show? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have polished dinner rooms close to most pickup addresses.

For a dressed-up start, The Surf Club Restaurant and Le Sirenuse Miami, both inside the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, set a celebratory tone right on Collins Avenue. Just north, Bal Harbour Shops brings together well-known dining rooms such as Makoto and Carpaccio in one open-air setting. Some groups want the night to taste Cuban from the first bite. For them, the chauffeur can detour through Little Havana to Versailles Restaurant on Southwest Eighth Street, a gathering place for Miami’s Cuban community for generations, then continue to Coral Gables. You can also eat near the venue along Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile and ride the last short stretch to the arena. These are ideas, not reservations: we provide the car and driver, and your group books the table.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Start the booking earlier and dinner becomes the first stop. The driver waits outside the restaurant while you eat, then takes the group to the concert and home afterward, all within one block of hours. Book enough time up front to cover dinner, the drive south, and the full multi-artist show.

What Does Event Night Look Like From Surfside to the Ride Home? 🌆

One chauffeur handles the whole night: pickup, drop-off, waiting during the show, and the ride back.

The evening follows a simple rhythm. Your car arrives at the agreed Surfside address, the group gets in, and the drive south starts with time to spare. The chauffeur brings everyone to the arena drop-off, then stays nearby while you’re inside. When the last artist leaves the stage, you send a WhatsApp message, walk out to the pickup spot you agreed on, and the same vehicle takes you home. If the group still has energy, it can stop for a late bite first. The booking is by the hour rather than by the ride, so nothing has to be rearranged mid-evening, and nobody is negotiating a second fare at midnight in a crowd. The three questions below cover the timing and the two hand-off points that matter most on a busy arena night.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Chacal?

Leave earlier than the map suggests. The route from Surfside uses I-95 and US-1, both busy on Saturday evenings, and the whole arena crowd heads to campus at the same time. Check the start time printed on your tickets and plan to reach the drop-off with comfortable time to spare. If dinner comes first, start the booking earlier still.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Watsco Center?

The chauffeur gets you as close to the venue as access allows, usually the drop-off point nearest the entrance. On show nights, campus and venue staff direct vehicle traffic, so the exact spot can shift. The driver follows their routing, and your group walks straight in without circling for a parking space.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The car is reserved for your group for the whole block, so the driver stays nearby through every set. When the show ends, message the chauffeur on WhatsApp, meet at the pickup spot you agreed on, and ride back to Surfside together without hunting for a ride in the crowd leaving the arena.

When Is the Fare Paid, and How Do You Pay? 📋

Payment is simple and arranged over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so they never appear as separate charges.

That matters on a night like this one. The fuel for a crosstown round journey, any tolls along the route, and the driver’s parking near campus while you’re inside are all covered by the rate you already saw. There is room for what fans actually carry, like signs, a change of shoes, or merch from the show; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Beyond the hours you use, only one thing can add to the total: the after-hours surcharge described above and which applies to most concert nights. Your quote shows all of it up front, so you know where every part of the total comes from.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Cubatonazo Night? 🕴️

A reserved car and a bilingual chauffeur make a crowded arena night a premium service from start to finish.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so a packed arena or a late finish never pushes the price up. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. Grandparents, cousins, and newly arrived relatives can talk directly with the driver in the language they’re most comfortable in. You reach the driver and our team directly on WhatsApp, not through a call center or an app queue. A clean, premium vehicle, a chauffeur who waits through the show, and a plan built around your stops make for a better experience on a night the whole family will remember. You spend the evening singing along, not checking traffic or hunting for a car outside the arena.

Is the Ride Private or Shared With Other Concertgoers?

Always private. We never pool riders, sell individual seats, or run a fixed-schedule service to the arena. Only the people in your group ride in the vehicle. It leaves when you’re ready and goes where you ask: your Surfside pickup, a dinner stop, the concert, and home.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Surfside? 🚐

Select by headcount first. Every tier is private and comes with the same chauffeur for the whole block.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5, the easy pick for a couple, a small family, or a few close friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9, with room for a birthday crew or two families riding together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14, the larger layout for an extended family or a full friend group.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 in a step-up cabin for a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Sprinters keep a big group in one cabin, so nobody is split across cars or arriving at different times. The SUVs feel more intimate and pull easily into hotel and condo entrances along Collins Avenue. The models named for the Platinum tier are reference examples of that vehicle class.

Can a Large Group Ride Together in a Private Van From Surfside?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved for your group, with the same chauffeur all night. It keeps an extended family or a big friend group together from the Surfside pickup through dinner, the show, and the ride home. Everyone arrives at the same moment and leaves together.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night however you like.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then message us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. The booking runs for at least five hours, and the driver stays with you for the whole block, waiting between every stop. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. From there, you set the route: dinner first, a quick stop to collect a friend, the concert, then home or one more late stop. You can change the order, drop a stop, or stay longer somewhere if the schedule allows, and there’s never a new fare to negotiate.

What Happens if You Want the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Just keep it. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. The extra time is settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. If the encore runs long or the group wants a late bite, the car stays with you.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Chacal? 🎊

Yes. The simplest private way from Surfside to this show is a chauffeur by the hour, booked for your group alone.

People search for this ride in many ways: a car service to Coral Gables, a driver for concert night, or a private van for the family. All of those point to the same thing: a Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with our chauffeur, reserved by the hour. It isn’t a bus, a seat in someone else’s car, or a vehicle you drive yourself. The chauffeur handles the roads, the approach to campus, and the ride back, while your group handles the singing. Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation: your headcount, the Surfside address, a rough start time, and any stops you want. We confirm the vehicle and the date, you send the payment, and the night is set. The questions below cover pickups next door to Surfside, the neighborhoods we serve, pets, and short-notice bookings.

Do You Pick Up in Bal Harbour or Bay Harbor Islands Too?

Yes. Bal Harbour and Bay Harbor Islands sit right next to Surfside, and a pickup there works exactly the same way. Share the address, agree on the spot, and the chauffeur starts the night from your door. If your group is split across all three towns, the driver collects everyone in whatever order you set.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami. That covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an unhurried city service, so it doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Travel With a Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll give you an answer well before show day.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside just for you, and the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. At that point, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day itself.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, your Surfside pickup address, a rough start time, and any dinner stop you’d like before Chacal on November 14. We’ll confirm the vehicle and lock in your booking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
